This is my second time working with Dennis. I booked this home for my family Thanksgiving. The home looks like the photos. It was easy to book and locate. Very close to the Disney parks, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the open concept to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. Dennis does a great job communicating everything upfront. He was able to answer all my questions promptly. We heated the pool and it took about 12 hours to heat. When we arrived, it was not heated yet but Dennis informed me of the process and checked into it. Overall, we enjoyed the quiet property that created lifetime memories.

The house and the location are very good. However, we had several unanswered calls. The accommodation has an automatic response system, which basically responded with the same thing every day, and did not solve some problems. One of them was essential, it was one of the beds in a room that had all the springs burst. They promised to change every day (8 nights), and they didn't. The automatic response was frustrating and even annoying, because it seemed that the host (who was supposed to be a human) didn't care and actually solve the problem. Another issue was the faulty dishwasher, which was also not resolved. But the main thing was the series of problems imposed on us due to misuse of the space, which does not match my conduct, and that of my family: I responded with respect but sincerity and they said it was disregarded. The house is good, but the service left something to be desired.

Very comfortable house for large families. Close to Disney and Orlando's top attractions. Large rooms and everything in good condition. Dennis was very friendly and always answered very quickly. We would definitely come back.

I cannot give one fault to Dennis or this accommodation. The place was exceptional and Denis was always on hand for any advice or recommendations. The hideaway club was fantastic and the location of the house was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The house itself is spacious, plenty of space to move about and not be in anyone’s way! Will definitely book again and can’t recommend enough

I enjoyed my weekend in this beautiful home! There were a couple of hiccups but Dennis was responsive to my needs! The front gate was a little confusing after hrs but with the help button at the gate, they responded quickly to let us in. Kitchen was fully furnished and that was great for us! Overall the place was great!

Absolutely perfect! This home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything, it was the ideal base for our trip. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in seamless. One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in—highly recommend and would love to return!

Our trip started off rocky. The unit we booked months in advance was suddenly unavailable at check-in, even though we had received the gate and door codes. When the code didn’t work, I contacted Dennis right away. He responded quickly and worked to relocate us, offering several options. Unfortunately, none were as close to the convention center as the original, but we chose a unit in Storey Lake about 10 miles away. Upon arrival, the door code didn’t work again, which made us feel like we were being scammed. However, Dennis stayed in communication, and we were eventually able to get in. That’s why I rated check-in as “not at all easy.” Despite the rough start, the property and neighborhood was nice, and our overall trip turned out great. I’ve shared my concerns directly with Dennis, and he’s promised a fair resolution. I truly appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to make things right.

The host Dennis was amazing from the time I booked to my departure he was amazing. Checking in to see if anything was needed and etc. He is quick and responsive to message sent out. The house was worth every penny. My family had a blast and we would definitely book with Dennis again.

Spotless, instructions were clear and easy to understand. We added pool heat so it was nice and hot. Plenty of utensils for cooking and grilling. House is huge and plenty of room to spread out. Only negative is that it’s so big the WiFi is spotty but that’s not a deterrent. We’d definitely rent it again if it’s available when we come back.

The home was beautiful and very well kept. The keyless entry was great and the house was clean. A few things that could've been better: first of all we were not provided with a gate code. I had to email multiple times to ask for one and the response was the same...check your email! This code was not in any email! It wasn't until I had to get rude and show proof that no code was sent. He finally sent the code which should've been done after the first request! There are also NO extra blankets. Also there were tiny ants in the bathrooms.

Great location, amazing space. Disappointed there was no propane in the bbq and it was not taken care of. Dishwasher was consistent. Overall great value for money. We will be back.

Great location! Short walk to pool, waterslides and splash pad. Easy drive to Disney! Loved having backyard pool for little ones. Lots of space and privacy for a large family. Have to b careful to not leave food on counter as there are ants. Home needs some refreshing in terms of paint etc.

It was a pleasure staying in this home. The rooms were spacious and decorated well. I loved having a private, screened-in pool, as well as access to the resorts. Inside the home and in the pool area we had no issues with debris, flys, or mosquitoes which is a luxury in Florida. One thing that was slightly annoying is that there were some ants in the kitchen and in a few rooms. We didn’t bring any food into the rooms and saw them crawling on the nightstand. In the kitchen, we brought honey and sugar had to throw it out once we noticed ants crawling around, we ended up keeping all seasonings in the fridge. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would do it again in a heartbeat. The issue was small and manageable and didn’t take away from the luxury of the home/amenities.

The house is beautiful and spacious, with large bedrooms and an amazing location that’s close to everything you need. The overall experience was positive, and I enjoyed my stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, such as cleanliness and some maintenance issues that need more attention to avoid inconveniencing guests. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely stay here again!

The Airbnb was exactly the same as per the photos. A comfortable home for me and my family. The pool was great but the BBQ could of been cleaner. We also found small ants in the bedrooms and kitchen area. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando.

Our host, Dennis, was very proactive, responsive, and very accommodating from the time that we booked our stay and throughout our entire stay. Our family was very impressed with the spacious clean home. The house was big enough to give us personal spaces yet close for to enjoy each other. We will definitely return soon for another fun family vacation! Thank you Dennis!

PROS: Nice curb appeal, clean entry, clean kitchen and bathrooms, convenient to a lot of things, large bedrooms and spacious living areas, comfortable beds, provided a few staples (paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid, 1 pack of coffee and coffee filters), has a laundry room with an ironing board and iron. Neighborhood felt safe. CONS: No outdoor privacy around the pool. The houses are 3-4' from one another on the sides and back and these are two story homes so it feels like a concrete jungle out there. Some dining chairs and the sofa had stains on them. Stairwell is pretty badly scuffed up. A magic eraser might clean that right up? No blankets on beds or in any closets that we saw.

we enjoyed staying at this location. it is our second time at storey lake and we loved this house. we had a family of 9 and had plenty of room! we loved it was stocked with all the kitchen needs and located close to a grocery store. the pool was nice and warm and the beds cozy. the neighbors seemed to have a lot going on all day and kids screaming and playing nonstop, so I was a little shocked when they yelled at us for being a little loud in the pool at night. over all, it was a magical stay

This home was great for 12 people. Location was amazing. The location felt safe and was quiet. It was very close to Walt Disney World, Discovery Cove, Walmart and Sam's club and lots of stores. The house is gorgeous and has plenty of space. My 12 guest were very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was huge. The kitchen could have used more pots and pans to cook. We had to improvise on more than one night. My other complaint is that the heated pool was not working for the first night or the first day of our stay. And there is a extra fee for this option.

Loved our last-minute trip to Storey Lake. With three teenage daughters, the pool in the back was PERFECT. beach towels were provided. Everyone had a place to sleep AND their own bathroom, which again, with three teenage daughters, is PERFECT. Everything was very clean and inviting. Plenty of glasses, plates, and utensils. I wish there were better knives as most were dull, and I did a lot of cooking. Grocery stores were right down the road in case we needed anything. Our only complaint were some very noisy neighbors blasting explicit rap music from noon until after midnight on the last night. No way the property owners can control that, but it was unnerving.

It's a big house and everything should be good but wasn't.. dirty pool, had to have cleaned because hair, dirt, plastic nails on the floor and kitchen wall were dirty. Very bad internet service. Home is in a good location, we always stay in the this condo because its close of Disney and supermarket but the clean service of this house was terrible!!!!!!

Broken bed, dirty pool, had to have cleaned because hair, dirt, and kitchen wall were dirty. Bad internet and no phone service inside the home. Home is in a good location and close to restaurants, shopping, and Disney properties.

Everything in this house was really nice and what we expected. One child’s bed wasn’t the most comfortable though we had extra space so it wasn’t a problem for us. Like most concrete buildings in Florida, the cellular reception can be tough. If planning to work from the house have a plan to get the Wi-Fi password so you are ready to go from checkin. Great house layout. Very quiet and clean. Organized process for check-in and check-out.
