This flat had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Conveniently location in a safe neighborhood with many shops nearby. When we asked for instructions on how to use the washer we got an immediate response. Needed a larger frying pan and received one quickly. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms had excellent water pressure. This space was great for us.

Damien's place was perfect. Great location walkable to everything surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Thankful for the coupons for free coffee and breakfast at the shop across the street. As a group of 6 that stayed wish there was a few extra towels, and extra blankets for the bunk bed. Overall great experience easy check in instructions and responsive host. Rooftop was very big with beautiful view of the city. Would definitely recommend if looking to stay in heart of Barcelona.

Perfect place to visit Barcelona . Walk covered downstairs from the building. Very good restaurant just below . Convenience store next to it. Stop for taxi lés. 10 minutes walk from the sagrada . Very nice clean and spacious rooftop balcony apartment.

Overall, it's very good. The host responds quickly. The house is large, and the heating is very good. In addition to a little noise on the street, the washing machine can't be dried. Others are very good.There is a vegetable market just downstairs and it is convenient.

The location of the apartment was very appealing to us. The neighborhood is relatively well located, you can get to the sea in a few minutes by scooter or can walk to La Rambla. It has a great bakery, a great meat restaurant and a 'Super Estalvi', all in the same street. Unfortunately, the terrace is for the whole house and not private and the apartment compared to others, rather a bit high priced for what it offers but otherwise everything was to our satisfaction.

Picasso Suites 2.1, is a great stylish apartment, located at Carrer De Valencia, within walking distance of almost everything in one of the best cities in the world. The apartment is exactly like the pictures & really kept, Damien & Caroline have a team on site which are very prompt for replies & any requests, the terrace is common with individual keys, overall a fantastic experience would highly recommend this place.

A fantastic location in a terrific neighborhood, a super accommodating crew and an apartment that is a perfect home away from home. When I return to Barcelona, I will also be returning to the Picasso Suites. The apartment is sleek and modern with excellent storage space and terrific water pressure. It's the little things that make life special, especially having a screaming great shower before or after a visit to the amazing Barcelona.

This apartment is centrally located in the city which with easy access to both buses and subways. It’s right next-door to a large, wonderful public market with all the food you might need. There are many restaurants very close by. The rooftop space was large and well furnished with nice views of the city. The furnishings are modern and clean but we found the couch and chairs in the living room rather uncomfortable to sit on. Our apartment was on the second floor in the front of the building. The street that the building is on is quite busy and we found it so noisy that we rarely opened the windows. Given the wonderful weather in Barcelona that was disappointing. All in all I would recommend the apartment but would request a high floor or maybe a back apartment.

Damien was a great host, with quick and helpful responses. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with a complementary bottle of Cava to really get you in the vacation mode! The location was just a short 10 minute walk to la Sagrada Familia and the main shopping street, with a metro station very close by. The breakfast at the cafe was perfect too. Would highly recommend :)

This apartment was everything I expected and even better. The space is very Stylish and peaceful easily accommodating for a family of four And I think 6 to 8 people could even be comfortable. There is an amazing Spanish style market next-door with local delicacies . You can pick up local bread cheese jamon and have a picnic on the roof. The location is ideal. The street is a noisy every night but that is expected, just bring ear plugs. The folks at Brock Café downstairs provide a lovely coffee and small sandwich or a pastry so you can start the day the Spanish way. You can’t go wrong here.

Wonderful location, seamless entry, overly helpful and available for guidance. The flat was very clean. Bring ear plugs if you will sleep in the rooms on the street if city noise is not your thing. I have allergies to mold, fragrance and Chemicals and this place was perfect.

We had a great stay in the apartment. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is good, we walked everywhere. Easy self check in and out with no issues. Some furniture was a bit worn, but didn't effect our comfort. Cava and water in the fridge was a lovely extra touch that we appreciated. Thank you Damien and team!

Damien's flat was perfect for our group of 3 adults and a baby. We had more than enough space and the apartment was in a great location. Most days we walked to our destinations but on a few occasions it rained so the convenience of the Girona Metro stop less than 5 minutes away made a big difference. There is a large indoor market a few doors down where we were able to pick up fresh fruit and the included breakfast at Bracafe next door was very good. My only tip is that if anyone in your group is a light sleeper they should stay in the back bedroom. The other two bedrooms are street facing so there was a decent bit of traffic noise. Luckily we were so tired from all the walking each day that we had no trouble sleeping. Hope to return!

Fabulous time at Picasso Suites! Accurately represented and Suites were clean and well equipped. The addition of coffee and snacks in the cafe below was wonderful. The fact that we were located close to a subway stop made it super convenient. Check in and check out we're seamless and Damien had people on site everyday to help you with your questions, concerns, or requests. We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone... perfect for 2 couples!

We stayed as a group of six at one of the Picasso Suites, and were super impressed with the apartment! Barcelona apartments can sometimes be a little funky, so I came in expecting for some weird layout something a tad off. The apt had two full bathrooms (great for our group), and a big kitchen with washer and stove top. Check-in was the easiest I've had, and didn't depend on the exact time to get in. You are also able to get additional services which I thought were a good addition. Free coffee/croissant each morning your stay in the cafe down below. Amazing location, couldn't have asked for more. The AC is situated in the living room, so be sure to keep your bedroom door open so it doesn't get stuffy! Everyone had an amazing time and loved the apt. I will definitely book again!

This was a very comfortable place to stay. My friends and I got in very early and they made it easy to checkin stored our bags while we explored Barcelona. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are nice as well. The living area and kitchen spacious and well laid out. To our surprise, they even provided us with a bottle of champagne in the fridge! We had a great time staying here.

Know what you are paying for and make sure Damien's place has everything in working order before you get there (blow dryer, iron, air conditioning, washers and they have no dryers.) The nicest thing about his place is the staff that takes care of you before they leave for the day.

The apartment is just like the pictures, very well located and clean. I wish the internet connection was as good as the apartment itself. I had some trouble connecting and when connected, the internet was very slow. Other than that, I recommend the place 100%. You can find everything within a walking distance and the neighborhood is very pleasant. The communication with the Host was excellent. The apartment is great! And the terrace is perfect for a relaxation time. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable apartment and a good size for two couples visiting Barcelona for the first time. Clean and well equipped. The shared terrace upstairs is a wonderful place for breakfast and evening drinks with views across to the Sagrada Familia. The apartment is very well situated with a lovely market next door and lots of good eating places and bars nearby. Friendly staff who were helpful. We would stay there again and would recommend it.

The apartment was centrally located and very convenient, it was super easy to pick up the keys and Damien was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times. Bit further to walk than we thought to main areas, but fine as our children are older. Traffic a bit noisy at night. Otherwise great place to stay. You must seek out the roof terrace

The apartment was very conveniently located. The restaurant next door Nine is excellent. The beds were comfortable and having breakfast (coffee and pastry) included was great for us. We stayed at the end of July and it was quite hot. The air conditioning was great in the living area, but the bedrooms were very hot. Not much air circulation. Also, there is a lot of street noise. Barcelona is a busy city, so I'm sure the noise level is like this in every apartment. We were so tired from enjoying the city, it didn't bother us too much. Overall, great spot to stay!

Great location - right next door to Mercat de la Concepció (looks like a local smaller version of the Mercado de La Boqueria but without the crowds and tourists) where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and wine. There was also a grocery store across the street and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had originally booked Picasso Suites 2.1 but were moved to Picasso Suites 5.4 and was allowed to check in early. Felt like we were staying in a nice hotel - professionally run, easy check-in, furniture and fixtures felt new and were maintained in great shape, towels were white, fluffy and had no stains (unlike other airbnbs we have stayed at). Apartment was also very clean unlike other airbnbs where it is often dusty and not so clean. The roof terrace was a nice place to enjoy some wine and food. It was also nice to have a bottle of cava and water waiting for us in the refrigerator when we arrived. The free continental breakfast was convenient and good. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 5 great days at the Picasso Suite! The apartment was cleaned, modern, secure and equipped with all the facilities (hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher,etc.). The roof top is a great space of the house to spend some chill time with friends. Damien and his team were very nice, helpful and available. The apartemnet location was also great! 7 min walk from Passeig de Gràcia, which is one of the main and most beautiful Barcelona avenues, with good facilities around: supermarkets, market, cafes, pharmacies, metro, buses, churches and florist. The breakfast was also included in a nice cafe around the corner, which was perfect! I will pass my best recomendations: you will have the comfort and security of an hotel for a better price for sure.

Very good. Very convenient location. There is a small supermarket across the street. There is a small market downstairs where you can buy fresh seafood. You can walk to Mira House, Sagrada House, Sagrada Familia, and what square.The room is also very clean and simple.We cooked a few meals inside and it was convenient.And there is a paid transfer from the airport to store the baggage at the end of the year. Recommended.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, for 5 people we were very comfortable and felt good. The location is ideal, we were able to go to La Rembla, Casa Batllo or Sagrada Familia on foot. A daily covered market is at the foot of the building, supermarkets are very close too. Breakfast in the morning at Bracafé was great, the coffee staff very pleasant and welcoming. The only improvement point would be the available utensils and dishes that are right for cooking and lunch or dinner at the apartment for 5 or more. We asked for different extra utensils that we had immediately. We were surprised by the noise but it is true that being in the center is at this price, we each bought our pairs of quiescent balls which are also on the counter of any good pharmacy in Barcelona!

We had a great stay in Barcelona. We choose one of Damien's listings and the second day the neighbors had to cut the water because of a leak, so we did not have water either. Damien, Maria and Karolina helped us straight away and we moved to another apartment. Both listings were great, clean and well located. Damien and his team answer to your question before and after making reservation, pretty fast. Nothing more to say, just thank you for the lovely time!

Damien's place was great, as a tourist it was a little further from where we wanted to be, but the place was nice. I recommend the terrace and the cafe below, you get food tokens when you arrive. The beds are not the most comfortable and the washer turned our clothes brown, but all in all we enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be greeted with water and champagne in the fridge. Rent a Vespa when you come and utilize the free parking inside the building. That was great. Thanks Damien!

We arrived with instructions on how to get in the apartment but the keys were not there. We called and someone answered right away and came down within 5 mjnutes, so no problem. Booked their private cab service for double the price as a cab because I had requested carseats for my kids (normally we bring our own) so figured it was worth the extra 30 euros to not have to travel with carseats for my 11 month old and 2.5 year old. When we arrived the driver was there but no carseats for either of my kids. Then he told me they werent necessary. Was extremely frustrated as all they had to do was tell me they did not have any, and i would have brought mine. The wifi was a "hotspot" so only one little area in the living room had wifi. Location next to market was great. Biggest complaint was extremely loud traffic noise at all hours of the night. Was never able to sleep.

Damien's team was excellent and the apartment was well represented by the pictures. This was our second time in Barcelona. So, we weren't in much need of support. However, we stayed with friends who were new to the city and the team were spectacular with helping settle in our friends before we arrived. The team more than any other Airbnb offer you a great deal of support/ideas for enjoying the city. I strongly recommend their apartment for people who are used to having hotel concierge type support but want a "true living" experience. And for people who don't want/need support, the team is not remotely intrusive.

From the start, Damien was very prompt with his communication and this continued throughout our stay. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean! It's also in a great location for all activities with plenty of local shops bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Damien made us feel extremely welcome with a bottle of Cava already chilling in the fridge on our arrival! Many thanks, it was a lovely surprise! The cafe underneath served us breakfast every morning from 8am with a warm friendly smile. The rooftop terrace is a welcome bonus on a typical sunny day in Barcelona. I would definatley recommend this apartment! We had a fabulous holiday in Barcelona made significantly better by Damian's wonderful apartment and hospitality. Thanks Damien!!

this apartment is comfortable and big enough for 6 persons. it is gut located and you can walk to some sight-seeings. The Restaurant under is very friendly and helpful for visitors. Damien and his crew don't really speak Spanish but they left a very good explained letter (English) with the instructions of the place. Unfortunately we didn't find the right coffee for the machine and at the end of our stay we didn't have a good internet connection but all in all I will recommend them.

About the Host , Damian : Very responsive, efficient and kind. Everything he committed was delivered and fulfilled as spoken Although located in Spain – perfect English = fluent communication to a non-Spanish speakers travelers like us . About the apartment Excellent location – 3 min walk form the Muni ( Girona station) and less than 10 min walk from the passeig de Garcia , nice market in the building nearby . The apartment is very very clean , new towels (white) ,and air conditioned. A red wine treat and water welcomed us . Second floor with an elevator access. The location itself felt very secured, the breakfast was served in the restaurant downstairs with a very welcoming service. All in All was a very pleasant stay for a family of five (all grownups ...) Will stay there next time I am around.

I think Picasso Suits will be the very best place for people seeking comfort of an hotel. The apartment is well decorated and everything is fresh and new. When we first enter the apartment a "woww" sound immediately released after a short silence. We entered the apartment without any problems by using e-safes bearing our apartment keys. Although some of my friends faced some difficulties with the e-key and could not enter the apartment for about 4 hours at night, I slept like a baby in my double bed and 4 pillows :):) The location of the apartment is decent if you are looking for a prominent neighborhood. The below restaurant serves decent food and kindly offers free breakfast thanks to Damien; however if you would like to spend time there without any meals (event though the day before you spend hundreds); they may get nasty. So bear in mind that you should have at least one meal to have a decent service; or be ready to see ugly faces. I strongly recommend Damien's apartments and I hope we will be visiting Picasso Suits once again.

We had a great visit to Barcelona thanks to Damien and his great apartment! The apartment is in a terrific neighborhood that is quiet and clean, and very convenient. There is a restaurant downstairs that served breakfast every morning. They even remembered our orders (for a group of 7) after the 2nd day. There is also a grocery store right next door as well. The apartment has a washing machine and full kitchen and can sleep 8 comfortably. This location is also within walking distance of the subway and the Sangrada Familia, even for my 70 year old parents with bad knees. Damien keeps the apartment sparkling clean and it is beautifully decorated. We couldn't have asked for anything else for our visit to Barcelona. I highly recommend staying with Damien! He is very prompt and really takes great care of his guests.

My three friends and I think that an honest review is the best review so here it goes.... We arrived late in the evening from the Airport but with Damien's great policy of no late arrival fee we were able to collect our key from the very friendly restaurant manager next door who was waiting for us to call in. The entrance was very secure with two sets of card access control doors before reaching the apartment. The apartment itself was lovely and spotlessly clean. We were apparently the second guests to stay so it was very fresh and the building work done to a high standard - especially the bathrooms. The decor is neutral but stylish and the big dining table was used for many fun dinners. We felt privileged to be next door to a fantastic food market where we bought delicious cured ham, watermelons and fresh ciabatta. There is also a huge flower market too which I had to hold back on with only hand luggage! Damien was always willing to give us advice on good beaches to escape to up and down the coast, and the bar on the ground floor always provided us with "breakfast" no matter what time of day it was - they are a real bonus. Invariably with any new apartment there were a few teething problems - the builder walked in unannounced from downstairs to measure up, the boiler broke on a saturday, the internet was not turned on, no bed sheets for the sofa bed and the swipe cards stopped working one evening, etc etc..... this may sound like a nightmare but in each case no matter what time of day we called to ask for help, Damien and his colleagues were there fixing the problem either within minutes or within a few hours. I have never been so impressed with the care taken to ensure that our stay was not disrupted. We were even given flowers and some compensation to make up for the problems (which we reinvested back into the local tapas restaurant!). In addition we were given our own key to the private roof terrace which had spectacular views over the city, and it was the perfect spot for a bit of sunbathing - no one else seemed to use it which was surprising. It was not furnished yet but I imagine once it has some deck chairs and loungers - maybe a jacuzzi?? (hint hint) it will be fabulous for days when you cant face walking to the beech. We hope to come back again next year if it is not already booked up by then! Many thanks for a fab holiday. R,R,R & B
