This was our second time staying here. It is a great townhouse in a lovely gated community. Exactly as it appears on the listing, immaculate condition and the extra touches are appreciated. We needed help with getting in and out of the gate at the the front of the community, host responded within 1-2 minutes of receiving my text message. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We spent 9 days here. Overall, it's a very nice place with a resort attached for use of any guest staying there. It's very close to the parks & a good place to base from. That being said there were a few issues. The upstairs toilet was not filling. They quickly sent someone over to fix it. It was a great response & we had no further trouble w/it. A bigger issue was that the front door of the condo was very insecure. Lock sets had been replaced & modified so often that you could see the entire mechanism & daylight through the crack in the door. A repairman was sent but he assured us it was just fine the way it was. I sent an 11 second video of me breaking into the place with a simple butter knife, showing just how vulnerable that front door was. It was so obvious that this lock had been jimmied before so I googled the SL complex & read some complaints about people being broken into & items stolen. Casiola did put a plate over the mech. Outside of that security issue, our visit was good

Went with a big group and everyone was really happy with the airbnb, super clean, stocked up on necessities and the team was very responsive if anything was needed

Host was nice, helpful, and responsive to questions. The home was able to accommodate our group easily. The location is great being quite close to Disney World and not too far from Universal and Seaworld.

We loved the area this home was in, but because of how dirty the unit was, the lack of security with the gates of the community, and the bad smell of the shower water in every bathroom we wouldn’t stay here again. There were several stains throughout the unit, the carpet is filthy, and the water smell and taste really was a bummer. It was very “meh”. PROS -great location for a Disney trip -unit has a good layout -fun pool for the kids -lots of shopping and places to eat nearby as well as a Publix and Walmart very close -Walmart grocery delivery did not work at our unit’s address CONS -very dirty carpet -washing machine left clothes smelling weird -water throughout the unit had a gross smell…especially when showering -floors, walls, and baseboards dirty (overall did not feel clean except for countertops) -no extra blankets -kitchen needs measuring cups, measuring spoons, and pancake griddle -storey lake hardly ever checked our QR code to open the gate, and seemed to open it for a

The truth is that everything was very good, in the face of any concerns they always responded quickly and gave answers. Everything was very good. The only thing to improve, but NOT on the part of the host (but the place), is that one day there were neighbors with loud music at night and it was not easy for the security of the place to put order.

Very helpful with the option for early check in. The unit was well stocked with towels and toiletries. Great choice when staying at Storey Lake and would definitely return.

We arrived at the house and immediately noticed how dirty it was. Below is the list of issues I sent the owner along with photos 1. Broken/loose tile in the upstairs bathroom 2. Outlets in the main room upstairs do not work 3. Trash left under the couch 4. Baseboards/doors were not cleaned 5. The ceiling light in the bedroom downstairs does not work only the lamp works but the fan works 6. The blinds on the door behind the couch one is broken and has fallen off 7. Broken bed in the main room upstairs/There was also pieces of cheese and candy under that mattress 8. Crumbs all over the kitchen and living room floors were really gross on our feet. 9. The alive and dead bugs in the beds 10. The black hair all over the bed sheets 11. Hundreds of dead and alive bugs all over every window sill in the house 12. The AC was broken for 2 nights Dennis was very responsive but his only response was “let me reach out to the team” the “team” never showed up to clean.

Everything was as described. Beds were comfortable. Roomy enough for a large family. Resort area (water slides and lazy river) is a 10 minute walk from the condo. Shuttles are available and limited parking also available at resort area . A 5 minute drive to Walmart and Publix. Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Would definitely stay again.

I would visit this location again. The family had a great time at the house and with the amenities the resort offered. This spot is clean ! Only complaint was that the propane tank, which was supposed to be included was empty. If you’re looking to grill, please confirm with manager that it’s full upon arrival. I purchased a new propane tank which means whoever is staying at this location next, you’re welcome.

Dennis' townhome was exceptional and the price couldn't be beat. Stepping inside, it was exactly like the pictures including the gorgeous place settings on the table and counter. Everything was extraordinarly clean, beds were comfortable. Starter packs were so helpful and little touches like the package of oreos greeting us made it even more welcoming. We only stayed two nights and were sad to leave!

We had a wonderful stay! The house exceeded our expectations in many ways—it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The space was well-maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool due to the heating not meeting our expectations, but the host was very understanding and promptly offered a refund for the pool heating fee, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This place was exactly as described and fit our 7 person family's needs. Checkin and out were smooth and had no problems with this unit. The location was optimal for anyone looking to be in short driving distance from theme parks, shopping locations, & restaurants. I enjoyed having the convience of the laundry in unit, a private pool & the additional clubhouse ammenities- lazy river, gyms, etc. I would stay here again with our entire family.

We were very happy to forego the hotels and choose this place. We were in town for a tournament but planned to also visit Disney World. The location was perfect- so easy to get to the parks and to the fields. The grocery store was very convenient, as well. The home was very comfortable for our family and certainly would have been just as comfortable if an additional family had joined. My only negative feedback would be that the master bedroom mattress was a bit loud getting in and out (which isn’t a problem if you don’t need to get up in the night). We did not have time to visit the resort amenities, this trip. When it was time to leave, I could not find the digital instructions. Dennis was very responsive with my request. I very much appreciated not having an exhaustive list to complete before we left, as well! I would absolutely stay here again if the need were to arise (I hope it does soon).

Very well located house, in apparently safe place, and well-equipped. We were greeted with a welcome kit that met our first needs (water, coffee, biscuits, laundry and dishwashing soap). negative points: central air conditioning worked only for the first two or three days, then no more. We requested repair because inside the house it was very hot, but it was not repaired. Also, two of the beds were broken, so they sank when we lay down. Due to the passage of Hurricane Milton, the maintenance team went to store the external furniture inside the house; and everything was cluttering the room until the last day of the stay. They didn't come back to put it back in place. The cleanliness also left something to be desired. Under the bed there was a lot of dirt from previous guests, as well as on the windows. Anyway, a good experience, but it could have been much better.

We were in town for a wedding and this place was 10 minutes from the venue. It was also convenient to Universal parks we visited. The pictures look slightly nicer than the place is in person, but the place is good overall. The only issue we had was the A/C quit working and we had to be persistent with calls and texts to get it fixed. One day without air and it was hot. Other than great stay and had everything we needed.

The house was just like the photos, everything was very clean and super equipped. Dennis always answered us super fast. We were delayed for the flight 2 days and the reservation was changed quickly without a problem. I would be back!

The place is wonderful, the house is beautiful, but the shower in the master bedroom needs repairs, the house needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Overall, our stay has been positive. firstly, the location of the rental house is excellent. It's in a safe neighborhood with convenient access to many stores, restaurants and the parks are close by.

Overall it was a good stay. The condo was just as listed. Kitchen was stocked nicely with utensils, pots and pans, etc. House was very clean. Instructions to enter the house were good except there was a gate I didn’t know about. Stayed at this house because of the resort. Unfortunately, there was no information as to where it was until I reached out. When we went to the resort, there were issues with getting to use it. Reached out and got a response but there was no resolution until the next day, which was our departure date. Miscommunication between the resort desk and the owner of the condo. Apart from the resort issues, it was great.

The home was beautiful and looked just as pictured! I would definitely stay there again! I will say the listing does state that there are places on the property to fish and that part isn’t true. The Storey Lake management do not allow fishing on their property which was unfortunate as that was the main reason we booked this place. So I do think that should be removed as an amenity, however, the home was beautiful and regardless we would come back!

Great communication with Dennis. The space was super clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone visiting Orlando. Definitely a place to stay when we come back to Orlando. Beds are amazingly comfortable.

It could have been better. Ants lined the panel of the front door and were getting in the house. Stains were not fully cleaned. Maintenance never fixed the ac issue, just brought towels for the water that was leaking.
