Clean, spacious and conveniently located. We were happy to walk back from the beach which was the longest walk we did and took 45 minutes. Local restaurants and sights are 5-15 minutes walk. Was expecting it to be much noisier than it was. The street traffic was quiet for a city.

Beautiful place within walking distance of many highlights. The food in the area was unbelieveable, two of our favourite places to eat are the Nine bar downstairs, and Lokal a short distance away. Damien responded to our questions quickly, terrific shower and water pressure. Kitchen had everything you need. Damien’s staff met us when we were leaving to find a place to store our luggage until we had to meet our plane. My only suggestion is extra pillows. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon! Thank you Damien!

Perfect apartment: Great location, the owner is very attentive! The rooftop is amazing and overlooks Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia :)) Only mini downside: a little noisy (road noise) for the rooms on the road side. The weekend was great. Highly recommend this apartment

Lovely stay, nice place. Really enjoyed the roof terrace. Bath leaked quite badly meaning we could only use one shower between 6 of us, and the traffic from the street was very loud in the main double bedroom. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay with everything we needed. Damien was an excellent communicator and we appreciate him letting us check in early.

The building is located in a beautiful residential area of Barcelona a 5-minute walk from Sagrada Familia and 20 minutes from placa Catalunya. The area is quiet and really well served by transportation. The house is big well organized, only note the beds could be more comfortable. Very nice the shared terrace above the building. Really conviniet check in procedure, the manager (she) is very kind and helped us so much. Overall a very good choice

Our family of five including two little kids stayed at this apartment for four nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as we had everything we needed and the location was excellent, with most attractions within walking distance. The communication was great and there was someone in the lobby during business hours who helped with getting access to the apartment and helped point out key amenities, etc. It was clear that this apartment building mostly catered to airbnb and short term rentals so things were set up well for travelers. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking breakfast and snacks and the washer came in handy (there is a drying rack). Couple of observations and things that could have made the stay better - the apartment was somewhat dated with walls, fixtures and furniture showing more wear and tear than what appears in the photos. I assume they had to pause the upkeep during COVID lockdown and they just started reopening recently. The shower curtain on the tub and the shower door doesn't adequately keep the water from leaking out but we eventually figured out that we have to point the shower head toward the walls while showering. Two of the bedrooms face the busy Carrer de València so if you are a light sleeper, ear plugs would be helpful as the windows don't adequately keep the noise out. Overall, this is a good apartment for families that is centrally located.

It’s no surprise that Damien is a super host as his communication is top notch and team always responsive. The location of this flat is perfect for exploring by foot or metro every inch of the city. Plenty of coffee and wine bars in the neighborhood and restaurants to suit every palate. What the apartment lacks in charm, it makes up in cleanliness with most every need accommodated. The daily continental breakfast (coffee and croissant) at nearby Bracafe was a nice touch as was the bottle of bubbly and coffee pods for extra caffeination. The beds were a little short for this tall family. A 24 hour flower market next door adds to the life of the neighborhood. Thanks to Damien and team for a lovely visit to his mesmerizing city.

This is a lovely Airbnb in a great location. It’s close to the Girona metro stop, and there are several good restaurants around. It’s also just a beautiful and interesting neighborhood that we had fun exploring. The free breakfast and coffee and the Bracafe downstairs was nice. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. The roof is lovely, and since it’s a shared space we got to meet a couple other travelers, which was fun. Damien and the other staff were very helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was that the email sent ahead of time offered an option of paying extra to have luggage transported to the airport at the end of the trip, which I requested, and then found out they no longer offer that service (although they will store luggage at the Airbnb). Damien did his best to help once the problem was discovered, but he didn’t let me know about this policy change until I followed up. So just know if you book here (which you really should, it’s a great place) when he sends the email for you to fill out your info, that particular service is no longer offered, and if you request any others you should verify in an email or Airbnb message, not just fill out the form. But, besides that one issue, everything else was perfect, and all of the good things about this place greatly outweighed that little problem. I definitely recommend staying here.

Damien. Loved Barcelona. The morning chip breakfasts were a big hit with us. The cafe gave us a great local feel start to each day. The next door and across the street markets were conveniently located. It was nice to walk by the flower market and notice that the local flora were just like what we plant in Northern California. We slept well in your beds. Which doesn’t always happen. The rooftop terrace gave us a chance to meet other travelers and discuss restaurants and compare tourist sites. If we decide to revisit we will definitely consider your apartments. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Damien’s place. Everything was thoughtfully provided and of excellent quality - plush towels, crisp bedding, the basics needed to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, info on the neighborhood, and even a special welcome gift! The layout of the apartment made it supremely comfortable and even allowed us to each have our own space and temperature control. The decor was elegant and created a feeling of calming respite, much appreciated after running all over the wonderful city of Barcelona. The area was superb - not swarming with tourists, central to everything, with a top-notch restaurant next door, and, two steps further, an indoor market full of fresh produce, meats, fish, pastries, and cheese! A foodie heaven. Our hosts were truly amazing, too! Easy to reach, kind and always helpful. LOVED OUR STAY!!!

This was a great apartment in a very convenient, safe location. The check-in process was very easy and Damien was very helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable and I would not hesitate to stay here again if I find myself in Barcelona again. The daily breakfast was an awesome feature, as well as the complimentary bottle of wine! The rooftop terrace was wonderful. A few minor maintenance issues, but nothing horrible that impacted our comfort.

Such a lovely and beautiful apartment in the heart of Barcelona! Our family very much enjoyed the quite large and comfortable apartment. The rooftop terrace has amazing views of the city, is equipped with outdoor amenities, where nightly we enjoyed glasses of wine and laughter. Damien communicated with us regularly, provided local tips for transportation, and we were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. The check in process was the easiest ever experienced. The apartment is centrally located to landmarks, bars, cafes, the beach. We would love to stay here again when visiting Barcelona. In fact, my family at one point said if it was available, we would purchase this apartment. Damien, thank you for a lovely stay!!!

Nice touches in the apartment such as a welcome bottle of wine and the roof terrace was ideal for relaxing in the evenings with great city views. Had a minor issue during the stay (out of damiens control) but this was sorted out almost immediately - great response time! Would recommend to others looking to stay in barcelona

Damien's place is in a good location, there is a market across the street that has basics for sale. Its good place to explore Barcelona, seamless hotel like check in with electronic cards etc. Pros: Clean Great location Elevator Walking distance to Sagrada Familia Walking distance to other major points of interests If you are a light sleeper there is a bit of excess road noise from the lack thereof window insulation. Could use some TLC for updating / refreshing. Overall good stay.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in Barcelona at Picasso Suites. We really enjoyed the rooftop terasse and the awesome market next door (Mercat de la Concepcio). The space feels safe and is modern and clean with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything a person needs is there and around, multiple cafés, shops and restaurants. Being in the city center, there is always some noise, but we all slept very well. You can walk to Sagreda Familia, la Rambla, the Gothic Quarter. We took the Metro (very easy) to Montjuic and Parc Guell. Communication is easy once there and service excellent. We would certainly recommend staying here!

Had such a great stay at Damien's place that I decided to return at the end of my trip to Spain. Good location, super clean, and a great choice overall. My only note to fellow travelers is that part of being in a vibrant city area means that the place can be a bit noisy at times. It did not bother me, but if you are a light sleeper you might want to have some sort of white noise or ear plugs to drown out sidewalk chatter.

Great location and tremendous amenities. We had drinks in the rooftop terrace every night before dinner. Really great way to enjoy Barcelona. Communication was great and everyone was really helpful including telling us the best way to get to Sitges for a day trip. And that was only possible because they allowed us to leave our bags in the building until 5:00 (17:00). The only issue could be during a very hot period since only the living room has AC. There are fans for the bedrooms and it was never above about 78 F while we were there. The AC is strong so it does help the bedrooms some.

We loved this place! It was exactly as promoted and there were several lovely touches that made our stay most enjoyable, including a complimentary bottle of sparkly. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace with tables and seating with an amazing cityscape view. Location is off the beaten path but within a short walk to lots of shopping, restaurants and other tourist attractions. Could not be happier with our stay at Damien's place.

We all really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. Great accommodation, great location and the staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. The rooftop was shared not individual, however was definitely big enough for everyone and included an array of furniture (large garden table and chairs to host, sun loungers and multiple garden furniture) to accommodate multiple groups. We would definitely return :)

Damien's apartment in Barcelona was fabulous. We loved it. It was in a great location, walking distance to many attractions, cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping. Lots of good restaurants within short walking distances from his apartment. What I loved about the most though was that although it was close to everything, it was in a more residential quieter area. Dealing with Damien was terrific, he always emailed us within a timely manner. We arranged to be picked up at the airport and dropped off at the end of our vacation through Damien. The driver was very friendly and prompt. The staff we encountered at the apartment were very friendly too. The apartment was very spacious for the 4 of us, clean, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay at any of his apartments again. Thanks very much Damien, your apartment was truly perfect for us!!!!

Damien's place is a great place to stay in Barcelona, excellent location and fantastic self check-in/check out procedures. The apartment is very nice, just know that it is third floor (not fifth floor as the listing stated when I booked), and that the rooftop terrace is shared, not private/attached. The listing does state that the lounge has AC, the bedrooms do not. We found it difficult to get the bedrooms to a reasonable temperature even with the (provided) fans, but in less hot months it's probably not an issue. For the price, air conditioning in the bedrooms would be appreciated. Apartment was spotless, and the complimentary water and champagne was very welcoming. We had an issue with the hot water one morning, and Karolina was very quick to have the problem resolved. Thanks for a great stay.

This place was is a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Next to restaurants of coffee shops and away but not far from the main touristy streets. Damien left instructions on how to enter and leave. It was very easy. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona and wanting to stay off the main touristy streets.

Damien's apartment is exactly as listed in the Air BnB information. It was quiet and comfortable, yet located within blocks ( walking distance ) of the prime attractions. The apartment is directly adjacent to a true local market, so you can take advantage of the local food and use the kitchen a bit. As stated, the A/C is only in the living / dining area, however with the door open, the bedrooms stayed cool. We were met by a staff member upon our arrival and he helped us to get settled in and also quickly responded to any issue we had during our stay. We enjoyed the roof terrace and met some interesting travelers while toasting the sunset. Our experience was very pleasant and professionally managed.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Barcelona, especially if you want an area outside of the busy hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. The apartment was clean and we were able to easily access the roof top deck for pre-dinner drinks. Damien and his staff made the stay even better. He answered my questions quickly and was in constant contact with me leading up to and during our stay. One of the best parts of the building was that there's a market right next door to buy food, and you have breakfast included from a cafe around the corner. Our apartment had AC in the main area but not in the bedrooms. It was cool at night, even in June, and the provided fans made it even cooler. Friends of ours stayed in a different apartment in the building and had AC in the bedrooms, so it just depends what apartment you are in. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment and I would stay again in the future!

We really liked the apartment and it's location and they were really nice to let us check in early and check out late. The only drawback is that the windows did not block out the road noise. For us that was a substantial issue. We live in downtown Madrid, so we know the importance of good sealing windows. The road noise in the apartment was the same with the windows closed as with them open. Other than that, the place was exactly as shown in pictures. The terrace was wonderful.

Perfect location. In the heart of city center, Walking distance to all the major sights. FANTASTIC market right next door where we bought fresh food to have for dinner on the rooftop deck. The flat was exactly as pictured. Super clean and well appointed with a complimentary bottle of champagne in the fridge. Breakfast at the cafe was perfect and check in and check out couldn't have been easier! 5-stars!

What a wonderful place to stay in Barcelona! Centrally located, easy walk to lots of great areas and attractions. Clean apartment and friendly helpful staff. Even without Damien there, our check in was easy and on time. They even let us store our luggage as we arrived early in the morning and wanted to start exploring the city. Key card access throughout the building was convenient, and elevator was a life saver for luggage. Whenever we make it back to Barcelona, i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! Thanks!

First of all, thank you to Damien and his team. Everything was well organized, the apartment was clean and well located and the coffee at Bracafe was wonderful. The only small one that you can note is the somewhat bad wireless connection. We were four, and sometimes it was difficult to get connected. Otherwise, everything was top.

We loved the location of this apartment! Convenient and walkable to many popular places. The apartment is open and spacious! Check in was easy. Check out was even easier and they allowed us to store our luggage and pick up later in the day. The rooftop deck was great! Loved the views and the space! Market right next door! Damien and his team were very responsive. My only complaint was the noise from outside. Even with the windows closed the traffic was quite loud. Only a problem if you are a light sleeper.

The apartment was exactly like the photos, however, we had an issue with the carpark as it was too small for our rental car, but the team quickly resolved it by assisting us to get an alternative space nearby. Breakfast was great and the host was around anytime we needed them. The only thing is that there may be loud traffic noise from the street so it's not so good for light sleepers. We loved this place though, and won't hesitate to come back when we revisit Barcelona.

Excellent location, excellent service. So many offerings for the guests. Damien provided a guide to Barcelona, services for transportation, water and cava upon arrival, free breakfast, and a clean, large flat. The communication prior to arrival was well facilitated, with text message reminders for the front door code, as well as a clear explanation for check in. Check in was fast, simple, and completely autonomous for the guest. Traveling abroad can sometimes be a challenge, but Damien and Picasso Suites made this experience incredible. I've used AirBNB in multiple cities throughout Europe and this was one of the most positive experiences. Thanks for a great place! Well worth the money!

Before arrival to at the apartment, Damien has been in contact with me regarding the reservation, providing information about transportation, sights, amenities, etc. Upon arrival at the apartment, we were greeted by Karolina, assistant to Damien. She was hospitable, informative and organized. The apartment was immaculate, clean, and spacious. It was nice to have a place we called home for a couple of days. We were located within walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Catalunya and Ramblas as well as the metro. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, with a market and numerous cafes within the vicinity of the apartment.

Everything was planned, with access codes, badges, but also tokens for breakfast. The apartment is very nice. Air conditioning is functional. 3 bedrooms including 2 with double beds and one with bunk beds. 2 bathrooms. A door between the living room and the bedrooms A large living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, a large dining table. The terrace on the 6th floor is very beautiful, with visibility of the roof of the Sagrada Familia The Eixample neighborhood is ideal for reaching Plaza de Catalunya, Mercato de La Boqueria, Diagonal. So central I advise you to park in the nearby car parks, to avoid having your vehicle at the impound

Communication from Damien has been excellent before & during our stay. Directions were super clear and entering the apartment was easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything worked okay. There was an initial problem with the wifi which was resolved within a few hours. The apartment was in a great location - we used it as we were at the Primavera Sound Festival, but getting anywhere in Barcelona is easy from here. The one downside was how noisy the building is - which is no fault of the owners. There is quite a bit of noise from people and traffic out on the street even with the windows closed. There is also noise from other residents within the building. For some this won't be a problem but if you are a light sleeper it might be tricky. We were a big Group so we booked two flats (3.1 + 5.1). We were not disappointed at all. The flats are just like the Pictures. Very clean and comfortable. You have an amazing rooftop with a view on the Sagrada Familia. That’s how central it is. The communication with Damien was just perfect. He answer our 1000 questions always really quick. And he was nice enough to let us check out later on Sunday. We were more than pleased to stay there and will def. come back.

the apartment is very functional, clean and comfortable. Everything is done to make it easier for visitors to stay. This is not strictly speaking of a private rental but this is absolutely not inconvenient as Damien is extremely cooperative and responds very quickly. This is an apartment for 8 people but there aren't enough chairs to seat everyone around the table. The terrace is very nice but not private (all units in the building have access to it. There were no crowds, though) Breakfast included is much appreciated. The accommodation is well located. We had a lovely stay there

Picasso Suites was a superb choice for our family vacation in Barcelona. Our host Damien made us feel very welcome, and hus supporting staff was very friendly and helpful giving us directions and suggestions to guide us around the Eixample neighborhood. The description of the apartment was accurate, the building and apartment clean, and the rooms and beds comfortable and inviting. The rooftop terrace is an awesome place to chill out after a long day of sightseeing. The wifi connection was pretty good, and the market next door was an interesting place to experience the daily life of a typical Barcelona neighbor. We recommend this location without hesitation if you want to be in a safe family oriented environment.

The apartment was in a great location-we walked to most sites, or caught taxis( these were inexpensive) to things further away( eg park guell). We didn't actually meet Damien but found he was extremely responsive to all email correspondence. We met his assistant maria( ?) she was really helpful and was based in the foyer of the building so we were able to ask questions as required. The apartment was spacious-I did have a problem with the loud street noise coming into the lounge/dining and the 2 front bed rooms. But appreciated the 3rd bedroom which had amazing black out blinds and was extremely quiet. We loved Damian's recommendations for places to eat. We will be back. Barcelona is as wonderful as we remembered and is a great place to travel with small kids.

Damien is clearly very well organized. I received both emails and texts shortly before arrival giving me instructions and access codes for entering the apartment. He arranged for airport pickup which was waiting for me when I exited baggage claim. It is a charming apartment in a great location. There is a market next door with a flower market out front, and a little grocery right across the street. I walked most places, but several subway stations are very nearby. I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Barcelona.

The great house located, Damien and his team are very attentive and the fact of including wl flexible schedule breakfast is a very positive point. Lastly....what a terrace!!! Was very dusty and dirty!! Air conditioning is not in all rooms and was very hot because of this. Plumbing needs to be fixed. And 1 shower was to small to fit in. And they woke us up at 10:00am and told us to get out because other guests were waiting. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Maria, was very helpful, meet us when we arrived, went over the details of the apartment and was very helpful with some directions and questions we had about Barcelona. The apartment was everything we had expected and served our needs very well. The locations was ideal for us, we felt like we were with in walking (or short cab ride) of everything. Picasso Suite was fantastic! Just imagine that the apartment is almost same as a great hotel. Additionally, all condition is good and Damien kindly provided a bottle of wine. The location of the place is also amazing. It's really near Sagrada Familia and the heart of Barcelona. A lot of good food stores and restaurants are located around the apartment as well. I can highly recommend it!

My whole experience at the apartment was great from start to finish. The apartment was advertised accurately and was very clean upon entering. The neighborhood is very nice and the cafe that comes with free breakfast with the apartment is delicious and has great service. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there was tons of closet space in each room. One thing to be aware of is that the wi-fi is not very strong and I often lost my connection, especially in the bedrooms. This wasn't a huge issue since I wasn't in the apartment too much but it would've been nice to be able to use my phone at night in my bedroom. Also note (the apartment advertises this) that there is no A/C in the bedrooms so it can get quite warm at night. We actually asked for a fan and they provided us with one. The front bedroom with the bunk beds doesn't have a curtain (it just has a semi-transparent shade) so it's bright at night and the other front bedroom is a bit loud if you have the window open at night. Other than that, the apartment was great. The roof deck was also very nice and we really enjoyed using it.

The refrigerator was even stocked with bottled water and cava! A free daily coffee and bocadillo/croissant from the cafe next door was an especially nice and unexpected bonus.

Our very first Airbnb experience and the three of us were a little nervous and not at all sure what to expect! Turned out excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished with fresh sheets and towels, a great first impression. We were happy to find ourselves walking distance to Passeig de Gracia, placa Catalunya, La Rambla, shops and restaurants. It was easy to get cabs everywhere else and we found Barcelona cabbies friendly and happy to speak English. Checking in was a little tricky because all that electronic code punching did not work as smoothly as you'd think, so thank goodness the super friendly doormen were there to help. Karolina and Maria were pleasant and helpful when on duty, and the driver they called for our airport runs, Andy, was friendly and efficient. We stayed twice in the same apartment, breaking our visit with a trip to Madrid. We returned to find everything just as good as the first time, except that the previous occupant was a smoker and the unpleasant smoke smell stayed day and night. This despite it being a no-smoking property with a sign in the door saying there is a 250-euro fine for smoking. Be aware that this is very central, so there is traffic noise from the street below. Overall, this is a great find in a choice spot and everything you could ask for in holiday accommodation. I will be happy to return any time. A lovely touch: you get free coffee and a croissant or sandwich for breakfast at the Bracafe next door. It's a super neighbourhood cafe, with friendly staff who communicated warmth so easily despite the language barrier. Started our days on the right note every time!

The apartment is in a great location situated next to the beautiful flower market. All rooms were clean, the living room nicely kitted out, a large living space. The roof top terrace is fantastic, we had beautiful weather and made the most of it. The apartment is perfectly described as in the advert. It's close by copious amounts of cafes, restaurants and is probably about a 20-30 min walk to the centre which is nice. We will definitely be coming back to Barcelona. Thanks

Damien was a great host - very detailed from check-in all the way to checkout. We had a late night flight and Damien was accommodating to us, we simply had a code to enter into a lockbox for the key. Couldn't have been simpler. The apartment is extremely spacious, well designed, and a great place to stay. We had three people in 3 bedrooms; but it can very comfortably fit 6 no problem. Also the kitchen is well stocked with the basics: oils, salts, spices, etc so it really makes cooking a breeze. There's a supermarket across the street and a 'open air' market right downstairs. My only slightly negative comment is that the wifi wasn't that strong. It could only be reached in the living room and one of the bedrooms. And if the three of us were on at the same time we tended to have extremely slow service. It shouldn't be a factor unless you are a business traveler.

Beautiful, clean, large apartment in a wonderful location! We were pleasantly greeted upon our noon arrival and allowed to store our luggage in the apartment, although it was not quite ready for move in. We were pointed to a nearby restaurant 2 blocks away to kill some time while the apartment was being cleaned. The restaurant was fantastic and we had no problem passing a few hours eating, drinking and laughing with the staff. :) The apartment itself is very spacious, modern and well-equipped. The only issue we had was with the internet - the WiFi network was spotty at best and was mostly unusable during our stay. Breakfast was included in the accommodations, however was closed on checkout day where we went to eat at 8:30am. All in all we enjoyed the stay very much.

I was greeted immediately upon arriving at the property by one of Damien's team, she helped me get into the apartment & was extremely Helpful. When the rest of my party arrived we realized we had not ended up in an apartment that was right for our needs, we needed 3 double beds instead of bunk beds & 2 doubles, the staff quickly moved us to another apartment that had the accommodations we needed. We had a great stay, we would highly recommend these apartments, very clean & great, helpfull staff that goes above & beyond Thank you!

the place was as advertised. clean, ready by 3:00. The team made every effort to correct any minor issues quickly (wifi down for a bit, etc.). They also put me in touch with an excellent tour guide. there is an excellent marketplace next door and the rooftop deck is amazing.

+: No problems with checking-in. Nice place in city center. Beautiful rooftop (although it's not private). -: Air conditioning is only in living room. No air conditioning in bedrooms. Windows look to the noisy street with very heavy traffic. Very difficult to sleep when windows are open and absolutely impossible when they are closed. "Walk-in rain shower" ? Are you kidding me ? In that tiny shower tub I could not even move my hands ! Showers are the nightmare. Could not imagine shower that is fixed in horizontal position and sends water jet to the face. No ventilation in WCs, only small windows can be opened. Laundry machine is without drying. Hanging on the chairs - it's the only way to dry clothes. Breakfast is available only from 9:00 and includes only one sandwich and one drink. This is a usual apartment and cannot be called "luxury".

This was a lovely stay in Barcelona and was exactly like the pictures show. We enjoyed the quiet and safe neighbourhood which was about a 15 minute walk to most central locations in the city. We didn't need a car as the location was quite convenient however Damien does his most with great communication via email to keep you up to date with transport that might be needed in the city. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Thank you again Damien!

Quality accommodation in a neighborhood close to the strategic points of the city. The breakfast at the Resto on the ground floor is nice. 2 small flaws: In the description of the accommodation there was noted a room with 2 trundle beds but there was a double bed. This can be inconvenient Window sound insulation can be improved for quiet sleeping

Great host, always available and helpful. The apartment was nice and very very clean, even though the pictures did make it seem a little bigger than it was... Also we were under the impression that the terrace was private, when in fact it was shared with everyone else in the building. But in the end we were very happy. We used the terrace for relaxed sundowners and the other guests were very nice. Breakfast was great and we were soooo happy that we were allowed to check out late on departure day. And by late I mean 7:30 PM. That was absolutely fantastic.

Great neighbourhood - really beautiful flower market nearby with plenty of good restaurants and bars so the apartment was definitely what we expected! The roof terrace was great as well! Damien and his team couldn't have been more helpful and responsive - always getting back to queries and sending through a lot of helpful info before we even got to Barcelona! Damien, Karolina and Siobhan were great. The breakfast downstairs was a lovely touch. The apartment is in a wonderful location and very comfortable. This was a luxurious indulgence for us and a very special treat. Siobhan went beyond her job to find concert tickets for us through her own friends then even dropped them at the apartment! Two of the 3 bedrooms are quite noisy, facing a busy street. This was not a problem for us but may be for some others. The Wifi was not usually available in the bedroom but was stronger in the living room. When it stopped working altogether Karolina reset the router and fixed the problem quickly.

This is a really great appartment! The location was very convenient, walking distance from Sagrada Famillia and even Gracia neighborhood. Also several subway stations at just a few minutes away. But these practicalities don't mean anything in comparison to the cleanliness and comfort of the appartment. Damien and his team are great communicators so all information you need is within hand via email correspondence before and during your stay. We highly recommend this place!

The service provided by Damien and his team was exceptional. Check-in, check-out and all the logistical arragmenents were effortless. Moreover, Damien was very friendly and helpful. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the apartment, and the limited comfort of the furnishings. The apartment is in a good location and is very practical. Thus, if you are not looking to spend much time in the apartment, it is a good option.

Great flat with a fully equipped kitchen. Wifi for free was great. It was clean and staff very helpful. 2 of the bedrooms are facing the street including the sitting room and it was not 100% sound proof and it's a pretty busy road so there was a lot of noise including during the night. Location wise, it's very good. Close to most things within a short walk.

My first AirBNB-experience and it was a good one. Damien and his team is very professional (but still personal), making it almost feel like a hotel. Neighbourhood is nice and safe and we didnt run into any problems. Recommend the italian restaurant just 1 block away on the right hand side and also La Flauta, a 5€ cab-drive away. Only issues with the appartment to be aware of is its thin walls and that the WiFi isnt compatible with Galaxy S3-devices.

This apartment is a very nice modern apartment in a great part of Barcelona. Location is key in this city - this apartment is in an upscale safe neighborhood which is very close to the sights/restuarants/subway, but you don't have to worry about getting mugged by every person walking by. The furnishings are great, easy to cook dinner and relax while watching satellite TV or surfing your iPad using WIFI. Loved the free breakfast downstairs, they even gave us a cappuchino to go! A couple things to note - the showers are extremely small and prone to leaking, apparently this is quite a common theme in Spain. Also the terrace which looks beautiful in the photos is shared for the whole building and is not really practical to use frequently. What impressed us the most is Damien and his team were incredible responsive to every request, helping us with extra towels, booking taxis, etc - they responded within minutes with outstanding, reliable service. They run a first-rate professional operation, hard to find in Spain. We greatly enjoyed our time in Barcelona knowing we had such a nice place to stay and we are looking forward to visiting again soon!

The appartement is perfectly the same that the description made on the website. This terrace on the roof is just offering an exceptionnal view of the city and the Sagrada Familia. The fact of having secured mailbox with pincode is just a perfect way to get the keys and others access without having to call or meet another intermediate. You really have the feeling to be in an hotel. A good place to be recommended for business purpose journey.

Our stay in Barcelona was aaaaawesome .... Damien met us at the apartment before the check-in time as we arrived early and ensured that the place was clean and ready to go. Maps, inside info about Barcelona and Champagne was waiting for us. The apartment is gorgeous and is very centrally located. The view from the terrace ... sublime. 5 minute walk to Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlo, Passeig de Gracia. Couple of minutes walking to 2 metro stops. If I or my friends / family were in Barcelona, I would not let them stay anywhere else.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights and the apartment is pretty amazing to say the least. Everything is as in the pictures, very modern and spacious and absolutely spotless. Damien was great to deal with, very prompt in responding, everything was perfectly organised from the time we booked to the time we left. Location is very good, about a 10-15 min walk to the heart of Las Ramblas. A couple of things to point out as a matter of preference, the main bedroom is a little noisy for me being on a main rd but im a light sleeper so it may not bother someone else. It was a bit warm in the bedroom because the airconditioning doesnt really circulate to the back where the bedrooms are. The beds are a little firm as well as the pillows but once again it is a matter of preference. If you asked me whether i would stay here again I would say absolutely, we are already telling other people about it!!

Starting the stay with Damien who spoke english made everything easy for our checkin and occasional mishaps. We had a few problems with the wifi and water heater but Damien and his team worked fast to make sure it was fixed and they did fix the problems so I felt like he really cared and listened to our concerns and found solutions. The apartment is very nice, it's like large a luxury suite hotel but with a kitchen. We made our own breakfast every day and stored snacks in the refrigerator. It would be nice if the apartment came stocked with salt & pepper, cooking oil and paper towels but those are just suggestions to make the experience more convenient. The bathroom showers both have fast water pressure. The beds are firm. We slept in the bedroom facing the inside corridor of the building so that we didn't get the car traffic outside. The air conditioner works wonders in the living room. The apartment size was way larger than we needed and could easily fit a large group staying. A note on the neighbor above the rental. There is a lady that lives above and every morning she wore her hard high heel shoes on the hard floors which woke us up every morning, I went up there to ask her to please be quiet but she just looked at me like i was crazy. This might be something Damien should bring up with her since she lives in the apartment building and seems to not care what people think below her. Besides that the apartment stay was really wonderful and the space itself is really outstanding. Damien cares about his guests and will do what he can to make you comfortable. Oh he also let us check out an hour later than checkout time which was awesome, thank you!

Damien's place was lovely--so well-situated in the city, generous in size (more bedrooms and bathrooms than the two of us needed), and spotless. The market next door (literally) was incredibly convenient and a foodie dream. As a host, Damien was always communicative and responsive--would highly recommend staying here.
