lets start, beautiful place love the rooms. very clean and very spacious. the pool was warm and great! one thing if you want to use the barbecue you need to buy or bring your own gas but thats all. also its 5 minutes away from publix!! ive had a great stay overall. i recommend 100%!!

Amazing place to stay if you are going to the parks! We were about 30 mins from Universal. The place was spacious and fit us all very comfortably and was very clean. Some basic kitchen supplies were provided too (as well as dish soap, dishwasher pods, a sponge, and garbage bags) which was nice and there is a Publix <5 min away for groceries. Overall a great stay in Orlando!

Impeccable house, had everything we needed. Seamless income, Dennis very quick with responses. My only recommendation would be to leave more blankets for the beds. Highly recommended!

Dennis started communicating with us prior to our visit to give us reminders about attractions in the area or things to keep in mind. He was very responsive (within minutes) to anything we asked. The property was immaculate and exactly as described. Would recommend staying here or working with Dennis! Great experience!

This place looks just like it’s pictures. Great location. We took advantage of the water park one day and enjoyed our time there. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the place you can tell the cleaning crew goes in and out in 20 minutes and only cleans on the surfaces for the next party. We found food wrappers on a few places, a few hairs, the table mats had syrup under need from the previous guess, towels had some stains, very dusty and you could tell the carpet hasn’t bn clean or vacuum for a while, over all we had a good time but we were very disappointed with the cleaning aspect.

I paid for the pool to be heated a day before my arrival and the heat didn’t start to kick in until two days before it was time for me to leave and wasn’t fully working until the day before I left but I was being charged a fee per day and couldn’t use the pool due to the water being ice cold. My vehicle was broken in to and the hosts response showed not type of empathy… as if he didn’t care. Maintenance guy came twice to fix the same issue which were some of the sockets not working properly. They still weren’t working properly after the second time so I just told him never mind as long as I had one working socket in each room. Other than that The house itself was beautiful and looked just like the photos. I just wish I had a better experience! Pool heat needs to be turned on at least one or two days prior to arrival so the pool can be enjoyed on arrival if the person wanted to get into pool the day of arrival. If they’re paying the fee they should be able to enjoy it!

Our hosting has been wonderful! New and clean house, pool also great. Entire home just like the listing! We went with a large family and children and the house quietly served everything we needed! I recommend and we would definitely go back to this house!

Townhome and location was beautiful. Few notable cleaning concerns, but nothing that would discourage me from staying. Dennis was very prompt with all communication. He even left my favorite cookies on the counter as a welcome gift. Pool was a bonus! We loved everything, definitely booking again.

The house was beautiful just as pictured! Me and my family enjoyed our stay… we had an issue with the ac not working for 3 nights of our stay but once i contacted Dennis it was fixed that night‼️so the last two days were even better! The other thing i didn’t too much care for we had to travel to resort by cab EVERYTIME cause we had no car. But beautiful resort pool and Overall great home and would rent again for sure

The house is far from the parks. It passes through stretches where the highway is under renovation. It took us almost an hour to get to the main parks. There could be better soundproofing, when someone walks upstairs, you can hear the loud noise at the bottom. It is interesting to request the heating of the pool before arriving.

Excellent property, it fully complies with everything offered, it is a completely new house, very well equipped, very comfortable, the cleanliness was also very good, we stayed a long stay and we also took additional services such as pool heating and additional cleaning during the stay, communication with Dennis was excellent, very fast and fluid. We hope to be back soon!!!
