This place was an absolute find for us we all had a great time and the comfort of home. If you have a family that’s wants a place to have spacious and beautiful themed rooms this is definitely a nice place to check out loved would come again.

We enjoyed staying at this place. It is very close to the parks and had adequate room for 7 of us. The kitchen had enough utensils and cookware for us. The games in the garage were fun! They even had a basket of toys in the bedroom for the kids to play with. The house was free of clutter. We loved how the pool out back had a fence around it for the children and being able to use the grill for dinners! We did have an issue or two which weren't worth mentioning during the stay as they were minor. First, the dishes in the cabinets (plates and cups) were dirty! It was almost as if they were used and then just put back into the cabinets. Also, after the first day or two, we noticed small bugs all over the counter tops. We kept all food in the pantry and fridge. Kept the doors and windows shut so not sure what prompted them. Otherwise, we had a great stay! Pictures and description need to be updated. We chose this one for the pool table and there was no pool table.

Had a great stay here! Stayed with 6 of us for just over 3 weeks. The house itself was perfect size, location, and it had everything we needed and could think of. Location is perfect for the parks, most being 15/20 minute drive. Peaceful location and private, also nice that it’s a gated community and the neighbours all seemed lovely too. Pool was a great size for us too! Dennis the host was also brilliant. Always responded quickly, and Solved any issues promptly, he answered any questions we had straight away and was extremely helpful. Will hopefully be returning!!! Thankyou. X

Was not able to use pool as planned. I messaged the first day arriving that pool was dirty. I tried cleaning it. I received a response but no one came to attend to it. Upstairs bathroom shower had slow drain I messaged the second day I received a response but no one came to attend to it.

**no billiards table** booked the house for my family expecting a pool table as seen in the photos. Instead, as of July 2025, there was an air hockey, foosball table, and arcade machine. Just as fun, but the pool table was a selling point for me, and was a bit disappointed. The living room was also updated with a very nice accent wall, I would urge the host to update the pictures to reflect the upgrades and disclose the lack of billiards table. Other than that, the house was great, did the job. We went for a 4 day Disney trip. It’s located 12 minutes from Disney, 18 with traffic. It is in a gated community but check in instructions made access very simple. House is stocked with essentials, comfy, and cozy. Would definitely stay there again, thank you!

Fantastic stay! The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly located near Disney and Universal. Dennis was a great host — super responsive and helpful the entire time. We had everything we needed, and the extra touch of having the pool cleaned was really appreciated. The only small issue was that only one trash bag was provided, which isn’t ideal for a group of 10. Still, everything else exceeded expectations, and I’d recommend this place!

We absolutely loved the house!! The attention to detail was amazing. Even though our kids are older, they still loved checking out all the themed decor. Everything was very clean which is always very important. The neighborhood was close to all the main attractions and was also a very quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here. Dennis was great to work with.

We had a wonderful stay, the villa was perfect and a great location - we were very close to Disney! We loved the theming and the gated community felt safe. The villa was clean and the pool was lovely and warm. Dennis was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the check in was easy. Thanks again, we would love to stay here again one day!

The house was beautiful, however when we had issues with a sprinkler turning into more of a fountain, making the entrance of the house impossible to get to, the “fix” wasn’t actually a fix and it kept happening. The pool heat was paid for, but it was not working and we weren’t informed of why it wasn’t working until we called Casiola and talked to someone else. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the communication was not great. We would have been more understanding if we were told at the beginning of the week what was wrong with the pool and what was being done, rather than being told “an order has been submitted” over and over. Communication is key, and sadly that was lacking.

This home is extremely beautiful and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed all of the amenities. The pool is beautiful! Unfortunately the heater was not working when we visited, but the host was very attentive and sent someone out promptly to try to address the issue. We would stay again and hope for warmer weather so the pool heat would be unnecessary! I would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful welcoming home with all the magical spirit of Disney included. Our families loved staying there for our week in the parks. The club is also super friendly with arcade, volleyball court and the pool is heated there. Plan to pay extra if you want to swim at the house's pool in March, even if it's hot. Dennis responded very quickly to any questions we had. Thanks for everything!

When we first walked into the house, our 5 year old twin granddaughters were ecstatic when they saw all the Disney decorations and the stuffed animals in their room. All the rooms were nicely decorated with different Disney themes. The house is very spacious with plenty of bathrooms. After a day in the park, it was nice to have a swim. The garage game room was another nice addition. Both the kids and adults had fun in there. Dennis was very helpful. On the first morning, we had issues with the toaster. I messaged him about it in the day. We had a new toaster by the time we got home. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some suppers at home. I was pleased by the kitchen starter kit that contained a sponge, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods. One night we use the BBQ that was in good shape. My only negative comment is that the downstairs bathroom floor was not very clean. Some of the baseboards also needed cleaning. All in all, we had a great stay.

This Disney-themed home is the perfect accommodation for a visit to Disney World.Dennis's responsiveness and clear instructions made our stay delightful. Nestled in a calm and peaceful neighborhood, it truly felt like a serene home away from the typical hustle of hotels. Each room was well-maintained, offering ample beds and perfectly themed decor. The Airbnb description accurately depicted every room. Throughout our stay, Dennis was quick to address any inquiries. Casiola Homes added a sweet touch with their OREO treats! Our children adored the cozy atmosphere and felt warmly welcomed. The standout feature was the individual TVs in each room, allowing every family member to enjoy their own shows. A lovely home with a responsive host, it has become our top choice for future Disney World visits.

The house was better than the pictures. heating the pool was worth the price. Disney parks were close, 15 minute drive. Walmart was close, lots of restaurants within a 15 minute drive. absolutely loved the decor.

Nice and clean place. Located in a gated community with security on site. The house is big with lots of spaces to spread around. The pool heat worked great which allowed my little ones to take a dip in the pool first thing in the morning before heading to the parks for the rest of the day and the game room was a huge bonus! Will definitely book again.

I felt very comfortable being in a gated community with a 24/7 security officer. The home was better than described! Beautifully decorated , spacious, clean, and very close to DW. We will definitely book with Dennis again!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay with my daughter and grandkids. This is a great home for larger families as the bedroom configuration works out well. You are close to Disney parks and restaurants. Home was clean, beds very comfortable, wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a great stay at this house. It was in a quiet area, yet very close to all of the Disney parks that we visited...about a 15 minute drive to any of the parks. The resort was nice with a large pool, playground for the littles and a nice area for a walk. I would certainly recommend this site to others and stay there again when we are back in Orlando.
