This location was fantastic for a trip to Epic Universe. Ample parking, great pool, so much room for the 6 of us to sleep and spread out. The in-unit laundry allowed us to pack light.

The location was on point. Close proximity to Universal Epic. The basics of additional needs (stores and restaurants) were close. My only reason for not giving 5 stars for everything was because the sofa/ sofa bed was very old and worn, that it was not comfortable to sit or sleep on (sofa bed).

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place itself was breathtaking and stocked with basic essentials we may need. Dennis was great throughout the whole process, he even checked in on us daily to make sure we are taken care of. Highly recommend and would book again.

Overall stay was good. It’s the little things that left a bad feeling. First, the description of the toiletries could be more specific, ie hotel size, and toilet paper could be better quality and how about a 4 pack in each bathroom especially when 5 people are staying. But the worst was…the dryer didn’t work. Don’t understand why the appliances are not double checked to ensure working. With the raining weather the last 2 days. Clothes and shoes were wet and would have been nice to dry them especially when leaving next day. Left with a bad taste but overall it was good.

Almost a Five star review. The positives: The house was very nice, big bedroom and bathrooms. Nice floors in the living room. We didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities because we came for a basketball tournament and just didn’t have the time. But the grounds were beautiful and any family would enjoy it here. Close to everything! The host was a 5 star! Very responsive helpful and friendly. The negatives; There were no cooking utensils or seasonings to cook (only salt/pepper) so we had to buy them. The dining chairs were a little worn out and needed to be replaced and the sofa on one side had no spring or support when you sat down. The host assured me that he will address it The dryer should definitely be replaced soon . It had some brown marks on top and didn’t completely dry our clothes. So we had to put clothes outside on the chairs to dry completely. That should definitely be replaced soon. Once those few changes are made, this Airbnb would be an absolute 5 Star place and location.

Dorian - July 2024 Loved this property and will stay there again. Better than expected, very clean, perfect space for the 5 people, pool and pool area great and large enough for big crowd, loved the games, pool bar staff very friendly, food provided perfect for pool time, arcade for kids. check in was easy and clear instructions. Loved location; close to everything (multiple parks, entertainment, dining, shipping centers). Spices: salt, pepper, spray oil. If you plan to cook at home will need more of your own spices, but plenty of utensils, pots, silverware, dishes, and other kitchen equipment. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable.

We were a family of 6 going to a National Volleyball Tournament. We did not want to spend a week in a hotel, so we rented Dennis's condo. It was perfect for us as we had 3 bedrooms and nice kitchen facilities. The grounds and pool area were very nice and well kept. Dennis was very proactive and messaged us several times as our stay came closer. We had one problem with a shower-head in one of the bathrooms. I reported it to Dennis and a plumber came the next morning and replaced it. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this condo to others who are looking to visit the Orlando area.

This apartment is family friendly, has a lot of amenities for little kids. It's also quiet, you can't hear the neighbors so its perfect to relax as well. We were a family of 10 and we were all comfortable.

This the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed so far. We loved all amenities, control access and the hassle free check in. Everything thing you will need (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, entertainment) for your stay is close by. Dennis was very responsive even when we contacted him at 11pm requesting information that he had sent us in a prior email. I will definitely recommend this place.

Here on business and needed a place to bring the family along. In addition to being close to work, area was very close to all major attractions, restaurants, and stores. If that's not enough, the complex has a great pool and clubhouse area. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks again to Dennis hosting! Definitely recommend.

Dennis's place is beautiful and comfortable. We had a very nice stay with our family. The house have everything you need. The communication is amazing all on time and very well organized. Small details make the difference like find a welcome gift, coffee, oil, salt and peper in the kitchen as dishwasher cleaner and laundry detergent. We loved it

The location was great if you do not want to stay on the amusement park resorts. The refrigerator leaks some and the dryer takes a few cycles to completely dry clothes but for the money it was a nice place.

Very nice place and close to a supermarket which made it easier to access. Amenities like the pool were great! The rooms were exactly like the pictures. Nice to have washer & dryer inside the unit because we had a conference before our cruise so it was nice to wash our clothes especially after walking around in the humidity and heat! It was great to not have to worry about forgetting a key due to the access code for the front door.

We had a really great time at Dennis’s place. The apartment is amazing! Everything was clean and well prepared. It looks as good as on the pictures. The great location if you visit universal studios or you plan to shopping. The safe parking right in front of the apartment in the gated community. There is also opportunity to use the community pool and spa with the bar. Dennis prepared also pool towels for us. Communication with Dennis was excellent, he answered really quick. I can only recommend this place. We will book again. Thank you. Lubos

Dennis was great, very attentive and responsive to our questions. The place is very roomy and has a layout which worked well for a family of 6. All of the parks, shopping, and restaurants are nearby. Vista Cay's grounds and pools are well maintained. Great value in this property.

This condo is located in a convenient location for visiting many Orlando must see sights and parks! The condo is spacious and clean. Dennis was very patient with all of my questions. Instructions regarding everything from our reservation, to check in, to use of the unit TV were prompt and detailed! And there is a wonderful trail for walking around the pond on the property!

Great time! Location worked out perfectly for getting in and out of Disney! Loved being able to relax by the pool over the weekend as well (the hot tub made my post-race legs very happy)! We stayed here for a convention that was being held at the Rosen Shingle Creek, which is about a 15 minute walk. This place is nice, clean and pretty quiet. Plenty of parking for your friends to stop by and the convenience of publix next door :)

The Caya Vista Condo was a great home away from home. Very clean and accommodating for my entire extended family to enjoy the UCF graduation. Roomy, comfortable, and very close to Publix and IDrive. It was too cold for our pool use but maybe this summer! If you have a need, Dennis was very quick to respond and will help you out. He did for us! Enjoy your stay.

The refrigerator didn't work the entire weekend. We reached out to the building manager and they said they would send someone to fix on Saturday. When we returned home Saturday night, there was a used teapot on the stove (which wasn't there before) and the fridge still didn't work. We ended up having to throw everything out. We also noticed in the guest book that the family who stayed there before us had the exact same problem yet the building didn't do anything to fix it for our arrival. Because of the money wasted on our food that went bad, and no help from the hosts- we will not be staying here again.
