Great home base for Barcelona exploration! The AC was crucial for a comfortable stay, and the property was a quick 10-15 min walk to many attractions (an even closer walk to the metro stop a couple blocks down if you'd prefer). The building concierge was always helpful with any questions/concerns we had, and the host was amazingly flexible with early checkin/checkout. Would recommend!

Damien was an amazing host, along with his concierge. Hyper-responsive and very amenable. Really appreciated the flexibility with early check-in time. The location was amazing - short walk to everything. Loved the restaurant downstairs and appreciated the discount. Also loved the rooftop.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay in Barcelona, which was definitely enhanced by our stay in Picasso Suites. The apartment itself was very inviting with a nice living room and 3 bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. It was convenient to have ready access to a washing machine for some mid-trip laundry. Damien and his colleagues were extremely responsive in regard to questions that we had, and, while we know it might not have been possible, we appreciated their flexibility when we asked to stay in the apartment for a few extra hours so we could squeeze in one more museum visit before our train to Madrid. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to major sites like Segrada Família and Casa Mila. As an amateur magician I was thrilled that it was within walking distance of 2 magic shops, including the oldest one in Europe. If we return to the magical city of Barcelona, which I certainly hope that we do, we would definitely try to stay in Picasso Suites.

we had a really good time at Damien's place. The location is great you can just walk to many spots right from the apartment. The rooms were really good, and you will get a nice view from the rooftop terrace. Could be that you hear the elevator from the room but this wasn't a problem for us. The wifi was not qreat but this didn't annoy us too much - we had a very nice time in Barcelona thanks to this place!

We really appreciated the location of this apartment, with wonderful views and a lovely flower market right next door. It was also an easy walk/bike ride to all the wonderful things that bring you to Barcelona. The unit itself was very spacious and comfortable. And the breakfast next door was also a real plus.

The very first thing I can say about Damien is his impeccable communication. I was originally interested in another property of his. I sent a couple questions and he responded with answers and even offered me to rent a different apartment that fit my needs. The apartment is so wonderful. It’s the perfect location to get to anywhere just by walking. We walked to La Sagrada in 15min, and the Gaudí House in 15min. The apartment provides all the essentials plus amazing access to the rooftop terrace. Which we took advantage of every night! The building is very secure and the check in/out process was incredibly easy. For the size, the location and the price, you can’t beat this apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to visit Barcelona !

We loved Damiens home! The location was incredible - walking distance to so many things, surrounded by great food and cafe’s, making us feel like we were part of the neighborhood/community. We were lucky to have been there during a neighborhood block party - it was a party outside of our front door! We (5 people total) booked last minute as our original reservation was a complete mess and unmanageable for us - within minutes of booking we were in communication with Damien on checking in and getting settled. I cannot say enough about his great communications, and clear/succinct directions. Damien also went above and beyond as we were heading to the airport and scheduled/called a (larger) cab for us and our luggage as the passing cabs max at 4 people. The apt was clean, as described, and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would 100% stay here again next time we are in Barcelona!

Location, location, location. We felt a part of Barcelona--not a touristy area. Local restaurants were amazing, and convenient grocery store/coffee shop across the street. The roof deck was an added treat--perfect place to relax after sightseeing (amazing views).

Excellent place, very close to 3 metro stations, 2 steps from the Sagrada Familia, 30 minutes from the airport by direct train. Well-equipped accommodation. Excellent welcome from Karolina who allowed us access to the apartment earlier and looked after our luggage on the last day. Perfect communication. Supermarket and bakery across the street. Fruit/vegetable/meat/flowers market right next door. Only downside: double glazing a little fair, you can still hear the traffic, if not well insulated.

This place was great! Beautiful location with cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants galore. It was a short walk to Gracia shopping district, Sagrada Familia, and other sights. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace during Festival of St Joan fireworks! Beds and pillows were more comfy than any hotel. Check in and check out could not have been easier. What a lovely stay!

Great, comfortable, well located apartment a little outside of the tourist areas but within easy walking distance to the metro and some tourist sites. A good place to stay with children and very accommodating with crib and high chair (we stayed with a 1 year old and 2 year old). Overall we were very happy and the service from Carolyn was outstanding and she really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable! Be aware that the roof top terrace was shared with the entire building (all serviced apartments I think) but most of the time we had it to ourselves and it makes a nice addition to the stay and safe for children to wander and explore while you have a bite to eat.

Great apartment right in the middle of one of the most impressive touristic destinations in Spain! We visited Barcelona with three young kids and the apartment was perfect... Within easy walking distance of the Sagrada Familia, the Casa Battlo and the Pedreira, we did not feel the need to take the metro/underground/subway until the fourth day of our stay. If you ever want to take the metro, is it just as conveniently located, with at least two lines within a 10-minutes walk! The rooftop terrace is wonderful for a late afternoon snack grabbed at the market located next door. The market was perfect with tons of fresh fish, seafood, olives and, despite the language difference, smily faces that strive to meet your needs as soon as you try to get understood in Catalan! Very clean apartment, with three bedrooms, as advertised... The A/C was sufficient for our needs and the kitchen offers the all the basics for cooking a simple homemade dinner...

We found the apartment to be spacious, comfortable, in a great location. There was a little problem with hot water, and the stove top, and Damien's team solved them quickly. Damien helped me find a nearby gym, and worked with me on check in and check out times. Towels and beds were as good as any top hotel. We will stay at this apartment next time we're in Barcelona.

We had an amazing stay at Picasso Suites - Damien and the team have great communication, are super helpful, and run a great place in the city. The location is superb - you feel very safe, it's close to everything, in an area of the city that's mostly beautiful old buildings, and you're a short walk to the main high-end shopping area of the city. Damien and Karolina set up transportation for us to and from the airport - great service. Check-in is super easy since the Keats are in a lock box in the mailroom area of the building. The apartment is very spacious and well-appointed. Heater kept us nice and warm. The team was even able to get us a high chair for our baby to use while we were there - I asked for it one morning before we stepped out to get our included breakfast, and it was in the apartment by the time we returned. Do not hesitate to stay here! It's a great find that will not disappoint!

Size and location of the apartment is good, few minutes walk to passeig de gracia Little Breakfast to start a good day in Barcelona But be careful even in the 5th floor, it's still noisy, Only one room is ok ... but you can't open the windows because its very smelly (got all the aeration of the restaurant) Wifi not work is the room Good Communication with Damien and his staff

The place was great for a group of friends. Clean, with a lot of light and the air con which was kind of indispensable with those high temperatures! The apartment is 15 minutes walk from nice restaurants and bars so it is quite calm but still close to the evening's activities! It is right next to two supermarkets. At the end of our stay, we had some trouble in reaching the owner to know where to store our luggage but the problem was eventually solved in the morning.

Listing was accurate, great A/C, rooftop was wonderful, location and views were excellent. It was really nice having chips for free breakfast next door at our convenience. The team was also responsive when/if we needed them. There were only two negatives: WiFi was spotty and didn't work for a big part of our stay (which was the only way we had to communicate with them on our end), and the door keypad stopped working after day one. They were kind enough to change out keys, but that didn't solve the problem. We still had a master key, which was great, and the white keys worked well to open the main areas. They arranged great rides to/from airport, and I am sure would be willing to make other arrangements if we wanted. Thanks!

Everything was as it should be, nothing luxurious but clean and everything we needed, the location was very nice and everything worked smoothly. Very nice to have water and cava in the fridge. When we left on Monday we had to store our luggage and since the next gests weren't arriving until the day after they allowed us to store the luggage inside the appartment, very good service.

We had a great stay in our stay. Listing as advertised. The neighborhood is convenient because a lot of shops around, on the other hand a very small distance from the center center. That said, a €5 taxi ride to reach this center. Otherwise the big bonus is the terrace. Attention, the terrace is shared.

The apartment is very well located. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Very good organization at check in. We did not see Damien, but Karolina and/or Maria are present in the lobby every morning if needed. In case of request by email, there is a lot of responsiveness as well. The terrace (shared) is very good for enjoying the sun and view. Breakfast is included in a nearby cafe and the manager is very welcoming. The restaurant right next door (Le nine) is amazing. The dishes are hearty and tasty and the service excellent. The covered market right next door is perfect for shopping or consuming a fresh fruit juice (1 euro per glass).

The apartment is well located in a nice and convenient part of town, easily walkable to many places and/or close to metro stops. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. Wonderful place to spend 2 weeks in Barcelona. Having a kitchen in the apartments was great, especially given that a wonderful city market is right next door. Location was perfect with almost the entire city within walking distance. The apartment itself was great. Clean, comfortable, nice views; all you could want. Be aware that although there are two bathrooms, one is significantly larger than the other. While the larger has a full bathtub/shower combination, the smaller has a quite small corner shower stall. This is not a criticism, per se, just an observation for larger people, people with disabilities, older people, etc. Having staff available in the lobby through much of the day was very nice, and they were helpful in printing off travel documents, etc. I would definitely recommend this AirBnB accommodation.

When had some issues with check-in. When we arrived the apartment was not available and we were transferred to a hotel. Aside from that, the staff was very nice and kind and did whatever they could to accommodate and compensate us. Damien was very responsive. The apartment is about 15 min away (walking) from Catalunya plaza. there's no AC in the rooms, only in the living room. The photos of the apartment in the airbnb post represents the reality and the apartment is quite spacious and nice.

We loved staying at the apartment. It was literally like home from home - actually, even nicer! We were welcomed at the door by Karolina and the level of help & service was exceptional for the whole stay. The apartment itself is amazing, everything is provided, we didn't want for anything, we requested an extra fan as it was really hot in 1 of the bedrooms that doesn't have aircon and received one within 20 mins. Is in a fantastic location, close enough to everything you would like but far away enough so not disturbed in the evening by any noise. The rooftop terrace is AWESOME! :-) We genuinely thank you for your hospitality and without doubt will make this our first choice to stay whenever we visit Barcelona (which we will, because let's face it. It's fabulous!!) We look forward to seeing you all again sometime in the future.

Great apartment in a nice part of the city, very easy to get to but away from the noise of the Gothic Quarter. Best of all was the wonderful team of hosts, particularly Karolina. Thanks for all the great advice! The apartment is large and very comfortable and just as it is described and photographed. We'd happily stay here again.

The flat is very nice and centric! It has everything you need. We didn't get to meet Damien but the people that work for the Picasso Suites are very gentle. The breakfast provided is good but basic. My parents and sisters stayed there for 4 nights and they were very pleased and comfy. They told me the beds are very nice but maybe they should provide more towels. There where not enough plastic bags for the trash and no cleaning wipes either. Those where the only things that we thought that were missing! Great vacations though!!!
