Pros: The condo was in a great location, very spacious, and had a nice pool area. Cons: Some of the essentials were lacking and could have been better cleaned before we arrived.

Dennis was super helpful and responsive when I needed help getting into the place. It’s a really big apartment conveniently located next to the conference center hotel. I appreciated the kettle and filtered water dispensed by the fridge.

First, I will say we had a good time, place was clean, convenient, and safe. Here are some things for prospective patrons to consider: 1) Had trouble getting in, code did not work, Dennis immediately responsive and had us call his colleague to get a new code, timely response and fix here 2) Very safe area, grocery store and small restaurants/fast food in walking distance, so very convenient, gates at apt/condo complex don't really work and are always open, for those who are especially paranoid about safety just FYI 3)Walls are thin and place a bit loud inside the apt/condo, likely due to no carpet/rugs/thick curtains so if you have children, snorers in the family, etc this will make the stay tougher, suggest to owner to place some nice big rugs in rooms and that will go a long way 4) limited TP and soaps, etc, called and they declined to deliver more, for an extended stay client like ours (5 days+) suggest maybe a bit more? When you have 4 girls/women with you.....overall good stay

This apartment is perfect for a family of 4 we enjoyed our stay so much. Everything was very close and the location was amazing. The host is wonderful and we had great communication during our stay. The internet has a high quality and it has all the appliances needed for planning a great dinner.

Pros: Great location! 12 minutes away from Universal. Complex is right near a Publix and a few dining options. Looks exactly like photos. Pool was really nice. Cons: There were termites/small bugs all over table in living room and all over the living room floor. So my family didn’t get to spend any time in the living area. We just gathered in each other’s rooms. The overall cleanliness was subpar. The code given didn’t work for the door and took about 30 minutes to get another code.

Location was fantastic! Condo was clean, modern and perfect for our family. The pool area was very nice and clean. Having the Publix next door was an added bonus! Our host, Dennis, was responsive and even left a nice little treat (Oreos) for our arrival. We had a fantasist stay. We did have a little trouble getting into our unit upon arrival, as the original code that was emailed to me did not work. We arrived after hours, and it took about45 minutes to get a new code. Once we were in, everything else was perfect!

This is a phenomenal place to stay for your visit to Orlando. The location is perfect for anyone planning on visiting the amusement parks. The apartment pictures do not do justice to it. It is actually much better. The beds were very comfortable after the long days at the parks. The amenities at the complex are superb. We liked it so much that we are looking forward to booking this place again!

Dennis place was awesome! Very clean, location was perfect (close to parks, to airport, publix very close), the apt is full equip, nice decoration, we really enjoy, we felt at home. They only thing is that Wi-fi signal is low... not a problem at all. Thanks, we will come back.
