First of all, the host is so, so friendly. They also answer a lot of questions right away and make people comfortable I had a really comfortable and good stay for 6 days. There was everything, so I cooked. The rooftop above is so cool The wooden landscaping is nice and the scenery is nice... I had a really nice stay. Thank you.

Very well located accommodation for visiting Barcelona on foot. Numerous shops and markets are close by. The bedrooms overlook the main avenue, they are quite noisy.

This is a well located flat from which you can discover all the wonders of Barcelona. The neighborhood is full of amazing restaurants, shopping, bars, you name it. The check in process was very detailed and smooth. The flat itself was spacious and nice. Clean. There was also a nice surprise in the refrigerator when we arrived which was thoughtful. Only the main living room has AC, but there are fans in the bedroom. There was some noise in the building as maybe renovations were going on and a bit of street noise if you open the windows in the bedroom but these were not major.

Stained blankets, all appliances and furniture outdated, inadequate air conditioning (doesn’t cool bedrooms effectively), kitchen not well equipped, just felt old and overpriced. With all of that said the staff did try to accommodate us and were very friendly.

We loved our stay at Damien’s property. It looked exactly as pictured. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. He even arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport. The driver was waiting for us with a sign with our name which made it super easy after a transatlantic flight. Check in was a breeze and the unit was perfect for our stay. The location in L’eixample has lots of dining and shopping nearby, and close to the Metro and bus stop as well. The rooftop patio was a nice place to relax in the evenings. I can recommend this property without hesitation.

The location of the apartment was perfect (we managed to walk to most of the main sights) and everything was really clean. It was very easy to find and check-in. The communication was great, it was reassuring knowing this and really made everything so easy. Yes, there is road noise but what you would expect for being in the centre of a busy city (just take earplugs). We visited the terrace on the roof briefly, it was very well kept and an added bonus.

Damien's place was great! Very clean, easy to check in, and comfortable place to stay for a few days. The beds were very comfortable too, and the rooftop terrace is a great place to relax and look out over the city.

For some people who cares about the AC to be in each room, there is only 1 AC in the salon as well as you will heard some noise caused by the traffic. But really I recommend this apartment due to the good features overcome the negatives. And Carolina was so friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and reactive host, the place is managed by a company and there are several airbnb in the building. The terrace is lovely, but it's for the entire building. Nice location adjacent to nice closed market with big supermarket.

There is a big BUT in this review. This is a great apartment, very clean, everything you need for a short break exploring the amazing city of Barcelona. I wish I had read into some of the other reviews though. Noise is a big issue, maybe if you live in a city near a main road you will sleep fine but the road noise goes all night and ear plugs are mandatory. Also, on out last night (Saturday) the apartment upstairs had a party which went on until the early hours. Both of these issues are out of the owners control but I wish I had found somewhere a little more quiet in the city (I expected a little house of course)

The apartment is clean and spacious. The bedrooms are large with plenty of room for two people to spread out luggage. The location is great. Walking proximity to most major attractions and the metro/bus lines. The street has lovely cafes and restaurants but is also family oriented. We felt safe and the streets were quiet at night.

I was very comfortable. in a beautiful neighborhood. I bought a Barcelona card but never used it. because the house is in a central place. you will prefer to walk. I did so. Every process related to home was very easy. Would definitely like to stay longer:)//I wanted to stay longer

It was a great airbnb experience. Damien and his staffs are really good at keeping communication both before and during the travel. I asked if I can check in around 2ish, and asked to stock our refrigerator prior to arrival. Everything was done as I requested and we even got a free room upgrade. There was a lady helped us to check in, helped us carrying luggages to the apartment, gave us little tour of apartment and showed us landmark on the map including our location. Location was great. We mainly used taxi because it was a lot cheaper than where I live, but id you choose to walk it is doable too. Passeig de gracia is only few blocks away. La Sagrada Familia is also good walking distance. Kitchen has all the essential. Laundry washer and detergent were available. Apartment was pretty warm to dry up all the clothing over night. Some people mentioned about street noise. I live in NYC, few blocks away from one of the major hospitals in the city. So, I wasn't annoyed by any street noise. I don't think I even heard any street noise. But if you are not used to living in the city, then maybe you will need to bring ear plug. If I ever come back to Barcelona, I will definitely return to Damien's place! Thank you for your hospitality!

Very good location, in Eixample, near the Verdaguer Metro station. Just take the orange and then blue lines to get there from the airport, and you'll pop up in the middle of the city, two blocks away. Check-in was easy, there was a lock box and instructions. If you save a screenshot of the instructions on your phone, you can see everything without needing internet access, and then log in to the wi-fi once inside. Right next to a lovely nursery and giant local market, lots of great (and eclectic) restaurants and bars in the surrounding blocks, and not too far of a walk to any of Park Guell, Sagrada Familia, Arc de Triomf, El Born, La Rambla, or most of the "central" sites. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. Huge space, perfect for families or a small group of friends. Centrally located, we walked everywhere it was so easy and convenient. Damien and his team are wonderful. They made us feel welcome before we arrived and sent tips and helpful advice throughout our time there. Really hope to stay again in the future!

I stayed at Damien's place for one week for business purposes. Everything was perfect, very clean and well furnished. Checkin and checkout very easy and well organized. The apartment is amazingly located in the center, close to everything (metro Girona 3 mins walk). Last but not least, the terrace is wonderful for an afternoon aperitif.

The location of Damien’s apartment couldn’t be better in Eixample. Huge organic food and flower market next door. A wonderful rooftop with view of Segrada Família. Best designer shopping just blocks away. And the restaurant Nine next door is great. Even breakfast at Bra Cafe was included with we never missed us a nice touch. I’ll be back again

Damien was always quick to respond, made check-in incredibly easy, and provided a clean space with an incredible roof top deck to boot. We also were provided with a welcome bottle of champagne, and they let us store our bags after check out. Would definitely recommend this space next time you are in Barcelona.

Main street is very close, so convenient for touring Gaudi’s representative architectures. There’s a market near this place, which is pretty big and good to see lots of fresh things. Also a delicious bakery and a supermarket is located just crossing the main road. Its maintaining was well-conditioned so mostly I was satisfied.

Great location and great host! Damien arranged the taxi for us at the airport and that was super helpful. Location of the apartment was close to everything we needed - the market, the metro, the movie theater were all a short walk away. The staff at the apartment were very friendly and added to a feeling of security staying in the heart of the city. Very clean, loved the apartment and the complimentary coffee. Only possible complaint is noise from the street made earplugs necessary for sleeping. But you have to almost expect that when staying in a city.

Picasso Suites was a wonderful centrally located spot for our 3 nights in Barcelona! It was clean, safe and Damien and his Team were awesome with communication. My husband and I walked EVERYWHERE. Literally, we even walked to the Barcelona Beach and back - about 40 minutes! Everything was within 10-20 minute walk and we always felt safe at night, probably because its such a lively, late night city! Great restaurant next door, called the 9 NINE. We didn't love the breakfast spot that was provided, although I think its wonderful that they even offer a voucher for that option. But, we had fun exploring cute breakfast places right outside the door, a few doors over and across the street. We were so busy, we only were able to utilize the rooftop one evening, but that was fun and provided a sweet view of the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. While in Barcelona, we did a great Bike Tour with Fat Tire Cycling Company, which gave a nice overview of the city. Damien and his staff were very accessible and we were able to store our suitcases on our check-out day because of a late flight. Would highly recommend!

Clean, modern, well managed and close to many of the city's treasures, you will not be disappointed in Picasso Suites. The operation is managed very similarly to hotel chains: check in is easy and a host is always close enough to help. The flat is walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and is just two blocks from a major train line. Taxi's are easy and next door is a wonderful flower shop and there are plenty of great cafe's and restaurants. The building is quiet and their is a beautiful rooftop terrace, in case you want to have guests over during your stay. I would stay here again.

Damien and his team live up to the reputation of a super host. Picasso Suites met all of my expectations and then some. Great communication, excellent location with great restaurants and markets in the neighborhood. Very clean. The roof top deck was great for the evenings. The water and champagne in the fridge were much appreciated upon arrival. I started each day with complimentary coffee and a pastry from the cafe downstairs. If you are considering a trip to Barcelona and you think Picasso Suites maybe the right fit for you, book it. It's one of the best values I've found. I will be staying here again.

Nice clean place, great location, flawless check-in, very good communication with the host. The free breakfast is a nice little touch. They even arranged a pick-up from the airport for us. Having said all that, the place is a little sterile. I does have everything it needs to have, but nothing (and I mean NOTHING) more than that. No plants, no books, no magazines, no knick-knacks of any kind or anything else to make you feel just a tiny bit at home. Just about every hotel room I ever stayed in was more cozy than this place.

Excellent organization, fast communication, helpful nice and flexible hosts. The apartment is super clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious. 2 negative points that should not be there, in view of the premium price: the terrace is beautiful but it is shared by the whole building. Also, the windows are not soundproof, which is a little worrisome as both bedrooms have windows on the main street. Still a good experience overall.

Picasso suites is a block of flats right in the centre of Barcelona. 10 minutes walk from Gràcia station (direct from the airport) and 15 minutes from plaza Catalunya and the Sagrada Familia. It is in a lovely neighbourhood next to the market with plenty of restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The flat was clean and just as advertised. Check in was easy and the whole experience was very professional. The location is busy but up market - staying here was an absolute delight.

Damien's place is amazing! My friend and I stayed there for 6 days and it was perfect. Checking in and out was a breeze. The entire experience was wonderful. Walking distance to most places and it not only a few blocks away from a metro stop. The location, the apartment, the experience. It was all deserves a 10/10. If I'm ever back in the city, I'd stay there again. If you stay here, you wont regret it!

What a gem of a place. Immaculate, in a great area, fantastic communication with Damien beforehand and during our stay, he even suggested places to visit and ensured that everything met our needs, He also arranged for a taxi at the last minute to take us to the airport. The amenities were great - soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, towels, cooking utensils, basic cooking ingredients. Even though there was only one air conditioner it was able to cool down the entire apartment with no problem-closing the door to the hallway/kitchen area helped. It is located on a active street, but noise died down well before midnight. Great location for fine dining in the area, shopping and sight seeing (between La Sagrada Familia, Paseo de Gracia, and Park Guell) There is a marketplace right next to this building which we discovered half way through our trip. You could get almost anything there - it does close at 3pm. Fantastic host and apartment!

Great apartment, they have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Cava upon arrival, free light breakfast and coffee, facilities to wash clothes and drying racks to hang your washing, coffee maker, everything really oh and the beds are so lovely to sleep on plus big thick towels!! The staff on hand are fantastic and Damien was lovely to deal with. Great location and the upstairs terrace we loved... playing some music, dancing as the sun went down and enjoying the view. Transfers easily organised easily to and from airport. Would stay here again, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Damien's apartment is very well located and even better than you can see in the photos. In this case it was my parents wanted to enjoy the accommodation but I was able to get closer to visit them on several occasions and the listing complied with what I promised. They didn't need to use public transportation to visit the main points of interest in the city and felt very well cared for. They even fixed an issue they had in the early morning instant. Totally recommended.

We had some issues with our check in as the cleaner was there until around 6.30pm when we had arrived at 4.30pm which was rather annoying after a long time travelling etc. Damien offered us a late check out to compensate which was helpful as we had a late flight going home, but even then the cleaner turned up a while before the time we had agreed we would be leaving. Perhaps some communication issues with the cleaners! Other than that, the flat was nice and well equipped and in a good location to reach most places from.

Lovely, clean apartment with lots of space and a sunny terrace. The area is well connected with the city centre and there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Minor drawback was the sometimes patchy wifi, but otherwise very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.

The apartment is in an excellent location with a great food market next door. The apartment is light and modern and the beds are extremely comfy. There is wifi at the apartment but the connection isn't always great (no signal in the bedrooms). The main selling point has to be the stunning rooftop terrace. Great for eating, entertaining, chilling or just sunbathing. The host is great at replying to messages.

Absolutely perfect location!! We were walking distance for all major restaurants, the main shopping street, and the sites. If not, a quick 15 minute taxi ride got you all the way to the beach or main tourist locations. The place: extremely comfortable with all the amenities you could need. The roof top terrace is amazing!! Spent every night up there with a bottle of wine and cards. Damien was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Even arranged taxi services for us to get to the airport. Brilliant stay!

The host was very detail oriented in regards to instructions on transportation/how to access everything. The apartment was located in a fantastic location, was clean, and very large. I'd be worried about staying in the dead of summer, as there is only one air conditioner in the main living area, which did not really reach our room. Overall, we had a fine experience and I'd recommend this spot to others.

The team at Picasso Suites are amazing. Friendly, easy going and really approachable. We had a great 10 night stay in the apartment and would be happy to recommend. Within easy walking distance of the main part of town and some great restaurants (do your homework).

Initially, we booked the apartment on Barceloneta, but due to problems with the water pipe (leak), we couldn't stay there. Damien & his team had a good solution & we could stay in the Picasso Suites 4.2. We were very well received by one of Damien's assistants, thank you so much for that :-) We felt very welcome. + very good airco in the apartment + everything you could need, was there (kitchen utilities,...) + shared roof terras was very nice + supermarkets and marketplace next to the apartment - the bathroom was a little too small for us We would definitely recommend to hire something with Damien & his team.

Very nice apartment, modern, spacious, clean and in good condition. Very well located just a few streets from Passeig de Gracia, with many supermarkets nearby and a covered market right at the foot of the building: very convenient for shopping. As it was very hot during our stay, we enjoyed having air conditioning. Very nice and helpful on-site staff. Thank you for your help! Pleasant view from the windows, and very nice view from the shared rooftop terrace. Since we stayed 17 nights, we often did the kitchen in the apartment without a problem, but some extra cutlery would have been very helpful. In addition, the Wifi is quite weak and the internet connection is sometimes difficult. In particular, it is difficult to cope properly with our family, the connection is often interrupted! The reception of the only French TV, France 2 , was bad. I will still recommend this apartment to future visitors to Barcelona: good value for money, clean and very central.

We had a great stay at the Picasso suite. The whole process of entering the building, getting the keys and finding our way around was very well described and supported. The facilities were very nice and complete, the rooftop terrace was lovely. Getting some nice sun at the end of the day while enjoying a nice Rioja was great. Only thing to improve: Wi-Fi signal strength throughout the whole apartment (especially the bedrooms had bad reception). The small breakfast at the cafe downstairs (very nice coffee!) was a nice plus.

Three of my colleagues stayed at Picasso Suites and have said the accommodation was brilliant - really clean, in a great location and a really good size. Damien was most helpful and they were extremely pleased to find a bottle of wine in the fridge for them! Communication with Damien was extremely fast and efficient and provides great information for the stay. Thanks very much Damien!

We felt very comfortable in Barcelona from the beginning. The descriptions (also the 1 : 1 reality to the pictures), the arrival in the apartment, a small welcome greeting, everything is well managed. The location and apartment were perfect for our getaway! It was very nice, relaxing and we will be happy to recommend the apartment. For us, it was very pleasant with breakfast, the supermarket and also the market halls right next to it. All the people we met and asked were very very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, perfect suite, clean, charming, well-done. Only bad thing with room was we had to sit at elevator lobby or by our entrance door to get wi-fi until the third and final night we were there. They were aware of some prior issue with router but couldn't get anyone out until Monday. Also the rooftop terrace is beautiful. Two nights it appeared a six person college aged party was going on and others (us) weren't welcome. It's nice... Very... But don't count on it for respite Again loved the place Can 60 folks were great

Picasso Suites was an excellent apartment for what we needed. Very clean and comfortable with the bonus of being in a fantastic location for the main attractions as well as restaurants, supermarket, banks etc. Damian and the team were very helpful, I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Barcelona.

We had a wonderful stay at the Picasso Suites, we had a 2 bedroom apartment which was exactly as the pictures indicated. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Damien and his team were also kind enough to have a bottle of cold water ready for us in the fridge. The apartment was in an exceptional location send neighbourhood and a short walk to all the main attractions of Barcelona. It was so nice to retreat to the apartment and leave the touristy La Ramblas area. The beautiful sun drenched rooftop terrace was the ideal spot to relax after a day exploring the city! The markets next door were an added bonus. Also have to mention that the shower was brilliant with great pressure and plenty of hot water....a must when travelling!

Picasso Suites was located in the most ideal neighborhood, situated right next door to a supermarket and 24 hour flower shop! Restaurants and shopping were all in walking distance - we already miss it. Damien and Caroline, were both very sweet and accomodating.

Nice place! Check-in was easy and the location was great (we walked pretty much everywhere). We had some trouble with the wifi but they fixed it quickly. The roof lounge was pretty with a great view. Would certainly stay here again. Great deal!

Excellent room and location gave us access to great restaurants, markets, banks, and shops. Definitely look forward to coming back to Barcelona and staying with you again!!
