Overall the house was fairly clean. The upstairs was not vacuumed well and there were fruit flies throughout the house. This is a very convenient location and the clubhouse pool is lovely. The host was very good at responding to messages although we never got a code for the gate so initially it was difficult to get in.

I would say, the place was very clean, a very nice place to stay. Only wish the pool was wider, but it was acceptable. I felt just like I was at home. The neighborhood was very quiet. The Villa was a couple of blocks away from me, but it was wonderful to even though I didn’t use it, I would recommend this place to everyone. Just make sure you have the gate code before you arrive and there was a television in each room everything was exceptional. Thank you.

Came here for a family vacation and everything was great. Everything that was listed on their profile matched everything in this house. I had no complaints other than the WiFi connection not being strong enough.

Great house! Clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed and was easily accessible to all the parks that we wanted to visit. It even had utensils for toddlers and Tupperware, which was very helpful for our family visit. Thank you for the great stay!

House was clean upon arrival - overall it’s really nice place. It was well stocked and all appliances worked well. Pool was clean and water quality seemed good. Kids loved it! Dennis provided excellent service - he was very responsive and helpful with answering questions. Only issues were the living room furniture could use a good cleaning as well as the upstairs carpet.

We decided to stay in Orlando and extra few days on a whim. Dennis was great at getting things set up on very short notice. The home was in a great location with lots of extra perks. Best last minute decision:)

The home was absolutely amazing. It looks just like the pictures, was able to sleep all of my guests comfortably, and the location was everything! I even asked for an extra night last minute and everything worked out fine. I would definitely stay here again!
