Positives *Convenient to golf courses, Disney, great restaurants Negatives *Several bed frames have no legs, beds are on the floor *Most furniture in disrepair *Kitchenware not cleaned between guest stays *Non-functioning TV remotes *Refrigerator ice maker not functioning properly *Hot tub jets spew cold water during time the hot water is to be on *Found out after arrival it takes 12 hours for both pool and hot tub water to heat up *Was not advised before arrival date that heat for pool and hot tub is only available for certain hours during length of stay *Functioning garage door was locked from inside and could not be unlocked even though access was granted by owner/associates. This intentional blocking of a means of egress during a fire is a huge safety concern. Perfect “home away from home” if you don’t mind: *Receiving conflicting information from owner, associates *Spending lots of personal time being the property manager as there are no quality control checks inplace

This home was exactly as described. It is located in near many shops and stores. I loved that the resort is truly free to guests. The check-in was smooth and Dennis is very quick to respond. There are two large rooms on the first floor and four rooms on the second floor which made it very convenient for my family. Any issues that arose were handled promptly by our host. You won’t be disappointed with this home.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was super spacious and incredibly comfortable for our group of 8—it could have easily accommodated up to 12 guests. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for our weekend getaway, and the space was clean, organized, and welcoming. The only downside was the late check-in time of 4 PM. We reached out the day before to request an earlier check-in just to drop off a birthday cake before heading to the Disney parks, but were only offered earlier access for an additional fee ($50+tax for 2 PM, $75+tax for 10 AM). Anything earlier than that would have required booking the night before. It would’ve been nice if a quick drop-off could have been accommodated without the extra cost. That said, everything else was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Our experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness. There was leftover food in the dresser, dust everywhere, visible dirt marks on the walls, and chairs with food residue—we had to clean it ourselves just to feel somewhat comfortable. We asked for a refund of the cleaning fee, but they refused, offering only to send someone back out, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable after already being exposed to the poor cleaning. It disrupted our stay even more, as we couldn’t settle in while someone was cleaning—something that should have been done before our arrival. To make matters worse, we paid extra to heat the pool and the Jacuzzi. I’ve never had to pay to heat a Jacuzzi—it should be clearly advertised as a small pool for kids. SO DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Overall, we feel misled and disappointed. This stay did not meet the basic standards of comfort, hygiene, or hospitality. The WiFi password “losteffort” is a perfect fit for the owner & the upkeep of their property

The guests who stayed in the home before us left a huge mess…so our checkin was delayed. But Dennis was communicative throughout the process and very apologetic. He allowed us to drop off bags before the house was ready and although it took awhile…the cleaning was great! We also had a problem with a broken bed frame which Dennis rectified the same day. I loved how close the house was to the Oasis Clubhouse. Definitely walkable. The kitchen was well appointed and we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful property, serene architecture.only complaint I had was I paid $158 for 3 days of heated pool & hot tub but after several attempts with the host, all they said was they created a work order but the pool never got heated even after I told them to come & inspect the pool.I asked for the refund but it never materialized.

We loved our stay here! The house was as described, the amenities were superb and one of the clubhouses was in close proximity so you can walk there. Publix was very close for our needs for groceries. Dennis was very responsive as well. We would definitely rebook here!

This is the second time staying at one of Dennis properties and as usual it was everything we expected and more. His property is always clean and as described. Spacious, fully equipped and of course he always leaves a special something for his guests when they arrive which is a plus. Easy check in process and he communicates promptly to every concern or questions. Dennis is an amazing host that is why I choose his listings every chance I get. We’ve stayed at one of his other properties as well and that was an amazing stay as well. I highly recommend Dennis properties if you’re looking for amazing air bnbs and experience as he’s always our go to!!

I was thoroughly impressed. The property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. Me and my guest really enjoyed staying at Dennis place. Everything was nice and inviting, had a great smell to the place. Towels were nice and clean, bathroom was spotless. The only thing was someone must have had a dog in the place because there was a dog ordered on the steps, one of the patio chair legs were weak like it was getting ready to break, so we moved it away from the table. Dennis was on it—helpful, responses were very quick. Home was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the 10 of us. Pool was great also. The interior of the home could use some paint touch ups and carpets are due for replacement. A few of the beds were really low to the floor which we did not love. Also had a few roaches join us and I wasn’t prepared for just one rack in the oven, as we cooked for a birthday luncheon celebration.

The house was amazing, however we had air condition issues on the second floor which became an issue because people had to come every day we were there to fix the air. That infringed a bit on our privacy and comfortability

It's always a pleasure staying at one of Dennis properties. Dennis communicated with us promptly with any concerns we might have had. This place was beautiful and just the right size for our family of 10. Everything was super clean, they provided us with everything imaginable. The area was peaceful and the pool was spacious. I had a group of 11 and there was more than enough space for everyone! Everyone enjoyed the pool and game room. We also love the access to the community pool area. We initially did not receive the gate code but after emailing Dennis, the group was prompt in their response. I also was not informed that if you have more than one vehicle that the gate keeper has to have that information also. So we had to wait about 20 minutes to get the other driver added and get the rest of my family through the gate. That was a little frustrating because we were tired from the flight. Everything was beautiful and convenient. I would most definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved the house! The pictures of the house and the actual house were exactly the same. Neat clean and prepared beautifully. The house was excellently cleaned and very well maintained. We had a full house and everyone was comfortable and able to find their own space when they wanted it. The property manager was responsive and answered all of my questions. A terrific house to spend time with all of my close friends. Would highly recommend.

The house is very nice. The furniture is nice but can use a little extra care. We had a bad experience with the pool. First all please prepay for pool heat before you get there and early in the morning if not you will be charged an additional fee for them to come out after you have checked in and it takes the pool a whole day almost to warm up. Also after using the pool for the first two days. Day 3 we woke up to our pool water being forest green. We had no idea what happened. We called the host that morning. He told us that he was taking care of it right away. After checking back a couple of hours later. The host was very smart telling me that he put the request in with vendor and he didn’t know when they would be there but they would be there that day because it’s there scheduled day to service the pool. He also said to me, they have other houses to service so we just had to wait. I then called the main service line and they sent someone out immediately. I then received a message from our host Dennis now telling me that the pool was being serviced and would be ready at 7 pm that night. I took my kids out on an outing. So that we wouldn’t be just sitting at the house with nothing to do. I then paid an extra $75 for a late check out so the kids could use the pool the next day. Dennis sent me a new door code for the extension. I returned back to the house around 11:30 pm and was locked out the code didn’t work and I had to call the main number again because Dennis wasn’t excepting messages anymore. The agent assisted me. I was able to get in just to find the pool still green. That part was very upsetting. It left me no choice but to file a complaint for accommodation.

The place was exactly as pictured and fit 8 of us very comfortably. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space. The pool was great. Dennis answered any questions we had right away. We had a wonderful time. I wish we could have stayed longer.

First and foremost the house is exactly as described and pictured. It is one of the only homes with some privacy plants around the pool area. Home itself was awesome. Now for the not so good. We paid for pool heat in advance of our arrival and first night we were there the pool seemed to be heated. That heat began to fade away the following day and evening. That night I emailed out concerns with no response. The following morning I called, emailed and messaged. Only after multiple messages I finally got a response late morning that they would send someone out. After more messages someone finally came out at 6 pm to turn on the heat that we paid for so needless to say it completely ruined the plans for our last evening. Cadillac has terrible response to issues. As I stated the house was perfect and I would recommend it but hope there are no issues because their communication and response time is atrocious.

Everything was great. It was a wonderful house. The one bad thing, we weren’t able to use the pool because it never heated up. Also, the grill wasn’t working properly. Other than that, everything was great.

Place was nice and spacious. Beautiful pool. Main challenge was ants and roaches were everywhere. Kept it as clean as possible unfortunately they kept coming. There were also two huge parties in the houses next to use that played music all day until midnight most nights. Could be heard through the entire house. Luckily we went and stayed at the main pool to escape. Also be sure to get the heat for the pool in October or later.

Home itself is very beautiful and comfortable. Just be sure to communicate with host any accommodations you will need prior to visit as it’s can take more then 24 hrs for some to come fix any requests. I ended up staying for weekend and had requested heater to be turned on in pool and was never functioning throughout my stay . Other then that home is very nice and cozy.

The home was amazing! It is beautiful inside and out. It is in a great location and the neighborhood felt safe. The home was exactly as described and very clean with ample space for our group. Dennis was easy to communicate with and quickly responded. The only problem we had was that the pool and spa were not fully working. They did send someone out but things did not get fixed. Other than that, we still had an amazing stay here!

Pros: - Dennis replied quick with questions. - 2 living rooms, very cozy - Nicely decorated - Big enough rooms/space for 12 people (2 story home: Downstairs: 1 king bed 1 queen bed Upstairs: 1 master king bed 2 queen beds 1 twin beds) - Game room in garage - Pool and BBQ - The ChampionsGate clubhouse DEFINITELY got to check that out, volleyball on sand/lazy river/pool/bar etc Cons: - Hot tub isn’t a tub, it’s a spa so it won’t be hot, however he gave us the option to heat it up more, except we didn’t know how to use the tablet for it - Needed more garbage bags - We had to kill a roach in the kitchen - The AC stopped working on the first floor on the second night of our stay and our entire group had to sleep upstairs where it wasn’t as much space for all of us
