Perfect location for our families trip to Universal. Great restaurants within walking distance. Loved that Publix was just down the street! We stayed in the bedroom downstairs so we could let the fur babies out in the morning. Beds are super comfy!! Wonderful place! We can't wait to stay again and the Oreos on the counter was a nice touch!!

The location is great for anyone wanting to do the parks, an easy drive to each. The resort itself offered access to a nice pool with restaurant/bar, gym, and game room. Lots pf grassy areas and a small lake to walk our dogs. The townhouse itself was clean and well equipped - just be prepared to climb stairs. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 and it could easily accommodate a party of 9. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, the place ended up being great for us. The bottom floor bedroom that led straight out to the back was perfect for our dog that came with us. We did bring extra blankets based on previous reviews that said there would not be any, but we really didn’t need them. The rooms were fairly warm, even with turning the A/C a little lower. Overall, our stay at Dennis’ place was great for what we needed and Dennis was very responsive when we addressed any issues/concerns with him. If something was broken/not working, he immediately asked if we wanted it fixed during our stay or if we wanted to wait until we left. Great host, great place to stay, and a great location! Would be more than happy to stay again in the future.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Dennis’s place, we partook in the amenities at the clubhouse and had no issues going in and out for food and activities. Place was easy to find and in great condition as pictured! Thank you Dennis and team for your great communication through our trip we will absolutely book again with you guys no hesitation!

This is my second time staying at one of Dennis's properties. This would be my least favorite because of the uncleanliness when we arrived. We had a few other mishaps that I expressed to Dennis while there. He was very responsive and accommodating. Due to the fact I've stayed at one of his other properties before, I would select his properties again. My family still enjoyed themselves. More attention needs to be focused on the lower level and 2nd level when it comes to maintenance. It is my belief that Dennis will work on the things I've shared with him. The bedrooms and space were perfect for a family of 7!

I booked with Dennis the day of, for a quick family getaway. He was responsive, and the process was simple and seamless. Townhouse was perfect for our dog friendly needs, great location that was close to Universal, and the gated community was nice and felt safe. Would definitely book with him again if we are in the area.

I had a problem with the check-in, stayed 1 hour and 45 minutes out due to the password of the electronic lock. My goal was to leave the bags that were in my car at 4 o'clock in the house and be able to take the opportunity to stroll around the city, however, being in front of the house at 4 pm, they provided me with a password that would open the residence. We provided the information about the residence and the lock and we were in the correct place. For 1 hour and 45 minutes we were contacted with Dennis to get a new password and only after 8 passwords attempted, we got a correct password to open the residence. Somehow we do not have a direct contact with the owner, always be via Dennis, increased this waiting time and our dissatisfaction with the accommodation on the first day. There were several questions with a long response time and the often empty answers.

I did not understand the lay out when I booked it, but All worked out well. I would come back. I volunteered everyday and did not have much time but was very happy.
