The home was listed as pet free but I am certain previous guests did not adhere to this due to the scent. I did inform the manager and cleaners came to try and address it.

Very nice house. Looked exactly like the pictures and was spotless. I hate we had to leave early due to the hurricane, but he even refunded me the unused days. I was just trying to rebook for Christmas but it’s not available. Would stay every trip to Disney and universal. Love the gated security as well .

Our stay was Great till we saw ants on the kitchen counter and the bathroom and pool side, the bed rooms were a little small but we made it work.

Looked just like the pictures. Great size and space for my family. Only wish was that the hot tub would’ve been heated. Overall nice home.

We had a few issues with the AC and they got someone there right away. Even when it was really late at night. Dennis was very nice and responsive. The house was clean. The only complaint we had was the AC which we got resolved eventually and the Frozen room had ants and dead bugs on the window sill. Other than that we really enjoyed our time. The house was beautifully decorated. Safe location and Dennis was always very fast to respond!

Great home! We stay in many Air BnB’s throughout the year and this was one of the better ones we have been in! It was accurate to all the pictures and we enjoyed ourselves a lot! We will book here again for sure.

The location is great, the perfect condominium. What he left wanting was the cleanliness, especially outside, which was not suitable for use. Every area I had to wash.

Our entire stay was wonderful. Dennis is an excellent host, he was very responsive and even checked on us throughout our entire stay. His home was spotless and so comfortable....we felt right at home. The resort has EVERYTHING you and your family will need and want. Don't hesitate on booking, you definitely won't be disappointed.

Home was nice and clean. The community was clean. It’s a resort style community but there are homes where residents can purchase and reside there, I thought that was interesting. Overall satisfied with the home, rooms were nice and size able. Love the open floor plan. My only hiccup was one of the fans didn’t work in the bedroom. I would recommend this place.

Easy check in. Great location of the house for proximity to clubhouse and amenities. Comfy beds, with lots of bathrooms and space for our party of 10 ppl. Would definitely book this house again.

Great place to stay, clean and as advertised. Great host communication. Great location, easy to get to Disney and Universal Parks. The kitchen was well stocked and had lots of plates, utensils and anything you would need. Plenty of towels. The starter kit had enough items for our five day stay with five people since we were mostly out during the day at the parks. The complex was nice and quiet. This house is in a good location in the complex. We would stay here again.

Tons of fun for the whole family. The community seems to be relatively new and beautiful. Dennis was great he responds quick and was very helpful with anything needed. I would def stay again hopefully in the near future!

Our host Dennis was good in communication,we received clearinstructions on how to ve checked in at the gate and check in was quick and east having driven over 8 hrs that's what we needed. The home was exactly as in the pictures and even more appealing. Our family settled in perfectly,the kids loved their bedrooms. The games and the extra family room was well utilized by my kids. We will definitely come back again.
