Great location and Dennis and the team were always available to answer any questions we had. Apartment was spacious and clean and made us feel relaxed during our stay. Great location near pool but quiet enough with view of lake.

70-year-old couple first time using Airbnb could not have been happier with our one-week accommodations. Easy parking was always available close to our building that has wide hallways and two elevators. Only a Twenty-minute drive from the airport with Publix’s and Walgreens close by, within know time we stocked up the fridge and cupboards and moved in. There is a nice concrete walkway that goes past the gated pool and game area and continues about three quarters of the way around the small lake. All parks are close by. Our son’s family was in the next building. We got in the queue to ride Tron at Magic Kingdom, and Guardian of the Galaxy at Epcot, also Top Golf, Sea World, Volcano Bay, and a Cirque do Soleil show. Then took a day to just relax in the pool, play in the game room with the Grandsons, before we went back to our building for beer, wine, cheese, and crackers to watch the wildlife in the small lake off the balcony. The place felt like a home away from home. Thank You Dennis.

This place was as listed and we truly enjoyed our time here. This was a private community with a playground and a pool, which was great for our kids. It was within15 minutes of any major shopping, grocery store, theme park or amenity you would want. A few things that made a world of difference was that the couch was comfortable with recliners on either side, the beds had plenty of pillows and the laundry was awesome. A few things I would note. We have 2 kids plus we stayed 9 days. The starter pack for laundry soap, kitchen soap and 3 trash bags; we went through that in 4 days. I would buy additional trash bags, dish soap and laundry detergent for your trip. The trash service at this site was excellent, so just make sure you have extra 30 gallon bags. I would add that the house comes staged with dishes out, so make sure that upon entering you put the dishes away because children have an ability to get a hold of breakable items. We loved this place and would stay here again.

This place is absolutely beautiful. If your planning a Disney/Universal trip, this place is perfect, it’s pretty quiet, your away from most of the craziness but still so close to every park, give or take about 10-15 mins. Plus it’s so spacious and very clean and we’re all able to come back to our own rooms and get some really good sleep before another full tiring day of fun. Will definitely be booking again next time I plan an Orlando trip.

Dennis and team were terrific. They need to replace shower head in master bath which didnt happen but they did respond immediately to my issue. I think the maintenance was trying to not replace. I dont really fault them for that but it should be replaced as barely flowing. They were fantastic as i left a few personal items in a drawer and they sent someone over right away so a colleague could pick them up. Fantastic response all along!! Very good people Thanks Dennis and Casiola team

Spacious and tastefully decorated space. My family of 4 felt very comfortable coming home to this condo from a long day at the Universal parks. Having access to the resort pool was a great too because it served as a change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the amusement parks. It's a short driving distance to many restaurants and the grocery store. There was an issue with the AC not working when we arrived but it was quickly repaired when I contacted Dennis.

When we travel we always cook. The kitchen was not as well stocked with equipment as many others have been. I turned pancakes with a scraper. The location can't be beat if your attending meetings at the convention center. Check in was very efficient with codes for both the gate and the door lock. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and one child. No Sea World fireworks during the winter months. The children's pool is not heated. The large pool was comfortable. We we're at all Disney parks in less than 20 minutes each morning.

This condo was fantastic and absolutely surpassed our expectations. The neighborhood was amazing and the property itself had much to offer. I would absolutely consider staying here again as well as recommending it to family and friends.
