We had a very good stay at the property. It is in a great location close to all the different parks, and accessible to lots of stores and restaurants you might need during your stay. The house is spacious and it/neighborhood have great amenities. There was a water leak in the kitchen ceiling from the master bath shower during our stay which they are getting fixed. The host was very responsive and we would stay again.

This house was beautiful, spacious, and just want we wanted for our weekend getaway. The rooms were nicely furnished, and the master bedroom was amazing, along with the huge bathroom. We got pool heating and it was an amazing decision, as the pool was very warm, and the hot tub very hot. The pool also had lights, and the tub had jets. The house is also nearby parks and places of attraction. I would recommend this house to whoever is looking for a nice and fun stay in Kissimmee.

Dennis’s place was awesome! Super close to the parks — about 15 minutes from Universal and 10 minutes from Disney. The kids had a blast in the enclosed pool, and the house had everything we needed. We’d definitely come back!

My family had a great stay, clean and organized. Fully equipped kitchen. Just bring your own seasonings. Pool towels provided for the amazing water park. I would book this place again !

this home was sooo beautiful it was easy to get in and out the home was clean and dennis had some goodies on the island for us he responded quick and i really enjoyed my stay i highly recommend this home the only thing was i couldnt find the ac for down stairs

Everything was great except the fact they knew their FRIDGE wasn't working and didn't tell us beforehand. They didn't admit to it until I asked for their honesty. A lot of people order pick up or delivery for groceries so that is a very important detail. They said they provided us a fridge by giving us a dorm size fridge for 12 people. 30% off a day for the inconvenience didn't cover the cost of having to eat out more and buy a drink and ice/waste it daily because we had no where to store it all for 12 people. We stayed there for 6 days and finally got a fridge for 3 days to use. No chargers for the "game room" remotes and some lamps didn't work. You can tell there is some wear and tear especially in the carpets. Everything else was great. If they were honest and proactive for the fridge I'd recommend this place but that and unusable gaming room at check in makes me wonder what the rest of the homes have to deal with.

We loved our stay at this house. It’s perfect for visiting theme parks / exploring Orlando or just staying put at the house and enjoying beautiful Florida weather with your own private pool. The house is very spacious and was well equipped with dishes/kitchen utensils, etc. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and would highly recommend it if visiting in the winter months, it was really nice to be able to enjoy it anytime regardless of the weather conditions

The house was as pictured, spacious and nicely decorated. Dennis was responsive to questions we had. For check in, we had to go get a pass to be let into the gated community which was not clear to me in the check in instructions. Also just a note to future guests, if you want the hot tub to work you have to pay for pool heat, and that heat along with the hot tub will turn off early evening. There is a lengthy pool heat agreement that doesn’t clearly state how hot tub heat works so we paid the extra only to not have it not work during the times we were home. One more thing to note that I was unaware of is that the community pool and slides etc is about a mile and a half drive from the house, I assumed from the pics it was walkable. Overall our stay was smooth and the area was nice.

The house is beautiful, clean and has a private washroom in every bedroom.Before check-in, the host arranged to set up and turn on the lights, turn on the air conditioner, and it was especially cozy.There is a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a game room on the second floor, a theme room with different layout, children's room has a Disney and a space room; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.The company team has a good choice of accommodation for two weeks. Dennis, the host, responded very quickly and quickly.Surrounding villas are comfortable and recreational, especially recommended for family trips and corporate group activities

House was nice but paid for early check-in at 10am. Weren’t able to check in until 12pm. Hottub and shower/bath didn’t get hot only lukewarm. We sent several messages regarding the hottub temp and was given no assistance on the matter.

The home photographs beautifully, but upon arrival is dirty, and looks like it has been abused. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed. When I reached out to the host privately about the cleanliness, I was told I should have told them upon arrival. I provided photos (which were disgusting) and there didn’t seem to be concern or accountability. This property is managed by a vacation rental company that will try to take you out of Airbnb and to their website. Paid a lofty daily fee for the pool and hot tub to be heated which were cold and was never fixed. I did receive a refund for this fee. No surface cleaner, spare kitchen towels, spices or even a broom. I had to run to the store so many times. Surface dirt, hair and even another guests spaghetti in the sink. I felt like we were staying at a bachelor pad or party house. Take your money somewhere else.

The home was beautiful and well stocked. The pool was wonderful, stayed for 10 days and had no neighbors until the last few days. I wasn't able to get an early check-in, but was able to get a late checkout which really helped. Dennis was very responsive. There were a few issues toward the end of our stay but Dennis immediately called someone and had them corrected. The beds and couches were too soft for me, but that is a personal preference. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Such a great family friendly place to stay! Lovely neighbourhood and so close to local shops like target and also close to all the theme parks! definitely worth every penny spent. So comfortable and my kids really loved the gaming room upstairs!
