Having had our first AirBnb cancelled, we scouted around and saw how many great reviews this place had, so decided to book! Dennis was always quick to respond which gave us confidence we had chose the right place! Check in was convenient & easy. Nice & spacious condo with everything you needed. 15/20 mins to Disney parks. Walmart / target close by. Plenty of parking. Sadly loads of bugs so we couldn’t enjoy the patio. Pool area was great, water was heated too so we enjoyed it a few times! Overall very happy we chose this place to stay! 100% recommend

Apartment in a very quiet and well-located condominium. Close to several shopping spots and parks (Disney, Universal and Sea World). Clean and comfortable apartment in a clean style.

On arrival, our keycode didn't work so we had to call to get this sorted which was frustrating after a long day travelling. Unfortunately, the apartment was pretty dirty and there was bits of food left in the cupboards which meant there were a lot of ants when we arrived. We bought pest stuff the next day but had to keep all of our food in the fridge as there were ants in most cupboards, all over the counters and around the sofas and this never resolved despite us cleaning constantly. The towel rail in the bathroom was broken and left lying on the sink. Again, showers not clean. Floors were black. The resort itself has no security. It is 'gated' but they never checked our pass and one gate you can literally just drive through anyway. Every night, there were multiple men sitting in the stairwell outside our door on the phone all night which made an uneasy feeling, especially when you have kids with you. Overall, the apartment was fine, big and as advertised but wouldn't stay again

I would recommend staying here over any Disney resort you can cook meals if you choose to with all the kitchen supplies there at your hands. Very spacious for friends and family vacation. Lots to do in the area I would definitely recommend a will be staying here again in the near future and every time I’m in Orlando!!!

The location of the space was amazing and the space inside looked exactly like the listing photos. I had some initial issues on arrival with the key code, as mine was not working. I had to call the number to get access to the space so that was a tad frustrating, but fairly quickly resolved. We also noticed a bit of an ant infestation in one of the bathrooms and a large amount of them in the kitchen (the space was clean when we arrived and while we were there). We thought they were fire ants, I reached out and Dennis responded quickly and sent pest control the next morning. They treated the spaces and informed us they were actually ghost ants. Then the following day we noticed they had migrated to the cabinets and gotten into and ruined quite a bit of our food. We communicated this to Dennis and again he was prompt with his response and kind. My issue is that we had to request a refund instead of it being offered. After several issues it should be on the host to offer, not guest request

Loved our stay here! The host answered any questions we had & the condo looks just like the photos. Proximity to all 3 pools areas is great. There is a free shuttle to both clubs that came when we called. Target & Publix are right outside the community so getting anything we needed was convenient. Overall the condo was really cosy & had everything we needed for a great stay!

Our experience was perfect. It was exactly what we expected and we had a great week there. Walking into the unit was so nice. The only thing I didn't like was the shower head - very hard to get your hair rinsed. Otherwise it worked very well for us and we love the views. The kids enjoy it going over to the pool and volleyball court. Thanks for a great week!

Super close to Disney world, around 15-20 minutes. So roomy and spacious rooms, better than staying at a hotel for us personally. Everything was nice and clean. Nice view of the lake.

I had already stayed in this condominium 2 times, in other apartments and I confess that the Apartment that Dennis rented was the best, we were greeted with a super decorated and tidy environment, the air conditioner was already in the ideal temperature, a tidy table waiting for us, Tv in the living room and in the bedrooms, internet met super well, the kit for cleaning in the kitchen was a differential, also had a bath/hygiene kit in the bathrooms. The Dennis/team told me super fast, I had doubts about the house club and soon guided me how to get access. Anyway, I intend to stay again in this Apartment.

Super great host! Really responsive and addresses issues. The rental was nice. Exactly as shown in pictures. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the clubhouse. The only thing I would change would be the beds. They're slightly uncomfortable.

Everything was very nice, somewhat hustle to get info about how to get codes and axess to Waterpark and Poolarea! Little bit on the pricy side of what we usually pay for equal standard but we we a little bit last minute.! Really nice are to stay at! The apt was very nice and superclean!

We had a great stay at Dennis's place. It was exactly as described and was beautifully appointed. We had everything we needed within the condo and it was decorated nicely. The condo was also very roomy so we all had our personal space. Regarding the review that mentioned ants-the condo is extremely clean and as long as you keep it clean, you will not see any despite the fact that it is Florida. We appreciated the other touches like dish soap, paper towels, beach towels, laundry pods, etc. We highly recommend Dennis's place as we would certainly stay there again.

We loved our stay at this apartment. The proximity to the Disney parks was incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is modern and nicely kitted out. The walk to the pool complex is pleasant if you don’t want to drive. Loved the outlook over the lake compared to others that overlook the freeway. Definitely recommend. The previous review regarding ants - there are ants however you just need to keep the place clean and not leave food or crumbs out.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Unless you want to deal with a rude and abnoxious behavior of property manager named Dennis. He is extremely unprofessional. During our 5 nights stay we were not able to sleep for 3 nights because it was soo hot in the apartment as he locked the thermostat to 72 degree minimum temperature(probably to save electricity cost) . So basically you cant make the unit thermostat go below 72 degrees. When my family of 4 wokeup in the middle of our second night there i asked him why is the unit set at 72 and its not allowing me to make it any cooler? His response was this and i am literally quoting his response here" AC tend to work best at 75 and if you set it any lower, the vent will freeze and could cause a bigger damage and this damage may be charged on you should it happen! I asked him politely thats not what we prefer for comfortable temperature but he did not listen. This guy will make sure your stay and your family vacation is as bad as it can be :(

Unfortunately, the reason why Dennis is getting a bad review is due to all the ANTS! I let Dennis know there was an ant problem. He wanted pictures. I had pictures and videos of the massive amount of ants. We had ants in our beds, on our toothbrushes, in our food, on the dishes. Ants everywhere, in the bedrooms, in the bathrooms, and kitchen. Dennis did have somebody come out to spray for all the ants. After getting sprayed the ants came out in droves. That night we had ants crawling on us during the night. The whole situation was horrible. We let Dennis know that we were going to be leaving early because of the colony of ants. It’s very sad that Dennis didn’t want to make it right with us and try to give us some type of a refund back due to the infestation of ants. Knowing that they have a massive ant problem and didn’t take care of it sooner or properly is such a shame.

Everything about the accommodations were ideal. Quite corner of top floor, excellent view, well appointed, all was new neat and exceptionally clean both in the accommodations and the building complex. The clubhouse, pool and lazy river were all well cared for and quite pleasant. Ideal location with quick access to shopping and all attractions while being away from traffic and city noise in a peaceful location. Simply couldn’t have asked for more.

We loved our stay here. Great WiFi for remote work. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Responsive host. Kids and parents enjoyed the awesome pool and lazy river. Tha balcony was also nice overlooking the lake and the pool. Used the coffee maker almost daily. Will book again in a few months.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The condo in person exceeded expectations. The decor and amenities were very welcoming, we felt at home for the duration of our stay! The rooms were all very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you’d need. There were toiletries in each of the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The family room furniture was great for relaxing in the evening. The view from the balcony was perfect, we enjoyed sitting on the chairs listening to the music of the pool and looking out at the beautiful scenery! The two main pools were full of entertainment for the kids! Music playing, food and drinks available, lazy rivers, one has a fun pirate ship while the other has a hot tub and slides. We also enjoyed the pool right across the parking lot from the condo! It was a little quieter which was nice too. We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Beautiful condo, great location, and Dennis was extremely responsive!
