The location was nice and clean last year, so I stayed here again this year, but first of all, the location is really good. Sagrada Familia is also a 15-minute walk. 10 minutes from Passeig de Gràcia. There is a large grocery store around the accommodation in 5 minutes on foot. There are fruit and vegetable shops, so it's good to buy simple food, and the bread and coffee at 365 cafes were the best. Suddenly, there was no hot water. The curtain rail suddenly fell off, but I was thankful that the host resolved it quickly. The location is good enough to come and stay again next time, and one regret is that it would be great if only the floor could be improved with a lot of dust.

İt was a great stay for us. Damien is a great host. He was very responsive and caring. Check-in was smooth, apartment is great and they had little gifts for us which made us very happy. The place is 1km away from plaça de catalunya but there are lots of places nearby. We could walk everywhere from the apartment. Overall, it was a great stay and everyone was so helpful. Thank you!

I may have misread/misunderstood the listing, but i was under the impression that the terrace was private to the apartment I was getting, but that was wrong. It's a common terrace, for the whole building,on top of it. It's a great terrace, great view, i just thought that it would be private.

The description of the apartment is accurate. Also the check-in procedure was very well described - and we were even able to check in earlier as we had an early flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is not very large, but is clean and well furnished. The equipment is perfect - there is everything you need for a short break (and beyond). The location is great, you are right next to a nice big market and flower shop, many nice restaurants are right next door. And Passeig de Gracia is easily accessible. There was a bottle of cava for the reception - and a daily free breakfast! However, the super bonus is the roof terrace - really great. We largely had it for ourselves during our visit at the end of October. What more could you want? Highly recommended - and we would book it again for our next city visit in Barcelona at any time!

Very well located 10-15 minutes walk from many sites (sagrada familia, battlo house...). From +, close to the metro (Verdaguer and Girona station) L3-L5. Quiet neighborhood. Some good restaurants nearby. Food market and supermarket at the foot of the building. magnificent view from the roof terrace. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. (Compliant with photos) Very nice hosting by Damien's team.

Damien was a very good communicator and followed up on our arrival to see all was well. Nice touch of a welcome bottle of bubbles! Enjoyed the market next door (beautiful flowers) and found a fabulous restaurant downstairs. Lovely ladies at the cafe a few steps away where we enjoyed our thoughtfully included breakfast, a very pleasant way to start the day. Great position to explore all that wonderful Barcelona has to offer.

Brilliantly located spotlessly clean and very easy access apartment, with a lovely terrace on the roof and a view of the Sagrada Familia and the Olympic park on different sides. There’s even a shower up there if you sunbathe and get hot! Loads of great bars and fine restaurants within short walking distance. The advertising is 100% correct, and we were completely satisfied with our stay.

Everything was perfect. Check-in instructions were easy and perfectly clear. Nice and clean apartment in the city centre, close to Sagrada Familia, with everything you need for comfortable stay. Free breakfast was a surprise, never heard about something like this when you rent an apartment. Nothing special, but a cup of tea/coffee and sandwich or croissant is definitely what you need in the morning :)

We stayed for for three nights, it was a great place to stay, very good location, access to everything was convenient. A small tip for families with kids would be to bear in mind.. it’s a noisy place with a main road and a lot of action late evenings into the night. Our kids couldn’t sleep as well but we were happy to join the party 😀. Overall we had great fun!!

Damien met our expectations about the missing things in the apartment. The apartment is clean and well located. However, we do not recommend it: the sofa mattress is of poor quality, and the noise from the street is loud and incessant, even on the 5th floor! It would need double or triple glazing.

Check-In was fast and good organised, apartment is small but clean. Nice terrace (with view to sagrada familia) but note it closes at 10.30pm. The location of the apartment is quite close to 2 different metro stations.

Great apartment, clean, matches the photos well. Nearby transportation and Gracia Passig at 5 min walk. The rooftop is also very nice and offers a beautiful view of the roofs of Barcelona. Damien and the teams are responsive and very nice. There is also breakfast available at the local cafe. I would recommned this property.

Had a very good stay at Damien’s apartment and he was really reactive answering my question. Place is clean and well furnished, the free breakfast at the cafe downstairs is nice. Only small issue, was the noise coming from the street and also the neighbors as the wall and windows seem very fin. But that’s typical of every flat I’ve rented in BCN. Would definitively recommend the place.

The apartment is very well located next to a market and very close to the Paseo de Gracia, with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants next door. It is also very bright and has ample equipment, which could be easily improved with a coffee maker and pasta runoff. Check-in was very well organized and automated, which makes it very flexible. Finally, Damián, I accept our early check-in request at no additional cost, which helped us settle in after an early trip. I would definitely come back.

We absolutely LOVED this place and would stay again. Walking distance to a lot of things but also super easy to step out your door and grab a cab. The market next door is unbelievable and you could cook from home every night if you wanted. The terrace on the top floor has a beautiful view both at day and and at night. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Damien's Apartment is absolutely beautiful, what you see in the pictures is the exact place to a T. The location that the apartment is at always you to walk to almost ever attraction in Barcelona. The terrace on top of the apartment is breathtaking with the views you can see from it especially La Sagrada Familia . A beautiful gesture that Damien gives is the breakfast that he includes. The communication between Damien and yourself from the moment you book the apartment to the moment you leave is A1 service, he and his assistant with the apartment gets back to you in a moment of seconds. I will definitely stay in his apartment again when I come back to Barcelona.

I really don't have enough good things to stay about our stay at the Picasso Suites. I had a situation where I left my phone in a cab, so we arrived quite early in hopes of getting a little more assistance in trying to get it back. Not only did we get a lot of help with that, but our room was ready for us! We loved the location, we could walk most places but it was also close to a few metro stops for when we wanted to go a bit further. We definitely took advantage of the rooftop terrace, which is a great place to relax with a glass of cava and watch the sunset. We had a great stay and if we return to Barcelona we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The absolute BEST location! Gorgeous view out of the windows. There’s an open air market and convenience store directly next-door, and the flower market to walk past every day was a real bonus. Very large and well-styled space, having air conditioning was excellent, plus black out curtains and the elevator were great. The building seemed very quiet and mostly empty which was excellent. We walked everywhere and there is a landmark or gorgeous old building in every direction, plenty to see and do!

Unit is clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Central & safe location. Walkable to most sights and others are a short taxi ride or subway ride away. Free breakfast is a plus. Great restaurants & cafes on the block, as well. The market next door is amazing. Only downside we could think of is no AC in the bedroom. But that was solved by opening the window and letting the breeze in. Otherwise, this place is pretty perfect! Hope to come back one day!

So the place is nice, the pictures are a little bit photoshopped when it comes to the couches and stuff. I really didn’t even use the couches or TV so I didn’t mind. Besides that check in was pretty easy it is very well located I was able to walk to a lot of popular tourist spots. The host left a big bottle of water and a bottle of champagne for me in the fridge which I thought was very sweet of them. Bathroom was pretty clean, but the bed felt a little bit itchy maybe it was the sheets they seemed clean but I don’t know. I had a nice view of a building that somewhat reminded me of a castle , it says breakfast is included but all they really give you is like a croissant or bagel or mini sandwich with either a coffee or small box of orange juice so don’t expect to get a buffet. When it was time to check out the host was nice enough to let me check out a few hours late since they didn’t have anyone coming in after me. I would say I am pretty pleased with my stay, the price seemed a little bit too much but whatever they were nice and I felt safe and at the end of the day that’s all that matters. Xo

Damien, Maria & Karolina were always available for any question. The place was in a great location with a great market and plenty of restaurants next door. As well as a 15 - 20 minute stroll to all attractions. The place itself is simple to American standards, but looks as pictured. The extras such as water, bubbly, and ice were great upon arrival. The rooftop deck is great!!! We had tapas and drinks up there before heading out every night. There was a glitch with the hot water when we arrived which was quickly fixed. Just to say they made sure everything was as promised asap.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, could hardly fault anything! The complimentary breakfast next door was ideal! The shared balcony at the top had beautiful views and was a great way of socialising and meeting people. Only slight problem was the temperature of the shower was slightly temperamental but overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I loved our 6 night stay at Damien's place. By far, it included the best pre-trip and at-location communication of any AirBnB I have stayed in, including offers for airport transfers and fridge stocking. In addition, Karolina was downstairs almost every day, if we had any questions. The place is exactly as shown in the photos with a super comfortable bed and great rooftop terrace. Included are tokens to use for a light breakfast at a cafe around the corner. The location is fantastic, right beside a wonderful market with a large flower shop and very walkable to any of the sites. The Sagrada is just a 15 min walk as is La Pedrera. We walked 30 mins down to the waterfront and walked back (downhill) 40 mins from Parc Güell. And when we didn't want to walk a Metro Station is about 5 mins away. Very highly recommended.

The good: - Great location in Eixample, walking distance to everything and next door to a lovely market. - Spacious and well-appointed one bedroom plus sofa bed, with clothes washer in unit. - Staff was very responsive on text and email. - Check in was very easy. - Coffee and small pastry provided at next door cafe was a bonus in the morning. The bad: - Street noise was significant, even with windows, shutters and blinds closed. - The entire building is on Airbnb, creating a glorified hostel experience. If that's your scene, it's a terrific place to meet other travelers. In our case, traveling with our daughter, we were taken aback by the volume of foot traffic and activities in the hall and on the rooftop terrace extending deep into the early morning hours. Not ideal for families and those traveling with young children.

First Airbnb trip and would definitely do it again and stay at Damien’s place in a heat beat. If you are American bring outlet converters. They did provide some the following day after check in tho.

What a beautiful trip! Thanks to Picasso Suite homes. The apartments are very modern, spacious, functional. Nothing is left to chance. Karolina is present all day If you have a problem. We had an apartment where the cleaning was not done. In a minute we had another one. The location is great. The Girona metro is a 5 minute walk away. We will be back in Barcelona But also at the Picasso suites!

Damien and his staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. My friend and I came to visit Barcelona for a long weekend and were very happy with our stay. Days leading up to the trip, Damien provided helpful resources to book a car service to/from the airport, tickets to visit Sagrada Familia and other activities. Him and his staff were always readily available to answer any questions that I had. The home was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and offered a lot of amenities. We thought it was in a great location and close to a lot of the main attractions. We highly recommend Picasso Suites and would definitely come back.

Damien's apartment is very well situated. We walked most of the time. Only a few minutes walk to Passeig de Gràcia. Checkin process was efficient. Damien and his team responded very quickly to our questions. Apartment is very clean and has many commodities. Excellent customer service: the elevator was in repair on the day of our checkout and his team came to help us with the luggage! I would definitely return to his place next time I'm in Barcelona!

The location was perfect! Great restaurant next to the building called Nine! The one bedroom unit was just what we needed for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the terrace in the evenings as well. Damien was on top of everything, anticipating our needs, notifying us on our departure that there was a cab strike and gave us directions using the bus to get to our next hotel by the beach. The location is really nice. Right next to a market, and many other amenities. Barcelona is a good walking city. Lots of transportation nearby. Damien was very helpful. You don't really need to arrange for transport to the airport. Cabs are plentiful. The Wi-Fi was flawless and fast.

Loved the apartment! Very clean, spacious and centrally located. Also an unusual positiv surprise to get coffee and breakfast included. The only negative thing I can say is that there is a bit traffic noise, as the windows points out towards the streets. However, I did not mind it but my companion for the trip had some difficulties falling asleep because of it. So be aware of this if you are noise sensitive. When I'm going back to Barcelona I will definitely check if this place is available.

The team that manages the apartment was very professional. I was surprised with all the extra services they offered. The apartment included breakfast in a bar down the building. The location is great and the apartment is was very confortable. I didn't like that some neighbors were smoking pot our entire stay and it smelled all over.

I would definitely recommend. The apartment was clean and well equipped. 10-15 minutes walk to Passieg de Garcia and Placa Catyluna. We needed extra bedding and this was alerted quickly. Free breakfast and bottle of cava is a nice touch. I live in Spain and would use again for a trip to Barcelona.

Damien told us about the accommodation for our late arrival in Barcelona, it was very convenient. The accommodation is pleasant and well located in the Eixample district, close to Passeig de gracia. A large market lies at the foot of the building, which is convenient to stock up. We would recommend this listing.

I enjoyed staying at Damien's place. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It felt like a comfy home. It was very clean and an ample number of towels, blankets and pillows were provided. The kitchen is spacious, and so is the bathroom. The decor in general is very classy. I was impressed that champagne and water was included in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a lot of useful cutlery and plates. The couch has a nice pull out bed, which is located in front of a good tv. I  enjoyed having the opportunity to rest there after a day of activities. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The free breakfast was a nice touch and it is in a cafe close by. A helpful map was provided to us. The apartment is also close to la sagrada de familia, a subway stop and a taxi stop. The street, I believe, felt safe really late at night. Around the block, there are a number of grocery stores, bars and places to eat. The neighbhourhood itself is a nice neighbhourhood to walk through. In all, it is a great place to stay. There were only two of us in the apartment but i would stay there with my family. I think it is very spacious. Also the building was lovely and quiet. I would recommend this place to others.

We stayed at the apartment for 10 days and loved it. It was 100% as represented. Damien and his staff, with a shout out to Maria, were very responsive and helpful. The location was excellent and the café just around the corner for breakfast worked out very well. There are a host of very nice restaurants within a three block radius. We particularly recommend the restaurant immediately to the left as you exit the the building, which is called 9Nine. If we return to Barcelona in the future, we would certainly stay at Damien's apartment again.

Damien was very pleasant to communicate with and made everything easy. The apartment is spacious and clean and is in a great location. It has everything you need including a washing machine which was very appreciated! The bed and pillows were so so so comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The area is clean and safe, there's a fabulous market and plenty of supermarkets and great restaurants close by. We loved it here. Try Juan in a Million for lunch or dinner close by. Easy walking distance to the Gothic quarter and other tourist attractions. Close to Metro too. Damien is a great host, always responds to emails quickly and was helpful.

This is a small and clean apartment in a very safe neighborhood, an excellent location--easy to walk to almost all the major sights and bike or Metro to the beach. A huge market and various grocery stores are on the block, along with anything else one could need. There is nothing special about the building or the apartment--it is new, sleek, and somewhat sterile-feeling. Although it was spotless, there were various problems with the appliances, including a rather weak and extremely loud Air Conditioning unit (a problem during summer in Barcelona). Most notably, Picasso Suites is functioning basically as a hotel. Damien and his crew (it would appear) are renting out virtually every room via AirBnB. Rather than feeling like we were renting our own apartment in Barcelona, it felt at times more like staying in a hotel or (truthfully) a university dorm building, as many of the "neighbors" were large groups of young people who were there to drink and party--often on the roof terrace, which would otherwise have been a relaxing place to spend an afternoon or evening. This is not the fault of the staff, but it's worth noting for couples looking for something quiet, private, and home-like, or those with children. In terms of customer-service, Damien, Karolina, and the rest of the team were superb. They responded to our questions (via email or text) extremely quickly, and helped us immediately with everything from small problems to a huge travel crisis involving our passports. In that sense, we felt like we were being cared for by family in Barcelona. We would probably stay here again for the location and the helpful service that made everything so easy... but would hesitate remembering the college dorm feeling of the place.

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location! Very clean throughout, and a bottle of cava in the fridge was a lovely touch that we enjoyed on the roof top watching the sun go down over the city. Convenient location, 3mins walk from the Girona metro stop which is on the same line to the beach. Very safe neighbourhood, and the apartment building is next to a fan fresh food market. Damien and his team are also fantastic with their swift communication and advice. Highly recommended!

This is literally a home away from home. Wonderful location, close to metro, food markets, beautiful neighborhood. Great pressure in the shower, very comfortable bed. So handy to have washing machine and dishwasher. All the staff we were in contact were friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful with any questions were had and Damien responded to my messages immediately. There was 1 small thing were the wifi didn't connect when we arrived (we got in quite late at night) but the restarted it first thing the next morning. I would highly recommend staying in these apartments. Also, get the breakfast in Bracafe, the coffee is really good and I could have lived off their toasted tuna sandwiches.

We would highly recommend Picasso Suites 5.3. Check in/check out was flawless and the most organized and professional experience we have had on Air Bnb. The apartment is clean and modern and as pictured. Breakfast was included at a nearby cafe which was a nice feature. The location is great if you are looking to stay in a quieter part of the city but still close to all the main attractions (about a 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and 30 minutes to Gothic Quarter). We were able to walk to most sites and the metro is also very close. The initial connection to wifi was a bit slow and kept dropping but once it connected it was fine. We would stay here again if we are ever in Barcelona.

Apartment is just like in the pictures. Karolina met us for checkin in the lobby and was able to give us an early checkin although we ended up switching to unit 4.3 (since it would have been ready earlier) even though I had booked unit 5.3. We were told the apartment was the same except for being 1 floor below. This was the cleanest home I have stayed in that I booked through airbnb. Everything in apartment worked and was in good condition (ie: no bulbs out or dirty looking appliances). Air conditioner and heat both worked well, although the AC unit is located in living room and will not cool down the bedroom if the bedroom door is closed. The neighborhood is great, walking distance to many nice restaurants and attractions and also close to the metro.

For me, this was the first time I've booked through AirBnB. And I didn't regret it. On the contrary. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures. Large, very clean and with a very good location. You were quickly at the nearest bus stop or subway. And if you are good on foot, you could see a lot on the streets of Barcelona. Some hotels can also cut off a slice of advance care. There were tips on attractions, an accurate explanation of the check-in and check-out process and you felt comfortable as a guest at all times. Safety was also thought of. So there were the most important phone numbers in advance and upon arrival. And there was a question, so you always had a contact person on site in the morning and afternoon. All in one, the stay for me was as I had wished. And thanks to Damien and his team, I will book the Picasso Suites again on my next visit to Barcelona. I promise! Muchas gracias Damien. Hasta luego!

Comfortable, clean, pristine, and modern! My experience was so smooth - checking in and out was absolutely seamless. This apartment was in an excellent location, away from the chaos and noise of La Rambla but still close to many delicious restaurants, great shopping, and the metro. Just next door is the beautiful flower and food market, it was so fun to explore! The rood-top access is AMAZING. We enjoyed a glass of cava up there, overlooking the city and enjoying the views of Sagrada Familia. I highly recommend!!!

This is THE place to stay in Barcelona! Damien provided all kinds of info before we even arrived. The check-in process was awesome and allowed us to arrive later without any headaches. The apartment is beautiful with modern furniture and a nice bed. Everything was exactly as described. The rooftop terrace was really nice also. Plenty of seats and a great place to unwind after a day of sight seeing. The only slight negative was a noisy water pump for the air conditioner. We had to keep the bedroom door open so the room would stay cool, but then the pump would be a bit too noisy. Breakfast was included from the restaurant around the corner of the building. If we ever come back to Barcelona, we'll definitely stay at one of Damien's places.

My husband and myself spent three nights in Damien's apartment in Barcelona last week. It was very nice. Due to some uncontrollable circumstances we had to find a place at the last minute and Damien was very accommodating. The booking process was very quick and efficient. Check in went smoothly. The apartment was very comfortable. We enjoyed the large communal roof top terrace each afternoon where the views were lovely and we had the opportunity to meet some fellow travellers. Damien's place is located in a great spot for sight seeing. Don't hesitate to book this lovely apartment.

We had a great stay at Picasso Suites 5.3! The space was exactly as pictured and very clean. It was a perfect place to stay for a week in Barcelona. We walked most of the week, to various different attractions and neighbourhoods. The apartment is in a neighbourhood that is quieter than the old town/gothic/el born but it is very easy to walk to those neighbourhoods and back. We also enjoyed discovering more "local" places in Eixemple. (If you like brunch try Brunch & Cake!) We also used the metro (Hurons station), which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and a very affordable option. Damian and his team were very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the online "welcome package" with great info about the apartment and the city. Building is also very secure. Easiest check-in/out process I've ever had on airbnb! Highly recommend!!

My wife and I had an amazing time in Barcelona and a large part of that revolved around staying at Damien's apartments which are titled Picasso Suites! From the moment we arrived, the receptionist Maria helped us alot by providing great information of how to see the city and what local restaurants to check out. The place was very clean and had a modern contemporary design; beautiful kitchen im which we cooked in. A bottle of water and sparkling wine was awaiting for us upon arrival and the rooftop terrace for everyone to share had amazing views! GREAT LOCATION!! A fresh market, the supermarket and the cafe where breakfast was provided are all right next door! Was also close to metro lines and very close by to many attractions, including several Gaudi buildings as well as La Sagrada Familia. This apmt also had air conditioning which was very much needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We arrived at the apartments at half 2 and the apartment wasn't ready which was a little disappointing but we left our stuff and went for a wonder. The apartment itself was very nice but lacks the warmth of the other airbnb places we have stayed in which have been someone's home as well not just a business. Didn't detract from our weekend though and it is well located so made getting around easy. Having breakfast set up by the cafe was great as we could just grab and go and get on with seeing Barcelona! Damiens staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do around Barcelona. We noticed before someone saying the towels were a little small and we didn't think that would be a problem for us but it would have been nicer to have proper sized ones on reflection. My girlfriend and I would both stay here again although Id be tempted to look for somewhere more homely for anything longer than 2nights.

I spent 4 nights in Barcelona with my boyfriend. Here is what I can say about the apartment: We arrived late (at around midnight), and to check in we had to open the front door and the key box with codes that were provided earlier in order to get our key cards. We were told that someone is going to come the next day at 9AM in the morning, but no nobody actually came... It wasn't a problem for us, but still everything felt quite impersonal.... The apartment itself was alright, although it did not have the cosy flair that airbnb-homes usually have, it felt like staying in a hotel room. It should be mentioned, that all of the apartment in the house are holiday apartments (or at least most of them, considering the many key boxes when you enter the house). We were only provided with two big towels for a stay of 4 nights, which was insufficient for us (luckily we had also brought our own towels). One of the pillowcases had a hole in it, but other than that the beddings were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well clean, but the shower curtain was moldy and very dirty, which I personally find very disgusting, especially considering that you can buy new ones for 10 euros. In the bathtub there was a mat (so that you do not slip), but I don't like those mats so I removed it... Under the mat there were plenty of long black hair and the tub had big rusty spots. The apartment looks very new on the pictures, but actually it is quite old and everything (doors, etc.) was pretty used... The AC worked fine, but it was extremely loud, so we could not leave it on during the night. The location of the apartment is good, it is a 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia, and about a 20 minutes walk to La Rambla. The closest subway stop is about 7 minutes away. I felt a little unsafe in the neighborhood, especially since a guy who was also staying in one of the apartments in the house told us that he had seen someone getting mugged right around the corner of the building. All in all, the stay in the apartment was alright, but if I would visit Barcelona a second time I would not book again, since I was a little disappointed with the experience.

Had a great time staying at Damien's apartment in Barcelona. Everything was just as described. The location is great, quiet and convenient. A metro satation is just a few minutes' walk away. Casa Batlló and Sagrada familia are within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfy, and got everything we needed including laundry liquid. Damien and his team were very friendly and efficient. Communication was smooth. The staff at the building was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at the flat around lunchtime on the Sunday, and had stupidly not confirmed our time of arrival! So, once outside the apartment entrance, we rang the telephone number provided, spoke with one of the team members and apologised for the error on our part. They came in less than an hour to let us in and hand the keys over, so first encounter with them was that they were very efficient and professional. We felt as though everything was a stones throw away (depending on ones arm strength...), tube was minutes walking distance, market was a few feet away etc etc. We didn't have to take any taxis to get anywhere, all can be reached either by walk or public transport. The public transport is very easy to use, we just got a travel pass for the week and it worked fine, and was very cheap. The flat itself was all we could ask for, living area was spacious, we didn't even turn the TV on but there was a nice looking one there. The bed was very comfortable, shower/bath very new looking and everything worked great. It got so hot during the day and even at night, so it was nice to have the air-con on sometimes, which made everything bearable.

We had a great stay at Picasso Suites. "Check in" was simple, the apt. was spotless and spacious in a great area of Barcelona. If you like to walk, this location is accessible to about all the sites in town. Sagrada Familia is a 15 minute walk, the old part of town is a 45 minute walk. Otherwise, both bus and subway stops are within a five minute walk.The rooftop terrace was great. Damien and his staff were extremely helpful with questions about the apartment and basic info about Barcelona. They responded to our questions thru SMS and email in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend Picasso Suites and Damien for anyone looking for a place to stay in Barcelona.

The flat is very comfortable, nice and clean. The roof top was very appreciated for coffee :-) The bed is comfortable and also the sofa. Everything is clean in the bathroom. It is located near the center and the subway is at 5mn max by feet, which was very appreciated (Girona station). We also appreciated the free breakfast at Bracafé just near the corner (coffee + croissant). We highly recommand the flat and all the team was very reactive to our reponses. We could also let our luggages in the room during the last day, so that we enjoyed the visit in Barcelona until the end.

As we were very spontaneous with this trip, we were happy to get confirmation immediately as we requested this booking. So perfect for the last minute reservation. The check in - check out procedures were very easy. Also after check out we left our baggage with concierge downstairs and had a nice last walk in the town. The flat is spacious and there was everything we needed. A bit a lack of a personal touch in the interiors, as it is a professional holiday apartment, not someones house. But it is pretty much visible on the pictures, so we knew what it is beforehand. What we didn't like was stains of rust on the bathtub - we couldn't bath our little son there, though we booked this apartment partly because of the bathtub. The terrace upstairs is great, we had there breakfasts with a nice view on neighbourhood. And he neighbourhood is perfect - just next doors is an old roofed market, where we bought fresh vegs and fruit every morning. The flat is centrally located, pretty everything in a walking distance.

Great apartment in the city center 5 minutes from Paseo de Gràcia and 10 minutes from the Sagrada Família. The entire apartment block of the apartment is managed by one company, which, on a permanent basis, has its representative there, which greatly facilitates interaction (getting keys, other current issues). The cost of renting is breakfast. Overall the apartment is very clean with new furniture and high-speed internet. The only drawback of the apartment is the bathroom. In the bathroom in the middle of the trough (bath tab) is rusty!

Very easy to check in, quiet area, great for using as a base to explore barcelona. $30 cab ride to/from the airport. We used the Metro to get down to all the beach, Las Ramblas & Montjuic Castle ( Highly recommend). We were glad to have a safe place to come and go throughout our stay & we used the roofdeck every night!

From our first moment of contact with Damien and Karolina at Picasso Suites 5.3, we had the most professional and attentive service. This suite is perfectly clean with tasteful and modern decor. Every day we congratulated ourselves (haha) on (blindly) choosing a place that was as well situated and well maintained. The Neighborhood: For us, the Eixample neighborhood is such a relief from the more touristy Gothic and Ramblas areas and a great place to experience how Barcelonans go about their days. It's like the elbow in Barcelona -- you can walk or bike in every direction and to every neighborhood in the city, including just a 10 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia, and experience some of the best architecture, shopping and Barcelona lifestyle just by stepping out the front door. Also, some excellent tapas to be had in that neighborhood, where locals are served huge portions of very authentic dishes. We also loved the daily breakfast in the cafe each morning. where Laura made us con leches and the typical Spanish breakfast sandwich. We loved the jamon and cheese one best. The Suite and host: A couple of things we especially loved about the Picasso Suite 5.3 were the access to the roof top deck and the very genuine helpfulness of Karolina. She planned a day trip up the Costa Brava for us that was one of our most memorable days and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in less-travelled neighborhoods like El Raval near the university. When we had difficulty understanding how to pick up our online ticket for La Sagrada, in about two seconds she was walking me over to the ticket broker. We also found letting Karolina book our taxi to and from the airport provided reasonably-priced, smooth transitions at the beginning and end of our trip. All in all, a really great experience in a really great location with a really great host. My only suggestion for light sleepers is to bring your earplugs, because Barcelona is noisy everywhere, and enjoy a very good bed and a very nice suite at Picasso 5.3. Other suggestions include getting a bike to explore the huge bike network around Barcelona. We used a company called Green Bikes. The bikes were great 3-speed cruisers, so we were able to go all the way up to Park Geuil and travel for kilometres along the amazing beach boardwalk. Green Bikes was totally relaxed and the employees all speak English very well. Like everyone else, we just parked the bikes on the street at night, using the locks provided. The city-wide bike share program seems to be more geared toward locals. Green Bike was 10 euros a day.

This was a fantastic apartment. Everything was very easy with regard to arriving and getting in. The apartment was well stocked and had all the amenities we could possibly want (washer, iron, hair dryer, etc). It is very conveniently located. If I had one complaint it would be that I'm a very light sleeper and the apartment is in the center of Barcelona. I must stress this is more my issue as the slightest noise wakes me up....ear plugs generally did the trick.

Damien's apartment is awesome! Very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The roof is a great place to relax. The wifi was not working well but we contacted Damien and he took care of it right away. He and his team are very professional. Their communication was excellent and they can help you set up anything you need from transportation to tours. They left a welcome bottle of sparkling wine too :) The location was good and had more of a neighborhood vibe. Very clean, trendy/posh, and safe. It is a short walk to Paseo de Gracia and about a 10-15 minute walk to Las Ramblas. I highly recommend this apartment.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Picasso Suites 5.3! The apartment is beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location for seeing all the sites in Barcelona. Damien provided lots of useful info before arrival. Karolina met us at check-in and was great about answering our questions. Her best tip was to get the T10 pass for the metro, since everything is so walkable. The rooftop patio is amazing... we will definitely return! P.S. The wifi worked perfectly for us!

Very nice apartment and equipment BUT a bit noisy and a VERY BAD WiFi internet connection!!! OMG, it was a nightmare...

We have been to BCN many times and stayed at various places but our choice this time of staying at Picasso Suites 5.3 Paseo de Gracia was the finest experience. The suite situated in a very safe neighbourhood and very near to the underground. The interior was handsomely spacious, well equipped and well designed with modern look & feel furniture. Thanks to the professionalism and thorough briefing in advance by Damien Harris & Team that we had arrived seamlessly at the suite and found everything we needed for our comfortable stay. We will certainly stay at this place or any places that host by Damien Harris & Team when we visit BCN in the future and highly recommend to any visitors.

Our stay at Damiens Appartment was perfect and great.It is close to many nice places and we didn't use the metro.There is a lovley market right beside the house.The appartment is equipped with everything you need and Damien is very friendly and helpful.WiFi is fast and the appartment is nicley cool with the air condition. We had a great and wonderful time here, thanks a lot. Evellio the man at the door os also very friendly and nice.
