The location is perfect. We were looking for an apartment near the convention center and it’s only 5 min from there. The apartment was safe and I love the place!! The apartment is big and super clean!!

Great property, horrible management! We booked this condo a year in advanced only to find out we weren’t actually staying in the one we booked, I verified the address for, AND had a door code for! We were left waiting outside standing outside the door we thought was ours, only to be told we would be staying in a condo we’ve never seen! All together we booked 6 condos with Dennis and 3/6 had issues. So if you want to take a 50/50 shot whether you condo is going to be correct go ahead and book. I caught an earlier error before arriving when I didn’t receive arrival information for one of the units. After several phone calls and a snarky receptionist, that issue was resolved. I asked we be allowed A ONE HOUR EARLY check in to the rest of the units. They agreed IN WRITING. Then went back the next day and said I misunderstood. Not sure how you can misunderstand when I ask to make up for your error please allow me early check in on all 6 condos I have booked with you! So be prepared to pay $50 even if you just want an hour early check in. They clearly care more about money than people.

Amazing place! The pictures do not do it justice. I’ve stayed at numerous VistaCay condos and this is the best by far. Vista Cay is the place to stay, and this is the condo to get if you can!

Beautifully located, a lot of attractions and fun very close by. Only thing that we weren't aware of, if you have any Hooper's with you on the trip, the basketball court isn't free range. You have to reserve it in 45m increments. Other than that, Dennis produced a top knotch property, and we very much appreciate enjoyed ourselves!

This condo is so spacious and had everything we needed. We stayed here to go to the theme parks around town, and they were all pretty close! Universal Studios is a little under 10 minutes away, Seaworld is about 5 minutes away, and the Disney parks are a little further away at about 15-20 minutes. The two king beds are nice, the appliances are upgraded, and the keypad entry for both the gate and condo were so convenient! Thanks Dennis!

The condo was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, two sitting areas, a kitchen, dining area and two bathrooms. The unit was well decorated, very clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Check out and check in were very simple and the resort amenities of the pool, poolside bar, fitness center and clubhouse/game room were nice as well. Would definitely stay in this unit and at Vista Cay resort again. It's very close to Universal and other Orlando attractions.

the Place is Perfect for a big family the comunity is beautiful and well kept ,access to it is very easy , enough entertainment and food just around the Corner ,Dennys,IHOP,Red Lobster , Souveniers stores you Name it anyone staying at Dennis Place will Love Everything about it

Great condo and layout for our family holiday gathering. Lots of room and comfortable areas to talk, watch TV or read. This was our first AirBnB experience and we would definitely do it again! Dennis was a great host, and the check-in and check-out procedure could not be easier. The grounds are safe and well maintained, parking is close by, as is shopping and some fast food. We did a lot of cooking and found most of the utensils, pans, etc. we needed were already in the condo kitchen which was a big help.

Dennis was awesome. He made the AirBnB process so easy. After I booked, he sent me a confirmation email. Before our stay, we received an email from him with the information on accessing the condo. We arrived and the place looked even better than the pictures. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was a very comfortable pleasant stay.

Dennis is a good host. When i have question, he always gives me answers asap. His apartment is clean. I really like his apartment. Electric code makes me feel safe because i do not need to worry about losing keys.
