This place was amazing and coming from a couple who always stay on Disney property this was well worth the money and exactly how the pictures looked. Very clean and in close location to a lot of stuff.

I always rent from Dennis and he’s usually amazing. This is the first time I came in the summer. I come from California for a doctors apt and we usually spend most of our time in the houses. They stock the houses amazingly and everything is put together well. The only complaint I have is that the babies pack n play had dried feces smeared on it. I didn’t know what it was until I started cleaning it and about gagged! Since my babies head would be sleeping in there, I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it like crazy. I bring my own sheets for the park n play and bought a pillow pad so he wouldn’t touch it but still gross. I was already exhausted from traveling with two small children and stressed about my doctors apt I figured I would tell him later. My only issue is that there was no compensation or anything even with the pictures. I would still rent from him but maybe check the cleaning of everything before you use it and bring your own cleaning supplies just in case.

House is as described and in a great location. Close to parks and you can walk to the nearby restaurants in about 15 minutes. Would recommend and hope we are able to stay again next time.

Great stay! The resort is beautiful and conveniently located to a lot of necessities. The pool is heated, which we didn’t know, but what a great thing since we came in January! Plenty of extra towels and pillows, it truly felt like home.

Overall a great stay! But you can not use the hotel amenities which you could use if you book through the hotel itself. Also there is no privacy outside by the pool. The pool was dirty which we cleaned ourselves. Everything else was great!

This is our second time staying at this location. My husband and kids loved it. Great location and the pool is amazing, the only thing that I would recommend is investing in a large umbrella for the pool. There is not shade at all and the sun was so hot. Other than that you can not go wrong with this location.

The home was in pristine condition and was extremely inviting. One of the aspects of a vacation I worry about the most is the comfort of the bed. Our beds were perfect and gave us the best night's sleep. The private pool was the biggest selling point! Spent most of the day in our backyard oasis. If we decide to stay in Orlando again, this home will be at the top of our lodging list!

Great location if wanting to go to Disney World. Lots of restaurants in the area and the home was spotless. The home came stocked with everything we needed as a family of 4. Loved the pool and didn’t miss the resort access at all. As Orlando natives visiting home with our kids, we would definitely return for future visits.

The cottage was great! It was well stocked with anything you could possibly need and very clean. The beds were super comfortable too! Only thing to note is security seemed a little confused each time we entered the property to get to our cottage. They kept asking for a keycard or wrist band. Having to explain to them each time that we were a airbnb guest and didn't have those things was a little annoying.

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed, loved that the bedrooms were spread out (one upstairs one downstairs). Great location, lots of restaurants and amenities near by. About 20 mins to Disney parking lots. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect place to stay when visiting Disney with kids. The location is so convenient to the parks, and being right across the street from restaurants, an arcade, and the move theater gave us lots to do when not swimming in the heated pool. We had a great trip and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our time. The cottage was spacious and very comfortable. The connivence of having your own pool and grill where nice. The cottage is very close to Disney, Universal and other local attractions. Dennis was very fast to respond to our questions. We highly recommend!

Perfect stay in Margaritaville! The house was clean and the space was perfect for our small group. The pool was an added bonus and it was in close distance to the Disney parks that made traveling around a breeze. Can’t wait until our next trip down and would definitely rebook again.

My experience was just so completely unpleasant. I was excited to book this home as it was in margaritaville and had great reviews. However my experience was not such as previous guess had raved about. Upon arriving to the Airbnb we were provided the incorrect code. It took us 30 min to get the correct code from the host. Check in is 4pm and we were not able to get in until 4:30pm. As suggested I made note of any damages before we entered the home and immediately noticed 2 garbage bags with dirty laundry and dirty laundry in the washing machine. We only had towels for 4 guests and were missing pool towels. House keeping corrected this and we moved on. At this point we decided to set up sleeping arrangements. We are 6 guests, so 2 beds and a sofa bed as advertised was perfect. Upon opening the sofa bed we realized the mattress was missing. We contacted the host and was informed a mattress would arrive by Friday (it never came). The first night we had to cram 6 people into 2 beds. The next day they provided us with a foam cushion which was completely uncomfortable but we were forced to manage. We never received the mattress. We decided to check out the swimming pool and noticed the jets were not working and it was dirty (drinking straws, hair, leaves) We were able to get this issue resolved the next day. Communication with the host was ok, but I did feel like I was getting the run around. I genuinely felt they understood my frustrations but I don’t feel like there was any sense of urgency on getting issues rectified. The home is beautiful. The location is great. It is not a good home for 6 guests. It’s perfect for 4 guests max. Overall I didn’t have a very good experience. I hope all the issues I dealt with are fixed and future guests won’t have to experience the same.

The place is exactly, no better than the pics!! The kids loved the pool, and we love our private retreat downstairs while the kids enjoyed their own space upstairs. It was perfect for our family! Very clean, quiet and spacious. The washer and dryer was a plus!

The house is well maintained, clean and staff is very responsive. Only thing I would suggest is add some instructions for the safety button on the back door where the pool is located. Not a big deal and glad there is a safety measure in place! Other than that it was a fabulous stay close to many stores and entertainment. We were able to get a $20 discount per waterpark ticket which saved us a good amount for a family of 5. OH and my kids loved the cookies left as the welcome gift. =)

Our stay was great, and the cottage was adorable and very well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had a great selection of dishes, cookware, and utensils. Only 2 small complaints: 1) Despite requesting ahead of time that our linens be washed in fragrance-free detergent due to my allergies, the towels smelled strongly of fragrance, and we couldn’t use them. 2) There were no sheets provided for the sofa bed. We were told they’d be delivered the morning after we arrived, but they didn’t show up until the last night of our stay. Overall, though, we loved the place and would stay there again!

Wonderful new home 10 min from Disney! Owner was super helpful and responsive to all questions when asked. Home was super clean, very quiet and we felt very safe in the gated Margaritaville Resort. Great vacation home for families looking to go to the theme parks!
