Great home. Quiet neighborhood, very clean home. Looked just like the pictures. Booked it for an Epcot trip for our family and our college graduate son and his friends and it met all of the expectations. Lots of bathrooms and the rooms were well appointed. Very responsive host. Nothing negative to add about the place.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Place is spacious for a large family. Dennis was great at communicating with me throughout the trip. As far as cleanliness, unfortunately my sheets had some stains & smelled like cologne. Not sure they were washed. We had an incident, my son was there alone & called me to ask if anyone else had stayed behind because he heard noise. I contacted Dennis right away to explain our concern that someone had entered the unit and asked if there were cameras around and said there were not. Later he messaged me saying he checked the records and it was pool cleaning day. He apologized for any inconveniences which was appreciated but I was concerned at the initial response that didn't provide an absolute assurance of safety and security. Distance to Universal Studios is 40 minutes and DisneyWorld is about 25 minutes. The resort pool and restaurant were great but are are not on the side of the property; you do have to drive across the street to enter.

Staying at the Four Corners was great! Dennis was very responsive with helping with check-in and any issues that arised during my stay, he really wanted to make sure your stay was as perfect as could be. The home had everything you could ask for and more; very spacious and in a great area. Would definitely come back and stay again!!

I had a wonderful stay this weekend! The space was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. It truly felt like a home away from home—comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. My family and I had a great stay at this property. Although we didn’t need to reach out often, Dennis was an excellent and responsive communicator. We arrived late, but the easy self-check-in made entry seamless. The home was very clean and well-stocked with essentials. We were welcomed with a thoughtful welcome box, card, and Oreos, which was a lovely touch. The box included dishwashing soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, a sponge, and extra trash bags—very helpful for the first night and day. The house had plenty of towels, toilet paper, and toiletries, and was surprisingly spacious for a townhouse. The location was excellent, about 20 minutes from Disney with traffic, with grocery stores, shops, and restaurants nearby. We didn’t get to use the amenities due to a tight itinerary. One thing to note is that parking is not designated, and pool heating needs to be requested at the start of the stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this home.

Dennis was amazing! We found a leak in the refrigerator while we were there. I informed Dennis and maintenance responded the next day. He always answers his messages promptly. The home was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. I will definitely be booking again.

This Airbnb was great! The location is 30 mins from universal and has plenty of bedrooms along with a small pool. The airbnb was in a resort so you can also access the bigger pool along with guest house, spa and gym. The host was extremely responsive. I’d highly recommend this for anyone who’s visiting Orlando and has a larger group.

I booked this place for a family weekend. Everything was as it was shown on the listing. my daughter and her friends had fun. We felt right at home once we walked in. My only down side was in order to enjoy the amenities we had to cross the street to the other side. My overall experience in this home was all in all hands down. Dennis was very responsive when I had questions, so thank you for your prompt responses. I would recommend this place to anyone. I would also consider staying here again.

This was a cute Airbnb for a small multi family gathering. Dennis was always responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. Its location is prime because it’s not too deep into the Solara community. Definitely would recommend this property to other people and I would stay here again!

No extra blankets for those who felt cold at night. Not enough paper towels or cleaning supplies for a booking of 4 nights and 12 guests. It had supplies for only 1-2 days. Guests were expected to arrange for basic cleaning supplies like toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwasher pods, AND garbage bags! This does not seem apt for an Airbnb listing.

Excellent accommodation, 100% recommended! Excellent location for going to Disney and Universal parks. The house has enough space to accommodate a large family and I'd like to highlight the cleanliness, it's pretty good. Check-in is easy, although I had to ask Dennis (he responded quickly and at dawn) to find out exactly which house number it was, since at first it only shows the arrival at the clubhouse of the subdivision. Dennis' service is very good and he was always attentive. Unfortunately, I forgot some personal things inside the house and although it is 100% my responsibility for having forgotten them and the policies clearly state that they are not responsible, I would have liked to have been treated better, since they only told me that the team did not report that anything was found inside the house, when I am 100% sure that I left them there. Despite that, I give it 5 stars in everything because it really is! I recommend it!

The only problem was that they never sent me a code to open the gate and I struggled a lot. I was able to enter when another car entered, because I called several times and sent an email and no one answered

Dennis was very responsive and helpful. The toilet clogged in the morning within a couple of hours someone was there to fix it. I also needed an extra day due to a storm and my flight cancelled he was very quick and responsive and flexible and allowed me to stay the extra day! I would definitely stay in one of Dennis’s properties again in the future.

Dennis was a delightful host! SUPER responsive in any and every question. He always provided feedback with a really quick response and turn around. Home felt welcoming and homey, had everything you needed. Only kickback however a personal preference would be a little heavier comforter in the beds. The covering provided were super lightweight. Everything else is as described and properly listed. Would highly recommend this home easily fits 3 families.

This place was AMAZING! So clean, organized and updated. The little touches as far as kitchen supplies and toiletries were so thoughtful and convenient. We were close to a lot of stores and the Target nearby OMG (I obv love target lol). It was a short drive to MCO, icon park, Disney etc. My kids loved everything, especially the pool in the back. The resort was so nice, my son kept calling it a waterpark lol. Dennis’s communication was excellent! All my concerns were addressed within an hour and he made sure our stay was super comfortable.

The Airbnb was perfect with plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and beds. It’s was clean and Dennis had clear prompt communication. Our kiddos loved swimming from sun up to sun down. Plenty of space the only things we wish were different or we brought more of was dish soap and trash bags. We had a blast though! Thank you so much

Pros Dennis was very helpful and responsive whenever I asked him about anything. He left a welcome gift which was a nice touch. Home was clean and looked exactly like the pics. Cons Pool smaller than it Internet range was a bit of a problem it kept going in and out we had to use our mobile hotspot often. After my $75 payment to Dennis to extend our check out until 6pm the cleaning crew showed up and Demanded we leave and even after we explained they pulled out their cell phone to show us it said we need to check out by 11am . Which was wrong because We extended our check out until 6pm for 75$ But they insisted we needed to go So they left and then returned with 1 additional person to translate and then said 2pm was the latest It really upset me because they was not believing me when I told her no 6pm she showed her phone again and insisted we were supposed to go by 2pm And stayed at the door waiting for us to go I thought it was unprofessional It made the end of our stay sour.

The overall space/ layout of the home was great. The inside was decorated beautifully, the accommodations provided suited my family perfectly. The pool could have used some cleaning due to the sand in the bottom. I looked for a trash bin outside the front door and their was none. I brought my trash daily to one of the dumpsters in the construction area so that no animals could tear the bag. The construction taking place outside was a bit noisy and created lots of dust at time. Checkout day we woke up to no power, i called the number provided to bring this to their attention and ask if we would be allowed time needed to finish gathering our belongings, getting ourselves ready before getting on the highway for 10hrs. The lady i spoke with informed me a cleaning crew would be their at 11 to start cleaning for the next family. She never granted us permission to have extra time if needed. I was taken back by this considering check-in day at 6:00pm I had to plan my activities around the internet guy due to not wanting to leave him in the home unattended with all of our belongings while no one was around. Aside from all that, I would stay again when construction is complete.
