Vista cay is a great place to stay. This unit had a Grocery store and restaurants all within walking distance. Dennis' communication is truly phenomenal

Rent this place. I did lots of research on other airbnbs and had no buyers remorse with this one. Absolutely Perfect location. Apartment felt big. Big entrance and halls. Bathrooms were very spacious and so were the 3 bedrooms. Nice parent’s room with bathroom attached. I could see another couple using the queen bedroom if you had 2 families and kids in the other bedroom that had 2 doubles. Or a girlfriend retreat. Pool area was gorgeous. Brand new. The other pool on the main building was closed for renovations till January 2025. Just FYI. You can Walk right to grocery store Publix, or pizza place or the amazing diner for brunch. Lots of parking spots. Easy to get to the highway and get to Disney or universal studios. And I’m challenged with that. So it is easy to do. Directions say 18 minutes to main parks but felt like 5 minutes and we were there. Just a perfect location and highly recommend vista cay.

Everything was exactly as described. the beds were comfy and it was quiet and peaceful. We had a great short get away for our son's birthday. Everything we wanted to do was just a short drive. We enjoyed being able to walk to Publix. The pool was nice and not too crowded.

It was a very nice condo and resort. Great to have a grocery a minute away. Lovely pool area. We have everything we needed in the condo. Had to buy extra paper products though. Would book here again!

No surprises- nice, clean condo that fits the listing. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to the Orange County Convention Center. Restaurants and Publix are just past the pool.

Great place to stay. Quite close to parks if that’s what your here for. I was there for the Olympia fitness expo and shows, close to all the things I needed. Close yummy restaurants, grocery store, coffee and treats.

The place was great. Clean, just as pictured. It was also very quiet which was really nice. So close to the parks and love that the grocery store and restaurants right outside the complex. Dennis was great and quick with every question I had. 10/10 would book again.

We have stayed in a different unit with Casiola within the same complex and both stays were excellent and we will seek out their units in the future since we come to Orlanda every year. I didn't feel like anything was missing for our stay which is a nice feeling. Everything was clean and comfortable and well prepared to accommodate the number of people stated in the listing. Hate when we get to places and they don't have real beds in any of the rooms - this is not the case here with four large REAL beds - comfortable - extra linens in the closet! A couple of choices for pillows hard/soft/fluffy - very nice stay.

We had 8 people in our group (4 adults and 4 kids) and we all loved the place. We walked in and saw the unit staged just as we saw in the pictures. The place impressed everyone and absolutely met our expectations. Dennis was always on top of communications, so the whole process of checking in and out was very smooth. The resort has a strip mall right in front of the gates which made getting food and groceries very easy. Definitely will return some day.

Great property, horrible management! We booked this condo a year in advanced only to find out we weren’t actually staying in the one we booked, I verified the address for, AND had a door code for! We were left waiting outside standing outside the door we thought was ours, only to be told we would be staying in a condo we’ve never seen! All together we booked 6 condos with Dennis and 3/6 had issues. So if you want to take a 50/50 shot whether you condo is going to be correct go ahead and book. I caught an earlier error before arriving when I didn’t receive arrival information for one of the units. After several phone calls and a snarky receptionist, that issue was resolved. I asked we be allowed A ONE HOUR EARLY check in to the rest of the units. They agreed IN WRITING. Then went back the next day and said I misunderstood. Not sure how you can misunderstand when I ask to make up for your error please allow me early check in on all 6 condos I have booked with you! So be prepared to pay $50 even if you just want an hour early check in. They clearly care more about money than people.

Just as pictured! Really nice inside, close to everything such as; Disney, Orlando Studios, Sea World etc. Although we had trouble with the A/C & if you put it below 75 it’ll stop working & eventually just boost the temperate higher & hot. Other than that it was great, they have many utensils, everything you need.

Amazing place! Right across the street from the convention center which was super convenient for me. Grocery store is right outside the complex as well. Pool was clean & refreshing. The condo itself was perfect; comfortable beds, clean, well equipped with everything you might need, & seriously decorated better than my own home. Check in & check out were super easy & simple. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

If you have the chance to snag this beautiful find ... DO IT! Walking distance to the grocery store and shopping center. 5 minutes from the convention center, and a short ride to all attractions. Dennis really cares about his guests. WE WILL BE BACK!

Fantastic apartment, great location 15 minutes from most major attractions and a large supermarket on the entrance. Very well layed out apartment, all of the rooms where a good size. The kitchen had all of the utensils you need and a large tv in each room. Very stylish space and would highly recommend it. It even had a kids high chair and kids cutlery.
