Dennis was great , he answered all my questions and went above and beyond to get our bathroom cleaned. Only thing I suggest is updating the beds they’re really stiff, TVs are sluggish, carpet needs to be upgraded. I only suggest this as you pay some money to stay here.

It exceeded all expectations. The house was just like the photos advertised. It was all very clean and organized. We felt at home and were able to have a great opportunity to spend a good time with the family together.

Overall the house was great. There were just a couple hiccups during our stay. The first hiccup was there was no instructions on the door alarms that went off when opening the sliding doors to the back the other issue we ran into was frequent bouts of cold water. We had to contact Dennis multiple times and request. Somebody come look at the problem. Additionally, check out instructions were not clear as they came to my email from a different company and we’re phrased more as tips not requirements.

We stayed at this Airbnb with a group of 13 family members over the weekend, and it was an amazing experience! Although we had to check in later than expected, the host was very understanding and even compensated us for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated. The house was incredibly spacious and fit our large group comfortably. We never felt crowded and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool was definitely a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and so much fun for both the kids and adults! The host was kind, respectful, and very responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to other families or large groups looking for a fun, comfortable getaway!

I loved the house. It had extra tissue tissue for each bathroom, and a few garbage bags, nice and big house. Easy to get in, security did not make a big deal of things. Loved my stay only reason i gave some things a 4 and not a 5 because some things where not the cleanest like the couch, carpet and walls. They can use a little TLC. And another thing is my guests car got towed they didn’t make us aware about towing there was a sign outside that said your car would get towed if your parked wrong but anyone would walk pass that sign. They’re very sneaky and don’t tell you about towing on purpose! The tow at least 200 cars a car so be careful and park in the driveway not in the road

Our family of 14 stayed here and we had a great time. The place was clean and the pool was wonderful!!! We had some internet issues but those issues were resolved as soon as possible, they even sent someone out on Christmas Day! I would highly recommend, it is was clean, easy to access, and close to restaurants and amusement parks. We look forward to returning this Christmas. Thanks to Dennis and his staff for hosting us!!!!

This easily and comfortably accommodated the big football families that stayed the week in Florida. The host was extremely responsive to all our questions before and during our stay!! Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying there again next year!

The home had the perfect layout for our party. Each person had their own private bath which was well stocked with towels and complimentary toiletries. The location provided easy access to Disney. The host was very responsive. We were pleased with our stay. My only recommendations would be the home needs a little tllc to be perfect. Also the security at the front gate should be more responsive and swifter in providing access to the resort. This was a source of inconvenience.

This place was perfection. It was clean, well stocked and looked exactly as it did in the photos. Check in was fast and simple, we had zero issues accessing the home. We didn’t realize just how much space we had until we went upstairs. The beds were super comfy and we enjoyed hanging out in the movie room. I cannot recommend this place enough. Only suggestion I have is bring a portable fan. It can get a tad hot upstairs but a I brought a desk fan and it kept my room cool. Other than that, we would definitely rent this property again :)

My family and I had a great time in this house, it is super comfortable, each room has its bathroom, the kitchen is spacious as well as the living room. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was a little hot at night, but the next day it was cooler. The host was attentive and answered my doubts. Overall, everything was very good. IMPORTANT: They cannot park in front of the house, all carts must be parked in the driveway, otherwise the car can be towed by a crane.

We’ve stayed at Encore at Reunion many times and this house met all of our needs. Lots of kitchen supplies, decent amount of complimentary toiletries and kitchen cleaning supplies. Beds were comfortable and linens clean and in great condition. All TVs worked great and wifi worked well the whole time we stayed. Had an issue with the pool heat not being set high enough but Dennis was responsive and had it dealt with quickly. No issues with the spa/hot-tub, heated up fast and was great in the evenings. Definitely an option for our next stay.

The house is excellent as in the photos, congratulations on the accommodation. You didn't get a maximum rating due to a few issues we had. The access to the condominium is very bad, whenever I arrived by car I had to wait, as I didn't have a way to get in without trying to talk to someone on the intercom and they didn't always answer quickly. When I arrived the electronic lock was not working with the password passed, I lost about 30 minutes to enter the house. The carpet wasn't as clean, but nothing that would compromise. Almost a week before the checkout, the dryer of the house stopped working, they sent a technician at the residence the next day and he was unable to solve it, he was to return to the place to change the piece and he didn't show up anymore, I contacted the property manager and I didn't have the problem solved or they didn't give me any other options, they were to call me back the next day and they didn't say anything else. I had to keep wet clothes from the parks and I couldn't dry.

WiFi was not working the first night. We had trouble with instructions to get inside, mainly because they were emailed form a third party company and it got buried in spam. The place was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. Perfect for a large group. Would definitely go back again.

The sliding doors has a alarm on it every time you open the door, it makes a loud sound and you have to press a button to turn it off. This happens every time you walk out the doors.

This is a lovely home with an ample amount of space. Each room has it’s own bathroom. There’s a half bath located in the kitchen. There’s a pool and grill. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The washer and dryer came in handy (buy a small pack of detergent pods). The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to all things you’d need. Dennis was an excellent communicator, he was very responsive to my concerns. There were a few issues that I encountered. There wasn’t WiFi available on any of the TVs in the rooms, nor the gathering space upstairs.. Our entire stay, we had no WiFi. The AC was not working properly. It was extremely warm inside of the house, with temperatures outside reaching 100 degrees it was quite uncomfortable. Dennis made attempts to correct the issue, twice by management company, once an AC Tech. Aside from those two issues, I’d definitely give Dennis another chance based on his attempts to correct the issues.

Very nice house and Dennis was very quick answering questions. Did have a few hiccups, pool and hot tub were low on water and pool heater wasn’t turned on (we paid extra to have it on) also Wi-Fi stopped working. Fortunately all the problems were quickly remedied by Dennis and staff. For the most part very clean except for some stains on the couch. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
