Overall, the stay was fine, pictures are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet. The keypad is easy to use. Surprised that there were toiletries provided. Also surprised by the gifted canvas bag and liked the little touches of kitchen wipes, dish soap and laundry detergent to use. There were a few issues with our stay. The fridge filter needed to be changed, and I let the host know. They didn't mention that they would come by to change it so we just bought bottled water. One night we came back and found the kitchen, living room and dining room flooded with a pool of water. We found the water main and turned off the water and texted the host, who told us to clean it up and text back if there was more flooding. Overall, the place is a good stay, but the water flood and the follow up left a bad taste for us. Then we had a dryer issue where the vent was clogged and had a code that stated we could not use it until the vents were cleaned out.

Place was just like the photos, very clean, family friendly and convenient for travel into Disney! Aside from the street party (loud music and lots of talking at 3:00 a.m. what felt like right outside our window) we have no complaints at all.

Dennis’s place was beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures & the kids loved it! This home was spotless & very welcoming. We were even able to spend time at the resort pool & had some really good milkshakes at the ice cream parlor. We enjoyed our stay & we’re looking forward to returning soon.

The house was exactly as shown. Our kids loved it! Only con if doing Disney is during traffic hours. If traveling during that period a 15 minute drive can easily turn into 40mins.

Just spent five nights at Dennis‘ place. Highly recommend. Everything was immaculate. A great location. Close to restaurants, Walmart, Walgreens. A short drive to Disney Parks. We had a wonderful stay at Dennis’s townhome in Davenport, Orlando. The house was beautiful, very clean, and had a lovely backyard view that made our stay even more relaxing. It was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable family stay. Dennis was an excellent host very responsive and quick to reply whenever we had a question. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to families visiting the Orlando area.

This place was great for our Disney vacation. There was plenty of space, they had everything we needed. I loved that they thought of all the details from dish soap, to baby gates. The community was very peaceful and great for a walk around. I absolutely loved all the Mickey details. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed staying in the house. There are 3 good bedrooms, 1 of which is a suite. One master bedroom is huge, the children's room could easily have accommodated 5 children. The kitchen is good and has a very large table and counter. The house is tidy and it was very easy to get to and enter it. The meeting has a market nearby as well as a pharmacy and restaurants. Disney was about 30 minutes from the house with traffic. Very quiet and easy to access by highways. We like the house and would certainly stay again.

Stayed for our Disney trip & will definitely be back! Very spacious & clean. The pool and kids splash playground was a great bonus, though some establishments like the bar & ice cream shop were closed. Quick drive to the parks and about an hour away from the airport. Overall a great place to stay & would definitely recommend

Had a great stay for my daughter’s 5th birthday. We loved the house and Dennis made sure everything was a smooth process for us from check in to communication. The location was perfect, right In the middle of everything whether traveling to Lego land or Disney all being within a short distance. Fully equipped with everything you could need especially traveling with little ones you can tell that Dennis and his team pays attention to their guests. Will definitely be booking again.

AC unit needs maintenance. Hot and muggy upon arrival. Host should evaluate their team. Home was unclean. Stains & crumbs on chairs. Stains in microwave with a hair under hot plate. Dead flies near window in main bedroom as well as hair on the bed. Walls full of stains. Stains on carpet. I hope the host can get with their team and do a better job at resolving the issues due to cleanliness. We did call the their business number in the contact card provided to us by them, which they placed in the kitchen and sent up all the photos and our concerns to a team member and they sent it up to management and sent someone over to resolve the issue within an hour of arrival, unfortunately not much was done. They asked for photos again after the townhouse was “cleaned” again to send up to management. We canceled same day. We got in contact with Airbnb. Luckily we reported this to the Airbnb team and got a full refund and was able to rebook with a different property.

The house was excellent! Mickey's decor delights everyone. The living room was very spacious and the kitchen was newly renovated with all the amenities. Our group of 3 children was delighted with the Safari room. The amenities of the washing and drying machines as well as all the amenities were very useful. I recommend the place and on a future trip I would stay again.

The great eh house, well accurate with the pictures and very comfortable. It has a beautiful view of the lake, which makes the breakfast much more enjoyable. The kitchen is very well equipped, which makes it easy for those who want to cook, in addition to the beautiful dishes! The children loved the decor and our stay was excellent, we would return to staying here without a doubt!

We recently stayed at this property for a trip to Orlando. The home was very clean and comfortable, which made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, there was a minor issue with a broken or missing dish soap bottle. We reached out to the host for a replacement, but the request was ignored. While this was a bit disappointing, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and we still had a great time. With a little more attentiveness from the host, this could have been a perfect stay.

The house is very comfortable, well decorated, with new appliances, very well equipped kitchen. The street is quiet and safe, easy to access. We stayed here during the passage of the Milton hurricane, our flight was canceled and we went to this house on the day of the hurricane's arrival. We had no problem with this, Dennis was extremely kind and quickly responded to all my messages, always understanding and helping us with this peculiar situation. In the house we only had a problem with the toilet: the door was locked and so it was not possible to use it at any time of our stay. The children loved the pool of the resort's common area, but the games room was not available on any day of our stay. It has market, pharmacy and other shops nearby. I recommend and would return to this house for sure!

This place was very nice and well appointed. The decor was so cute and it carried throughout. It is very central to some restaurants and eateries along with a grocery store. .

My stay was great! Kitchen super clean and minimal but had everything we needed even made dinner a few nights. Loved that there was a high chair and playpen for baby. Even a small umbrella stroller. We did have a few hiccups like WiFi going out and a floating chest falling off the wall. But super fast respond time and the issues were resolved. Main bed is just not what we're used to so it took a few nights to get comfy. Only suggestions for owner are maybe putting a few board games or toys for children since it's kinda of marketed towards family, Also only house with no patio furniture to sit out back. Possibly putting some chairs, putting a small holder for soaps in main bath would be nice too. Overall great stay. Oh and a baby gate!! It was tough trynna keep my one year old from climbing the steps every minute.

My family and I recently traveled to Disney to celebrate my son’s graduation, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay than this townhome. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The townhome was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A special mention must go to our host, Dennis. Upon arrival, I realized I had forgotten to read the final check-in email and, exhausted from our long drive, I messaged Dennis at 5 am for the door code. To my relief, Dennis responded almost immediately with the information we needed. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly attentive and always just a message away whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The location of the townhome was ideal, providing easy access to Disney and other local attractions. This townhome and its exceptional host, Dennis, made our celebratory trip truly memorable! the accommodations exceeded our expectations.💙

To start, I did not pick this AirBnB.. I chose another house in the same community with a pool in the back. The day before check-in I received an email from the management company (not a message through AirBnB) that there was an issue so the place was no longer available and offered me this one a couple streets over. It had no pool but we had nowhere else to go so we accepted and I was refunded the difference. Positive - house was cozy and fully stocked. Negatives - there were SO many bugs/flies on the ceiling at the front door and upstairs hallway, to the point I had to use the vacuum to suck some up. 2. NO patio furniture 3. Lastly and most importantly, the community amenities were not available which was a huge disappointment for us and our 3yr old. We were told by the staff that the pool heater was broken and the restaurant & ice cream parlour had been closed for a really long time (signs taken down). It is very misleading to draw people in with those things knowing arent available

The house was as described with the exception of one of the shelves below the tv was on the floor and we arrived to the front door glass was broken. They fixed it quickly to ensure none of the kids were cut by glass.
