These vacations homes are amazing. Everything my family and I need. Everything is close by and anytime we need assistance this team helps right away. The house is beautiful. This is our 5 th year staying on this property and we will be back next year!

I was very pleased with the property, it was immaculate, close to popular activities and the water park at the hideaway was a hit with the kids. There were some things that went wrong but dennis was responsive and took care of the issue right away. The critique I would make is that the instructions on how to enter the property could have been more clear. The email came from a separate email address that I was not told about and went into my spam. Had that been properly communicated then I could have resolved that in the front end, other than that the stay was exceptional.

My family and I loved our stay while visiting Orlando. Close to all of the amusement parks. Having a place with its own pool was a plus. Gated community have a peace of mind. Spacious home for a big family. Having a resort onsite was Top Tier. I will book again

We stayed for a week and the house was exactly as described. Dennis was great with his communication and ensured we were taken care of. The backyard pool area was well kept and clean. Only complaint was the bed frame in the master bedroom was broken and needs replacement and the basic kitchen/household supplies are only stocked enough for a couple nights stay but you will need to purchase more if you are staying longer (dish soap, garbage bags etc.) Overall 4 out of 5 stars.

The location was close to stores and things to Do. The house was as described. Had wifi but streaming or watching TV had a bad lag, not a big selection of channels. The house was as described, and was clean. Pool was great as well. All rooms have fans with lights but not all rooms had remotes for the fans, but we found that 1 remote would operate them all. We had to flip breakers on and off per the dishwasher and stove were not working. Also outlets in downstairs bathroom or master suite bathroom did not work, but there were outlets close by that did fine. The house came well stocked with pots pans dishes and silverware. The clubhouse with lazy river was fun and just as it was described! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, With the house nice and clean. Everything looks the same as the pictures the only problem was that we couldn’t enjoy the clubhouse everyday was crowded. Keep in mind is 6 minutes away driving (11 minutes walking)

Great place to stay. House was very clean. Just a couple of minor things like scuff marks on wall and the pool located on property was small. Overall everything in description is accurate. Spent majority of our time at the Clubhouse. The kids really enjoyed the water slides and the pool. Excellent communication with staff. Denise was very helpful with any questions that we had. He also checked in with us from time to time.

I love Airbnb. I love booking through this platform because of all the wonderful hosts but this is NOT the same experience. This is a large company (Casiola) taking advantage of Airbnb. The pro’s (& the only reason I gave stars): - Very clean & very nice furniture - There were clean towels in each room - Dennis was always responsive - Close to Disney - Part of the Storey Lake resort which had a few pools including water slides & a lazy river. The con’s (which really outweigh the pros): - The pool. I’ve stayed at plenty of Airbnb’s & I have never seen anywhere where you have to pay an additional cost for the pool daily. That’s usually included in part of the stay. And you have to pay additional for the heat. This is all stated beforehand so I am aware of it, I just find it shocking. The pool at the resort is way better and included in the stay. - Early check in: to come 2 hours before check in I had to pay $50. Not even at hotels do they do this. When I first asked about it Dennis told me to reach out 24-48 hours before the stay. So I did, and then he said they offered 11 am early checkin & to reach out the next day, and I did. I arrived to Orlando at 10:30 AM and I double checked that it was okay to come in. Nope, it wasn’t and then he made me made me pay $50! I was stranded at the airport waiting for the later check in time. - Casiola sends a link to book your Disney tickets but it’s done through their website- DO NOT DO THIS. Thank goodness my credit card thought it was fraud and didn’t let me purchase because when I did it on the actual Disney website it was completely different! And Disney makes you do a profile and all that so you can easily plan with your group. The Casiola link does not do this & the check out is not the same. - There are 3 rooms in this house with ceiling fans that seemed to not be wired properly. When one light was turned off, the light in another room would turn on & vice versa. We eventually found a system but it was an hour long complication. - If you’re one of those that like really hot showers, the heat will never reach that temperature in this house. - Housekeeping arrived before our check out time. Overall, the house was nice but the experience with this company was not.

I would recommend if you don’t like a cool pool to get the pool heater for the duration of your stay. We thought temp would be fine but it was a tad chilly the first day and decided to get it but took a while to warm up. Other than that this is a great place to stay plenty of room for everyone to spread out and clean!!

loved having a private pool. we stayed for 10 days. they give you two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, three trash bags, one towel per person. it would be nice if they considered you length of stay for how much to they were allotting so we didn't have to shop for our own. besides that loved it, just be prepared.

Our A/C went out at home so we needed a few-day escape until it could be repaired. This place was a great deal. Very clean, mostly quiet, much more space than we needed, but nice to stretch out. The private pool was nice to have, and our son enjoyed going to the community area for the pool, splash pad, and lazy river (he's 4 and didn't hit the height requirement for the slides). When the post check-in "How are you doing" email came, I provided some feedback on a couple VERY minor things, and within a couple hours, replacements were brought over. Great service. We had a great experience and would book with Casiola again in the future.

This property it much bigger then it appears in the photos! It’s beautiful we had a family of 10 and there was plenty of space! Beautiful area it was close to everything. Hollywood studios, Animal Kingdom, and Discovery Cove were all not even 15 minutes away! I will rent from this company on my next trip to Florida for sure.

This was an amazing stay for my friends and family. We booked very last minute and Dennis responded very quickly. The space was immaculate and smelled very clean as soon as you walked in. They left a pack of Oreos with a card that we all enjoyed and several other small items. We loved this place and would definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you thought you needed and more. Bedrooms were stylish and comfortable. We truly felt at home. Our kids enjoyed the privacy of the pool. Adding on heat to the pool is highly recommended if you are on the fence about it. Thanks, again, for a great stay. Our family is already looking for a future date to do this again!

Nice location, store lake is a new condo not too far from parks. The house has a clean decor. Amenities were ok and useful. In a nut shell it is good Solution for a single family that do not like hotels and wants a bit more room and to cook its own food.

This place was great. The location was awesome and the resort pool area was perfect for all ages! Be prepared to pay a lot for all of the extras you need. This place only offers plates, bowls, silverware and everything to cook and towels. Other than that it’s pretty empty. I would also recommend bringing slippers for your entire family because the tack strip in the carpet is everywhere and you will step on them, it hurts. Trash pick up was slow. But we did really like the place. We were able to get an early check in which was awesome! Dennis did answer every response quickly. Thank you.

Our stay in Orlando was amazing. The house was very clean and well furnished. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. An unexpected plus was the playpen already there being that we had an 1 year old child with us. It came in handy very often. The location was great being very close to many restaurants and stores. There was an issue with the pool heating system not working, but our host handled it very well and issued a refund for the pool heat d/t it being too cold to use the private pool with out the heat. Very happy it was acknowledge and addressed. However, we used the resorts community pool instead and it was AMAZING. They had free activates for the kids to make slime/ projects and etc. My daughter loved it. Last but not least, I left my prescription sunglasses behind and our host and his team were able to find them and ship them back to me free at cost. Awesome hospitality ! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip back to Disney.

We searched for several accommodations before closing, our expectations regarding location, safety and hygiene were completely exceeded. The house is excellent, very clean, with all the necessary utensils, as well as delicacies that we did not expect. I'm sure when we return to Orlando this home will be our first choice. The support was also great, I always had my questions answered. As for the location, we think it's perfect because it's halfway to almost anything. If you're in doubt, don't stay. Our experience was fantastic.

Very clean, easy check in and out, and the kids loved it. Great amenities at the clubhouse, we could have spend our whole trip at the property and never left. Location is great for Disney parks, 15 minutes tops! Lots of close shops for groceries etc that made stocking up for necessities easy.

To say the least, my husband and I have stayed at over 60 Air BnBs and have never wrote a negative review. This was by far the most frustrating stay we have ever experience. ONE day prior to my check in, the host who is also the owner of the management company messages me saying that the WiFi is non available at the house until Two days after my initial check in when a technician shows up to install. We had people part of our group stay at the house wishing for a technician that never came. Owner Dennis then doesn’t want to recognize any additional discount even though I didn’t have any cable or WiFi throughout my entire stay!!!! He initially offered a house that doesn’t even fit the amount of people in my stay. Then I arrive, grill has missing parts, the guy that comes to check out the grill; rips the company apart and mentions that the owner is super irresponsible and fails to respond and frankly doesn’t care much about his properties. Needless to say he knew about the cable and WiFi situation ALMOST A WEEK before my stay. We then had RED ANTS throughout the entire stay. We had to take my son to urgent care due to the bites. This company is a complete joke and needs to a put a tent over their circus.
