My stay with Dennis was amazing! The house was beautiful and had so many amazing amenities. Each room having its own bathroom is extremely convenient, and the entire home was spotless. It’s also in a great location, being close to the Disney/universal parks! He was also kind enough to accommodate a late checkout. I cannot recommend this place enough, it was perfection!

This location was a great place for our family vacation. The house was clean, spacious and decorated nicely. The only issue we had was an unexpected daily fee for the hot tub that was not included in the listing description. Other than that, we would recommend!

Nice house!! Clean and filled with details and amenities. Love that each room has its own bathroom. Close to parks about 15 minutes. Plenty of parking for a family of 10. Our only suggestion would be to have the jacuzzi heated a bit more. It was too warm for a jacuzzi. I will stay in this house without hesitation. Thank to the host for his prompt responses!

We had a great stay! Listing was very accurate. Super clean, comfy beds, tons of space, and nice fixtures and furnishings. You can park right out front, which is super handy. Very responsive host. 15-20 minutes to Magic Kingdom parking and 12-15 to minutes to Animal Kingdom parking. Margaritaville area is also super neat, very walkable, and proximate lots of shops and restaurants. Would happily return!

Dennis was amazing!! We had family come into town cause my brother in the military. We got together and Dennis made everything easy. We needed a extra day at last min. Dennis made it happen. The place was spacious with bathe room in all bedroom. It was clean and quiet. Will stay here again. Don't think twice book. 😉

We’ve stayed at Margaritaville homes in the past booked through Margaritaville. We decided to try booking through AirBnB this time because there were additional/hidden fees with Margaritaville and all fees were included in the upfront price with AirBnB. The community is very quiet, clean, and there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We are Disney Annual Passholders, and went to a Disney park each day within close proximity. The home was perfect for children, with 3 of the bedrooms upstairs. The home was decorated beautifully, was clean. They had prepackaged supplies such as laundry pods, dish soap, dish sponge, toiletries and soap which was nice to have even though we brought our own. It was very each to check in, no issues accessing the home when we arrived. There are thermostats upstairs and downstairs which was also nice to control the air. Each closet has organizers with drawers. They even had a portable high chair, pack n play an umbrella stroller.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The location was unbeatable—close to everything with so much to do in the area. It was the perfect home base for exploring, whether you’re into dining, shopping, or just soaking up the local vibe. The place itself was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. Super clean, modern, and cozy—exactly what you want in a stay. The hosts were thoughtful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Parking was a huge bonus and made coming and going a breeze. Overall, this was truly the perfect place, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’d absolutely stay here again!

The space was clean, easy to access and located in a great location. Dennis was a reliable host, and was always very responsive and prompt when my group had questions. The location is so close,to the Disney parks that wait/commute times were not an issue. I would definitely stay again and recommend this space to others who are looking for great accommodations at a great price.

If you’re thinking about renting this property this is your sign and just book it!!! I absolutely loved this Airbnb, it was just as described! What did it for me was each bedroom has its own bathroom and that is the absolute BEST!!! The house smelled so good, looked so pretty and so clean! The welcome was lovely, all the lights on and soft music was playing. No Airbnb has ever done that to me before so this also stood out. Next trip to Orlando I’m definitely booking this home! Thank you!

We loved our stay here! The house is bright and beautiful, and had everything we could ever need. The kitchen was stocked with everything from champagne flutes to a margarita machine. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The area could not be more convenient and cute! The only issue we had was that the hot tub didn’t get warm. The highest temperature it got to was 93 degrees. We messaged the property manager and they said the hot tub was preset and was at its max temperature. Just a small little hiccup in our stay but otherwise it was great! We will definitely be back again!

Great cottage, very easy to find! Communication was wonderful as well. About 15 minutes from Disney, and very close to target and food!! Loved how they had many towels and gave us a dish sponge, dish soap, laundry tablets, and free Oreos! Loved how we could change the thermostat because I get very warm especially in Orlando! Great place, just noticed there was a few earth worms coming in from the sliding door. But overall a very clean place!

RELAXING was our motto for this weekend as we had a 5K and 10k race event and Our family was looking forward to Relax and enjoy the jacuzzi And definitely, the house gave all those good vibe just to wind down and relax. We enjoyed it.

Very nice home, it’s very welcoming. Really amaze on how well kept up this home is . My only con would be I wish it could’ve been cooler on the inside but they have the temp set . I’m just use to being cold while sleep. Other than that the home is amazing and I would definitely recommend anyone to book !
