Pretty well kept nice place. Not as opulent as you see in the pictures, but it had a great location for what we need to do. Quiet gated community. A little outdated but great value and definitely recommendable.

Very communicative and helpful host. Our team enjoyed the place and its amenities, including the pool, gym, running around the lake, and the food. Great location, close to all the attractions, the OCCC, the airport, and the city. Highly recommended!

Check in was with a link to a third party site. I prefer to keep everything on a platform of my choosing (AirBnB). The lock code the third party provided did not work, but they did solve the issue in a timely manner. It's never fun to start off being locked out after a long travel day. The hot water heater was small and for a place that sleeps 6, 2 of us ran out of hot water every day. The towels were small and not very "adult" sized. The refrigerator water filter was in need of being replaced, the trash can was suppose to be a handless one but the step was clearly broken. As a guest, I shouldn't have to communicate how to care and maintain a property. It should be taken care of by owners, or in this case the third party management.

The condo we rented presented well. the location was good. the pool was close The floors of the condo were dirty. A cheap mop, no bucket or cleaning supplies we had to buy, we washed all the floors in the condo. Dennis said that a pack and play and high chair booster would be provided. The high chair booster was actually a booster seat that could not be strapped to the chair as the kitchen chairs were too wide. the pack n play was meant to sleep in, there was very little padding for an infant to sleep in ( it was a very cheap) Our grandson ended up sleeping in a regular bed with the a parent so annoying. The AC stopped working, it was repaired the next morning electrical issue, dirty filter, a cupboard door fell off in the bathroom, repaired. ice maker blocked, I fixed that, mold in ensuite below shower, code did not work on door upon arrival, given a new code, wrong coffee filters for coffee maker, wine bottle opener was broken. Very minimalist cheap supplies in the kitchen.

We loved our stay, lots of parking for our rental car, groceries and restaurant near by. Everything to do in Orlando was within 10mins. Beds were comfy, big bathrooms, lots of space throughout, perfect for our family. Pool area was lovely and the entire property was clean and well kept. We will definitely stay again.

The apartment is very nice and clean. It is located close to the convention center, Universal Studios, and Sea World. It is also close to many restaurants. We, however, did not like the internet service. We encountered trouble accessing the internet during our stay. Also, bring your own shampoo/conditioner and soap. The samples are tiny for multi-day use. You will need to drive to another location to be able to use the amenities the complex offers

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is in a beautiful, gated community and is a quick 15-to-20-minute drive to both the Universal and Disney parks. In addition, it is only a short drive from dozens of great restaurants. In fact, you can practically walk to a nice Publix grocery store and several highly rated restaurants that are all located next door to the complex. As far as the condo goes, the unit was very well maintained. It is easily accessible from the parking area via an interior hallway and is just as pretty in person as it is in the listing photos. I should also add that all of the beds in the home were very comfortable! I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with the condo and the responsiveness of the host. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I highly recommend this Condo near the Orlando Convention Center for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in Orlando. It truly enhanced our vacation experience, and I would happily return in the future.

Dennis's listing was exactly as it was portrayed, the space was well laid out, had all mentioned kitchen utensils and appliances and the space was very clean. He was also very responsive to any questions I may have had, which was very much appreciated. The location was also very central, especially if you are visiting the popular malls. I would have no reservations in recommending it to someone looking to stay in that area.

There was no shuttle to the full resort. I could not freely goto gym, arcade, or the main pool. Only got to goto the small one. Was not was i expected and feel sort of robbed from this, very disappointed i didnt get to freely enjoy everything i paid for.

Great stay at Dennis' property! The apartment is BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, super comfortable with three bedrooms and two full baths, a large living room and super full kitchen! Everything was spotless, quick response from Dennis in everything! The setting is super quiet, residential area, and 10 minutes from Universal! Great everything, we would be back without hesitation!!! Thank you Dennis!

The room was just like in the pictures, very clean, and the host was very responsive. I had a problem getting into the unit on a Saturday night and the host was available to walk me through the issue. I would stay there again next time I am in Orlando.
