Dennis is a responsive and attentive host. He communicate very well. Our family had a little hiccup due to the weather and we only wish he was more understanding. Besides that, he attempted to resolve any issues we had once we were in the home.

For the most part the stay was fantastic. Not too far from amusement parks and the main street for entertainment. The private pool was not bad either. We did have a few issues, check in was an hour late because it wasn't cleaned yet and we never got compensated. Also, upon our check out we were threatened to get a late charge even though we were out of the house on time. We were in the driveway securing a few bags onto our vehicle but the cleaning crew had full access to everything. The jacuzzi was drained by maintenance and never refilled and all we got was 10% off the fees not the stay of the place. But overall not a bad place which is why we gave it a 4 out of 5.

The house was absolutely beautiful and a very convenient commute to nearby attractions. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. My only concern was the neighbors. Not sure if they were residents of the neighborhood or also renting the house next door. We could not enjoy being outside at pool or on back deck because they were very noisy until 2 a.m. every evening and night. Lots of loud talking and partying.

The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. Special thanks to Dennis, who quickly resolved the issue with the pool heating, getting it up and running smoothly - his help was greatly appreciated!

Our stay was awesome! The house was clean , spacious , and close to Disney World/Magic Kingdom. Dennis was very prompt and responsive with all questions and very friendly! The only thing I didn’t like about the house was the hot tub had a fee to be heated up I felt like the heated hot tub should have been included with the price of the home!

we loved staying at Dennis’ place especially since we could bring our pets. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the amenities that came with the property (club house, gym, pool, and private pool.) easy check in and check out. Dennis responded very fast and was very helpful. We will be back again.

Although we experienced a small hiccup regarding an appliance in the home, Dennis was able to send out a tech to help us and fix the issue the same day. The home was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our getaway.

The stay and the house was average. Communication from Dennis was excellent prior to check in. Really easy instructions and great help. Our flight landed earlier than planned, asked if we could check in 30 mins earlier, we were advised no, no problem we turned up at 4pm. However, The cleaners were no way near done, and asked us to leave - not what you want with 3 young children after a day of travelling. We settled by agreeing to go out to the patio. Cleaners left an hour later, leaving nice clean wet floors, doors unlocked. House was exactly like the pictures, spacious, fantastic amenities, nice simple rooms. The furniture (sofas and chairs) terribly uncomfortable. We also had a pool cleaner come round very rude, and not flexible for timing, agency then threatened to charge us. Upstairs hangout only had 1 chair, real waste of space. The swimming pool and patio were great spaces. The resort was fine - not the best we have stayed at, but had enough for 3 young children to do.

Great place for the price! We really enjoyed staying here. Very clean and tidy. Checkin was awesome and so easy. Great location, not far from Disney world. I felt this is a safe location and very kept up. Dennis was great to work with except We didn’t receive any instructions/information for amenities in the house. We had to contact Dennis/casiola for information regarding Wi-Fi and spa. We were told spa had heat at no extra charge, but with the very vague instructions we were provided, after contacting Dennis/casiola, we were never able to get it working. Dennis/casiola insured us he would schedule for maintenance to get it running for us, but that didn’t happen, and we went without spa heat for the duration of our stay. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would 100% recommend this place!!!

We where suppose to stay 10 day, but had to check out after 3 days. Reason was; place had no WIFI. Called host numerous times to report and ask for problem to be resolved but unfortunately it all fell on death ears. House itself was clean and nice. Backyard had no privacy and no loungers around pool. Small dining table outside had only 3 usable chairs as one was broken.

The home was very spacious and easily accommodated 5 adults and a child + 2 pups. Check-in at the gate was simple. However, we had trouble getting into the home because the personal door code provided by the host did not work but they were easy to contact and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. The home is about 20-25 minutes away from Disney World and seemed to be located in a quiet neighborhood but there were quite a few parties on our street so it can get noisy. All in all, a good stay in a convenient location if you’re visiting Disney World. The host was available when needed and the pool was definitely a bonus!

Perfect location for my family. It took only 20 minutes to get to Disney parks and traffic was never an issue. The property did have some wear but only a little. It was very spacious. There was a package of cookies on the counter when we arrived. We had a wonderful stay.

The place was exactly as the picture and as described. This was a great value and would be a great fit for large families. The neighborhood is great with basketball court and soccer field down the street. There is even a cafe on site in the community, which was super convenient. Great place to stay!

This home is spacious and neat. It offers great proximity to the parks. If your family does not mind a party-type atmosphere, then this neighborhood may be for you. This atmosphere prevented us from getting solid rest after long days in the parks, so it was not a great fit for our family.

Dennis was such a wonderful host. The home is beautiful and spacious and my family and I truly enjoyed our time there. The beds are comfortable and linen is nice and white. The pool was just perfect and big enough for our family. Absolutely worth staying at.

The house is as presented on the pictures. I think it needs some updates but the location is good if you want to go to Disney, the community is safe and luckily there were no neighbors on either side during our stay. The houses are very close to each other and when you are outside by the pool you are very close to the neighbors. If they are loud it is impossible to enjoy your time. We experienced that on the very last night, but it did not matter since we were leaving the next day. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Beautiful house with modern finishes and all the space you need to house 10-12 people for your trip to Orlando. Pool was well maintained and clean, and the host was surprising responsive considering Casiola is a larger property company. If you are a family or group looking for “base camp” while you visit Disney, this is a good option for you. However, there is one thing about this listing that I need to make clear: the houses in this community are VERY close to each other and not even remotely soundproofed. Depending on your neighbors, your stay may be full of unwanted noise. We had a loud group next door all week, which kept us up late into the night and made us feel a little unwelcome on our our pool deck, as they constantly blasted music to their own tastes. This property, if you’re lucky with your neighbors, is a 5 star listing. That said... it’s just not something you can guarantee.

Everything was awesome besides the fact my code to get in was changed one day and was outside figuring out how to get back in, had to call the customer service number waited about 10-20 minutes outside wondering if i was going to get back in until some kind lady helped me by giving me the new code to get in.

The place overall was great and spacious. The hot water didn't stay hot very long for 7 people but we figured out. Check in was terrible at the gate(holiday season i guess) an hour to check in. Everything else was great, pool was warm for the chilly weather which was a plus. I would definitely come back

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The clubhouse splashpad/waterpark and large pool were a great bonus for the kids. The home was clean and there were a lot of nice added touches to make it easier for us since we were packing light. Spacious rooms perfect for distance learning for the kids.

The place was amazing. It was above expectations. However the heater wasn't available for the pool and hot tub and we found out when we arrived, which was very unfortunate because that was one of the main reasons we picked this house. We wanted to enjoy the hot tub at night. I wish I had known before. I got a small discount on the late check out fee. I rate the house 3 stars because of the issue mentioned. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star.

This is a party type of complex - very loud until the wee hours so if you’re looking for peace and quiet - don’t bother. Major disclaimer : there is NO free water park access - Only access to a small splash pad. During the pandemic- they are only accepting reservations and you have to walk over to the club house at 7AM to reserve a spot. He has the wave runner included in his listing without stating that they CHARGE by the hour / per person. Extremely disappointed and could have booked else where. During a pandemic - you would expect furniture/ walls/ floors and doorknobs to be disinfected and cleaned and that was not the case. There were scuffed walls/ broken furniture/ dirty floors and dirty linens. The linen closet literally smelled like dirty socks. I’d recommend booking with an actual person - as this is a vacation rental company and you will get computer type replies to your concerns. The host did respond fast to my concerns - but nothing was rectified or addressed until the last minute - and even then nothing was fixed. The pool must have been heated because it was far from refreshing - the pool water was hotter than the jacuzzi. Such a beautiful listing according to photos - it’s a shame it didn’t live up to its potential.
