House was like pictured. Pros: -spacious and A/c worked well. -clean -easy access -lots of towels for pool -great pool in backyard. ( had to get it cleaned) but host was responsive and had cleaned. Cons: -Couch is very uncomfortable as well as the chairs. I used a chair from outside to sit on to be comfortable. -Beds are not comfortable and LOW to the ground. - need more hooks in bathrooms to hang towels. -a few baking dishes would be nice.

I informed Denis that my in-laws were coming from another country so they had nowhere to stay until I arrived in the state and even so he charged me a 3-hour early check-in fee, there is no toilet paper in the house and there are not enough hygiene products for the 11 people mentioned in the house ad. We stayed for only 3 nights and we had to buy more dishwasher soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, in short, an expensive stay for few supplies and when I spoke to Denis about the supplies he informed me that it was enough for us to enter the house and that it was just that one. In addition, there was trash under one of the beds. The cleaning was not as good as it looks in the photo. The kitchen light was flickering as if it was going to burn out and the kitchen sink had a horrible sewage smell. In short, it had everything to be an excellent stay but in my opinion it was an expensive stay that needs a lot of attention.

The property was spacious & providing a great residence for our family: Me, My Mom, Sister, & 10 yr old twins. It was great to have the bedrooms downstairs so my elderly mother didn't have to climb the stairs. Also, the spacious open floor plan made it easy for us to gather to eat & make plans for the day.

The place smelled brand new walking in and for the most part was clean and organized well. It had everything we needed for our family of 6. The drive in through the neighborhood seemed far but it really wasn’t that bad once we did it a few times. My only complaint/recommendation for future guests is the heating of the pool. I thought I had made it clear that we wanted the pool heated, but there was no “accept pool policy” button to show the owner specifically that we wanted it even though I had asked many times for it to be heated. So, day 1 was cold. Day 2 is when I was told they would come out, but by 6:00pm it was still cold. Day 3 was finally warm but we didn’t arrive back until late after a day at the parks. It was the perfect temperature finally! And….We checked out on day 4. Needless to say we were very disappointed with that aspect. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

It was an amazing stay. The house was very clean. It had SO much room and very spacious for the kids to be comfortable. Gated community which i liked the most. Dennis was very helpful with the questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My overall stay was great. The home was clean and pictured exactly how it’s posted on the website. My only complaint and frustration was the check-in process. Had to wait 2 1/2 -3 hours to get to the main entry gate to check-in. Upon reaching the check-in point, I was not in the list nor was my guests. The prior occupant was still listed. In order to have them deleted from the profile of the home was were occupying, I had to turn around and get back in line for another 30 minutes to prove I was scheduled to be there. I had to call the concierge/host to request to have this corrected. If you book Storey Lake as your choice, please pack your patience and do not go to the grocery store prior to checking in because it’s likable your ice cream and other perishable items will be destroyed and unsafe to consume. Other than that part - it’s a beautiful property and the 2 club houses on site were top tier.

Honestly was a great place for what it was. Dennis was communicative and understanding. The area was nice. Just had some trouble at the gate but it wasn’t just me, something must’ve been down with their system. Other than that, everything was pretty good!

Great customer service. Cleanliness was less than stellar. We ended up cleaning the mold ourselves since the cleaner didn't have supplies and didn't return. My family always makes the best of a situation. So we still had a good vacay. Our experience is unique to this location and cleaning service. We've had nothing but excellent experiences at this host's other properties.

ATTENTION/HELP/SOS Terrible, panic, dread. That's what my family went through. I have 2 babies, I felt threatened, tried to break into the house. I tried to leave the first day, but the Dennis owner of Cassiola refused to return my money. He was threatening, sent to clean the house a person who lives illegally in the United States. The House was extremely dirty, my 1-year-old baby who suffers from asthma was sick. I tried every way to leave, but he was an evil person, refused to return my money. He's a pickaxe. I don't recommend it, a person like that. I said that in Brazil I would make a complaint against him. He said that I am not in Brazil and that he has influence. A bay of pickaxe. I just wanted my money back and leave. But he refused. We threatened my family. I sent pictures of the filthy house to Airbnb but they didn't do anything. Since Dennis has several properties on Airbnb, they preferred to drown out the case for money. I'll seek out my rights

The stay was perfect. The house is great for those who want peace of mind as a family. Located near Disney but not so far from orlando, the place is ideal for welcoming large groups, with two suites and a bedroom (bunk bed) with a bathroom in front on the upper floor and two bedrooms (not en-suites) with a bathroom in front on the lower floor. Kitchenware available, towels clean for daily use and for pool, washer and dryer, pool (not heated). The condominium is safe, with pleasant and calm surroundings, with leisure area and a great gym. I would definitely stay in the house again with my family for a future vacation. Nothing to complain about.

The room is clean, nice and new. 5 bedrooms , 4 bathroom! Enough for family. The location is ok, if you drive a car to Disney or universal studio, it’s about 20 mins. The only problem is the water, water has very strong bad smell, maybe because they doing construction next street? Overall is good, I will give 4 star.

The house was very nice. Could have been cleaner. The early check in fee is a rip off, never paid to check in early before anywhere else - it’s a nice act of service if the house is clean and ready for the next guest, let them in. The starter suppliers were very low. There is no real hand soap, just a few body soap bars. In these times, real, antibacterial hand soap is valued. I reached out before my trip to confirm there was a high chair and I was told no, so I brought mine, and there was a high chair. I’m guessing they didn’t even check. Lastly, it does say you have access to the propane grill, but of course the propane is empty. We had already bought our groceries intending to grill, so the next dozen guests can thank us for that.

Great townhome in a large (still growing) resort. It comfortably slept 5 adults and 2 children during our stay. The clubhouse water slides, lazy river & splash pad were a short 3 minute drive away + pool towels were provided (located in the laundry room)!! Target, WalMart & Publix were all less than 2 miles away for grocery needs. We made it from doorstep to Magic Kingdom parking lot in 16 minutes and doorstep to Universal Studios in 32 minutes.

The unit we stayed at was absolutely beautiful. The decor of the home was way better in person. The home had more than enough space for myself and my friends. The beds are absolutely comfortable and adds to the relaxation of the home. The unit is on a resort where there is a small waterpark that is so much fun. We even enjoyed it as a group of adults. The host was very responsive and you also have the capability of contacting Casiola (the management company) directly if you have any questions or concerns in the home. The home was so comfortable, we barely left the unit. I am looking forward to booking here again.

This airbnb. Was non other its a super clean and tidy they provided soap,shampoo,towels and other essentials + a welcoming gift It was perfect in size and the location is wonderful its very close to Disney and universal studios i would definitely recommend coming here and hope to one day return.
