Overall my family and I had a great stay. Dennis is very responsive and communicates regularly just to check in. I really enjoyed the little touches of the starter package of dish soap, sponge, bath soap, body wash, laundry pods, and even a sweet treat. The house was very clean. The only thing I would do to improve the house is install some lights around the pool deck. Also the beds are extra firm, not our preference but after all day at a theme park you can sleep on anything.

A very good place to stay. Dennis(host) is very responsive and was able to help us out with a couple of questions. The house is clean and has everything that’s needed for minimal cooking. Would recommend for my friends.

Great location and nice house, unfortunately they don’t provided anything, 1 pod for dishwasher 1 little dishwasher soap, 1 toilet paper per bathroom as they mentioned as starters packer that was a joke for our entire stay there that was over a week also the pan are so bad and not a lot that ia horrible to cook So be prepared to buy everything if you stay more than 1 day there and wanna cook .

It was a very nice place to stay and accommodated everyone in our group. Loved how all the appliances actually worked ! The only downside of the location is a lot of partying at night and random people hanging out by their vehicles with the music full blast so it makes it hard to get a good night sleep. And also the house right next to ours had some remodeling being done and was very loud during the day (only Monday).

This place truly reflects the concept of “home away from home”. The place was pristine. Super clean and ready for us when we arrived. The care with every singles details didn’t go unnoticeable. The team at Casiola was able to accommodate most of our requests and was always very responsive (within minutes). We enjoyed every minute of this stay and even tried to extend our time there - unfortunately there were other guests already booked. I would def come back to this place in a blink of an eye.

Really nice place! It was in the mid 80’s all week. We went with the pool heat, it was more like a hot tub with the warm weather. Very clean, lots of space for a large group. Dennis was very responsive. Location is about an hour drive to most attractions. Lots of traffic it that could have been due to spring break. All in all, very happy with the stay,

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of space for 8 girls. You can add heat to the pool, but I would say only do that if you ar staying more than 3 days. We paid $35 extra per day, but the pool did not get warm until the night before we had to check out. Overall great place to stya! Plan on bringing the family back next time we visit Disney

This place was nice, you could tell there was some where in tear from the constant revolving door but overall it was nice. We really appreciated the warm pool after pay $25 per day. I was disappointed to see that the gate would not fully close, I did advised us about this but they were unable to come and fix it during our stay. This did deter us from using the pool Barbie that we had several children with us ranging from 18 months to 12 years old. Overall, the property was nice I thought it was a great communicator and host.

Such a great vacation home! We had a great time and made a lot of memories. Our kids LOVED the pool! It has a lot of room. Very close to Disney and Universal theme parks. Overall we had a great experience. The property manager Dennis was very nice and always answered right away no matter what time it was. This vacation home was everything we wanted and more. Would definitely stay again!

This place was very spacious and accommodating for a larger family. I realize this place is rented out frequently on Airbnb and the foot traffic that is generated in and out of the house can speed up the wear and tear process which is why I’d recommend tempering your expectations. I say this because the title says it’s a new home but doesn’t appear to be. It can use some fresh paint and new carpet/furniture, again I can understand the reason behind this given the amount of times it’s being used. Service was good, I was in constant contact with the property management team and they were quick to respond to our needs.

Let me start by saying I have stayed in a lot of good Airbnb homes, but this is my first time that I can say a home on Airbnb is nowhere near the represented quality in the marketing pictures. Upon entering the home, I complained to the host about the poor cleanliness state that we found the place. The bathroom had remnants of wipes used to clean, there were debris from the prior tenant noticed in the living room, the stairway rug was noticeably dirty and most of all the fridge had a strong poignant smell (like fish). To my surprise, I was asked to send a picture of the dirt and the smelly fridge. That says a lot about the core values of this property's management team or host. I'm sure the host or the management team will respond that they never received my email with the photos I took and shared, as they didn't send cleaners over during our four nights stay. We had to spend the 1st day procuring cleaning supplies and doing some cleaning to get us comfortable with the place (First time I've ever done this in an Airbnb home). With the heightened hygiene requirement in these COVID days, this level of negligence is shocking for accommodations in this price point. Best regards, Leke Agiri

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay for a vacation, you’ve found it. There’s a bar and lodge, lazy river, and pool on the other side of the resort! Also Old Town and City Walk aren’t too far if you’re looking for a night out. Dennis is great at communicated and will help with anything you may need!

This space was great for our vacation. The resort had a really nice pool with a large playground that my kids ages 2-8 LOVED! I think they could have given up a day at Disney to hang there another day. The house was nice. Had a few issues with a broken shower door and TV sound but I contacted Dennis and he was quick in having them fixed. The only recommendation is that it is more clear in arrival instructions regarding checking in for your parking pass. Nobody checking in knew they were supposed to go to clubhouse for parking pass to get into community and it was quite the cluster and line. Just more direction on that and what to expect would have been very helpful.

The place is really nice, minor things that need repair but all in all it was a great stay. I wish there were lights inside the pool for nightly swims. If there will be more than 1 car make sure you let Dennis know so they xan put that persons name on the list.

This property is just ok and just ok. Check in was confusing, I wasnt told I had to have a code just to get through the gate to the property. After I registered my vehicle with property clubhouse I was told my car could be towed if I dont keep the clubhouse registration paper viewable in my windshield while parked in the driveway. Next, cleanliness was just not right. ANTS ANTS AND MORE ANTS EVERYWHERE! 3 wash cloths in the whole home. Pool filthy, my kids bunkbed sheets had stains. surrounding shower stall was moldy in the master bathroom. My skin was itchy the whole stay. I visit Florida frequently and never have I ever been so bothered my Ants. Poor wifi and cell phone service also. I had to drive out of the community to use my cell phone. I couldn't wait to check out!

Home at 8911 Geneve was extremely nice. Tastefully decorated and very spacious. Everything was very clean and beds were very comfortable. If price seems within your budget don't think about it twice...stay here!

STOP LOOKING!! This is the property for you. Clean, close, courteous. The home has everything you’ll need to cook, barbecue and even bake! Plenty of clean sheets and towels. Every room has a smart TV. The beds are super comfy. Dennis was an amazing host, returning texts within minutes. In fact- The toaster was a little temperamental, so Dennis had a brand new one at the house first thing the next morning! We are definitely going back. Dennis you’re amazing.
