My family of 16 stayed here over spring break this last week. We were very satisfied with how responsive Dennis was and helpful. We only had a few small things like some games not working in the game room which Dennis plans to address. The other thing we can recommend is having a cutting board and pot holders for the kitchen. Overall we were very happy with our stay, not many houses in this price range offer 6 king bedrooms that was huge for us!

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The home was was beautiful and tidy. Everything was cleaned and looked exactly like the pictures! Mr. Dennis was extremely helpful and responded very quickly! Everyone loved the spacious rooms and personal space the home provided while still providing closeness with loved ones ! We look forward to experiencing this adventure again next year !

Spent 6 days in this property for a New Year's family reunion and we had an amazing time. Property is massive, beautif and very well decorated. Elegant living and dinning room with plenty space for a big and special family meeting. Plenty and upscale silverware, glasses and cups. Some kitchen cookware like a bigger pots, some family size salad trays and an ice bucket needs to be added to complete this beautiful kitchen. Excellent game room for your children to spend a lot of time playing although few games do not work correctly. Beautiful and comfortable bedrooms with plenty of linen and towels. Great pool area with plenty of beds and chairs to lay down and relax. We requested the heated for the pool and we were able to use it and enjoyed it in spite of the cold weather. Excellent clubhouse. Some minor maintenance need to be made to the King beds mattress bases on the (2 King/Beds room) and in one of the corner base of the sectional sofa. I'll definitely comeback to this property.

The house was perfect for what we needed! My family & I fit great. It was nice that it was large enough where we weren’t on top of each other and everyone had their own space. The only things we didn’t expect or had trouble with was the fact the amenities in the community weren’t included. We had to pay an additional $50 to use the gym, pool, water slide, etc. Also, parking- halfway through our stay, security came to all the houses on the block stating cars needed to be moved or they would end up getting towed. We had to park 2 of our cars over a mile away from the house. Besides that, the house was great for our stay.

The free waterpark is no longer free they charge you when you go to the club house. It is not much but that part should be removed from the listing. When we got there there was a nice treat for us and the house is beautiful and spacious. We have a lot of outspoken women in my family and we never stepped on each other’s toes. We had some small situations and the host was very friendly and responsive.

Dennis is very thoughtful, he replied to all my inquiries within minutes and is very nice to deal with. His place was wonderful, clean, spacious and comfortable, everyone in our group felt in love with the house. There is almost one bathroom in every room, so convenient. Great house for large party. We wished there was ac or fan in the game room, so much to play with but it was impossible to stay there without sweating. Also, it could had helped if there were big pots to cook with, a little inconvenience but not a big deal, we just had to cook in batches. The community pool was awesome, we had so much fun in the lazy river and in the slide. Highly recommend this house, will definitely come back.

Dennis was quick and responsive. The Airbnb fit all our needs and would recommend for anyone to stay. Only negative was the pool not being heated as we paid extra for it. Just make sure to double check prior to going. Otherwise a good place to stay

This house is massive and beautiful. 9 people slept comfortably with plenty of bathrooms to use. Dennis, or the management team, responded to questions and concerns extremely fast. I do suggest asking for the pool to be heated before your stay, it took three days to be heated, while being charged for the entirety of our stay. The game room was an awesome place to hangout, but if you are looking to use the air hockey table, the cord was cut. The house had all the basic necessities. I would suggest bringing extra paper towels. Overall, our stay was comfortable with great communication from the host.

The place was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. My big group and I had a blast for my birthday celebration. Dennis was very attentive and fast when it came to a few problems we ran across such as Wi-Fi trouble and the house code. I’ll definitely stay here again! Thanks

We are definitely coming back! The house is even better then the pictures, perfect for a large group (we were 14 and 2 small dogs) and we never felt crowded. Only a short drive to the theme parks. Comunication is excellent, Dennis responded to our questions and needs very fast. The gated community made us feel safe. The pool and game room was amazing. We really enjoy our stay.

Dennis was an outstanding host and great communicator! He answers all messages promptly. The home is very beautiful and we would definitely stay again! The beds were super comfortable to sleep in! Very nice place to enjoy a vacation with the the family! The only thing we failed to realize or ask the host beforehand was if the game room was air conditioned. Upon arriving we realized that it was not. Overall, the host was extremely welcoming and very thoughtful! It was definitely worth the stay!
