I’ve stayed at Margaritaville Cottages for 5 years now and I can say that this property was one of the best. Great location, private pool and hot tub, super clean, and spacious. Dennis was proactive with communications and ensured we had everything we needed.

Dennis is excellent- responsive and accommodating! Beautiful place, plenty of space for everyone and bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Only critique would be needs more towels for the bathrooms and kitchen 😉

Great place, great location. unfortunately was not told that the pool/ spa was available at an additional daily fee. I found that out when I got on site. it was chilly and we wanted to get inside warm water. I did not agree with the daily spa rate. nor the additional cleaning fee. i think that should have been included with the 2k that was paid. I will be returning to Margaritaville area in February and hope to find a more reasonable home with everything included with ALL fees stated on first page not on last page.

The house was as described and was great for our group of 10. The actual living area on the first floor was a little on the small side for 10 people, but we made it work and managed just fine. The only things we found annoying was the alarm on the door to the pool. You have to push the button on the wall whenever you go out and when you come back in the door from the pool. Also, if the door doesn't shut completely, the alarm goes off and it's very loud. I felt like we had to have a door monitor sitting right by the door to get up and slam the door shut to get it to latch when coming and going from the pool area. Other than that, the bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and clean. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we would rent the house again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dennis' place. It's a roomy home in Margaritaville. Three stories. - 1st Floor: Living room, half bath, kitchen and dining area. The back door opens to the outdoor seating area with grill and pool - Second floor: Three bedrooms, each with their own bath. One has a balcony. - Third floor: Two bedrooms, one of which is pretty big (also has a balcony). Both have their own bath. In between, there's a hangout area with a TV and arcade game. Overall, it's a great place to stay. If you have older people or anyone with mobility issues, it might not be the best place for you. But we would definitely stay here again. Really clean. Very proactive and professional host.

Great outdoor pool / hot tub. Plenty of space. Good spot for families. The place was decently clean, but lacks the finesse of a privately run Airbnb. Scuff marks on walls and lacked the attention to care / detail that all Airbnb hosts should uphold. The hot water was out upon our arrival.

The code to get in wasn’t updated when we arrive, but it quickly resolved with one simple phone call. Pro: -Great neighborhood, close to everything especially disney world. -Great rooms, each room has its own bathroom and TV Con: -the kitchenwares (knives, peeler, can opener) are worn out and hard to use. -toiletries provided are not good, would recommend to bring your own. -vacuum was not cleaned properly, we have to pull all the hairs and trash at the bottom of the vacuum so it cleans properly -remotes upstairs are hard to use (the down button isn’t working) Other than these small things the property is great and we recommend it. Loved the house.

We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful home. The house is impeccably clean, Dennis was extremely responsive and the house was stocked with all of the necessary things (towels, dishes, glassware, etc). The Margaritaville resort is safe and there is a ton to do on property. 15 minutes to Disney and 30 to Universal.

Dennis' house at Margaritaville was absolutely perfect for our group! We were a group of 10 and had plenty of room for everyone! Only a ~15 minute drive to Disney (we rented cars), wonderful private pool, completely new and updated house, and easy communication with Dennis. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a Disney Vacation! We just got back from Orlando and stayed a week at this house. We were gone most days, so we didn't spend much time there, but when we got home, the pool was great for the kids and Sunset walk (about a 10 minute walk) has tons of great choices of restaurants. The home is incredibly spacious and slept 8 VERY comfortably. I think most of the rooms have King beds so you could easily sleep two / three little ones if needed. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is an alarm that sounds every time you exit the back door to the pool area. You just need to push a button to silence it, but with our kids (7-12) they forgot and the noise is quite loud. If you have very little ones it might be a good system to ensure no one goes in the pool when they're not supposed to, but for older guests it's a mild annoyance. All in all a great location for anyone visiting Orlando and / or Disney. Highly Recommend.

We rented this place primarily because it boasted “private pool and spa”. It sounded great. We figured we could spend the day at the theme parks and come home and jump in the pool to cool off or use the spa. The first night we discovered that none of the lights outside worked for the pool and it was pitch black. I alerted Dennis to the problem and was met with “we created a task” as a response. Each day I asked for an update and each day I was pretty much given the same answer. I never really figured out what “creating a task” entailed…but the lights never got fixed. We also paid the extra $25 for heat for the spa. We did not realize that this would make the pool 90°. So you have a choice of a cold spa or a hot pool. You cannot have both. After basically getting no response about the pool, I never bothered reporting the shower curtain that fell on my daughter, the TVs that don’t work, all of the doors that stick. The house itself has great potential if it was maintained. It is central to all of the theme parks, and walking distance to many restaurants. You do not get a ton of privacy from the neighbors because the houses are pretty much on top of each other with only a thin metal gate and a sparse hedge separating each pool. I understand that things happen, I am a host myself and I know that problems arise. However it was the unapologetic attitude and lack of any offer to remedy the situation. Perhaps offer to drop some lanterns off? One of the emails I was told that I would be compensated if the problem was not resolved by the end of my stay. His idea of compensation is just to refund the pool heat money. The fair thing to do would have been to offer a percentage off as it was a rental without a pool.

The cost benefit of the stay was very decent: 5 rooms with a pool on a calm neighborhood and Dennis was very helpful. We had 3 main issues with the house: the house wasn’t very clean, specially the outside part; the rooms curtains let too much light in so we had trouble sleeping in late and also the door separating the living room from the pool area had to be left closes at all times which made it difficult for the barbecue and dining outside.

Was a great stay! Paid for 2pm checkin but didn’t get in until 3 because the code didn’t work. I didn’t have a number for the host, just for the business in general; so had to keep calling and was on hold a while to get it figured out. Other than that, Dennis was quick to respond with questions and super nice. The welcome package was nice. The place was beautiful and will definitely recommend !

This is the place to be. Great location and so close to Disney parks. Such friendly guards at the gates and saw a lot of security officers patrolling the area. We felt super comfortable already but that just added extra assurance of safety. Great to take morning walks on the property before we started our day.

This house was as beautiful and as clean as pictured in the listing. We had some minor issues, but my messages to Casciola were answered immediately and all issues were quickly rectified (our pool skimmer was ripped, so it was not major at all). We really enjoyed the short walk to the Sunset Promenade for dinner/drinks and the lovely private pool with lake/pond view at the house at night. The resort’s location was also very convenient for the Disney Parks. We would 100% stay here again!

We had a nice stay. Location of the area is great. Little town next door was walkable and they had free concerts on the weekends. Very good bands and some nice places to eat. Plenty of outdoor dining too. Private pool area is very small, really only room for two people to lay out. Safety fence took up a bunch of space .Outdoor table under cover was nice. Jacuzzi was nice and hot. Pool only gets a few hours of full sun everyday, basically around 2PM to sunset. But it was clean, they cleaned it twice a week. No k-cup machine, just an old school coffee pot which was a bummer for those who like flavored coffee or tea. House has a backdoor safety alarm for the pool that needs to be pressed upon every entry, from both sides otherwise it makes a high pitch sound - that was a bit of a nuisance. The two BR's all the way up top are great, but lots of stairs to get to them - and the true master is up top - 4 sets of stairs. Beds are comfortable, rooms are good size. Check-in was a breeze, Dennis was a great to work with. I thought the price was fair given the large size of the house. Lots of TV's, one in every room. Neighbors can be a little noisy at night, but there is a number you can call if they go too late. Biggest issue for us was the bugs. I know its FL, but those ankle biters were out in full force, especially in the pool area morning and evening. and it was only March. Bring bug spray.

The cottage is exactly as pictured in the listing and is conveniently located to parks, stores and many restaurants. Ideal for a large group. It was very clean and adequately stocked. We only use the kitchen for breakfast before heading out. Check in/out was hassle free. We highly recommend this place!
