We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona at Damien’s apartment. We had never been before and it was a perfect location to base out of and see everything we wanted to see. Quiet neighborhood and BONUS right next door to the Barcelona market, which was a fabulous place to stock up on meat, cheese, bread, etc. The apartment was everything it was represented to be and we also love the rooftop terrace for evening drinks and relaxing. Highly recommend and we’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

The stay was very smooth and hassle-free – one less thing to worry about! Furthermore, the services provided matched the description of the apartment, and the value for money was excellent. We didn’t feel like we were tourists in Barcelona. Sublime terrace; the only downside is the noise from Calle Valencia, which has become very busy in terms of traffic!

Super location. Great bonus with coupons for pastry and a drink. Communication is top, felt taken care of all the time with fast response and a smile from concierge. We had a technical problem and it was resolved the next day. The apartment is very simple, some elements could have been updated for a better perception. The sofa wasn’t really comfortable to sleep on. I would still recommend the place.

Damien was very helpful, kind and responsive. The place looks just like the photos and it is a very independent process (quiet). There were a few ants in the bathroom at random points but nothing major. There is a fan an ironing board available to use. The breakfast is small but fulfilling. I believe it equated to 2.50€ where you can pay the difference if you deviate from the coffee and pastry or 1/2 sandwich option. The neighborhood is very walkable being between L3 & L5 and I felt very safe walking the area alone at night. I would definitely come back and recommend to loved ones.

the place is not much old, you can hear the neighbors (earplugs to help) but all this overlaps with quick help and responsiveness of the host, respond instantly, they come to help immediately, they are very good at it. There is a super responsiveness of 10 points here.

Overall, the accommodation was good, but I wish the kitchen utensils were a little more prepared. And in the picture, I saw that there was a bathtub, but there was no bathtub in our room. But demian was very kind.

Damien's place gave me the ultimate Barcelona experience. I stayed in hotels my past 2 visits and what you pay vs what you get is ridiculous compared to Damien's place. I have paid 200+ euros a night for just a tiny square vs 250 here to get a beautiful apartment with a lovely view! Damien was great to respond to my messages, highly recommend this stay!

This place is fantastic! The unit faces the market; therefore, we heard limited street noise. We enjoyed the bottle of Cava provided by Damien on the amazing rooftop. The apartment is in walking distance of major attractions with a grocery store and pharmacy across the street. Don't hesitate, book now.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Self check in was a breeze and rooftop terrace was fantastic! Right in the middle of everything with lots of restaurants, bars, markets within a block or 2. 2.5 blocks off of Gràcia one of the main streets in Barcelona, 10 minute walk from La Rambla, and 15 from Sagrada/Gothic Quarter. 10/10 and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Barcelona!

The location was great. You could park nearby. The market was excellent and groceries were close. Good restaurants close by. I didn't have time to run, but it would have been a bit of a challenge because of waiting for traffic lights. Communication with the host was good. You could check yourself in. It was on the fifth floor with an elevator. The kitchen had minimal supplies. The only knife was a bread knife. The coffee maker was a Nestle Dolce Gusto (buy your own pods). The breakfast downstairs was from 9-12 (a coffee and pastry or small sandwich--hard to make time for. The AC only reached the main living room area, not into bedroom. We even put the fan in the doorway, but it didn't help cool the bedroom well. We did have problems getting the AC to stay on so contact host if you have issues. The AC also smelled of burning rubber while in use. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was the best shower we had in Spain. The view is nice. The roof area was nice with a good view.

Damien was a wonderful host and the apartment was nice and got us feeling like locals! The instructions for everything we needed were great, and Damien was flexible with the check-out time. Only thing to consider, if you are a restless sleeper, you might want to bring a pair of earplugs with you because the apartment is next to a busy street.

Location for this property was excellent, we could go everywhere from there either walking, by metro or bus. Close to restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and, best of all, the fresh market next door - amazing experience! The hosts communicated promptly and were there to welcome us and clarify any doubt we may had. The rooftop shared terrace was a super nice place to enjoy the city views at all times of the day. The included breakfast was nice to start the day, with the typical Spanish coffee and croissant or simple bocadillo. Because the apartment gets tons of sunshine during the day it may become a little warm, even during the fall, and the apartment has only one AC unit in the common area. We were able to manage by shutting the blinds off while being out of the apartment.

This little apartment is in a great location. A wonderful patisserie is across the street and the taxi stop is right on the corner. It’s also an easy walk to the Sagrada. The building is secure and the rooftop terrace is a definite plus! If you are a light sleeper, you will need ear plugs.

Lovely apartment, such a great location for exploring all the different districts. Roof terrace was absolutely great with a pretty view of the Sagrada Familia. The included breakfast at a nearby café was really great too, with outside tables. Powerful shower and a decent hair dryer which are normally terrible in air bnbs!! We were also surprised at how quiet the apartment was given it’s on a bustling road and we saw lots of groups up on the communal roof terrace who were staying in the same block. All in all, Loved it!

Great apartment with all the essentials. Needed to rebook same day because of a last minute cancellation from another host. Damien was super communicative and helpful in getting me in late in the evening same day. I am a wheelchair user and had no problem accessing the apartment. There are no steps and a ramp directly to the elevator on the ground floor, and the elevator takes you directly to the apartment. There is a great restaurant right underneath the apartment and a ton of great hidden gems in the neighborhood. For the cost, I thought this place was a great value. Hope to come back again in the near future!

Just as described. Great location with many cafes right adjacent, a market and supermarket next door. Comfortable bed, clean apartment. Very quiet with great AC. Good restaurants nearby as well. The rooftop deck was a nice bonus as was being able to do laundry. Damien and Karolina were super helpful.

The perfect place to stay in Barcelona! The apartment is nicely appointed, the bed and pillows were heavenly, and the location was phenomenal. Beautiful views from the apartment and the rooftop terrace. Walking distance to the main sights and to many tour pickup locations. Local restaurants are everywhere, and we recommend the little Italian cucina and pizzeria two blocks west of the apartment. Damien and his staff were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Don't hesitate to book the Picaaso Suite!

The Picasso is an excellent choice! Roomy, clean, modern and spacious. The roof top lounging and dining space lends to beautiful views. Damien and his staff could not have been more friendly, accommodating and helpful. Cabs are convenient but walking is easy. So many good places to eat and shop just a few minutes away. The flat was pretty nice, lots of commodities, washing machine etc. We were able to cook our meals as it was during covid pandemic. There has been an unfortunate power outage in the whole neighbourhood and Damien was quick to reply and inform us about it when it happened and thankfully it didn't last long. Overall a great location, we managed however to have it at a reduced price which helped chose this place over another

I highly recommend this apartment to ur guys without any hesitation. Damien is very friendly and nice, all the staff here are also very very polite and helpful. The location is very good, very easy to find. There are good restaurants like the Nine just done stairs, supermarkets markets are just around the apartment. Subway station is like 4 mins of walking. I had a very nice and unforgettable stay in here.

Looking for a great location in walking distance to everything you wish to se in Barcelona? You won't go wrong here. The city is large but we strolled to the waterfront and to the Park Guell from the apartment, it is a ways away but doable. There is nothing you can't reach from the Gothic area to Sagrada Familia. It can get a bit load and from time to time you will hear the neighbours but not too bothersome after a long day of trekking. The bed was extremely comfortable! The breakfast that is included is nice, though not enough to fill you up. If you want more, there are plenty of places including Billy Brunch just a block away. For dining, don't go to far, step outside and turn left and you will find 9 Nines, it is worth it but plan you day to leave some space as you will want to try everything. A play that is just outside the main hustle and bustle and just close enough to experience all that Catalunya has to offer. Bon Dia

Damien’s place was nice. I was really excited about the roof terrace. Unfortunately, Barcelona weather was not so nice to us (windy, rainy, and cold :(). My husband and I were bummed couldn’t enjoy more. We went up for a quick view and it was beautiful. The added touches were what made this place stand out. Damien sent so many suggestions, well ahead of time, which was so nice. He responded very quickly, and even provided a free breakfast/lunch token for the 2 days we stayed. The water and bottle of champagne in the fridge were a nice little surprise too. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

Damien's picasso suite was a great place to enjoy Barcelona. Cute apartment in a perfect location (safe neighborhood and walking distance to almost everything in town). One major highlight was the thoughtful care and quick responses from Damien and his team. Our little one was not feeling well and the Picassosuites team helped us find care. Small things like help with things to do, guidance with check-in/check-out and taxis, fixing some issues with the place quickly and helping us walk our luggage to our car across the street really went a long way in making us feel welcome. Main reason for taking off a star: Although there were no functional issues with the place, the apartment did feel a little old and worn . Unfortunately the kitchen/dining area wasn't cleaned well and there were pieces of glass on the floor. It took a cut on the toe before we noticed the glass, and fortunately we were able to clean it before our crawling baby cut himself.

Wow, such a huge terrace in the heart of the city! We really enjoyed our stay at Picasso Suites, for several reasons. First, the apartment itself is large and the bed is super comfy. Very quiet apartment. Great location, super convenient and breakfast provided each morning is a nice perk! The apartment is very clean, has wonderful hot water and high-pressure shower, and complete kitchen, including dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and even a clothes washer. The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace, which offers a luxurious outdoor area to relax and have a glass of wine. The elevator is fast and the location is an easy walk to everything we wanted to do...so close to Sagrada Familia, shopping, dining, Gaudi, bus lines, taxis stop right out front. It was a nice place to stay and the communication with Damien was excellent, fast, clear and helpful. Easy to recommend this place to friends and family. I would definitely stay here again!

Damien and his team are just amazing. They let us leave our luggage in the building as we had a very early flight into barcelona. This helped us explore the city till the room was ready for checkin. The apartment is so spacious and clean. It has a washing machine (bliss!). It has everything you need at it’s doorstep. The main square is an easy 5 minute walk away. The beauty of the location is you are very central, and can walk to the main attractions within 5 to 15mins. Yet you are able to escape the busyness and touristy stuff and enjoy your stay in a beautiful neighbourhood amongst the locals, eating at the cafes and restaurants which the locals enjoy. Just perfect and highly recommend to anyone thinking about holiday accommodation in beautiful barcelona.

BOOK THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN! Picasso Suites made our stay in Barcelona better than we could've hoped. Damien and his team made this feel like a high-end hotel experience. This was, hands-down, the best place we stayed on our three city trip in Spain, and it felt safe, comfortable and easily walkable to anything you'd want to do in Barcelona. Absolute gem.

I hit the jackpot with this place. Lovely, clean and modern but with that Barcelona charm, right in the middle of town. I was traveling to Barcelona from Sitges and it was really dodgy when my arrival time would be but Karoline kept in touch with me and was right on site when I arrived. She checked me in and it was smooth and wonderful. Loved the amazing apartment, all the amenities of a hotel and more of the intimacy. Plus the bottle of Cava in the refrigerator was a plus.

The check-in process was really easy and straight forward. After a long 12 hour flight, we were greeted with a nice bottle of chilled cava that we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace. This was a great start to our time in Barcelona. The metro was only a couple block away from the condo, 15 minute walk from Sagrada Familia, and there are lots of restaurants around to choose from. The complimentary breakfast gave a nice start to the day. Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable and would definitely come back in the future!

I give Damien and his team an A+ for communication. Check-in was seamless, and they even accommodated my request for late check out and offered to store my luggage in the apartment due to a late afternoon flight. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine and water, which was very nice! This isn’t the most stylish Airbnb but it’s safe and well located.

The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Damien left a bottle of champagne in The fridge, so we enjoyed a glass up on the rooftop balcony. Walking distance to everything we needed. Also just a short walk to buses to see the sights. The restaurants in the neighborhood were fabulous. I would definitely stay at Damiens apartment next time we come to Barcelona. Again we had a wonderful time.

Damien was an amazing host. I had a couple of questions on arrival and he answered right away by email. Check in was a breeze. Damien even arranged a taxi for us in the morning which I really appreciated. The place was very clean, made use of the washing machine and loved the rooftop terrace. Spotless, great location, and a welcoming bottle of water AND cava in the fridge! Damien is a great host, his emails full of good information and super helpful. The apartment is in a good location, right next to a lovely flower and fresh food market. Do know that this building appears to be mostly rental apartments, and as such feels a bit less “homey” that some of the other flats/villas in the neighborhood....not an issue at all for us, but could be something to consider.

I would absolutely recommend you stay with Damien! We had an excellent, efficient stay from start to finish. Multiple family members were staying in multiple units here and it could not have worked out better for our family's needs! Damien and Karolina were always available to answer any questions or respond to any needs within minutes through Airbnb messaging. Once I called Karolina to coordinate check-out plans; she answered immediately and allowed us to securely store our belongings for several more hours before our departure. Beforehand, I thought we would want to stay closer to the Gothic Quarter/El Born districts, but I am so glad we chose to stay at Damien's suites in the Eixample area. It had a nice, quiet, upscale yet residential feel and felt safer than some of the more lively areas but was also within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya (and the Sagrada Familia in the opposite direction!). Not to mention, directly next to a wonderful flower and fresh food market, which was fun to browse as well! My girlfriend and I walked home late on one or two occasions from the Passeig de Gracia area and the nearest Metro and we felt safe, though I still wouldn't recommend walking alone (anywhere) at night. There always seemed to be several workers at the flower market out front late at night (finishing or maybe even starting their duties!), near the Picasso entrance, which made us feel even safer when coming home after midnight. Additionally, we did not need the kitchen or living area because we were on-the-go so much, but having access to a washer was a great perk, since we had been in Paris prior to arriving. We wish we would have had more time to leisurely enjoy the lovely rooftop terrace, but we packed so much in we didn't spend much time at home! Last but not least, Damien has great recommendations for whatever you may be in search for... casual tapas, an upscale or trendy dinner spot, guided tours, a day trip, etc. Just ask!

Damien’s place is a great location. You are able to walk to city center and many areas nearby. Several restaurants are very close. Next door is an amazing flower market. Further inside the market is a complete Mercado with meats, cheeses, breads, Vegetables and also a store with anything you need. This is a very local market. It closes early Saturday and is not open on Sunday. A light breakfast was provided via the restaurant next door. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. We had a bottle of Cava and a bottle of water in the refrigerator when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was such an added bonus. We were not savvy enough to use the washing machine on our own (limited Spanish). We contact Damien and his assistant quickly came to the rescue. Very good customer service and we would certainly recommend and would stay again. Oh, and there was an elevator too.

The communication w/ Damien is a very quick turn around. The place looked just like the photos and it was sparkling clean. Our flight came in early and they accommodated us. Maria and Karolina (I hope I got their names right) were friendly and kind, always a smile and a hello. The location is perfect, totally walkable to everywhere. The breakfast tokens were a very nice added bonus. The location was quiet, yes a little noise on the weekend nights but that is to be expected. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy some cava. HIGHLY recommend this property and it's staff.

Damien and his team are top notch. The apartment is great and is exactly as advertised. Location is fantastic - close enough to walk to both new and old parts of Madrid. Very accessible. The morning breakfast + coffee was great. Note: Please be prepared to share traveler details with host team such as passport details and date of travel so that they can enter it for govt records. And if privacy is important and you would rather the host team not have a photo/copy of your passport - pls mention. They’re helpful. The apartment also had free large bottle of water and champagne which were both nice touch. Apartment is super clean and self contained. Great choice for a couple or a small family. My stay at Damien's place in Barcelona was great from the get to (actually from much earlier than the actual trip). Communication between booking and check-in was always clear, which made me feel very confident that everything would work out perfectly. And it did: check-in was pretty easy and seamless, and the space was sparkly clean and very accurate in comparison to the listed photos. Localization was quite good as well, very easily accessible. I would strongly recommend anyone traveling to Barcelona to stay at Damien's place.

Great. It had everything I needed in an Airbnb, and the cleaning was so good. There's a fresh food market right next to it, so it was fun to go grocery shopping. Both the subway and bus to the tourist attractions have to walk for about 5 minutes, so please note.

Picasso Suites 4.3 is well located in a quiet residential area with easy metro and walking access. Everything we wanted to see was within a 10-20 minute walk or an easy metro ride. There is a huge food and flower market next door to buy some fruit or even to buy food for an at home meal. The included breakfast at a local cafe around the corner is a thoughtful add-on for a coffee and croissant each morning. You feel like a local stopping by. The descriptions and communications suggest that this is Damien’s home (or second home) but it is a small hotel with 20 rentals. However, it does mean that Damien runs it as a professional business with easy and convenient check in and great communications prior to visit with tips and suggestions. Find time to sit on the rooftop terrace, it is a nice well kept space.

Wow! Better than expected. Perfect combination of historic feeling and contemporary living. Sensational location, just 3+ blocks off of Carre de Gracias, and only a 15 minute walk to most everywhere you want to go, including the Mediterranean (beaches) and most of the important sights in Barcelona. Damien was a great host. Damien's communication was always quick. We requested an early check-in and late check-out and Damiel was able to accommodate that. We were in Barcelona during the taxi strike and Damien made a point to alert us of that before our arrival, which was very thoughtful. Check-in and out was simple. We loved our stay in Barcelona! Damien and his team were super considerate before and during our stay. We arrived a few hours before the scheduled check-in time and yet we were able to enter the apt immediately! The apartment is super well located, close to several attractions, transportation, with many restaurants and bars nearby. As a couple with a three-year-old son, we had some meals in the apartment and the only thing we missed was one or two extra pots, some platters to put the food and American games to set the table. Everything else was perfect! We recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

My wife and I visited Barcelona and LOVED our stay at the Picasso suites. Damien and his team are fantastic hosts & the apartment was perfect for our stay. Loved the rooftop for eveving cava and wine. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia and Casa Basilo, and very accessible metro stations to help get you around the city, all the way from the beach to park Güell. Damien and team run this like a well oiled machine. We received all the detials for the apartment and area well before we arrived. Check in and checkout was seamless. We had one incident a couple of nights with the intercom system going off during sleep hours that may have been caused by a faulty button which was unpleasant to wake up to. However, I messaged Damien and got a response immediately. Walkable to metros and a great secluded area but close enough to the action! Thank you!

My husband and I came to Barcelona to visit our son. We absolutely loved Damien's lovely apartment. It was in a very clean and safe building and Karolina was a wonderful concierge. But what was so amazing was when I called her, on our last night in the city, to ask her where to take our son who had become violently ill, she connected me immediately to an English speaking service who sent a doctor to treat him. Damien allowed us to stay the following day until 3 in the afternoon. My husband and I are very grateful for being treated so kindly during a time of extreme stress and fear. It is nice to know that not only will your host provide you a lovely place to stay but in case of an emergency, is there to help. Damien and Karolina certainly rise to the occasion.

Damien's place is located very close to old town, in a hip neighborhood. 24 hour check-in and their hospitality are huge pluses. The only complaint would be that the hot water would come and go while showering - even during a quick shower. They accommodated our late flight and let us check out late without issues. I forgot to print out a key reservation, and they printed it for me. Damien & Karolina are great hosts. The elevator was out of order when we checked in late, but it was working first thing in the morning. Really appreciated their responsiveness. Tip: Check out the huge neighborhood market next door!

Come on. Damien is a very attentive host, he responds quickly to messages, is friendly and communicative. All my doubts were answered in advance, I was also forwarded suggestions for me to get to the apartment in as many ways as possible. Before I even got to the apartment I received a flawless email containing the instructions for my stay. I did not need to be welcomed by anyone due to the professionalism of the host and modernity of the apartment. In the mailbox I entered a password previously sent to me where I found an envelope with a fantastic Barcelona map, 2 cards to access the apartment, tips and poker sheets (yes, I said poker chips!). There was a letter with all the instructions about my stay, including mentioning the breakfast offered for free. We felt safe and happy with the welcome that left no doubt. The building is modern and nice decorated. As for the apartment, it was positively surprised. It's much bigger than I expected, extremely clean, equipped, with a lighting (natural and fantastic artificial) and safe. A family could stay in the apartment, but for a couple it's more than ideal. I was greeted with typical Catalonian sweets (turrón) and a bottle of champagne that was in the refrigerator. The location is perfect! Close to bakeries, markets, bars, restaurants, churches, taxi stands, and right next door there is a municipal market that supplies any need, besides being beautiful! I recommend everyone to stay in this place when they go to Barcelona. I hope to come back soon and I hope Damien's apartment is available as it is better than any hotel!

Damien's place is ideally located for visiting casa batlo or pedrera or sagrada familia on foot(10/15 minutes) and tourist bus and not too far from public transport! moreover a very nice market is next door!we spent good nights with our little Lucas windows closed!the bed is very comfortable welcome after long days to walk around Barcelona! on foot we are still far from the old town(30 min)but we still had a pleasant stay! Our group of 12 very much enjoyed the apartments. One of the reasons why I booked her is because there is an elevator going up. Damien also allowed us to use one of the 3 BR apartment's dining area as our main dining. It was very easy communicating with him. The location is just 4 blocks away from the main shopping street AND it is right beside the Concepcion Market. There is also a super mercado right across. I would definitely recommend this apartments.

We had a wonderful time at Picasso Suites! The apartment was very clean with more than enough room for two people. We really enjoyed the rooftop - amazing views of the city, including La Sagrada! The location is perfect. The apartment is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. We felt very safe walking around at all times of the day. We had a lovely stay in the Picasso Suite. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos and all very clean and tidy, with everything as described. We arrived very late and check in was very quick and easy, we were in and unpacking in minutes. The Cava and water in the fridge was a nice touch and same with the tokens for breakfast, although we unfortunately weren't left enough for our stay. To be clear the terrace for this apartment is shared with others in the apartment block, and 2 floors up from the room. We weren't aware of this, but it didn't cause any issues, although people did use the terrace to smoke a lot. We tried to use their services provided to book a cab back to the airport as we had an early flight, however they were unable to book this due to short notice, even though we asked over 12 hours before required. We ended up booking our own cab using Cabify, which was extremely reliable and cost effective. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

After arriving at the building, it became obvious that this is not a traditional Airbnb, but a hotel without physical staff. Check-in was easy. Our apartment was more worn than in the photos. The apartment is located in a nice part of Barcelona away from the main tourist areas. There are markets, bakeries, and shops close by, and the tourist areas are 20+ mins away on foot, with public transport also possible. The deck is featured in the listing, but don't let it sway your decision. It is a roof deck that you'll be unlikely to use. The air conditioning unit is in the living room so the cool air doesn't quite make it to the bedroom, and is quite noisy. The kitchen is stocked with basic items, but not for involved meal preparation. There is a washing machine but no dryer so you'll need a couple of days to dry your clothes. There are no instructions for the washing machine so if you aren't familiar with European washers, ask for instructions ahead of time.

I couldn't recommend this accommodation highly enough. We arrived late and everything was left for us with very clear instructions. The apartment was sensational - clean, well-equppied and aircon that worked beautifully. And an elevator! We pestered Damien for a number of things throughout the trip and he and his staff went above and beyond and responses were always prompt. The apartment is within walking distance of several different metro lines making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay again.

Damien’s place is by far the best airbnb service that i have experienced! The place is more like a serviced apartment rather than a homestay. The unit is very clean, fresh towels, clean linen, and a luxurious and comfy bed. The place is very convenient and very central! Just a few minutes walk to La Rambla and steps away from a farmers Market. The wifi is high speed. The heater, air conditioner, were working very well. Free Shampoo & Soap provided, an iron, hairdryer, cable TV where a few essentials provided. On the plus side which i really loved was the coffee maker! The Rooftop Terrace has a gorgeous view of the area and you can actually see the Sagrada Familia from there! Free Breakfast at the Cafe below, and a bottle of Champagne in the fridge, upon Arrival! This was a very nice stay! We will definitely recommend this place to our traveller friends. It was very comfortable and it felt like home. The bed was soft and comfortable. A bottle ofchampaig was a nice touch as well as breakfast tokens, which we did not expect. It was very nice that we had an option to have a driver to pick us up at the airport. It made our arrival worry free and fast. The patio was very comfortable and clean and scenic. The only thing that was not clear from the posting is whether it was accesdible right from the appartment or not. It was not. But it was very easy just to grab our wine a treats and go seat there. We were always alone there. One other feature we loved is that it was close to the market which we visited a number of times and got some local foods and saved a trip to the restaurant. So overall, we had a great stay and if we go back to Barcelona - will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a few days in Barcelona, centrally located to amazing restaurants, easy to walk to major sites as well. The check in process and communication beforehand were great too, thanks again for the bottle of cava upon arrival!

The apartment was in a perfect location. Within walking distance to everything including bars, restaurants and shops. The roof terrace was a great bonus as the weather was fab when we were there. The only down side to the apartment was it was a little noisy, especially on an evening. You can hear traffic and also the residents coming and going. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Easy and quik communication. The apartment is situated great, especially og you like a resturant- the area is packed! The apartment is confortable and is a good place to rest between the mant sights and shopping in Barcelona

Excellent stay. The market shown in the pictures is literally right next door! The free breakfast included each day is a nice touch! Everything was clean, well kept and modern. I will definitely stay here on my next visit!

Our stay at Damien's place was perfect. The apartment was very clean and nice. The location is perfect, everything is just minutes away, and the neighborhood is amazing. Damien was very attentive and they greeted us with some wine upon our arrival. Our overall stay was amazing, I would definetely book this place again.

The accommodation is conveniently located between the very pleasant neighborhood of Gracia and the Gotic neighborhood. The apartment is warm, decorated with quality materials, quiet, very clean and very comfortable. Great bedding! (Memory mattresses and pillows Hosts are accommodating, available and easily reachable. We enjoyed ourselves. We strongly recommend!

This flat was a great find - in between Passeig de Gracia for shops and food and the incredible Sagrada Familia basilica. The neighborhood was great! I also loved working with our hosts - the check in was seemless, and Karolina was very quick to respond when I messaged her with questions. She even had a bottle of cava ready for our arrival :) I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very clean, which is super important for me. The terrace is wonderful for a glass of wine and to watch the sunset. The AC is only in the living room but don't worry...it is very powerful and if you leave the bedroom door open it feels great. Minutes away from La Sagrada Familia and many restaurants and bars. I was also not feeling well during my trip and was able to call one of the hosts for suggestions on where to buy soups. Very friendly and available whenever we needed them. The perfect place to stay in Barcelona if you want to experience the city as though you lived there.

It is just a great apartment, very clean, modern and practical. The location is OK for us,in a more residential area, with nice restaurants,and good access to Metro. Still we did not use the metro, it was taking 40 minutes to walk to the beach Barceloneta,and we preferred to enjoy walking in Barcelona.Other touristic places like Plaza Catalunya or Sagrada Familia will take around 15 minutes by walking, We had very early check in at 08:00 because the apartment was available by chance, and it was great. Will definitely stay again.

Damien and Karolina were perfect hosts. They provided a ton of information about the city, neighborhood, and activities ahead of time in a personalized guide. They gave us details of how to find the suite, including multiple directions which made finding the property a breeze! Ahead of our visit they provided check-in details and accommodated our early arrival and were responsive to all emails. The room was filled with modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and was very clean. It was quiet and had AC which was a wonderful welcome after days of walking around the city seeing the sights. Could not recommend the location more highly as it is right in the center of a very cool neighborhood where you can walk to everything. You will find it safe, comfortable, and exactly like it looks in the photos. Looking forward to visiting again soon and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice flat; accurate description and centrally located. Very well organised stay from the moment we arrive at airport. Exactly what we were looking for a 2 night stay. We booked for another 4 night stay a week later. Karolina and Maria were excellent too; taking care of us. Highly recommended!

The listing was accurate- Damien and his team made us feel welcome - They were very responsive- Location was excellent- Bed was very confortable -Unfortunately the first night had neighbours who had loud music and a party all night until 9:00 am so impossible to sleep- Karolina was responsive and moved us to another appart to make sure it would not happen the next day-

The stay at Damien's apartment was pleasant. The apartment is central, right next to the La Concepció market, with many shops in the area and metro station (Girona) two blocks away. I would highlight the very quick and attentive response from the beginning and during the 5-night stay. The location. The views without buildings in front and the light that comes in through the large windows in the dining room and bedroom. Comfort in general. The detail of a bottle of water and cava at no cost in the fridge and also some vouchers for breakfast in a bar next to the apartment. Correct cleaning. As inconvenient to say that the kitchen cloth was clean but with a strong smell of oil, it just took a message for the manager to bring a couple of new rags. It took me a bit to understand the programs of the washing machine and make it work as I wanted, the manager also helped me quickly. The bathroom sink glass was not completely clean. I would go back to Damian's apartment

My husband and I stayed in the Picasso Suites. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Most importantly, the neighborhood is really fantastic - really centrally located and easy walking distance to so many great Barcelona things to do and see. Also a very safe neighborhood. The apartment itself was clean, as was the building. Simple furniture and design, but more then comfortable. Damien and his team were really fantastic - were in touch frequently and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place!
