Dennis was a great host and very communicative. Our home was identical to the pictures and so clean. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse theme. We were less than 15 minutes from the Disney parks. The resort pool was so clean and nice.

This was a great place to stay especially if you’re wanting to stay close to the Disney parks. Place looks just like the pictures. Dennis was always very responsive and helpful. My only issue personally, the master bed is quite firm and I have a bad back so it wasn’t the comfiest for me but over all everything was great!

Great place the only downfall was we were given a code to the gym we were under the impression it was 24 hours but the the gym didn’t open until 9am and closed quite early but other than that I will definitely recommend the place I’ll book again In the future

Dennis was an extremely great host to my party and I during our stay. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and friendly. 20 minutes before my original checkout time, Dennis still allowed me to extend it for a small fee and it was much appreciated. This place was so beautiful and it was spotless when we walked in. I loved everything about this place from the room set ups that were Mickey themed, the ambient lighting throughout the kitchen & living area, and the patio was clean as well. I appreciated the extra supplies such as blankets, cleaning supplies, household supplies, baby gear, that were provided. The beds were comfortable, but I personally didn’t feel as if the couch was that comfortable. The kitchen had most of everything I needed to cook besides seasonings other than salt and pepper. felt the linen and towels could have been more updated and new. they were dingy. sheets had lint balls on them. towels wasn't the cleanest had stains. food on floor. balcony covered in webs. I was mislead about the projector which was one of the main reasons I booked. made several concerns about it and was ignored. no pleased with being misled for a 850+ dollar stay.

Home from home, well equipped condo, everything you need is available. Nice that you’re given a welcome pack with soap, washing up etc. Our 2 year old loved the Micky bedroom. Great balcony to relax overlooking one of the pools. This location is perfect for visiting Disney it’s within 15 minutes to all parks. Great that you can use the facility’s onsite; pool, gym, slides and lazy river that’s 2-3minutes walk away. Dennis communicated very well, before check in, during and check out. Recommend this condo.

The location of the property was excellent, with easy access to the parks and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I would rate the location as great. Access to the property itself was also very straightforward and convenient. The apartment matched the pictures perfectly and was very nice overall. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great, and the kitchen was fully equipped and well-organized. The host was very responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions, which made the stay easier. However, the building itself could use some better maintenance. The elevator was a bit dirty, and there were spider webs and dust near the door upon entering the apartment. Inside the apartment, while it was generally good, I found it lacking in cleanliness. There was hair in the shower when we arrived, and the carpet in the bedroom was quite dusty, which caused allergy issues for my kids.

Communication was great leading up to visit. Location was perfect for a quick weekend trip. Nice, clean, and great size. Only down fall was the check in; unfortunately the front gate gave a bad taste in my mouth as a first time guest. The management company could have prevented such with properly having my name on the guest list along with the proper QR codes. Even with the difficulty checking in, we would rent again!

The apartment is quite nice inside, the building not much and when we arrived we found it difficult to identify what the building was because it had no signage, then we went to the wrong building at the beginning. The secondary room can be very hot if you do not sleep with the door open, although I complained about it they told me that they could not lower the temperature of the central thermostat below 70F. I also think there should be more towels available! The apartment is comfortable and cozy, my son loved the Disney theme Denis was always attentive to any communication and response time was very short, very focused on procuring my good stay.

I highly recommend this stay! We had a positive surprise! All was according to photos and combined! The Apt was fondly prepared to welcome my family! Good location.. top water park, with heated pools.. secure location, has Walmart, ross near! is 15 to 20 minutes from the park. a secure site, it's a gated condominium! pool structure is from a resort! during the lodging Deninis monitored if I was in need of something, always point to support me

This was a great place to stay! My family really enjoyed our vacation! I did ask for the pool access code and there was no response. Other guests had to help us. There were also some cracked glasses in the cabinet when we arrived, but Dennis was very helpful letting us know that he would contact housekeeping about that issue. Overall our stay was a success!

This is our third family stay at the Storey Lake location and it's always been a great stay. The units are nice and spacious and always have a touch of Disney, which is always nice. Dennis was very responsive and helpful. The pool area is also very nice to have. A cool lazy river, pool and waterslides.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The balcony view of the community pool was nice! It’s located so close to stores and a quick drive to the Disney parks! We did a two day park hopper and between parks we even drove back to this condo to let the kids swim for 30 minutes to cool down before going to the second park of the day. The place is so clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed ourselves. It is a very nice resort! A few complaints- The beds are horribly uncomfortable. I left with a very sore back as did my husband and son. Bring your own paper products- they provide some but they are cheap-cheap. There is NOT a large screen TV in the front room. Pictures are very deceptive. The fixed shower heads made showering difficult for my disabled husband. A few pennies spent on a detachable head would help! The clubhouses are amazing. Lazy river and water slides were fun. Pools are all heated. There is a shuttle service and the drivers are kind and full of information about the area. As for the condo- Bring extra blankets. There are plenty of kitchen supplies. The dishwasher was not working and they fixed it quickly! The balcony is very nice. The pool is too. The code to get in was not provided but we figured out that it is 3100. A small investment in more comfortable mattresses would bring this place up to a five star level.

The place was nice however we were not given access to the pool in back of unit but rather had to either walk a distance or drive to nearby amenities. When I asked about the pool code, I was asked why I needed access. My daughter left items that they have communicated were found. I have sent a prepaid label to get items back but they still have not sent them. Very frustrated at this point.

We enjoyed the condo and facilities at Storey Lake. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family. Parking was easy, although check in at the security gate line was very long. The water park was a big hit with our family, and was walkable from this unit. Note the big pool is heated but lazy river is not. It did get very crowded, but it was a holiday weekend. Also we were not given the code for the pool right out front, and we had to contact the clubhouse during their opening hours to get it. Publix, target and Walmart are close as well as lots of mostly chain restaurants. Great condo, great amenities and good location to the parks! Would highly recommend!

Great place in a great location! Very close to theme parks, Gatorland, ICON. An easy drive to Cocoa Beach and not too far from LegoLand. Publix and Target within 5 minutes. Secured community of condos and no problems finding a place to park. Even though the condo community is large, it was very quiet and rarely saw people outside of the pool area and the clubhouse. The house has everything you will need but felt very clean and comfortable uncluttered as it had just enough of what you need. Huge empty pantry to hold anything you buy from the store. Beds were comfy and had a great deck area. The pool and clubhouse were great and we didn’t want to leave! So fun! My son has already asked if we could come back and stay at the same place again! Dennis was incredibly responsive with the couple of outreaches we made. Great value for a beautiful, conveniently located space.

5 stars. Location was great and accessible to the parks, place was clean and as advertised. Dennis was responsive and had clear instructions. Pool area was great, lazy river is not heated and soooo cold. Large pool is heated and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Outdoor furniture at condo needs to be replaced but otherwise top notch accommodations.

The condo was nice and spacious . The condo is also as pictured in the listing page. But they’re a few cons. As we were checking in around 4:20 the cleaning person was just leaving which left us walking on a wet tile floor. We were not able to use the big movie screen because of a flatscreen tv with a tv Stand is placed in-front of it we also didn’t see any projector. We definitely booked because the movie screen caught our eye but end up never using it because of the reason stated previously. Over all our stay was good we were closer to universal and lots of restaurants!

Good place. It needs an extra set of towels as it’s only one towel per person provided and not convenient to stay in the unit to wash them so you have clean towels in the evening when you come from the parks. Great communication.

This place was WONDERFUL. Very clean, beautiful, spacious, perfectly staged and in a great location! Not a lot of places have the little details that make it feel like you’ve stepped into a magazine, but this place did. All of the check-in/check-out information was provided well in advance and went off without a hitch. We arrived late and had a question and the company was very quick to respond. This place is a gem, the Mickey Mouse room is absolutely adorable! Would highly recommend!
