My family and I did enjoy our stay for the most part. I disliked the air wouldn’t go past 78 degrees in Florida its roughly 90+ degrees so the house was warm. There were minor issues with things in the home i made Dennis aware at check in and he was very responsive. I would still recommend home!

After arriving and reporting several broken things, I was informed that Dennis was not my host. Another company was in charge and it changed in April but I wasn’t informed until I arrived and reported maintenance issues-broken king bed, two refrigerators not cooling, broken lamp, broken dining room chairs and last but certainly not least, 4 toilets backing up. The toilets backed up so bad on Father’s Day (our last night there) that we couldn’t use water. We reported it first thing that morning and it was not fixed. We were offered an additional night’s stay in a house with no running water. They said they would fix it the next morning around 10 am because they didn’t have enough pipe. They gave us a 7 bedroom (had 13) on another street with running water. The next day I called at 9:56 am to see when someone was coming. Renan said he would call me back with ETA. We packed up and left at 2 with no call back. I called to say we were leaving. He said the plumber was coming at 6pm!!!

Dennis was a great communicator. Place was as described so big and comfy to host a big family. The club house was great, just keep in mind on weekends it’s busy and there may be a little wait to enter. Enjoyed the DJ the club house had on the weekend. Thanks Dennis for having this big and beautiful place to host my large family. Looking forward to booking again in July.

Despite having a large group of 24 family members, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Dennis's Airbnb offered more than enough space for all of us to comfortably enjoy our stay. My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The 13-bedroom property was not only spacious and clean but also beautifully designed, making it the perfect retreat for our family vacation. Dennis was an exceptional host, always friendly and quick to respond to all our messages, ensuring that our experience was hassle-free from start to finish. The community clubhouse was a highlight for both kids and adults alike, with its enjoyable lazy river and lively music, adding to the overall beauty of the community. We highly recommend Dennis's Airbnb to anyone looking for a family-friendly and unforgettable getaway. Thank you! Dennis place was very spacious, clean, and beautiful for my large family gathering. Dennis was very extremely responsive to any questions or issues I had. We had plenty of parking space and the guards at the gate was very nice and informative. Me and My family was able to take a much needed brain break (relax from everyday stress) at Dennis house. I can't thank Dennis enough for his generosity!

This was a last-minute booking after our original house was cancelled. We literally booked this home 2 days prior to our trip. The house was beautiful and was able to accommodate our large family. It was clean, beautiful, had ample parking and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this booking for a large family or group. My communication with Dennis was minimal however whenever I did contact him, his responses were appropriate and timely. Great Booking.

This place was everything and more, my family enjoyed themselves to the max. We had 20 ppl and we still had room for more. Dennis was a great host, very responsive when I needed him. My family will definitely be booking with him again. Also the pictures don’t do it any justice, this place was beautiful. We can’t wait to return, thanks Dennis
