This was a great apartment and we enjoyed staying here. All was perfect. My only complaint was that all of the emails regarding the booking came from Cassiola Vacation Homes and not AirBNB, so it was a bit tricky to send messages to the host and to get our check in information. And then after the trip I had to unsubscribe to avoid getting spam from Cassiola. But all in all it was a minor issue and the place was great otherwise.

Plenty of bathrooms! A+++ The place was clean and close to the places I wanted to visit on the trip. While I wasn’t there much, I was glad to come home each day to this airbnb. I’ve stayed at worse places before, this has been the best booking so far. If I was alone, this home would be a bit to pricey. Since it was a group trip the price was about right and the place was worth any of the extra cost. The flexibility to stay Sunday night and the posted photos are what ultimately lead me to booking here. Using the Casilo(?) app was unexpected and cumbersome, this was required to get access to the community and airbnb. It was difficult to find the gate code and door code on the fly. If you have a few folk who have issues going up stairs, you may want to reconsider. I know it is listed as three stories. King bed on the entrance level. Living room and kitchen on the 2nd level. The remaining 4 beds and 2 bedrooms on the third floor. Overall- absolutely would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Dennis’ condo. The location was actually more convenient to local attractions and needs than I had even expected, being 10min from Disney springs, Universal, Sea world and a Publix and Chickfila are both walkable easily. We were somewhat disappointed that the facility pool being renovated but we had unseasonably warm temperatures otherwise it would have been too cold anyway. Dennis was always very prompt with my questions and showed patience when some of my queries were actually my fault in not being thorough enough. I would happily stay at this location again or one of Dennis’ other properties based on this experience.

The rooms were okay, and the stay was fine, but the garage was not operational, so we couldn’t park one car inside. Additionally, the kitchen trash bin was broken. Most importantly, if you forget anything in the house, don’t expect the owner to respond. My daughter left her AirPods in one of the rooms, and even though we were still in town after vacating the house, the owner did not respond to my messages, and we were unable to retrieve them.
