Dennis is truly one of a kind. He is the best host I’ve ever had. From the welcome gift to the responsiveness - he is top notch. The location was extremely safe and I will recommend to anyone visiting Orlando. Close to all of the parks and not far at all from the music festival we went too. The space was amazing and fit the 7 of us perfectly. My TINY complaint would be the housekeeping. They were okay, but didn’t match Dennis’ perfect hosting. I was surprised at how dirty behind the bed was and they turned the water off the toilets, causing confusion for us. Overall, the value of this place is amazing and again, the housekeeping item was tiny. The beds are not the most comfy, so I recommend bringing a topper or extra blankets. We slept great, just was excited to go home to our comfy beds :) I will stay here and with Dennis any time I come to Orlando. He is amazing.

The house is beautiful and well located, but unfortunately we had an experience that was below expectations. We found the property with a lot of dust and dirty dishes, which caused asthma attacks in my mother-in-law and my baby, and everyone else had a lot of allergies due to the dust and mites in general. The air conditioning had very dirty filters, which we had to change ourselves, the fan blades were blowing dust on our heads, and a broken plate ended up injuring two people. Insufficient pans We also couldn't use the kitchen for more than 24 hours due to unscheduled maintenance. The technician only appeared at the end of the next day, which prevented us from cooking or washing the dishes before we left and this generated extra fees. Although the host was always polite and responded quickly, the management of the maintenance and cleaning of the house needs to be reviewed urgently. Overall my rating is neutral because the place is great, it just needs to be properly maintained.

This place is just as it looks in the pictures. We all felt right at home. Having breakfast here was great and being so close to grocery stores is a plus. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We stayed here while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. Tons of space, and I appreciated the Oreos. Everything was clean and comfy. The only real issue we ran into was that the door would not lock when we left, but it started to work the next day. Kind of weird. Parking wasn't really an issue except for one night, but otherwise good. Enjoyed the pool. We chose to Uber to the convention center every day, and it was about a $10 trip for 5 of us, so the location was convenient. Overall, had a good experience and would stay again for the next tournament.

This beautiful condo was perfect my family and had many things to do on the grounds. It is in a great location and close to everything. David was a great host and assisted my family with dinner options and finding the Pandora store. We would love to rent out the condo for a longer stay in the future.

Dennis was awesome and so was the accommodations. Extremely clean and close to everything. Everything was exactly as stated on Airbnb. Easy check in and Dennis was great with any questions I might have had. Definitely would recommend staying here and I would also stay again when I come back to Orlando!

Stayed here for a music festival that was nearby. Within walking distance to a Publix and various restaurants which made our stay much easier. The location was doing refurbishments to the pool but we were able to walk across the street to a neighboring resort without any issues. The space was spacious and clean. Would stay here again.

Let me start off with the actual condo itself was beautiful. Great amount of space for 6 people. Very nice walking location to Publix and restaurants. Beds are somewhat comfy, not the type of bed we are use to. Now here’s where it went wrong for myself and my party. Upon checking in we see construction going on and we asked the host about it. They claimed it was sidewalk construction, we were never told anything of this prior to booking or after. Then after we got in the banging and booming on the roof began which was right above us as we were on the top floor. It went on for every day but one. We weren’t able to relax and enjoy our vacation, with it going on from around 8am-8pm. There was also a few things broken, not working or missing. We just had a chaotic and inconvenient time but at least we were all together. I’m just happy to be home I was going nuts. Just make sure before you spend that much you know what’s going on in the resort. Condo was beautiful though just not our luck.

Great location, but make sure to complete the check-in form he sends at booking as soon as you receive it. I didn't and missed out on several emails that were lost in space... Walkable to grocery and restaurants. Had to walk/drive to another complex across the street) for the pool because they're working on the one at our complex.

The condo was very spacious and in a great location near Universal and the Convention Center. We had some questions about nearby amenities that seemed to have been answered incorrectly by a chat bot, but Dennis was later able to answer directly to clear things up. It makes sense though since they manage a few hundred properties! Would definitely stay again.

2nd time staying at this location. Everything went well. Very responsive to a request to have the garbage disposal looked at. Gentleman had it fixed pronto! Very convenient to Convention Center, and everything else Orlando has to offer. Will probably stay here again next year when we return for the same convention as this years

Had a small issue with check-in because I somehow never received the email with the gate or door codes but reached out and Dennis resent the email. Beautiful condo that is away from all of the noise but still close to everything!

This condo was exactly what we needed for our conference! Great location, right down the street from the grocery store, a pharmacy and less than 5 minutes to the conference center. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook meals (brought spices from home). The beds and pillows were comfortable and we always had a good night sleep. The only observation we made was on arrival there was a very large water stain/damp ceiling but it appeared to have been fresh (lots of storms coming through). Nothing to do about it but for how nice the rest of the condo was it caught us off guard. Everything was fantastic and we hope to stay again next year for VMX 2025!

Thank you Dennis for looking after us. Self check in was easy and the family felt that the condo was one of the best parts of the holiday. The resort is nice to stay in with pool and games room and gym Nearby (5 min walk) is a plaza with supermarket and plenty of eateries which was handy And of course everything Orlando has to offer. Universal Studios a 15 min drive We had a couple of issues (waste disposal and microwave) which were fixed very quickly Best wishes

Had a great stay at Vista Cay! All the extras were in the room so you didn't have to fret about needing the small things, like dish soap, etc. We didn't need it as our kids are older, but there were even high chairs and a stroller in one of the closets.
