Vista Cay is a beautiful family friendly resort. The keyless electronic lock was SUPER convenient for check in and for navigating conflicting schedules within our group! The apartment was clean, comfortable and for the most part very well equipped. Dennis was very responsive, and respectful in his communication. I would, however, have to agree with one of the previous guests in that the policies of the property management group (Casiola) around cancellation do not align exactly with the Airbnb posting and caused some confusion (and additional expense). As per my correspondence with Casiola, “Any modifications to the reservation need to be mutually agreed upon by both the host and the guest.” and “any change requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the check-in date.” regardless of the cancellation policy posted.

Vista Cay was an amazing property and Dennis and his team took care of everything. I would highly recommend any properties they are in charge of. Very professional and quick to respond.

This condo is exactly as described, 4th/top floor corner unit over looking lake and pool. Easy to get in and out, parking up front always available. We traveled with 3 small boys (2,6,7) they loved the unit and the resort amenities (pool, arcade, etc). The extra sleeper sofa and living room with tv was great for kids. Kitchen was fully stocked and host very responsive. (Only request would be to have extra blankets and sheets, and was missing a spatula but we made due)

Excellent location to visit Universal Parks and Sea World. The extended hours of the heated pool favored us all. The balcony has a nice view. Parking is ample. The resort is conveniently close to the pharmacy and the supermarket. Excellent!

The condo was amazing and exactly as described. The location was wonderful because we wanted to be close to Universal Studios. It was convenient to visit Universal City Walk every night for great food and activities. The resort is beautiful and there was plenty to do for our teenagers. They loved the heated pool, whirlpool and Gameroom. Their favorite thing was the basketball court, even though it closed really early, at about 6:00 pm. I did have some issues with the property management company Casiola, which is owned by Dennis. They would not honor my original reservation and price. I ended up paying over $400.00 more because they canceled my reservation one day before our vacation! I will not deal with them or Dennis ever again! It's such a shame because Vista Cay and this condo are wonderful! Hopefully the true owners will find another company to manage their property.

Dennis's place , was very cleaned, decoration very nice , well maintained, all your needs are there, and is near to everything you need, Definitely will stay there again ,and i will recommend it to friends .

Thank you for the early check in!Sure, the room was great, loved the balcony view, very beautiful space. Only wished there was more toilet paper and trash bags stocked.
