Damien was very good host, he responded to our questions quite promptly. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of most tourist attractions. The apartment itself had very basic facilities. The air conditioner needs to be kept on all the time. it was extremely hot, probably because all the rooms faced the sun. The host provided free breakfast should be a highlight.

Damien's apartment is very well located, and you can do many things on foot. The breakfast included and the kindness of providing toys for my son were a great plus. The flat is on a lower floor and the window faces the market. There was a bit of noise, but nothing that bothered me. There was a problem with the flush, and Damien arranged for it to be repaired immediately. The price is very high, but I believe it's not too far from the average price for Airbnb in Barcelona. I recommend it to everyone.

Damien is a great host—friendly, caring, responsive, and always available to answer questions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, although it is beginning to show a bit of age in some areas. The parking provided is a public parking garage. While I understand that the pricing is outside of Damien’s control, the rates mentioned in the listing were not accurate. If the pricing is uncertain or subject to change, it may be better not to specify a rate in the description. Some amenities also felt included more for completeness than practicality. For example, toiletries such as shampoo were provided, but there was no convenient place in the shower to store them or personal items.

Damian’s apartment was exactly what he described - quiet. It’s in a great neighborhood, with grocery stores, attractions and restaurants all near by. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable. Damian was very good at communicating, was proactive and gave clear instructions. I would definitely recommend staying here, as I will next time I am in Barcelona!

We enjoyed our stay in Damien’s apartment. The apartment was comfortable and in a good location between metros making it easy to get around. There were plenty of restaurants and markets in walking distance. We appreciated the coffee/breakfast vouchers for the restaurant across the street, which was great way to start our day. The roof top terrace was a nice place to have coffee in the morning and relax in the evening. Ignacio the on site manager was very personable and responsive. We’d stay here again.

Very large, clean, new one bedroom in a fantastic neighborhood! Entire building is professionally managed so very responsive, together with quality of flat similar to what one would expect of a hotel except no one in lobby most of the time to get recommendations (in the mornings there was someone in lobby for a few hours but we had no need of concierge so did not ask any questions). Easy check-in / check-out. Our flat on 1st floor did not have any view, but from building location, I think others would also have something to look at.

Damien’s apartment is exactly as described and photographed and in a fantastic location. You have quick access to the metro and buses as well as free breakfast right across at the street at 365 cafe. That’s thanks to the vouchers for coffee and a sandwich of your choice provided by Damien and his team. Also amazing was the chilled water and bottle of Cava. I requested coffee pods and a fan for the bedroom and they were delivered the next day to my doorstep within 10 minutes of my waking. Communication was clear and always on time. Damien and the ladies on his team are friendly, professional, and helpful. I was also accommodated at the last minute, which I highly appreciated. You are also within 10-15 minutes walk of Casa Battlo with Casa Mila (La Pedrera) close by. The fully stocked kitchen, safe for valuables, sofa bed in addition to regular bed make this a stand out accommodation as well. Take your glass of evening Cava or morning coffee to the terrace. You won’t regret it!

We had a great stay at Damien’s apartment! The place is exactly as described – comfortable and well-located. Communication with Damien was flawless from start to finish – he was always responsive, clear, and kind. A special highlight goes to the breakfast vouchers – they were a real lifesaver! The food was delicious and a perfect way to start the day. The only downside, which is completely out of the host’s control, is that the walls are quite thin. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with noisy neighbors throughout the week: first a family with several small children, and later two friends who smoked constantly (leaving a terrible smell that came into our apartment) and played loud music throughout the night. This made it hard for us to get a good night’s sleep. Still, I definitely recommend staying here! The apartment and the host are great – with quieter neighbors, the experience would have been perfect.

Great stay. Damien was available from the start to answer any questions we had. We were traveling with a 2 year old child and an umbrella bed was provided as well as a high chair. Super easy check in and check out. Listing is as described and in a great location. There's a little noise but it's the deal with such an amazing location! Apartment equipped with air conditioning. I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, and the one-bedroom apartment is a very good size for my needs as a single occupant. I believe it would also be perfect for a couple. There is a large and charming market almost right next door, adding to the homely feeling. All my questions and requests were addressed promptly, almost as if I were staying in a five-star hotel. The only downside, if there is one, is that the restaurant downstairs stays open very late, making it difficult to go to bed early. Even after it closes, the cars running on C/de Valencia woke me up a few times in the early hours of the mornings during my 6-day stay in the apartment. So if someone like me doesn't sleep too soundly at night, maybe earplugs should be prepared.

Four of us stayed, the apartment is great for traveling with friends because it is complete with everything and arranged perfectly. The host was very helpful despite the fact that we booked the same day and then check-in in the evening as soon as you land in Barcelona. I recommend it!

A nice place at a great location! We loved that we were greeted personally and assisted with luggage. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Coffee and pastries in the morning were a nice touch. The place itself was clean and just as shown on pictures. There was some noise coming from the street at night but what else would you expect from being in the heart of the city? No complaints whatsoever! I would come back!

Damien has always responded very quickly to our messages and has been helpful throughout our stay. We encountered no unresolved issues. The location of our accommodation was truly excellent and met the expected standards of an Airbnb rental. However, considering it was listed as an Airbnb Plus property, I believe there is still significant potential for improvement. One aspect that would greatly enhance the experience is a warm in-person greeting upon arrival, with a list of nearby dining and entertainment recommendations. Additionally, the absence of a dishwasher caught us off guard cause I wasn't expecting that on an Airbnb Plus. I discovered this detail in the listing's description after our arrival, although the phrase "no washer" could potentially be mistaken for the presence of a washing machine. While I would certainly consider staying at this property again, I believe it would be considerably more comfortable if Damien endeavors to elevate the overall quality of the apartment.

We had such a great stay. Damien and his staff were really friendly and prompt with their communication with us. Damien helped us with a few things that made our stay relaxing and a great experience. He organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport and was in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The apartment is located in a centrally located area. We went each morning to the markets next door and bought some fresh fruit, cheeses, bread and yogurt to enjoy from the rooftop that has a great view of the Sagrada familia and streets below. Thanks for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is excellent, the market next door is lovely, the included breakfast was a great touch, and the rooftop terrace with a view of Sagrada Familia was wonderful. Damien was responsive, and our entire trip went smoothly. I am simply giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 because the apartment itself does not quite match my expectations of an Airbnb Plus. My other Airbnb Plus stays, including one in Madrid following this stay, have all felt a bit more luxurious. That said, I would certainly consider staying here again.

I stayed at Damien’s place for 3 days and it was just beautiful. A sweet apartment in the heart of Barcelona with a rooftop. All of the sights are easily reachable with la sagrada familia around the block (15min walk) and la Rambla (15min walk ) there are many restaurants and many convenient stores around the area for you to check out. Overall a great experience . One of the cleanest apartments I’ve seen in Barcelona. It’s a bit pricey but you will get your money worth not like many other air bnbs in Barcelona.

Really nice place, only walking distance to attractions. Spacious apartment, you can enjoy sunlight from morning to the afternoon. Market, bakery, restaurant nearby. The only drawback is that it may be a little bit noisy at night if you worry about the sleeping condition, other than this, we had a wonderful time here. Damien also kindly provide free wine and breakfast, would recommend to friends.

This was a perfect place for our Barcelona visit! Close to key sites but quiet and comfortable. The location was great! It felt like a very safe area to stay in. We loved the breakfast that was offered by the host from the cafe nearby every morning. This and the bottle of wine and bottle of water were very nice touches! The apartment was a little noisy, both from neighbors moving around furniture to the restaurant with outdoor dining that sat below the bedroom window (which I believe closed around midnight). With all of the exploring we did around the city, it wasn’t too hard to fall asleep, especially with the very comfy foam mattress. Just something to keep in mind for the light sleepers. It was nice to have air conditioning but it was only in the living room which heated up immensely when the sun hit the windows in the July summer. The apartment is very close to the metro which was very nice. It’s also right next door to a market. The host was easy to communicate with and gave us a lot of information on the apartment and nearby restaurants.

If you’re thinking about a place to stay look no further. Not only was I greeted by the hosts beautiful assistant (who I think is a model for sure), she was attentive, kind and helpful when it came to anything I needed. Honestly the place is so well set up you won’t have to really reach out for anything. I got breakfast vouchers from the cafe around the corner and btw the staff at the cafe are sooo nice. I was visiting for my 28th bday so I asked about bars that yielded towards hip hop/ Afro beats. She gave a great selection (btw try club shoko and jamboree 👀). The bed was super comfortable the heated towels added a wonderful touch to my shower experience. Oh and everything is super clean, like I literally almost wanted to ask what cleaning solution they used for the floors cause it smelled fresh throughout the stay. The lighting is immaculate. The microwave settings are amazing (literally warmed my food in 20 secs lol ) . The location is a hot spot walking distance to the famous sagrada familia building . I would definitely book again. Oh and I will note if you like Netflix like me being a roku to attach to the tv if possible, tho I actually enjoyed watching the satellite tv ! 10/10

Very good location, many good local restaurants nearby, there a local market just next to the building and grocery store within 5 minutes of walk. Only 10 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. Checkin is self-served and very easy. The room is big and clean, with all the amenities we need, they were kind to switch me to another room facing the garden for less sound from the road side.

However, the apartment is very noisy because of a busy street nearby and a few restaurants next to it. That’s a major drawback for me, but may not be a problem for someone who does not mind the noise.

I am super happy with the apartment, super comfortable, very well designed in an unbeatable area of Barcelona, Eixample; the only thing that was wrong was that I was cold at night, there was no hot air in the room and for that price it does not seem reasonable to me, I forgot some belongings and they did not help me to return them. But this is great, the card entry, I love it, it makes it easy.

This place as perfect! We stayed for 8 days and it was our first time in Barcelona. It was so great that they were in the lobby helping us check in and then had someone walk ya through the apartment showing us how everything works. It was clean, tidy and had they had a bottle of champagne upon arrival (nice touch!) It wa in a prime location too! Quiet for the most part and close to everything. There was also great bakery across the street, and huge market next door. I highly recommend this spot !

We spent 5 days in Barcelona and LOVED our stay at Damien's. From the moment we booked, Damien made sure we had everything we needed. The space was welcoming and thoughtfully decorated with great amenities. Check in/Check out was incredibly seamless. The location was central to tons of great shopping, dining, bars, etc. This place truly felt like a home away from home.

It was our first experience of doing an Airbnb and it was also a short break for our mini-moon. Damien and his team where so helpful at every step of the way, from answering all our questions before we even booked, right up to helping us book our tickets online for the attractions. On the last day when we wanted to spend the day looking around Barcelona, they allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment and later text us a code to enter our room to collect them before our flight home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, even cooking oil and salt and pepper for cooking. Great hosts guys, well done and thank you for everything!!!

Disclaimer: I am a high maintenance stereotypical American traveler. I like hot water, air conditioned (cold) accommodations, and bright lights to do my make up. I also get travel anxiety being outside of my own space. This was my first time traveling to Barcelona and I would 100% recommend Damien’s place. The terrace is amazing. The location is close to the fan fair but far enough away that it’s not noisy. As trivial as it sounds, there were 6 towels and 6 hand towels. We didn’t use them all, but again, stereotypical American, I like options and “extras”. So that was a plus. I like the modernness of hotels but the comfort of air bnbs. This was both and did not disappoint.

This place was perfect for my family of 4, however there was no air conditioner in the bedroom so we slept with the door open. This was not a problem for us but just a good thing to keep in mind when traveling with a group of 3 or 4. The service was amazing and the host was so accommodating with regards to check in/check out. Also- an absolutely amazing location- this is basically the upper east side of NY!

Seamless check in and checkout without needing to wait on IRL contact. Location is slightly removed from main tourist attractions, making the area quieter to sleep through at night. The apartment was extremely clean and minimal in furnishing style, so you have room to store your things. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Damien’s apartment was a great home base to explore Barcelona. Eixample is very central and it’s easy to get to the sites, restaurants and entertainment the city has to offer. We had a slight hiccup where we lost power two days in a row, but Maria was incredibly responsive and actually upgraded us to a larger apartment for the rest of our stay. We also got some local tips on restaurants and where to see a flamenco show. The only negative I would say is that the whole building is essentially an Airbnb hotel, so you lose a bit of the local charm you normally expect from an Airbnb. In hindsight, Damien is fairly up front that he manages a 25 unit place so this shouldn’t have surprised us.

This place checked all the boxes. Good location, clean and well-appointed, and check-in and out were super easy. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the place as there is so much to do in Barcelona, but the shower had good pressure, and the bed was comfy. My only minor complaint would be that the a/c unit was in the living room, facing the couch. This made the couch very cold and there was not a lot of air flow into the bedroom.

The space was clean and comfortable, the location was fantastic, and what really set Damien and his team apart was the unbelievable level of customer service, from before my stay through to check-out. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The room was great, just like in the photos. Overall, it was tidy, and it was well-equipped with amenities. And you can also go to the rooftop terrace! When you go up, you can also see the Sagrada Familia. The subway station wasn't far away, so it was easy to get anywhere. And there was a market right next to the accommodation, so it was convenient to buy things like simple fruits. The lift, key card, in-room safe, etc. were also very convenient.

Damien’s place is wonderful! The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and bright. It is near to a vibrant market, close to the metro, in the middle of a beautiful Barcelona neighborhood. Great location!! The place it’s self is very clean! The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spotless, and it was quite. You’re right next to a market which has a very local vibe. Fresh produce, fish, meat, baked goods, and pre made foods right at your doorstep. Not to mention bracafe!! Amazing little coffee shop with the best espresso!! Wonderful host, very responsive and quick. Easiest check in and out ever. And they even had the crib and high chair in the flat ready for us. We will definitely be staying here again next year!!!

This apartment is in a great location - walking distance to La Sagrada Família and lots of food and shopping nearby. There was even a healthy food market across the street which made it easy for me to find gluten free and dairy free options. The apartment was just the right amount of space for me and my husband and the rooftop terrace offers some beautiful views. Damien even provided a bottle of cava since we were there on our honeymoon. The entire process of staying there was easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

My husband and I were in Barcelona on vacation. We really enjoyed our stay at Damien’s! It was a nice neighborhood away from all the tourist crowds, but close enough to walk to the major attractions. We were greeted with water and sparkling wine upon arrival which was very much appreciated, especially after our long flight from California. The bed was also very comfortable. We enjoyed the cute cafe downstairs, and took advantage of the free coffee and sandwich/croissant. We really recommend this place!

Functional apartments ideally located equidistant from the sandy beaches and the historic town Barcelona is an ideal city for getting around by bike, and the location of the apartments allows you to enjoy every neighbourhood. The service is more like an aparthotel than a typical Airbnb. The on-site team is available and friendly Breakfast is served in a small bar just a stone's throw (literally) from the building, and offers an opportunity to share in the life of the local Barcelona residents. The location of the apartment was excellent. Walking distance to many attractions and in a lovely neighbourhood. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The apartment was clean, the AC worked well, the shower was great with lots of hot water and the bed very comfortable. Would highly recommend this apartment! Side note...We did not have the best luck with the pre-arranged services that were offered once we booked the apartment. (Ride from train station and food stocking) Perhaps beware of these services because they don’t seem reliable.

The place is clean and in a great location. The apartment is quite small, and the accessories basic (like a hotel room with a kitchenette but no hair dryer). The Picasso was a great place to stay, the location was about as central as one could be, my sister and I walked or took a taxi everywhere we went and we never walked more than a mile or so to get to all the sights of Barcelona. We plan to come back because two days is not enough, but Damien's list of recommendations is a great place to start. Tapeo tapas restaurant was as amazing as he said it would be and Gaudi's Casa Mila was breathtaking, not to mention La Sagrada Familia is basically next door to the airbnb. I truly enjoyed my stay.

We loved the apt. It is in a great location and just a few blocks from a subway station. Perfect size for the two of us and very clean. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great. Large thick towels are also provided. The property owners/managers are willing to help with any arrangements you need. The only downside is the noise. A lot of traffic noise at all times and early morning (7:00 to 8:00) noise from the market next door.

Our stay at Picasso Suites 1.2 was an eventful one. On our second day, our apartment had power issues and the breaker kept flipping leaving us without power (and no A/C!). We alerted Damien's team and they sent over an electrician within the hour. After another hour, the electrician stated he could not fix the problem and we would not be able to stay in the apartment. We called Damien's team member (Katrina) who instructed us on how to obtain a key to another apartment in the building. Unfortunately, the apartment we were moved to was a smoking room (our original one was not). I am very sensitive to second hand smoke which made the new apartment an unacceptable alternative. We repeatedly tried to contact Damien and his team members for over two hours and never heard back. At this point, we had cancelled our dinner reservation and wasted several hours dealing with this issue. Despite the smoke, we had no alternative and opened all the windows and dealt with the awful smell. Damien was kind enough to leave us chocolates and wine on the last night which was nice but certainly did not make up for this inconvenience. Also, we were leaving at 5:00 am the next morning so when we got back it was too little too late. It was unfortunate that we had to deal with smaller beds and a smokey apartment. While I imagine our experience was the exception not the rule, it was very frustrating. If none of the above happened, this would have been a five star experience. Despite their best attempt to remedy a difficult situation, Damien and his team fell short. I imagine he has learned from this situation and won't allow it to happen again as he seems to run a very professional business. Sadly, we were the unlucky couple who had to endure what is likely an exception to the many great stays others have had while staying with Damien.

In the peak of summer the air con in the living area was essential and we could lay on the leather couch when the night got too hot. This Airbnb was a 5 star hotel type experience. The host went above and beyond in accommodating requests and doing whatever necessary to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The apartment is fantastic! Very clean, comfortable bed and upgraded. Loved the daily breakfast. The location is in walking distance to quite a few tourist sites and is only a couple blocks from a metro station. I would recommend this place again and again! Coming to Barcelona? What better place to stay than at Picasso Suites. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary, so we booked their best suite - well worth it! We had an amazing week! Damien's Team greeted us just as we were stepping out of the cab. Now that's attentiveness! We were escorted to our room and given a very pleasant tour and breifing. Two minutes later there was a knock on the door. Marie had brought us the dish wash liquid that was missing. Need any more proof that details matter to the Picasso Suite Team?! The suite was impecabbly clean. The location is perfect. My wife and I ain't no spring chickens, but we easily reached all the attractions and sites by foot (helped us burn off the calories that we consumed in the many Restaurants in the neighbourhood. By the way, one of the best restaurants we experienced (much better than the ones at the sea) was 9, right next to the main entrance. Not to mention the incredible Supermarket right next door... everything the heart desires. Damien's team was very helpful. They were always there when we needed them, sitting most often at the entrance, poised with advice, help... and a printer (great for printing out tickets to some of the more popular attractions). Because of it's central location, the Picasso Suites are not the quietest of places. But hey, if we wanted absolute peace and quite we would have stayed in our small German village!! At night, we would close the windows and leave the AC on. Perfect. The matresses and pillows were great, which is something that we usually struggle with. Not here! The TV worked perfectly, although we had it on only once. The coffee machine works perfectly, but there are 3 places to get fresh coffee within 10 metres of the front door. Last but not least, the roof terrrace is amazing. We were often alone, and even when others were there, we never felt cramped. Not to mention that the other guests were very pleasant. To sum up, you simply can't go wrong with the Picasso Suites. :)

The staff and neighbour were super nice and helpful. There's an elevator so no worry about our luggage. One extra point is that you can use the underground parking with residence card, so we rent over-night bikes and kept them there, it was very safe. Plaza de Catalunya was within 15 mins walk and you can find everything there. Super cool experience.

Damien and his team were great! There were very accommodating and the most responsive and delightful Airbnb experience I have ever had. We had a very hectic wedding weekend and they were able to respond to our requests within minutes. We really appreciated there attentiveness. The apartment was in a great location to everything. Had a market just downstairs and was well furnished with everything we needed. The bed was comfy after long nights and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything one could need. It was even a nice touch that water and Cava was provided to relax and enjoy the view. I would highly recommend this apartment and the Damien Harris & Team.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful part of Barcelona. Loved the convenience of the complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace every morning. As beautiful as the pictures and the check in process is the best I have ever experienced on Airbnb. Only thing is the curtains don't completely block out the light if you are looking for a sleep in, then again you are in Barcelona so just think of it as a wake up call to get up and go exploring. Dear Damien, We stay in your flat Picasso suites 1.2 during 3 nights. We're enjoyed the comfort, the quiet, the proximity of the commences, the accommodations as the wifi in the flat, the property... and the help and services of Carolina and Maria. They help us to print ours tickets for Sagrada Familia, the keeping of our luggage the last day and the early check in. So, we're recommend this flat. Just to 2 thinks should be ameliorated as the reception of France Tv in the flat and the wifi sound be extended to the terrace. Many thanks for your kind helpful team. Very nice suite located literally right next to the Mercado. I had a really nice time. The location is great. The staff is extremely friendly. I locked myself out and the gentleman at the door helped me right away. Karolina and Maria are exceptional. The suite is exactly as depicted. It's clean, modern and stylish. Everything works. The internet is fast and the A/C strong. There was a bottle of kava and water in the fridge. Breakfast is provided by the cafe around the corner and they are equally gracious and friendly. You really can't ask for the better location or experience.

The flat was incredible! Clean and as in the photos. It can get quite hot as there's only one AC in the lounge, and the noise level can be high at night, but otherwise all great. Would definitely return and stay there. Thank you Damien and team.

Damien's apartment was very clean and modern. We arrived earlier than the checkin time and there was someone already downstairs to greet us and let us leave our bags in the apartment. There was some issues with the wifi the first day but Damien and his team were very quick to respond and assist. The bed and pillows were AMAZING. My boyfriend and I were still talking about how comfortable they were even after we left. The included breakfast was perfect as it was a quick option when we didn't have time to eat in the mornings. The apartment was perfectly located, within walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gracia. We would definitely stay with Damien and his team should we be lucky enough to visit Barcelona again in the future.

Could not have been better. Exactly as pictured. Location was very good. We found we could walk almost every place we were interested in. Market next door was a great surprise. Karolina was there to meet us and was more than pleasant and helpful. We requested a ride to the airport that was punctual & pleasant. Overall we could not recommend it more highly and we look forward to returning - we regretted leaving, but Paris beckoned. I also want to add that the both the food and the people in Barcelona were great!

Spacious flat and well-equipped! Excellent cleanliness and friendly staff. The apartment is located in a strategic area between the Sagrada Familia and La Rambla, in a popular neighbourhood full of amenities such as supermarkets, small shops and excellent restaurants. The parking space in the same building is also convenient. The bar under the apartment is also convenient for breakfast (included). The only negative point is the noise from cars.

The apartment is very well situated, just a 10 min walk to Passeig De Gracia (a major shopping district and the street of Casa Batllo and Casa Mila). Communication with Damien went very smoothly and everything was done in a professional manner. We reserved a car service from Damien to take us from and to the airport, which was very convenient and worth the cost. The apartment itself is very clean and well equipped with everything we need for a cozy and comfortable stay. We love the breakfast complimentary from the cafe next door to start our day with a cup of coffee and croissant. There really is nothing negative to say about our experience, we really enjoy our 10 nights stay at the apartment. Thank you Damien and team :)

Picasso suites was a beautiful place. The place was clean and easy to access. There's a restaurant below that offered breakfast which consist of baguettes and croissants with coffee or a drink. We had a problem with a clogged shower but they fixed it right away. The location was good and about a 15 minutes walk from sagrada familia. Overall a comfortable and good experience, would definitely recommend!

Damien has the best AirBnB experience I've had yet - the home is as shown, it's extremely clean, and Damien and his team were helpful. They checked in via email during our stay just to make sure we were good to go and had everything we needed. He's able to have the kitchen stocked with drinks and snacks, Picasso Suites is about 2 blocks from the nearest metro, and it's about a 10 minute walk to tons of great shopping, restaurants, and bars. We absolutely loved our stay at Picasso Suites and Barcelona is an amazing city - best part of our trip to Europe!

Extremely clean and modern looking apartment. We have a wonderful 3 days stay. There is a market just beside the apartment and many supermarkets around the area. Also a short 8 minutes walk to the central shopping district for designer brands. You can find many cafés and restaurants there. We would also like to commend Damien and team on their superb communication, they replied our queries almost immediately if not within an hour. And we're always kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

We were delighted with our stay at Picasso Suites. The apartment was immaculately presented and Damien was always very prompt with correspondence and helpful about details. The location was excellent - we love walking and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from this apartment. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and also to the main shopping strip. We were able to walk to Parc Guell, the Rambles and old part of town, Barceloneta Beach and Port Olympic. Having a large fresh food market next door to the apartment was a lovely bonus - meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, etc. Not that we needed the A/C this time of year, but it would be appreciated in warmer months. Roof top terrace was lovely place to enjoy a drink on dusk. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

I had the best week of my life on this vacation, and the location/apt was a huge part of it. The location was perfect, near all the markets, supermarkets, and stores within walking distance, while at the same time in a quiet neighborhood. Free reliable wifi, awesome European breakfast included in the stay. We couldn't ask for more. The description of the place was very accurate. Excellent communication with the hosts. I cannot add a single suggestion for improvement, except... keep it up :) It was amazing! I would definitely return to this place, and would love to stay in the same apartment. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything brand new, clean, modern. The entire small building is operated as a hotel, but without front desk; available for immediate booking. There is no need to wait for a host to get the key, you can get your keys in the security box. The codes we got immediately as a text massage 2 minutes after we made our reservation. City center. We will stay again with pleasure.

I would highly recommend Damien's spot to anyone staying in Bcn. His booking process, logistical arrangements and overall handling of the stay was excellent as is the location of the apartment on a nice street not too far away from all the major sights, in many instances just 15-20 minutes walk away. The addition of breakfast at the cafe downstairs is a great touch. Overall Damien and Karolina were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely stay here again.

Nobody accompanied us to the apartment, just said the floor and gave the keys. And later when we message to Karolina there was no answer. Apartment was ok, but a lit bit dirty and the trash was full of rubbish when we arrive. There is no washing machine. This apartment isnt worth its money.

we had a wonderful experience in Picasso Suite! perfect location (might be a bit noisy at night but the market right at the door and the easy access to most of the sightseeing spots/plenty of bars/restaurants/shops more than make up for it!). apartment itself is very clean and well maintained. breakfast was also a good touch. check-in/out was a breeze. we didn't even meet anyone onsite throughout the whole process but Damien and Karolina have been great in updating us via email/text message. would def recommend to everyone and would def return!

Damien and Team - thank you for your accommodations. My husband and I stayed in the Picasso Suites 1.2 last week for 5 days and had an amazing Barcelona trip! Damien and his team are very helpful with anything Barcelona via e-mail. Once booked we were given instruction on how to access the apartment. All was pretty self explanatory. Apt is bright, despite darker entrance. Doorman was adorable. We were able to check-in 2 hours earlier. The apt. was a great size and the neighborhood is IDEAL (with capitalized letters). Exiample has amazing restaurants! My husband was able to go to his Crossfit. I was able to attend Bikram yoga classes. We were able to do laundry locally. We used the stove and microwave for bigger bacon and egg breakfasts and reheating any leftovers. Kitchen it stocked with oils, soy sauce, pepper, etc. We did have a refrigerator that came in handy with COMPLIMENTARY champagne! We used the rooftop to hang out on and we did have it to ourselves!! Girona station is 2 blocks away to get to all the touristy places. But best of all, the apt. is far enough from the touristy areas to escape for a good night's sleep. We always felt safe. We were in what seemed like NYC's floral district, but on a smaller scale. Can60 below was a great default eatery and bar!!! Cappuccinos and croissants daily! Poll-bo, and the fresh fish/meats/produce were clutch. You would be foolish not to stay here. Also Uber was available in the area. I can only hope this apt. is available for our next stay in Barcelona. Ideal for 2 guests.

Damien's organization and his team is perfect and totally met our needs. Karolina was available throughout the day to inquire or book the return taxis from the airport; The apartment is very clean, modern and functional the bedding is also of good quality which is very appreciated when we suffer from vertebrae problems. The apartment by itself is very well located in relation to the metro (5mn walk) and in relation to the main centers of interest. We were able to walk to Passeig de Gracia where there are some good restaurants and the very beautiful luxury shops, and Piazza Catalunya, which was very convenient to get home late at night. Taxis are not expensive, and very present in the streets (which changes from Paris) The small cafe at the foot of the building was very nice for breakfast. We spent in Barcelona, at Damien's, a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay. This is really a great place. Centrally located: 15" walk to Sagrada Familia, 15" walk to Perdera and Casa Batllo (Gaudi's House), 30" walk to Barri Gotic and Ramblas. The appartment is modern and perfectly equipped. The Can60 restaurant next door is very friendly and we were welcomed as friends for our breakfast and we had a great tapas dinner there at very cheap price. Damien and Karolina are very good guests and are always at your disposal to help with any requests you may have. Place to be recommended

The Picasso suites are professionally run apartments. They have been tastefully fitted out and the everything has been thoughtfully designed, including the excellent exterior blinds to cut out the sun. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Our apartment was to the side overlooking the market and was very quiet. The shared rooftop terrace is a lovely addition to the flat and a really nice place to hang out. The location is next to one of the best markets in Barcelona (or the world) where you can buy amazing food - particularly fish and seafood. The kitchen in the flat is small, but it is fine for making meals for two people, after going shopping in the market. The arrival system is very efficient including electronic codes for entry to the building so that you don't have to organise meeting anyone. Our contact with the management was excellent and helpful. the price was competitive, and we were very happy with what we got for that price.

Picasso Suites was absolutely what we had wanted for our stay in Barcelona. The centrally-located apartment was immaculate, decorated in modern tones of white, black and gray with a kitchenette containing dishes and appliances. There was even a vase so we could buy flowers from the charming market next door. The roof-top terrace is an added bonus with a view of Eixample and environs. Can60 is the restaurant on ground level which features a daily light breakfast served by a friendly staff (Laura being our favorite.) Karolina, host Damian Harris' on-site point person, keeps "office hours" every morning in the restaurant answering questions on the apartment or on any number of tourist queries. She is a veritable Barcelona concierge. We availed ourselves of Damian's recommended taxi driver, Andres for our trip to the airport and would ask to be picked up by him next time as well. The six level building has an elevator, staircase and a sweetheart of a manager who will check your bags before check-in or after check-out. There is wi-fi in both the apartment and the restaurant. This home away from home gets our highest travel rating and provided the perfect hub from which to discover Barcelona by foot, bus or metro.

The flat is like a 5-star hotel. It's in an excellent location (just a stone's throw from Paseo de Gracia and Gaudí's Casa Batlló). It's spotless, modern and functional, and exactly as shown in the photos (it has air conditioning and heating). Demian and Karolina were very correct and always willing to help in everything (they even provided us with a washing machine and dryer so as not to waste time going to a self service). Everything was excellent!!!

Had a wonderful stay here for four nights at the end of October. The accommodation is just as it appears in the photos, beautifully clean, comfortable and everything you need whether you intend to eat out or cater for yourselves. From the start Damien's replies we're really prompt and helpful. The Picasso Suites are really well-situated, close to La Sagrada Familia and other major tourist attractions. During our actual stay , Karolina (Damien's assistant?) was really helpful, recommending places we shouldn't miss and a lovely restaurant for a special meal. Karolina is a definite asset and helped to make our little break in Barcelona even better.

We stayed in the apartment for 1 week. We opted for the car service pickup which was excellent, on time, clean, and friendly and 45 euros. Karolina, Damien's assistant was present when we arrived to introduce us to the area and amenities. The apartment was at it appeared in the pictures. It was clean comfortable and had some great amenities like tea/coffee, toaster, and complete kitchen equipment for some small home cooking. The breakfast included is a piece of pastry and a cup of coffee nothing more. We tend to eat bigger breakfasts so we went to the supermarket right next door and bought breakfast items like eggs, milkd, bread, and ham. The market has everything from farm fresh groceries to home electronics so you will find it hard pressed not to find anything. The apartment is also located very close to Casa Mila, Familia, and metro stations. Damien himself and his associate Karolina were excellent and responded quickly to all questions and were very helpful. Check out was as easy as leaving the key in the room and walking out. We also opted for car service to the airport which was once again very nice and easy. Overall an excellent stay in an excellent apartment and we were comfortable the entire time! Don't forget to bring a convertor however because we did and we had to go to FNAC to buy one. I would highly recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable convenient apartment and with highly professional service from the owner!

Our stay at Picasso Suite 1.2 was a wonderful experience. It had all the comforts of home and was very well located - a 10 minute walk into Passeig de Gracia and right next door to a lovely fresh food market. Our day began with fresh orange juice from the market followed by breakfast in the cafe below. The cafe manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. Karolina made sure all our needs were met and she could not have been nicer or more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the apartment and look forward to a return visit.

My significant other and I stayed for 3 nights last week (end Sept). We have stayed in other apartments throughout Europe, and this was by far, the best experience and an exceptional value! The apt was even better than expected and we could not have been happier. It was exactly as pictured! Extremely clean, comfortable, tasteful, well-appointed... The amenities were much appreciated - WiFi, air conditioning, tv, kitchen... as well as the complimentary bottle of cava and water (especially after a long flight). The free breakfast downstairs at the restaurant, CAN60, was an added bonus, to get us going in the morning. When we first arrived, we were starving and not up for exploring yet - so we tried some take-away from CAN60 - fantastic risotto which hit the spot. After a long day of exploring the city, we were glad to come back to the perfect home away from home each night. We enjoyed evenings/nights on the rooftop which had great views - including a partial view of Sagrada Familia. Very centrally located - we were within walking distance to Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, shopping, La Rambla, La Boqueria, and the train. La Concepcion Market next door was a treat to explore (not as big/busy as La Boqueria, but still a great experience), as was the "modern" supermarket which was in the same building as La Concepcion - very convenient. One night, we had dinner reservations at a highly touted restaurant in El Born, but we decided to stay nearby instead and were not disappointed in the restaurant choices. (Romero restaurant was good, but De Tapa Madre is a better choice if you are looking to stay in the neighborhood.) What made the experience even more phenomenal was the communication. Damien and Katerina always replied immediately, and we had the pleasure of meeting Katerina a couple of times. They gave us their cell phone #s, which we thankfully never had to use - but, it was good to know they were easily accessible. They even helped us schedule cars to/from the airport, which made our trip effortless. THANK YOU, DAMIEN AND KATERINA for a wonderful stay. We will visit and stay with you again and would not hesitate in recommending this apartment!! P.S. We visited Lisbon after Barcelona and enjoyed the four-star hotel - but we kept remarking how we missed your apt!

My husband and I stayed at Damien's condo in Barcelona for a couple nights as part of our European honeymoon trip. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place!!!! With such reasonable rates, I was so surprised to find such an exquisite place, beautifully decorated with modern decor in a prime location! The condo has everything you could possibly need and was more suitable for us than a hotel room. Throughout the process from picking up the keys to checking out, Damien and Karolina could not do more for us. We would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks for a great vacation!!! It was with great pleasure that we entered our apartment on Carrer de Valencia, where a note from Damien was waiting for us. Impeccably organised and CLEAN, with a small flat that is nevertheless more than sufficient for two people. Modern, stylish decor with everything you need for a stay of several days. The flat is really very well located, in the heart of neighbourhoods that are great for culture, shopping and dining. We felt like we were close to everything, and most of the time within walking distance. Karolina, from Damien's team, was always available, even very late, to answer our questions about the city. A word of caution for those who, like us, like to sleep with the windows open. As in all big cities, there's always a bit of traffic. It's better to use the air conditioning, because after a night or two, you realise that acclimatisation isn't easy. Thank you to Karolina and Damien for the quality of their services.

We liked this apartment. We liked the breakfast downstairs in the cafe with traditional spanish sandwich and delicious coffee. Nearby is market with everything what you may need. And a lot of supermarkets. We will surely come back there in our next visit to Barcelona.

A great small but very cosy and clean flat. Excellent location in the centre of Barcelona. The neighbourhood is quiet, with a market and greengrocers nearby. Gaudí's famous architectural masterpieces, Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, are within walking distance. The host is very responsive. My family and I would be happy to visit this wonderful place again)).

This was our first experience with airbnb and it couldn't have gone better thanks to Damien and his Team! Prebooking we got all the info we needed all concisely and professionally delivered along with the confirmation. We arrived on the train late (2200hrs) followed the instructions given and were relaxing in the apartment within 20min flat. The apartment was amazing! Expertly styled, super clean and tidy. Everything looked brand new! Kitchen was excellent, with everything we could have needed. Now the location right in the thick of things! 5-10 min walk La Sagrada Familia and Casa Batllò. There were many restaurants to choose from within 1-2 min walk too. There was a supermarket directly across the road, as in literally 20 meters away. But even better there is a fresh produce market in the building next door and even with very little Spanish between us we managed to shop there and get some amazingly fresh and tasty food! Breakfast was included at the restaurant directly below the apartment, Croissant and a great coffee! Enough to get the morning started. The waiters were great, friendly, spoke pretty good English and even taught us some Spanish. The first morning we arrived for some reason the Wifi stopped working. So we messages Damien (on the restaurant's wifi) and ordered coffee, before the coffee had arrived I got a reply from Cathrin (part of Damien's team) saying they would send the technician out. By the time we returned after a day of sight seeing the apartment's Wifi was back running perfectly. So impressed with the service we received! Despite being in the thick of things the apartment was quite, the shower was great and the bed was comfy, for me that's the trifector! Made for an exceptional stay and I would have no reservations recommending this to anyone and hope to stay here again soon. Richard and Kylie

This was our very first stay with an airbnb listing and thanks to the superb accommodations and excellent service by Damien and his team, the bar for future stays at airbnb listings has been set very, very high. The apartment was immaculate and "picture perfect." With Damien and co, what you see is precisely what you get which was a relief and a pleasure. His team Dina and Catherin were on call while we were in Barcelona to help arrange airport transport, which was incredibly appreciated seeing as we had to be out by 4:30AM to make our flight. Having such a centrally located and beautiful flat to come home to after exhausting days exploring Barcelona was the cherry on top of a perfect vacation!

Damien's place is exactly what you're looking for. The apartment's location in Eixample is about as central as you get and is within walking distance to nearly all of Barcelona's major attractions. The apartment is immaculately clean and well appointed (looks just like the posted pictures). As a host, Damien was incredibly flexible and accommodating, allowing for both early check-in and check-out. Would absolutely stay here again.

My partner and I had 5 wonderful days in Barcelona staying at Damian's place. The apartment is brand new and comfortable in an incredible practical localization... Few metro stations away from most of my point of interests such as La Sagrada Família, Parque Guell, Montjoic and Barceloneta beach. The included breakfast is also a plus and I strongly recommend! Check in and check out very simple... From the terrazza you can have a beautiful view of Barcelona .

The suite is located in a very pleasant neighborhood, near shopping, markets, etc., and not far from all the major tourist sites. It is clean, roomy, modern, and looks just the the photos. Breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor was the perfect way to start the day. We were very comfortable and definitely enjoyed our stay. Damien and his assistant, Dina, were very helpful and easy to deal with. The apartment was well worth the money, and we would definitley stay there again. Strongly recommended for a small family or a couple.

My stay at the Picasso Suites was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcome in Barcelona by Damien and his team. Dina who is part of Damien's team was so warm to us and gave us everything necessary to check in right away and make us comfortable in the flat. The flat was bright, clean, and looked exactly as what we expected from the description and pictures. The beds were very comfortable and all of the appliances were great:) The location was perfect and we found so many great restaurants/bars all in walking distance. The other tenants of the building were so friendly and I highly recommend dining at the restaurant on the ground floor of the building. It's superb:) We only wish we had taken more advantage of the rooftop...its an incredible view! My friend and I had the best time staying in Barcelona and would book this apartment for any upcoming holiday/work week in Barcelona! The flat had such beautiful natural light and was so relaxing to stay in. Thanks so much to Damien and his team for making our first visit to Barcelona so special!!

The apartment/bed and breakfast is amazing. The room is very luxurious and a lot of room. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything. You can see most of Antoni Gaudi's work by foot. The breakfast downstairs was an awesome addition to the room. There is a grocery store next door so you can buy anything you want from there to eat or drink at home. We enjoyed our stay. Damian is available anytime and gives great recommendations. We will be back here again soon!

The best experience I have had on Airbnb so far. Amazing place, clean, great host, and very central ! Damian has been very responsive, and the included breakfast just makes the trip better. Excellent deal for the price \ quality, I highly recommend it.

We would like to thank Damian for three amazing days in Barcelona. The apartment was more than clean, so gorgeous like the pictures we saw before: Modern, clean, full equiped, wifi included. Great location really closed to supermarkets, main attractions, shops, tube/bus, Bars, Cafès ...Flexible time on arrival and departure – you feel like in your home :) Damian was the perfect host – very friendly, really helpful to solve any little problem and always awesome to communicate with. It doesn't matter when we tried to contact him, he was all the time there for us. It's a pity that we didn't met up ;) Ideal for couples, families or just friends – its a great stay to discover the beautiful city! We were totally surprised by the included spanish breakfast next door – nice idea …Thanks! We were so sad to leave, and hope to come back again soon! We will definitely stay with Damian again and highly recommend it as the place to stay.

This is a beautiful space conveniently located on Valencia--close to everything. We had an easy process communicating with Damian and Stefan and got the key no problem. We were totally surprised by the included breakfast at the cafe downstairs! What a nice treat. We loved exploring the market next door. We weren't in BCN long, but felt the location, style and cleanliness were all amazing benefits of this place. The bed is really firm too, so we slept well. Thanks again Damian and Stefan. Hope to see you again soon.
