Pros -Great area and location -large space inside with lots of bathrooms -pool was perfect -easy check in -good communication Cons -house had bare minimum supplies -dishwasher and dryer didn’t work well -at the resort the playground area was closed our entire week and the kids water park got no use to due freezing water which was disappointing.

Wow wow wow. Where do I even begin. If you’re like me, you want a pool and hot tub on vacation and a place to grill out. For this reason, I chose Dennis’ property out of the hundreds available in the area and I regret it. After paying an extra $120 to heat the pool and turn on the hot tub, my friends and I arrived Friday to a cold hot tub and pool. I immediately contacted Dennis, who assured me it warms up to 104 degrees but cools down at night. I didn’t really understand this because you should be able to use it whenever as a guest. Despite this, I woke up early the next day to heat them both up…but they didn’t. In fact, they never heated up. When temped, the hot tub only got up to 79.3 degrees! Worthless! The bbq grill’s main ignition was also broken so we couldn’t cook out. Dennis originally was responsive, despite not fixing issues, but changed his tune to a rude one after I requested a partial refund. It’s a gorgeous house but the host and lies make it a bad stay.

Very responsive host and clean house. Be careful to fully understand the pool heat function. It only heats up based on the atmosphere and for 6-8 hours. Which during the summer is okay but in the colder isn't as useful. We requested it based on it being recommended but couldn't use it cause it wasn't warm enough. Not entirely the hosts fault because it does explain that but not very well. Thankful after a bit of back and forth Dennis was kind enough to give us a refund for the pool because we couldn't use it. Over all clean and pretty decent sized place. About 15-25 from most major parks and the security guards for the gate to the subdivision were all pretty easy to work with when ubering

This is a GREAT family home! I love the amount of space this home has. Self check in made it super easy since we arrived in the evening. The house was spotless & the heated pool option in January was seamless & perfect for the weather. They also have an abundance of pool towels. We enjoyed the complex basketball courts & the view of beautiful community. Book it, you'll love it!

We visited Orlando for our family Christmas vacation and on the surface, the property is beautiful. It boasts a modern design, a small game room, a swimming pool and plenty of space for all of us to have our own living quarters. What we did not expect is that this home is INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! The first night, about a hour after we arrived, they started coming out. If we left, we would’ve still had to pay. We dealt with this a full 7 days. It was the most aggravating, inconvenience ever. To add insult to injury, we washed towels and put them in the dryer only to find that the dryer didn’t work. We reached out to the host, only to have someone stop by, clink some tools together and leave promising to come back. We had to hang towels on hangers to dry, just to be able take a shower. Some of the furniture is broken. There were roaches in the dishwasher and the grill was dirty. We were offered 10% off from Dennis, then another 5% for the dryer. Don’t stay here.

I have never left an ok review for a place but for the money you pay, this place leaves you feeling OK!! Positives: The community resort is beautiful, relaxing and lovely. The beds are comfortable!! The linens/towels are nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, minus a spatula and baking pans. The outdoor area is nice and it's private. Negatives: The pool and spa heating did not work properly the entire 8 day stay. At first the host responded and sent someone to check. As days went by, the issue didn't get resolved, it got ignored. We were not offered a refund for the pool heating. BBQ supplied but propane is not. The walls, baseboards, ceiling fans etc are really dirty. Be prepared to pay for garbage bags, dishwasher pods, paper towel, toilet paper, dish cloths etc. there is no where near enough supplied for the size/number of guests it accommodates. The couch is not what's in the pics. Uncomfortable!! We really enjoyed our vacay overall but we're somewhat disappointed for cost!

The house is very spacious! The host is very kind! We've made some suggestions for cooking utensils improvements we missed! The game room couldn't be used because the pool taco was broken and there was no foosball. The bed and bath linens were great. Good showers! Air conditioning too! It is very close to the Disney complex, but for Universal it takes us almost an hour to arrive! We did not use the resort areas within the condominium, but we went to meet on the way out and loved it!

Not a bad house, had some maintenance issues and was corrected with in a few hours. Needs updating, bed in one of the rooms is from ikea and only about 6 slats holding up the mattress so it was extremely uncomfortable but the rest was great. Also pool is freezing so wasn’t able to use it. The community kids splash pad and surf simulator was being renovated and not opening until April 30, which was a bummer because that’s the main reason we booked this place was for my toddlers. Would have been nice to know prior that work is going on at the clubhouse - other then that overall nice stay and clean. Thanks! Will definitely book again and would recommend having the pool heated

Really enjoyed the stay! Only thing that stood out was the privacy of the living and pool area, with no window curtains or blinds as well as every other house. all the houses are really close together as well. Other than that, was a really nice stay

I have so much to say. Dennis was amazing me and my family of 4 stayed here for 6 nights we LOVED it. Very clean and peaceful, kitchen had a lot of stuff to cook with. There was plenty of towels everything was perfect. Soooo worth the price and Dennis keep in contact the whole time. My 2 small kids enjoyed the pool. This is a 5 star home!!!! Book it now you will NOT regret it. Also there is a basketball court walking distance in the community. I felt very safe and the community is quit. Great home we will be booking this every time we are in FL thanks again Dennis for this amazing up-kept home

Overall, the house was good for our family of 8. We had enough space and enjoyed the pool each night after being at the parks. I had to contact the host several times for a variety of reasons and they were always responsive. My main concern was that I had to have someone come and look at the electrical twice in the week because the wiring was so poor that my sister’s Oxygen/CPAP machine would trip the breaker every night. This is a major hazard and concern for anyone with sleep apnea who rely on oxygen and sleep aids to sleep safely through the night. The living room couch was different than what is pictured. It was a cheap sectional that would slide around on the floor because there was also no rug (though it was pictured in the photo). The dryer had to be run multiple times to work and so we often had to hang things over the balcony to get dry. It is a huge space with multiple bathrooms, but some of these other concerns put a damper on our stay.

Bring your own cookware, towels, wash cloths, extra toilet tissue. The bedding covers sucks it’s no bed spreads it’s some very thin couch throws as blankets. The pool water turned green so we couldn’t use the pool for two days which was very disappointing.Bathroom floors wasn’t swept that good in the corners

This house is beautiful and clean! So much fun for a big family!! tons of space. Had a little trouble with code for the door at check in, other than that it would’ve been such an easy check in, but Dennis got us situated pretty quick. pool heat didn’t work the first day, but they had someone come out the next morning. was definitely worth it when it does work!

I had a few issues with the home. The home wasn’t clean. We came into sticky floors, fresh couch stains, and the AC was stuck on 67 degrees in February for 3 days. In addition, before the home was booked, they assured the pool heat was working. It was not. In addition, the home wasn’t turned properly. We checked in a few hours after previous guest left the property. The host didnt have issues with communication, however, it’s important to have solutions and provide guests with a timetable to fix them. Overall it was a bit uncomfortable for my wife and I to settle in. On a good note: The house layout is fantastic, and with a proper clean, you can stay for a week or two and really enjoy the home. Just wish our experience was different. I would book again when if they changed their current housekeepers, or did a proper spot check before new guest arrivals. 2/6/2022

Great location for Disney world. Bummer part about this place is that the hot tub is not hot when you show up and it cost $25 a day to have it on and it takes 24 hours to heat up. Also this place has been PARTY in! Almost everything was broken. On our last night four houses around us had a huge rager going on until 4 in the morning. We were so close to the security check in, I can’t believe they didn’t shut it down.

House was large and accommodating for our family gathering. The property has been treated “harshly” by past guests and we found several broken/damaged items through our stay, which we promptly reported to Dennis, and he promptly responded and addressed. Very good value for the stay. One issue that isn’t “fixable” is that the spa heat also heats the pool, and no one wants to swim in a hot pool after a hot Florida day. I recommend bypassing spa heat until they address that issue, but the spacious villa made up for the minor issue of reporting broken items. I recommend for families!

Wet towels folded and left on the beds…UGH!!! Had to walk in and immediately do laundry. I’m supposed to be on vacation. House was not ‘clean’ by any means. We found trash and toys in the house that were not ours. Rental details should be accurate and include any hidden fees. Several things were broken upon arrival, and we were told it would be addressed, yet it never was. Same day we arrive, the A/C is giving an error, and they try to explain how it’s “hotter in Florida” that’s when I was over it. Clearly, they think I am a moron and would fall for this. They made zero attempt to make our stay worry free. The pictures on this site are also very deceiving. They were taken many years ago, or long before they stopped caring for this home. It’s too bad, because it could really be a spectacular rental, but left plenty to be desired.

Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated!Dennis was extremely responsive and we have no issues getting into the house. It’s very close to Disney. Universal is about a 30 min drive but not bad! Restaurants are everywhere near the house, it’s very close to supermarket as well. Everyone got their own room and the kitchen is huge! Can’t wait to come again!

Just as shown on the pictures. Beautiful home and spacious. However the reason i rented this house was so my family can enjoy a weekend together by the pool. I paid well in advanced for pool/spa heater but nobody ensured that it was actually working. The second day I called the help # and was told someone will go take a look and nobody did. When i followed up the next day they refunded me the $ without making the effort to go fix it. We were not able to enjoy the pool at all.

We had a great stay at this home, but we did have a few hiccups, which were quickly taken care of with our host. The neighborhood was a bit loud on weekends, but we were happy that our home seemed to be mostly soundproof. The proximity to Disney was great and made our commute a breeze.
