Great place. Very responsive & helpful host. Super clean throughout. Only drawback is that the private pool is a lot smaller than the picture. Peace of mind getting in & out of my car with my kids because the patrol cars were making rounds routinely around the property. Overall would absolutely recommend.

The space was great for our family of 6. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy. My kids loved the TVs in each room! About the resort, The community pool hours were quite short (closed at 6pm). Also, the gated report entrance took awhile and needed to provide drivers license for each adult until you get a pass from the clubhouse.

Great location, close to everything, awesome resort amenities (arcade, mini golf course, lazy river, heated main pool) but also a great house to just hang out & relax. Heads up that security is strict (which I can appreciate) but be aware you must EMAIL/MESSAGE each adult guest’s name prior to arrival. We misunderstood and placed their names on the Air B&B reservation - this was not sufficient but easily fixed with a phone call. Our only negatives: the house either wasn’t cleaned or poorly done prior to our arrival (dirty bathrooms and floors clearly not swept) and loud music blaring until around 2 am every night from multiple neighbors

Amazing airbnb. Everything looked beautiful. I had a few issues with plumbing and the pool being heated. The plumbing issue was never resolved but after my stay i was reimbursed for the pool issue. My family loved the amenities and we would definitely stay there again.

This place looks just like the pictures, the house is at a great location and very clean. Keep in the mind that if you have small children (2 & under) the pool is not so much kid friendly, but the resort’s pool is. The pool was gated so it was great and it helped a lot. They also have a small high chair, stroller & play yard (located in the master bedroom closet) for your little one to use. The kitchen was very well equipment and had everything you could possibly need for you to cook while on vacation. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Dennis is a gracious host and his ABNB was amazing and I highly recommend this place as it is centrally located to all shops and restaurants. The check in was super easy and the house was very spacious and clean and it was a great place to celebrate my birthday and I would give this place a 100 out of 10. Thank you Dennis for everything.

Wonderful vacation home/resort for the family. Communication with Dennis was seamless. We booked this home for a family birthday trip to Disney World. The drive to Disney wasn’t bad at all. Will certainly book again in the future.

Distance to attractions is not something we admire. Spice adds up when there is traffic on highway 4 (and yes, expect heavy traffic) which delays. Screen doors were not there at all. It creates room for bugs to come in, everytime you open the door, so it was really bothering.

I will say this place is beautiful, however there were so many spiders in the back porch . We bought spray and took care of them . Only a few other inside issues. But the resort was amazing. The check in was easy but communication needs to be established on arrival times . But I would definitely come back .

Pictures are accurate and the home is lovely! Our only complaint was check in is not properly described and if staying at this location please email to add everyone on your guest list to the address. The only name on the ‘list’ is of the person who makes the reservation. Without being on the list you are not allowed on property. Thankfully this was handled very quickly with customer service but I would’ve loved to have this taken care of before arriving.

Make sure the host have all the adult guest on the security gate list. We stayed at the gate for 30 min just to get inside. Other than that the home is lovely .

Fantastic place for kids and families of all ages. We LOVED our stay here and it didn’t feel like a townhouse at all! Perfect location, close to the clubhouse and the house is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!
