When we arrived after traveling all day with little kids the house code didn’t work, i called the manager and was told the house we got wasn’t available anymore which was a total shock bc we weren’t told anything, lucky the customer service lady was able to get us into a new home after a lot of waiting. Will not book with this company again!

It was perfect 🤩 Everything was just like we expected Thanks for your service The place was very beautiful , spotless and comfortable Defenually we will come back The only negative point, Simple recommendation... In the evening between 8:00 and 10::00 pm it should open the two lines for cars at the entrance… first night 20 minutes wait and second 30 minutes too long at the guesses Bcp of upset people Thank you again, beautiful stay!!! ✌🏻

The house is in a very nice complex and the location is perfect, restaurants, supermarket and shops are a few minutes from the house . It should also be noted that the house was very clean and well distributed, the pool was a little small but the kids enjoyed it to the fullest. I would rent this place again, I recommend it again.

Loved staying here with my family. The home was equipped with everything we needed - had enough towels to shower and also separate ones for the pool. Kitchen was great and also had everything we needed. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The blankets are wrapped inside the bed sheets. Loved how spacious it was and that there were plenty bathrooms for us all. My kids loved the Star Wars room. The pool inside the home was decent sized for us since we mainly used the resort pools. We went to both; the one inside the gate which was a little smaller and also the main pool area listed in our confirmation email. Both were great. We ate at the clubhouse once and the food was well prepared. Pepperoni pizza was great, the kids enjoyed the lazy pool and splash pad. The internet was a little laggy in the evenings so we couldn’t connect our phones. Dennis was great at responding quickly whenever I reached out to him. Walmart/shopping areas close by too.

The problem wasn’t necessarily the condo, besides the pool being very small where the pictures make it look a lot better. The real problem was Storey Lake Resort. First, they won’t open the gym until 9am so you can’t get a work out in before going to parks. We were given a code that was supposed to let us in earlier, but the workers said that they don’t allow that and the code didn’t work. The second issue is the workers at Story Lake. At the resort pools they don’t do a good job at all. They do not monitor those in the pool/gym/basketball area at all. Many teenagers/young adults would sneak in and they were disrespectful, rude, and aggressive. There was also 20+ year old men that snuck in and were checking out 14 and under girls. It was a very unsafe area for families with kids and just didn’t give anyone a good vibe. The other issue was the noise. People would stay up late and party and keep us up at night. Overall, the townhome was decent, but the area is not safe for kids.

The clubhouse key access code did not work. The AC/heater was not adjustable. There were stains on one of the sheets. The pool was tiny. Other than that, the place was okay. Not all the rooms had blankets and it was very cold.

Great location. Exactly as described on the listing and demonstrated in the photos. Welcome gift and clear information of general house rules. The only caveat is the air conditioning, where there is an indication that "works better" at 75 F, as we are used to a lower air conditioning, and there is no fan in the rooms. Other than that, everything was perfect.
