My kids loved this place! We had a family of 6 and the thoughtfulness of the owners was amazing (Princess dresses, kiddie board games, child friendly utensils, baby stroller and pack and plays) everything for a family vacation was there! I was extremely impressed and appreciative. Movie theater and spa pools that we toke full advantage of lol ! We had a minor problem with two of the TVs but I'm pretty sure, they will get it fixed by the time of the next visitor stay. My only concern was the stairs for my 3yr old, they were a bit high...maybe consider installing a child gate there just to be safe. But overall definitely worth it!

Our family had an incredible stay here!! The place was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. The rooms were very cool, my kids loved the princess and Star Wars theme rooms! All the Mickey Mouse touches were amazing too and loved by my toddlers and us! The location is 10 out of 10 as it is so close to the clubhouse and resort pool, which we loved!! We went to Disney a couple days and the other days we relaxed at the resort pool where my kids loved the splash pad, big blue slide and pool side lunches. Additionally, Dennis was great always quick to respond and had the house stocked with everything we needed. We had the absolute best getaway here!!!

Highly recommend this resort and the property rented. We stayed with our 4 kids and had a friend join us with her two kids. Plenty of room for all, exciting theming in the rooms, and setup perfectly for families with kids of all ages. The pool temp at the property (with add-on pool heater) was perfect and the pool temp at the club house pool was amazing. The check-in process on the resort property was a bit clunky day one, but Dennis was instantly responsive and helped us within minutes. The only thing I would pass on is that early check-in or late check-out are both add-ons for a fee, not a courtesy if the property schedule happens to align like other properties we have stayed at. Dennis was very responsive with providing availability and costs for those, and we did take advantage of the early check in add-on. Look forward to visiting this property and resort again in the future!

We loved everything about Dennis's place! It was perfect for our family of 9. One of the rooms is downstairs which was perfect for my grandparents. The beds were amazing! I literally wanted to live there. I'm sad I was only there for 3 nights because it was an amazing stay. The complex itself is also great. There was a pool right across from the unit, a cinema, game room and a playground. It's the perfect place to stay if you have kids. We went to Magic Kingdom and it was just a 20 minute drive. There is also a security right at the gate making it a safe neighborhood; which was important for us. Dennis was also quick to respond to all my messages. I am already planning my next stay!

Dennis did not communicate to me that they had bedbugs until I was leaving to get down to the property. I asked him via message earlier on if they had bedbug protectors. He stated no but they kept their place clean and I did not need to worry. I had my mom and dad and sister coming and my four children and husband from other cities and we took a flight from Cincinnati OH to Orlando Florida. We had no place to stay. He did try to offer other places but wanted us to downsize the room, knowing the amount of guests we had would not accommodate that size especially since we had 9 people. He also wanted us to downgrade the amenities and I was not having that. He stated that I would get a full refund but that doesn’t do anything if my nine guest have to wait for that to clear. We had to drive to Sarasota to all pack up at my parents house. I would not recommend anyone put your trust in this man like we did and got screwed.

Very simple and great place I love the amenities. There is a movie theater that plays three movies a day alongside arcade with an awesome resort pool. I love that it had a small gym and a sauna it was definitely a great place
