We had a great stay in Vista Cay. We loved being close to the pool. It was very quiet at night and our condo was as expected. There were a few very worn areas on the couch and rug. The beds were comfortable and we had ample space. We would definitely stay again.

Great place and would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to the convention center. The only issue was the confirmation email listed check-in at 12:00pm and we weren’t able to get into the unit until 3:00pm that day. Dennis was very helpful and was able to get us into the condo after about a 30 minute wait. The unit was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Dennis, was a wonderful host and very responsive. We had to unfortunately cut our stay short due to our daughter getting injured at the Sunshine Classic, but the two nights we stayed were excellent. Very close to the Orange County Convention Center. Beautiful property and hate we never got the opportunity to get in the pool. Thank you for being so accommodating!

Great location, walking distance to Publix and other shops. We preferred the second pool, it was close to us and less crowded. The balcony was nice, however there was a hornets nest. Condo was pretty clean, kitchen was nice, but some dishes were kinda dirty. Liked that there were plenty of beach towels and some coffee with sugar and cream, also enjoyed the welcome gift of Oreos! We would stay here again, Felt very safe and check in was easy. A suggestion would be to stock some Kleenex.

Dennis’ place is big enough for a family in vacation. Everything is equipped and well thought for the guests. The check-in was easy and fast; no need to see anyone in the front gate since it could be open with a code just like the door to the apartment. Parking is totally chill, there are always parking spots and no need to worry about it. In the apartment, Dennis left us some sweets and a welcome/greeting card for the stay. Also, there was a coffeemaker with coffee, sugar and cream just like a hotel. The cleanliness of the whole apartment is well done. Can’t complain about it. Both rooms have tvs just like the living room, perfect for a movie night with your family. and the apartment have high-speed internet connection. Totally recommend it if you are going to Universal Studios since it’s 12-15mins away driving.

Very roomy comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with balcony. View of lake but across road. Incredibly convenient location for convention center and walking distance to grocery store and liquor store and to a great hole in the wall Chinese restaurant named Chinese Tea around corner from Publix. I always love to know what kind of coffee maker in an Airbnb before I arrive. It has a regular drip coffee maker and Dennis kindly provides a packet of regular coffee to get you started. We will be back!

We came to Orlando for the weekend for the University of Florida vs. University of Miami game at Camping World stadium, only 12 minutes away. So the location was convenient. The condo was exceedingly spacious so we did not feel we were on top of each other. It is beautifully appointed as if a design professional had a hand in decorating. It was very clean and cleanliness is critical for us. The pool was great. The owner graciously left a full package of Oreos which was greatly appreciated. We had some minor complaints. 1–it is not brand new. We saw evidence of wear in many places. Maybe the ownership is brand new for this particular owner. 2–There is a lake view but it’s obstructed by a highway and trees. 3–The first night, the noise from the frogs in the lake kept us up. Oddly, the second night we hardly heard them. 4–Our biggest complaint was about the frequent emails and kitchen computer that kept blinking reminders about the 11 am checkout. No one who is on vacation wants constant reminders that they have to leave. In addition, we asked if we could check in two hours earlier and we were notified there was a substantial fee—about $50-75 for either early check in or late check out. Out of more than 100 Airbnb experiences we’ve had, we have never seen that. 5–The kitchen was nicely stocked but does not come with a pitcher for lemonade

The pictures were deceiving. The main phone did not work. The remote controls for the TVs had old batteries that had leaked, so kids were upset right off the start, (hard to go by batteries after a long day of flying)! The place was very bear on basic household supplies, so be prepare to do a grocery shop and not worry about trowing staples away as you leave, or just use the place for sleep only, taking ALL your meals, including morning coffee somewhere else. Not my best RBandB experience. I will give a 2 and 1/2 star.

This is probably one of the best apartments in Orlando. The place is very clean and comfortable, and have everything you need for your stay. The locations is very good, being a few miles from most of the places you might want to go in Orlando. In case you need something, there’s a market a few steps away, right in front of the condo. The host is very attentive and responded right away, so don’t be afraid to ask him any questions you might have. All in all, it is a wonderful place to stay in Orlando!

Denni’s home was a really great find, we had some minor inconveniences when arriving but they were taken care of right away. He’s very prompt to respond to any messages and was very professional. The place has the best location, with a Publix right across the street and a really refreshing lake view from the balcony. I would recommend this place to anyone and would not mind staying there again anytime.

Dennis's house is very good. First of all, the neighborhood needs the password to enter is very safe. It is also very quiet. Parking is available in the courtyard. Our car has always been parked in the car space at the door of the building. It is very convenient to get around. The most pleasant is that there is a large supermarket at the door of the neighborhood. Water, breakfast, and fruit can be bought. There is also a supermarket that specializes in alcohol. We all buy champagne and so on.There are also coffee shops, pizza shops, fast food shops, just 15 minutes by car, just perfect, the most satisfying stay, I will stay again next time.

This condo is not for 6 adults. The sofa bed is for children only. It was too short and hard, your back was killing you in the morning. When we asked extra mattress the landlady told us that they have no extra mattress to give us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Our goal was focused on the Universal and this was super close and easy to get to and from with about a 10 minute drive. The second floor unit was perfect for two couples, each with their own bedroom and bath. The grocery store is within walking distance and had everything that we needed to make the condo a little more like home. We would stay there again! Thanks Dennis, the info provided pre check in was perfect and you crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's. It made getting there and settling in super easy!

Good spot, Dennis is very responsive and helpful. There's a shopping center nearby that is walking distance so that's helpful to get groceries and food. The pool is close but the gym is about a 15 min walk, or a 5 min drive. Rooms, beds were very comfortable, and showers also nice and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was absolutely perfect. Everything was clearly well thought out from the glass dishes for the adults to the plastic dishes for the kids. There's also a stroller, Pack n' Play and well equipped kitchen. The property looks exactly as it does on the listing. It's beautifully decorated and immaculate. Our host responded quickly to all inquiries. It was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!

Everything was exactly how you see it in the pictures, actually a little better. The ceiling light was broken but I didn't notice until we were checking out our last day. They didn't mind us leaving 30 minutes after we were supposed to check out. Everything was so accommodating I felt so relaxed and comfortable and I was highly impressed with the cleanliness. No complaints at all!! My only request is to stay there again our next time back.

Great idea with the stroller that was included in the room. The graco play-yard should be useful for kids that are young. Beach towels included in the laundry room if you are looking for them. The supermarket right outside the gate is very useful if you have young kids and forget a thing or two. Don't forget the condiments, oils for cooking while at the market because the kitchen is wiped completely clean of anything except non-edible utensils and pans. Reasonable drive to Disney parks and nice and secluded to rest if you want to get away from the theme park crowdedness. Perfect space for kids as there is a tub. Bathrooms are huge. What a treat.

Had a great stay at Dennis' condo. Access was very easy; After my taxi dropped me off, I took the elevator upstairs, and used my access code to open the door and start unpacking. Everything was as pictured -- clean, new, and comfortable. It was quiet at night, which made it easy to get to sleep. I basically used half the condo, as the other large bedroom and full bath were not needed. At the same time, having all the space of the living room and kitchen was nice. And sitting on the veranda and kicking back after a long day at the convention center was a treat. I stayed seven nights and found that getting back and forth to the convention center was a quick process, thanks to many Uber and Lyft drivers in the area. I did not want to rent a car and search for parking at the convention center each morning, so I used Uber and Lyft. For the ambitious, it's possible to walk there, but walking there was basically a nonstarter for me. If I were here on vacation, I would definitely want to rent a car to get around. Try sampling some of the many local restaurants that are a little outside the conference center/theme park loops, such as 4 Rivers Smokehouse (Winter Park -- the brisket is fantastic!), Pio Pio (Columbian -- Red Snapper and perfect rotisserie chicken are most popular) and Il Pescatore (Italian -- Tortellini di Stefano is ridiculously good). They are all 4,5-star rated restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay at Dennis' condo the next time I'm in the Orlando area and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I stayed for 6 nights at this apartment, and it was in a great location, very close to the convention center. I did not rent a car, and got around by rental bike and Lyft with no problems. The 111 bus to and from the airport is $2 and the stops are very close. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. The supermarket and other stores are a short walk away. The apartment is spacious and much bigger than I needed, but still cheaper than a hotel, and I liked having a kitchen. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great stay at this condo! Very well furnished and clean with a nice view of the lake. We've stayed all over Orlando and found this to be the best location if you are looking for a space with bedrooms and a kitchen. Easy access to Disney & Universal and all the restaurants and on International Drive. Its also very quiet - much needed after a busy day at the parks fighting crowds of people. Vista Cay is a huge property and this condo is on the nicer side with separate pool. We walked around the lake several times and had fun spotting the alligators and river otters. No hesitation in staying here again!

We had a great stay here! The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and has everything we needed! It even has a pack 'n play and a stroller! It is right next to a grocery store, which was super convenient for us! The walls are a little thin, though, so it could get noisy if you're sharing the condo with a loud bunch! It was a quick, inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride to and from Universal Studios as well.

Dennis made our stay as easy as possible. The location is so central, minutes from Universal, 10-15 from the airport and about 20 from Disney World! He explained everything in thorough details in the check in email so you wouldn't have anything to worry about. My boyfriend left his keys there and he even second-day aired them to us right away! Very fast and prompt response to emails as well. If you do plan on checking out late, make sure you let them know IN ADVANCE! The cleaners are very much so on time! We had forgotten to let them know but Dennis made it work for us regardless. Will definitely come back!

Great staying in Orlando. Perfect location, perfect appartment. Wonderful organized with all nessecary information through eMail Advice. The location ist perfect. A Supermarket ist a 100 meter away. All the attractions reachable within a couple of minutes by Car. The appartment ist big with a wonderful large TV and a gorgeous kitchen. We Lso got the VIP access to all things from the Vista Cray Resort like Pool, Jacuzi, Gym etc. For us a perfect location

This was my first experience with Airbnb and it was fabulous! The condo was brand new and looked just like the pictures. Everything was super clean and just a short Uber ride to Universal Studios. Plus, this unit is on the smaller side of the resort, so it's tucked away and the pool isn't too crowded! Great view of the lake and perfect location. I'd definitely recommend the unit to all others!

Both Dennis and the condo are amazing! Everything is exactly as pictured, and it was all very welcoming. I would hands down recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The location is fantastic--both Disney and Universal were a fifteen minute drive tops (and that's WITH traffic!). The plaza right next door had everything we needed, and relaxing by the pool was a real treat. We had six adults and we were all quite comfortable. Communication with Dennis was effortless, and his replies were always thorough and speedy. The next time we make a trip to Orlando, my friends and I agreed that we are definitely staying here.

This is a really good apartment in the suburbs of Orlando. There is a really great supermarket nearby for anything you might need. The apartment is spacious and is exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was super simple and convenient with a keyless entry system. Do keep in mind that the checkout time is very strict and the cleaners will be there at exactly 11am kicking you out (sometimes rudely) unless you have prior arrangements for late checkout. If you plan to leave before 11am on your checkout day, I would definitely recommend this apartment!

A lovely apartment to stay in whilst exploring Orlando. Very spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped, handy to have so many kitchen utensils available when cooking! All rooms were large with plenty of storage and the apartment comfortably accommodated 4 adults. Plenty of parking available and access was easy, lifts saved the hassle of carrying heavy suitcases up stairs! Gaining access to the property was easy and stress free, good instructions and communication from the host. A short drive to universal and the airport and a supermarket within walking distance made it an ideal location. I would thoroughly recommend staying here!

The host is pretty cool, and the community is nice. The only thing which is not that perfect is we can only check in at 4pm, which is kind of too late. And we didn't realize 4pm check-in time is mandatory, and we arrived early (at around 2pm), but couldn't get in. So my family and I waited for almost 2 hours to finally settle down.

In advance of the trip, Dennis sent probably the most thorough and clear instructions for check in that I have ever received. The whole key system is perfectly simple, you'll see when you book it. The stay itself was relaxing and felt like home. When travelling for pleasure or business, I prefer AirBNB to a hotel and this apartment is a great example of why. I was doing a work trip with a colleague and we made ourselves at home at opposite ends of the place. Will be perfect for a family or a group of adult friends. The convention centre is walking distance away for the adventurous ones, and a very short ride by car. The shopping plaza next door meant that we stocked up and did breakfasts and some meals in the apartment - forget the cost, just the convenience of it makes the mornings nice. Great place, beautifully appointed, lovingly looked after.

This is a great appartment! It was exactly as in pictures. Arriving at the apparment was great: the place was spotless and the table was set. There are three TVs, bath, shower, washing machine and dryer. Vista Cay is a superb resort: a pool&whirlpool next to this appartment and another one by the clubhouse. Good Publix supermarket just next door and Wahlgreens for late night needs by the clubhouse. The place is 15 minutes from both Disney and Universal as well as the outlets. It was easy and smooth to work with Dennis. He was prompt with his answers and the instructions before arrival are detailed and clear. A fantastic place for you holiday in Orlando!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dennis' condo. The place's windows face out onto a small lake and the air is filled with bird song. No traffic noise at all. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning and were serenaded by cardinals. Lovely.

I had really good experience interacting with Dennis! He replied to my inquires promptly (like within 1 hour) and also provided information that I requested! I booked his place for the CEO of the company and he really enjoyed the stay there! Will book with Dennis again!

The 2 bedroom condo was beautiful. Exactly as the pictures and description posted. Pool was great to spend a day in the sun! My family and I had a wonderful time. Would recommend to anyone.
