My 3 and a half week stay in one of the Penthouse 1 in Cornellà de Llobregat was very enjoyable. The street is quiet and peaceful while having a few meters from local shops and very friendly restaurants/bar! Its location is a 5min walk from the metro station allowed me to really discover Barcelona while enjoying a quiet area and a pleasant terrace (pity that there is not a small more comfortable armchair/ sunbed to enjoy more). The only downside is the noise in the building of 8 apartments where the doors do not have handles, guests/ occupants are forced to slam the door in a stairwell where everything resonates... Damien's assistants were very responsive but I would have appreciated a little more human warmth upon arrival with culinary/ bottle attention, practical instructions or even recommendations in the neighborhood. Anyway, my discovery of Barcelona was great and the accommodation was very nice!

A nice stay for a couple of nights in a rather calm neighbourhood. Close to a shopping center and few good restaurants, plus 5 minutes walk from the metro to go to the center of Barcelona. Might look expensive, but considering the crazy pricing of accommodation around Barcelona, it is actually a pretty good deal. The host was very nice and responsive, no problems there.

I really enjoyed my stay! The penthouse apartment was just right for what I needed and Damien truly is a SUPER host. He was very easy to communicate with and always fast with responding to any questions. The place was VERY clean and the area was peaceful. I loved that the whole neighborhood was easily walkable (I love to walk) and the apartment was a short walking distance from a nice big shopping mall and the train station as well - very easy to get into the downtown Barcelona area. The host guide was helpful. The only thing that was just a SLIGHT inconvenience for me were the stairs to get up to the apartment but that is only because I had 2 very large, heavy bags. (I am strong so I was fine. Haha!) I would definitely stay here again. I felt completely comfortable as if it were my home. Many thanks to Damien!

The penthouse I stayed in 4 nights loved it. It was all spotless and had everything I needed. I went to a congress at the Fira de Cornellà, 8 minutes walk away. Also the area is quiet and I was able to shop late. There are two supermarkets that close at 23h00. There are also cafes and terraces nearby in addition to a large shopping mall. Highly recommended. Also the host is very friendly, gives clear and precise instructions and is always attentive. Arrival is very easy. It's with a code. Eye: This penthouse doesn't have an elevator but for me it wasn't a problem. Thanks Damien!

I had a wonderful stay at Damien’s place. It was within walking distance to the train to visit Barcelona. Many families walking in the neighborhood and outside at Local cafes. It was a great experience and Damien was great!
