The complex is very nice. This is already our third time staying here. It was the first time with Dennis and everything went very well. Both early check-in and late check-out have an extra cost; it would be great if there could be a bit more flexibility with that. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Amazing place! It has everything you need to have a nice and relaxing vacation away from the noise of the city and surrounded by resort amenities. A quick drive into the city and you can explore Orlando and visit the parks at Disney and Universal.

This place was amazing my kids and I loved it. Lots of things to do as well while staying there. Especially for kids not to forget adults as well everyone was very friendly. We will be back very soon.

We enjoyed the stay the stairs were horrible with myself having a disability and we didn’t read the whole thing which is my fault but there were 4 flights of stairs not 3 with no elevator which is a lot after going around town and shopping but the living area was great and we did think that you could see the water from the balcony but that was somewhere else

The space is wonderful, both the house and the condominium. For those who like to sleep in the dark, the blinds let in all the morning light, making the rooms very bright. I decided to put towels on the windows. As I am Brazilian, a pressure cooker was sorely needed, although the house had one, it was not working. I informed Dennis and he told me that it was not part of the house items, some guest left it. I understood the situation, but I believe it's not an expensive item and, therefore, I could have it in the house, but anyway, in the end, I loved the place, I would stay again.

hi, Dennis was attentive and responsive his place is nice,very comfortable, the size of the rooms are great ,kitchen is very complex the two bathrooms are nice but needs to be clean more carefully the toilet had stains and the bathtub as well the curting had mold everywhere so we need to clean a bit . we were really disappointed because on the pictures it showing the pool and the gym but unfortunately we didn't get access to the gym ,( my wife and my kids were like that's the main reason we picked this place ).Dennis responded was ,he will talk to the add person but we didn't hear anything else about it . we have to said overall our stay was good .

Place was awesome. It’s on the third floor and no elevator access so it’s can be a bit much after Park days with kids but all in all it’s great. I didn’t need to reach out die anything the entire stay. I actually tried to extend my time there but it was already booked. I would definitely book this place again.

The condo was spacious, quiet, and very clean upon check in. Beds were extremely comfortable and living room was perfect for watching movies with my teenage nieces at night.

This was our 5th stay at Bahama Bay since 2007. The property has never disappointed us! Grounds very well kept and our Condo was as advertised and well appointed. Only reason for an overall score of 4, as opposed to 5, was a slight lack of attention to detail in the cleaning. On the whole the place was good, beds were clean and comfortable, clean towels as advertised. There were just a couple of things were overlooked which could have been cleaned better. This being said, we did not bother bringing this to anyone’s attention while there and I feel confident that if we had, any issues would have been addressed. Overhaul we were happy with the whole experience during our 18 night stay!Manager kept us updated on check in and check out details! We would definitely stay again.

The space was exactly as advertised, very nice, comfortable and clean. Great location. However, the listing contains photos of the condominium gym, but it cannot be used by the unit's guests. We asked the host and had no return. We also had the uncomfortable situation of entering the apartment during the stay without warning (probably for a post hurricane check), this was talked to the host and he denied it, but he himself was not aware of services and other access notices from the condominium itself. Finally, we were taxed to receive on-site deliveries, which was also not expected. At the end, we feel comfortable, but insecure and helpless by the host.

Awesome hosting! The space is impeccable!! Super cared for, clean, with details showing the kindness of the host... The apartment is large, with spacious rooms, very cozy living room, super well-equipped kitchen... It was all perfect! It is within a condominium, which brings more security and amenities. In addition, it is very well located. It has many options of nearby restaurants (important to be by car), as well as the Disney parks. Dennis sends an email with all the location, check-in instructions, very clearly and willingly. I loved the experience, and I would definitely stay there again.

Dennis was very responsive to messages and everything that was brought to his attention was addressed. I stayed for two weeks and couple days. The home was clean, the grounds were also well kept.

We loved the place the second we walked in. We used the pools, shuffle board, pool tables, and volleyball. There was tons to do on site for my kids. We swam nearly every night. We had a small issue but it was fixed within hours of us notifying Dennis. Dennis responds quickly. Had a great time.

It was good, the condo was clean, we had some inconveniences, but the response and solution was quick, overall it was a comfortable stay, we had a good break after the Disney World Parks tour. I would definitely come back. Thank you Dennis.

Room was humid and locked at 75 degrees. I expressed how uncomfortable it was in the room. He asked for a pic of the thermostat and said it’s 75, everything is okay, ignoring my concern. I laid on the bed and was bitten by dust mites on face and neck. My daughter was also bit and son too was very uncomfortable due to humidity in the room. I decided to check out after 8hrs. Owner refused to refund me even just for the nights we didn’t stay. He was upset that I didn’t give him a chance to fix it. There’s no fixing dust mites. It should’ve been cleaned well before we got there. He refused to understand that I refuse to subject my kids and I to being bit in our beds and the humidity. It was hard to breathe. It was better to be out in 91 degrees. A regular hotel would not get upset at me for wanting a different room after being bit. No empathy for his customers at all. Airbnb office was great and agreed that I should not be subjected to that environment nor the lack of customer service.

Our family of 6 stayed in Dennis’s condo for the week and had a great stay! The resort is beautiful and not crowded. Our older kids enjoyed the many activities beyond the pool/beach area. We used the nature trail almost every morning for walks and saw some great wildlife. The fishing dock was a hit, as was the beach area with ping pong, volleyball and plenty of beach chairs. The condo was clean and washer/dryer was a huge plus. The kitchen had just basic supplies but enough for us to do meals when we wanted to. We could hear traffic noise/sirens most nights so if you are a light sleeper you may want something to drown that out. Loved that it was a gated community and felt very safe. Staff was very helpful and friendly also.

Our 3-wk stay was great! We loved the peaceful walking paths and seeing all the wildlife! The condo was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed to cook some meals and relax! We felt it was reasonably priced for all the amenities!

This apartment is furnished nicely and well stocked with everything needed for our stay. It is a nice location for what we needed. The property is a lovely resort with access to pools and activities(except fitness center). We would return.

This place was so spacious and beautiful! Great pools and splash pad. Everything was perfect! It is super close to animal kingdom. A bit of a drive to the convention center. Overall we loved the place!!! Definitely recommend and would come back!
