Overall the house was great! Corner apartment so it felt private. The front door didn’t latch great so anytime someone else on our floor opened or shut their door ours moved. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and on the floorboards. Almost all the dishes were dirty to some extent. Dusty, obvious stains, crumbs, etc. Pictures were accurate! Would stay there again just hopefully with some better cleaning!

We enjoyed the layout and spacious feel of this condo, and what was updated! The amenities were all we needed. Our biggest disappointment was that the pool was under construction, and we planned specifically to take our Ohio friends for pool time. And tiki-hut time, and were so bummed that there were cranes and dirt, rather than a pool. Location to Universal was fantastic!

This was a stay for 3-4 employees over a week, I booked the trip but never saw the location. There was some confusion on booking when I had to fill out their paperwork (for confirming over 21) for the management company and the checkbox of accepting terms & conditions. It had seemed to imply there were additional charges for a mandatory travel insurance. After conversation with host, it was discovered that it was INCLUDED in what is already paid. Also, they send the check-in details under the management company and not via Airbnb. This is fine but it is another layer of potential confusion if you are searching emails or looking in the app under airbnb . The crew did not have any complaints once we found the check-in email and I sent it to them. In hindsight, I would have added their emails to the age paperwork so they would have already received the external email. The host was quick to reply and those were the only stumbles during the stay to my knowledge.

Fantastic place to stay—just as described! The home is well-equipped with everything you need, from cozy bedroom essentials to a fully stocked kitchen. The location is great—safe, private, and within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. My family and I had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home. The pictures do not do it justice, we were blown away when we walked in. Absolutely beautiful, great location, and very comfortable. Fully stocked with great amenities. We had an absolutely wonderful day. Would definitely say again.

This stay was perfect for our family. The place is true to the images shown, clean, and well-decorated. The extra beds are a huge plus. It was stocked with essentials and had everything we needed. There’s a grocery store nearby and is only 15 min from Universal Studios.

Dennis was very responsive, timely, and polite. The place was clean and in very good condition. The location was great and overall we had a very comfortable experience. We will be glad to stay again.

Second time staying at Dennis’ place. Enjoyed the place, but was not warned about construction. Our cars ended up being blocked in multiple times with no notification. The master bathroom shower was clogged as well as the kitchen sink. When we tried to run the dishwasher, it leaked everywhere. Dennis was responsive to these issue, which was appreciated.

The host messaged me the day before my arrival date telling me to cancel and reschedule. Their system had problems and it was showing a lower price ($105) per night, to get in contact with Airbnb, which I did, they tried contacting the host to see if he could honor the price but he refused. Since I was already against the clock to find a place to stay the same day I was traveling I agreed to rebook at the higher price per night the host was asking ($148). Minding all of this was happening the same day I was supposed to check in to the place. After many tries, the date of my arrival kept showing locked on the calendar and even though both Airbnb and myself contacted the host regarding this he never unlocked it for me to rebook. Even though he said he would. I had to book a different listing which I really cause me a lot of stress on day that I started my vacation. I do not recommend dealing with this host.

This place was great. Stayed here with some friends for a long weekend and it was perfect. Bigger than perceived by pictures, excellent location, and very updated. Neighborhood was very nice.

Me and my family who lives abroad had a wonderful time staying in this place. There were plenty of rooms to run around for the kids . My nieces especially like the bunk beds. Location is near to Orlando attractions . We especially appreciated the kid stroller that was provided, it was very useful for my young niece when we visited Magic Kingdom . It was a pleasant surprise. This place was beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and relatives who plan to visit Orlando. I would definitely come back in the future if I happened to be in the area. We love love love our stay here !

Our family was visiting Universal Studios for the first time, and this location was great for us! Just a short drive to the park. The condo was very comfortable and provided more than enough space for our family of 5. The parking was easy and convenient. Very simple to get in and out of. There were some outside noises a couple of the nights that were annoying, but not due to any fault of this particular condo… it was just people outside. We got to enjoy the pool area one afternoon, which was also nice. Dennis was helpful and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay.

Spotless condo. Everything needed on site, plus more! Plenty of towels. Quiet neighborhood with a nice walking trail. Pool was so convenient and had a bar and food for the kids. They loved the game room as well. A few minute drive to all the action, but away from the crowds. Will definitely come back when we are in Orlando.

Excellent place to stay. We stayed here for two nights. Decor is clean organized and stunning. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and different machines to use. It’s a really nice set up. Highly recommend it.

Really nice place! my family of 8 stayed there for 6 days and it was just as decribed. everything was neat and i think my favorite part of it was that he included netflix etc on all tvs ! loved that! he included a good amount of cleaning supplies in the kitchen so we were able to eat in more than out! which was a plus! aside from that, i felt like dennis was always just a text away. never felt as if he wouldn’t be there if we needed him! will definitely try to book with him again on our next trip!

I stayed at this property with my husband, 3 kids, and my parents for a long weekend. It was just as described, and the kids (11, 9, and 5) absolutely loved the game room and the pool (full bar, so the grown ups loved it too), as well as the room they shared where they could watch their own tv while perched in their bunk beds. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, and there was more than enough space for our party of 7 to spread out. We ate in a lot, and we had everything we needed as far as cookware, dishes, silverware, etc. was concerned. Dennis was always very quick to respond when we had any questions. The location was great-- just a short ride to and from the airport and Disney World. The only negative was that the building had a strange leak in the lobby, and the entryway and elevator were wet and slippery throughout the duration of our stay. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property in a heartbeat!
