The condo is in a nice, quiet area with no traffic. Located 10-20 minutes from major Orlando attractions. The condo is spacious and comfortable for a family of four and has space for more. It has an open floor plan and patio. The complex offers a variety of amenities and is close to food and markets. Dennis is very attentive and offers suggestions. We highly recommend this location.

This was our first visit to Vista Cay Resorts, it was recommended by a friend and we are so happy we chose to stay here for the week while we had a volleyball tournament. The condo was fantastic, clean, everything we needed on hand. The location to the tournament was an added bonus. The places to eat and groceries within walking distance were fantastic. Dennis our host was always quick to reply to any questions and we were so very happy with the condo. I wasn't sure with it being a ground floor, but we loved that. Highly recommended.

Please don’t hesitate booking this unit!!! The unit was very clean, and the location was perfect for shopping and dining! There is a Publix within walking distance and Chick-fil-A right across the street! The unit is very spacious with wide door ways, which was helpful because my son is in a wheelchair!! The beds were very comfortable, we had plenty of towels, and great cookware!! I would definitely recommend this unit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is nice. Has a lot of beds and the AC is strong! Love it. Only thing is that the wifi is weak and we cannot get on during several evenings. Make sure to also bring your own soap and tissue paper.

We were lucky enough to spend 30 days in this unit! The pictures of the unit are spot on and the location couldn’t be better! First floor, close to the clubhouse, pool and pool bar. Publix and fast food options within a few minute drive. Disney parks all within 20 minutes and a quick 15 minute trip to MCO. Great communication with Dennis. He was so quick to respond to requests and questions. I would stay again in a heartbeat!!

The condo was well appointed and convenient to Publix and restaurants on I-drive. Check in/out was easy and communication with host was great. only negatives were a broken towel rack in the guest bath and a complaint from two members of our group that the mattresses were too firm.

Dennis’s condo is a very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the dressers and closets had more than enough space. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was great. The condo is located in a very convenient location. Definitely recommend for you and your family.

The property is clean and well maintained. The location is excellent as its is near the major theme parks, restaurants, etc. The club house, pool, pool bar and hot tub were enjoyed by all. I would definitely return.

We did not have a good experience. Our first unit that we booked with Dennis was beautiful, and very accurate and worth the amount we paid. Only problem was that the AC was not working and therefore it was 90 degrees inside and we did not sleep at all the first night. Dennis kindly moved us to another open unit they had, but it was far smaller, smaller beds, etc. the oven didn’t work, the dryer didn’t work, and we found tiny black bugs all over the beds and kitchen floor. We ended up having to completely cancel the rest of our stay there (we were in Orlando for 10 days for a VERY important competition). We ended up going and staying in a hotel the remainder of our trip. Luckily after working with Air bnb, we were able to get majority refunded back. Having to move 3 different times during our competition was a nightmare. The location is perfect, but I don’t think the units are taken care of very well. It was too much of a coincidence to have a bad experience with both units! I will say air bnb was very very helpful with this issue to help us get a refund!

The place was great as well as the hospitality. The room was very clean and had every amenity available to us. We stayed here specifically because of the location being only 10 mins away from Universal which was perfect! The beds were comfortable and fit all 10 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/ and utensils. It was missing 2 knives but we were able to use everything else. The only thing that didn’t work well was the washer and dryer which left our clothes soaked. Already let the owner know that way they can look into it before the next renter. However, definitely would recommend this air bnb to others!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Being on the ground floor and right near the clubhouse/pool was very convenient! The pool was great. It's best to go in the morning because the afternoon gets very crowded. There's also a large kiddie pool and hot tub. The condo was spacious enough for our family of 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby. For people with babies, the condo has a pack n play and high chair, which was a big win for us. Only issue we had was with the guest toilet not flushing consistently. I notified Dennis and he got back to me immediately and offered to send someone over to fix it. It was at night and we figured out how to rig it so it worked when we needed it too, so I told him it wasn't necessary to come that day. I appreciated the quick response though. Definitely would stay here again.

This is the place to stay if you have kids and visiting the theme parks, it's nearby, very clean and spacious!!! I like the fact it was on the first floor near the pools and game room, not to mentioned to beds are very comfortable. Dennis was quick on getting back with us our when we needed something. We will definitely come back for sure. Thank you for making our vacation very special!!

Great location! Beautiful condo, the pics online are exactly what you get. We had plenty of space and that’s for 6 women. Great communication and we were glad it came with cook ware and even complimentary coffee! I would recommend to anyone and would definitely come back.

Pretty close to Universal. Place is neat and cute but came with a lot of unwanted friends: ants! Not sure if that’s a Florida thing. Dennis is very good with communication and is very responsive.
