House was perfect for 10 people that we travelled with. Pool area was great for the kids. Having 2 living rooms was great as it the kids could sit out on there own without having to be in the bedrooms or in the main living room if they didn’t want to sit with us. Kitchen was used nearly everyday and was perfect for us will definitely return

My family and I really enjoyed the beautiful home, there was enough rooms for everyone. Each room was decorated very beautifully, and the Harry Potter theme room was a big plus for me and my son. The location was great cause we were around the stores we need to get groceries. Dennis also gave us recommendations for parks as well. My son and his cousins enjoyed the pool in the back and even the community pool with lazy river and water park for kids which was perfectly around the corner from our home. There were minor things that was there but once we communicated with Dennis; he answered and was willing to come and fix them right away. However we just wanted him to be aware of them cause it was things that can be easily fixed.

I had to contact him multiple times me times bc instructions of entering were not clear, the tvs did not work and it was hot and we could not do the air. Then I wake up to a message asking to fix the garage. I barely used my parking space bc cars were everywhere. I left the garage like I found it and it worked fine for me.

There’s a few things I didn’t like about this place. First the check in process was horrible. I was t given a gate code. I was sitting at the gate holding up the line while I tried to pull up my email. Luckily someone took pity on me and let me in using their code. Then I get to the address and realize that you have your enter thru the back door by the pool to get in. I have a very active 4 year old. So I had to carry her to and from the door just to avoid any accidents. When I get to the house so I can reach out to someone about the gate code only to find I have no service. No one did. I couldn’t make not one phone call. I couldn’t even pull up my email so I could connect to the WiFi. I had to drive all the way to the main st to get service. So I could try and reach someone. Once we got that squared away. Dennis did communicate once I told him of the few problems that was happening.

Overall stay was great, host responded very quickly, everything in the house was organized and cleaned. The only thing i saw was if you have a big group staying and you drive separately the parking is pretty hectic. (One big truck or sprinter recommend) definitely will stay again!

We would definitely stay here again. Communication was quick and easy. The house was very clean and comfortable. There is a little wear and tear, but nothing extreme. The ice maker didn’t work, but a bag of ice isn’t expensive. My teenagers were all very happy here. It was our first AirBNB experience and I think it was a good choice.

Great location, cozy but plenty of space and the decor was very nice. The place needed to be cleaned and the trash bin was full. Dennis reacted promptly to rectifying the issue. I think that’s important to note. The housekeeping team needs a firm talk. The place has obviously seen a lot of stays. The location is amazing. The kids had a wonderful time. I used the fitness center, the water park was great and the private pool was convenient.

Lovely, nicely decorated, spacious place close to Disney. We did not use the complex facilities because we were just too busy with the parks but having a private pool attached to the house was a delight. Communications with the host were easy and we got quick responses. Parking at the house might be an issue if your group has more than two cars but street parking is available only a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. The house looks just like the pictures. They stocked the house very well too. More than enough toilet paper and kitchen supplies to get by for the first few days. The house is so close to the community center too and not too far from disney!! Only awkward thing is the house entrance is in the back by the pool, it does mention it in the listing I just didn't notice until after I arrived, however it doesn't affect the stay at all. I would stay again in a heart beat, overall a great place to stay and plenty of space. the couches all were super comfortable. The home temp was very nice too and the little pool is always a plus!

My family had a wonderful time at Dennis’s place! The home was clean, well-stocked with the essentials and the check-in process was a breeze. I also appreciated the ease of communication throughout our stay. The kids loved the splash pool as well as the larger resort pool. The location was convenient to all of the major Orlando area attractions. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again.

The resort is very nice, the basketball court, the pool and the game room are perfect. The house has its own pool, it is clean and tidy and everything is there. Especially the kitchen has everything you need.Our family had a wonderful holiday. It is also very convenient to go to Disney, about 20 minutes.

Location location location! Lots of room, clean, everything you need to cook a meal at home. The main resort pool needs some work but that’s out of this Airbnb control- we still had a blast though, if you can bring a tube do or stop at the 5 below and grab one for the “lazy not so lazy river”

This house is located in a great area. It is close to everything. Dennis is very responsive when there are issues. There are delays when coming thru the gates. You have to stop every time and wait to be allowed in. Loved the house and the pool.

Nice and spacious but there are some hiccups. When we arrived the gate keeper has no knowledge of your stay and you are not provided a pass so everyday you have to wait for security and yes it is a hassle Because the line gets long. Entering the home there was a alarm going off we called the 24/7 hotline to inform nobody came we found out on our own someone unhooked the smoke detector but once it was put back then the low battery sounded through the entire visit. We messaged about clogged sinks and ice maker not working there was a quick response and a maintenance man was there in minutes however he was there to install a ring doorbell but our issues were not resolved. The house looks exactly like pictures, you’re close to everything pool is great, and there’s everything you need in a kitchen.

A big place that holds a good amount of people the places was very clean. But just a couple things that were a little bit of a hassle that we didn’t feel like should of been. We were not far from Disney or Disney springs which was nice. But one thing that I would say needed improvement on is We didn’t get a code to the front gate and it wouldn’t open always and couldn’t get through to someone. It just was kinda inconvenient and frustrating at times. Other than that our stay was good.

Currently the gameroom is not open. The pool and lazy river are open, but the clubhouse will not provide floats and you are not allowed to bring your own. Only things allowed are swimmers for kids who cannot yet swim. Outdoor courts/fields are open, but you have to bring your own equipment. Clubhouse is not renting at this time.

Beautiful house! Excellent location near theme parks and shopping, the beach is also easily accessible by car for a day trip! The pool was lovely, we really enjoyed it! Dennis and his employees were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a couple of small issues (ice maker wasn’t working, etc..) each time I messaged Dennis I got a quick response and someone was there to help me quickly. The house itself could use a good cleaning, the carpets and rugs especially. It wasn’t dirty enough to ruin our trip, but it was very noticeable and could possibly cause issue for a guest with asthma, dust allergies, etc.. Overall, we had a fabulous time, the clubhouse is a great extra for days when you don’t want to leave the resort but still want to get out of the house!

The townhouse had plenty of space to sleep seven adults. The clubhouse with pools and sports courts were less than a five minute walk away. A really nice touch was the smart TV’s in each of the bedrooms. Only negative was the pools at the clubhouse closed at dark. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay!

Dennis’s place was absolutely amazing! It was clean, convenient to everything and full of wonderful amenities. Dennis was prompt with his responses and made check in very easy with providing all details for his property prior to my trip. 1. Come via the gate that has the security room 2. The entrance is via the backdoor where you park the car and not the front door. 3. Watch out for the pool as the space is a little less 4. Read the instructions carefully as the garage door lock keypad number is tucked in somewhere in the instructions 5. Once you get into the gate, cut across the parking lot to the home.

The best location for visiting Disney and Universal studios or if you just want to hang out. Grocery, pizza and other stores are close by. House is just like the pictures. Comfortable for a large family. You will have everything you need to have a great time. Dennis was a great host.

Great place for the family vacation! Within 20 min of Disney parks and 10 min away from restaurants, groceries, and staples like Target and Walmart. Condo had what we needed for cooking including gas grill. The complex had a fantastic pool area we enjoyed during “off-days” from the parks. Kids loved the splash down play area and lazy river. Workout facilities very nice. Parking was a little tight and we often found cars in front of the garage, but it really wasn’t too much of an issue. Check in and out was as simple as it could be. Dennis responded to every communication within 10 minutes!

I was slightly disappointed with my stay here as I was expecting a really clean home. I will say that the area we stayed in was nice and it is still a developing area. There was plenty of space for my family. For the negative part of my experience: There were a trail of ants leading from the front room all the way to the kitchen. Unfortunately my four year old daughter found them because they were crawling on her. I will say when I received an email about how my check-in was, I complained and they did send someone out to spray. The house was not as clean as I have come to expect from other Airbnb’s. There were stains on the couches, the home did not appear to be vacuumed, there was an odor throughout (I sprayed and luckily that helped), and there were stains/scratches on the walls. I can deal with all these things but what I would say is that the place needs to be better kept. I personally would not stay there again.

Dennis was AMAZING!!! The house was exactly as pictured on the website. I paid the extra fee to heat the pool for all of our stay. Dennis responded to all of my messages and requests efficiently and in a timely manner. Check in was easy and hassle free. You receive your code and house information in an email days prior. The gate pass is easy to get as well. ID and your license plate is all you need, and they print it out for you. You just scan the paper at the gate and go in and out with ease. We always felt safe and comfortable. The grounds were perfectly kept, landscaped and immaculately clean. Someone came to empty the trash bin everyday. The community center had a game room, gym, pool, lazy river, jacuzzi and cabanas!! The home is in a PERFECT location. It’s located about 10 minutes from literally EVERY STORE you could think of. It was equipped with a couple days supply of dish detergent, dish washer pods, 1 paper towel roll, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and trash bags. After that, you have to get your own supplies, but that’s fine since everyone’s house supply consumption is different. We just went to Walmart the first day and got what we needed. I would recommend that they add a can opener to the utensils they provide. The house pool was a great plus. The kids were in there every day and the adults were in every night. We made great family memories this vacation. Thank you Air Bnb, Dennis and Westside properties. I will definitely rent with you again.

This is a really nice place where everyone gets bathroom and bedroom space. TVs are in every room with cable. The common pool area is really nice, but people save seats at 8:30am so be sure to get your towels on seats if you want a spot at the pool. The pool at the home would be awesome for little kids, we had teens so we never used it. It's super close to Disney but about 40 minutes to Universal, and there's always traffic. There is a good lap to walk around the common area water feature, but you cannot walk to stores or anything. The neighborhood is tucked away off the main strip. The kitchen comes as they say, with just the tools. There isn't anything, not even salt or pepper or coffee or coffee filters. Be sure to stop at the store! Good place for a large family to spread out! We enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was very clean and is exactly what you see in the photos. It was very close to everything. I only have 1 complaint. They only give you 1 towel per person. We had the max amount of people we could have in the air bnb. I had to bring a couple of towels from home so that took up a bit of space in my suitcase. There is a washer and dryer but you would have to wash your towel everyday and we were there for a week. Other than that we had a blast and never wanted to leave.

What a beautiful home it was. Stylish, immaculate, stocked with everything you need to start out your vacation and located in such a nice resort with a lot of activities for both young and old. The resort is convenient to shopping, many restaurants and Disney. Dennis responded quickly to all questions. When we arrived there was a leak in the sink faucet which caused a small puddle on the floor. Maintenance was there within a few minutes to repair the leak. He was friendly and very professional as was all the staff at Windsor at Westside. We will definately be back next time we go to Florida. Thank you for your gracious hospitality.

The house was absolutely amazing. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The community itself is a bit hard to find but once inside, it is quiet and charming. The lazy river was definitely a high light for myself and the rest of the people I traveled with. You are only about a 13 to 15 minute ride from Disneyworld and Disney Springs, which are two places we spend a good amount of time at. Grocery stores and restaurants are also a pretty close distance which was extremely convienent. I would stay here again on my next vacation to Florida.

Dennis was quick to respond in email to all our questions. The home is very clean and spacious, plenty of room for our party of four adults, two kids and a baby. The location was close to many foodbchoices and close to animal kingdom and magic Kingdom, about a 15 to 25 minute drive respectively. There were plenty of towels provided, including swim towels. The pool facilities included a small water playground area with two slides and splash areas which was fun for the kids. Would definitely stay again!

Great house, huge upstairs including living area can easily accommodate 10 without being cramped. Clubhouse actually looks/feels like you are at an all inclusive, fantastic area. Area and house are very clean. Casiola team was very responsive when required for anything, from check in to check out.

Dennis’ place was just as shown in listing. The place is new, spacious, clean & tastefully decorated. It is perfect for a large family. The home is located in a new community & it was a bit difficult to locate because we got in at nighttime & it’s not on GPS systems yet. The neighborhood is quite picturesque and has all the amenities you would need for your family holiday. It has a fitness center, water park, tennis courts and the neighborhood is perfect for an early morning run. We were quite impressed that there was a baby crib in one of the closets, which really came in handy for my sister’s infant. The vacation brought together family members from three households and we all had the best time and were really comfortable. I would truly recommend Dennis’ place and we would definitely stay again.

We came to Orlando for a graduation and decided to spend the next few days here. This ws a great decision. Very spacious and comfortable for all 9 of us and equipped with everything we needed.

We had a family trip with 3 adults, 3 teens and nine year old and loved the townhouse. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The unit is also very close to the clubhouse to use the arcade, community pool and lazy river as well. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental.
