The neighborhood and the property was nice. And the clubhouse area is beautiful and a great place to relax and unwind. However, upon arrival we experienced delayed access to the house due to the host not providing the code at our scheduled check in time. Also, there are some provided items by the host that have to be purchased by the tenants after they run out. Which isn’t a problem but we weren’t informed prior to booking. Overall we enjoyed our time at this residence and would recommend to anyone visiting the area and would book again if we were to revisit.

The house was brilliant and just as described. We didn’t make use of the resort amenities but they looked great and were close by, within walking distance. When we needed Denis he responded within minutes. Great house, would stay again.

Family from Norway - 7 adults and 2 small children offered 13 days Christmas and New Year 2024/25. Great house with all equipment and comforts. Everything about the house and space gets dice 5.5. Quick and effective help from Dennis when we were wondering about it. We had a problem with the kitchen pots that were quickly fixed. Unfortunately, this pull down the score: Fann 5 dead cockroaches when we arrived and some debris and quick on the floor and debris in the pool. (Found offered if extra washing and the pool was clear the following day). It was missing in the description that no bed for a cot is included. The bunk bed shown in the description was missing so the 4 year old was disappointed. There were missing slabs for the oven so we couldn't get a steep turkey that we had intended. Note that you have to buy gas yourself if you are going to barbecue. We had booked and paid about NOK 6000 for heated pool, but the pool was only warm a total of 4 out of 13 days. Dennis promise us to arrange this many times/days. We have asked for compensation, but don't know the choir is possible......

Everything was as described and as photos showed. There was even a Starbucks coffee packet to brew a pot for the first morning there. Also little toiletries in the bathrooms. It’s a perfect location for visiting Disney world. The only thing was there was only one towel per bed and we stayed 5 nights. And there was no pizza pan. Other than that everything was great! Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 7 just stayed at 8119 sun palm drive for 14 nights and had a great stay . Dennis was a great host , very responsive and pro active to any queries or anything we raised with him. The resort is a private gated community with 24/7 security and was lovely and peaceful , Walmart 4 minute drive away along with other local amenity’s along the 192 road. Great location for Disney parks , door to door 15 minutes maximum , great location for anyone who is looking to do all the Disneys parks. Orlando and universal studios 30 minutes away. The location of the house is Easy access to anywhere. Only minor issue we had was not receiving the email with check in code for the property , which was probably down to an automated software system , so just make sure you receive the check in code before arrival to property , never the less Dennis was on hand late at night upon our arrival and got us in after around 15 minutes. Would stay here again if we was to revisit Disney world 👍🏻

We were looking for an elegant, clean and quiet property to unwind in after full days spent playing volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center. This property is a 20 out of 10. Exactly as described and so meticulously cared for and clean! I would buy this, home it was that beautiful. We paid for heating of the pool and it was spectacular. Backs up to a preserve and gave it a peaceful and private feel. The community extras were icing om the cake. We will definitely be back.

Very responsive and very respectful! I had an issue getting in the gate but Dennis fixed it as soon as I notified him and made it so much easier on me. Home was very clean and beautiful definitely recommend staying here!!

This home was beautiful and the perfect home away from home! We enjoyed coming home every night and using the pool after spending time at the Disney World parks! We would definitely consider staying here again!

My husband and I are super host in Atlanta so we are know what it is to give great service. The location is great and the house is gorgeous however, the master bathroom the shower door doesn’t close at all and the water is colder than the other bathrooms. Also on the main floor there is a bedroom with a bath room in there as well and the shower doors are also very hard to open and close. We had asked for the pool to be heated previous to us coming which it wasn’t done. We had no issue paying the extra fee as long as it was done. We asked again and waited 24 hrs and still the pool wasn’t heated. There was also loud noise that was in master bedroom and it would start at 7am. It would go off every 10 seconds. We told the host about it and they did nothing, instead he tried blaming and saying it was our alarm. Unfortunately we got to no rest due too the loud noise. I also recorded the noise to show the host. I would not be staying there again.

Overall I had a good stay. The place was exactly as described. Spacious enough for my family. My only complaint would be the fact that I paid for the heated pool/hot tub option and it was only warm the day after I requested it. Every other day the water was freezing and we couldn’t utilize the pool that we paid for.

The house is just like the description is quite wide. The cleanliness was spotless and functional. Positive highlight to the speed of Dennis' service who has always responded and resolved all issues in an absolutely satisfactory way. I recommend it.

Dennis’s place was perfect for my family’s Disney vacation! It was such a relaxing space, especially after trekking the parks and braving the heat all day! It was clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. Dennis was very responsive to any questions or requests that I had. My son asked if we could stay there again if we came back to Florida for vacation! Highly recommend Dennis’s place! Thanks again!

We showed up at exactly 4pm check in time and the cleaning people were still there so we drove around for a few until they left which was approximately 15mins. Once we got back there was a maintenance guy who said we could go in that he was fixing a sink. He was very nice. He mentioned to us the disposal did not work which wasn’t a big deal. The master bathroom toilet made noises throughout the entire stay my husband kept adjusting with it to fix. Other than that everything was great!

Great place, looks like pictures, everything was great, the only problem was the jacuzzi was cold and the roaches big and small. They were in our luggage, In our beds, in my wife’s purse. I however did see a terminix truck upon leaving

The house is really nice. It is as described. It was clean, but there was several things where the rental company first of all when we booked the listing I requested early check-in they excepted, and after they excepted, which they did not wanna give me a refund they wanted to charge extra for an early check-in instead of asking me if I wanted to pay extra before hand, they ended up waving at the early check-in fee but then I had to wait at the gate for them to put my name on the list and then there happen to be roaches at the place and then one of the nights that we came back from Disney the lock run out of battery, the air conditioner at the garage leaked water and they happen to take care of all the issues but I just think that as a big company that they charge extra for them to be managing it’s things that they should’ve checked before they have people staying there. The mattresses are extra firm and they will not cancel your stay, for any reason I was not able to rest comfortably on those mattresses since I don’t sleep on those and in my experience with Airbnb and staying out of places which has been quite a bit I have never been in a place where they use extra for mattresses like that no one will say bro have a good night rest after going to Disney all day long
