A very spacious, clean and very well equipped apartment for an incredible stay, the area is very familiar, quiet and close to the main attractions and tracks, going for a walk is very nice and safe, I would come back without hesitation ..... A great place to stay for our family in Orlando. It was great to have access to the pool and game room at the resort and the location was perfect to get to local attractions like Universal Studios. Not far from major highway to hop on and go a little farther.

We shared with the manager (350+ units) of this unit, we booked the place on location, room configuration, and features advertised on Airbnb. The location and room configuration were as advertised. This location is close to the Orlando Convention Center and Local Attractions. The features outlined on Airbnb were misleading as the unit has had furniture swapped out for basic items and multiple maintenance issues. We provided an initial list to the Host of the furniture that has been swapped out for discount units and outlined the issues with the maintenance ( non-working lighting in several locations, missing fire extinguishers behind signs stating fire extinguishers inside, issues with the dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, scraped up flooring and walls) The manager has thanked us for our feedback, however, we need to provide feedback to future renters, this unit is not as shown. Consider this unit a large, budget hotel. It is overpriced for the actual value.

We love staying at Vista Cay when we visit Disney. The location is perfect for us! This condo was absolutely as pictured and did not disappoint. Dennis was so quick to respond and willing to help. It was a perfect time and we can’t wait to go back!

The rental is close to everything and convenient. The beds are comfortable and the home is clean. Check In was very simple and easy. Dennis was prompt and responsive. We had a few minor maintenance issues but they were addressed quickly. Just an FYI, the pool and hot tub closed early each night and the bar was almost never able to accept cards, cash only. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo! Much larger than it appears in the photos. Dennis is amazing and communicates so quickly. Amenities are perfect and a 2min walk away. Don't hesitate to book this condo.

I came to Orlando for a builders convention but brought my family to go to universal studios. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room so everyone had their own space. The pool was great!! Nice and warm. But it was a little far but not to bad. There are restaurants and a Publix grocery store close by. You could walk but it would be a hike! Lol. Try Beth’s for burgers. It was great food. Next time the builders show is in town I would definitely stay again.

Dennis’ place was so great! It fit our group of 5/6 very comfortably. Everyone loved it! It was quiet, comfortable and clean. The master bedroom and bath was huge, and the patio was so nice when we had some cooler weather! Thank you Dennis for being a great host! We will be returning!

This unit is very spacious and decently equipped in the kitchen. Sofas were very comfortable for relaxing and watching movies. There are 2 different living room/tv room areas, which was na plus for children and adults to each watch something. Bathrooms are large and clean. Very close to Universal Studios. Community has lots of amenities.

Amazing, the apartment was very comfortable for us we are a family of 9. Shopping and parks were extremely close by. We are definitely booking again next year. I highly recommend booking with Dennis. I can’t thank him enough!!!

When we opened the door, we were all pleasantly surprised. The condo is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for the pool. The check in and out process was very convenientand easy. The space was super clean. We had an amazing weekend and will not hesitate to rent from Dennis again in the future.

The house is actually better than pictured, which was a nice surprise! It is very clean, spacious, perfectly styled and well stocked! We had everything we needed and felt right at home! The WiFi was sketchy at times and for some reason the water would not get hot in the guest bathroom. Other than that, everything was great! The location was great! We were in walking distance to Walgreens, Publix and 7’eleven and also minutes from Universal! Overall, we were happy with our choice to stay here and would stay again in the future!

This place was very spacious and newer furnishings. We were especially impressed with the pool and bar. Music and DJ were great and location was awesome! We walked to the pool and I thought it was plenty close, but some in our party drove down when they wanted to swim. The cleaning service missed big time on sweeping before we arrived, but other than that, we loved it!

Great spot! We were in town for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center and this place was perfect. Publix is within walking distance, a bunch of restaurants nearby, and the convention center is a quick cab ride away.

Dennis's place was amazing! The picture do no justice. My family and I were wowed once we arrived at the condo. It was stylish, modern, clean and very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need except food. Full washer & dryer, basically everything you would need in a home. The pool area and game room was also very nice. The location was close to all the attractions such as Universal and shopping outlets. A Publix is also in walking distance for grocery shopping. As far as communication with Dennis, he was awesome. I'm big on customer service and I must say he delivered. His responses were quick and precise. And did I mention check in was a breeze and no hassle whatsoever. Looking forward to returning again in the near future.

The room looked totally same as those pics in the app, possibly better! Enough space for our family of 4! So luxurious:))) It's located near convention center but the road was quite dark and kinda hard to find the way to get in. Also there's no transportation so you need a car (or maybe walk from convention center? Not recommended). We were busy during our stay going to theme parks so we didn't use any of its amenity services like pool or gym, however, they looked nice for sure!

This ground floor condo is everything and more .. this was the perfect location and size for our family of 7. (5 adults and 2 teenage girls). The pool area is very relaxing and a great place to relieve some stress after long days of walking at the parks. Our family loved coming home to the condo every day. It is very modern, well decorated and the master bathroom is huge! The kitchen has all the amenities that we needed and the laundry room saved us packing extra clothes. Thank you, we will highly recommend it others.
